The bathroom walls were not clean… Maintenance could be better.

We booked a king size bed room online but when we reached there we got two small beds. When we asked, she refused to change our room. Breakfast was okay. Room was okay. One of the towel was dirty, it's like used one.

Great location. Front desk clerk was rude as heck! She asked us for a credit card & when I asked her why did she need it since we paid via Priceline, she said "For incidentals" with a major attitude. I explained to her that she should let the guest know why a card is needed. And when I asked her how much, she hesitated as if she had to think of an amount. Finally she said $50. And the fact she didn't even say "hello" or "welcome" was pathetic. Folks, take your money elsewhere. Don't stay here unless you like rude customer service. This hotel doesn't even deserve the one star I gave them.

It is a good hotel, has pool and is close to several shops like Price Smart, Walmart, places to buy telephone lines and restaurants The room is spacious and clean, has fridge, TV and microwave, also a table with chairs the only bad thing is that it has Elevator to get your bags up.

Nice clean place, close to the airport, very neat has smart TV and and a nice pool.

Nice location but if anybody see this post dont stay in florida city is a really bad spot alot crime there. Pay little more somewhere else and be safe.

For the price and location best in town got a night for 50$ on get a room with pool and gym at my disposal. Better than reasonable compared to the other hotels around.

Very friendly, clean, very good service good breakfast, many shops and restaurants Serca.

Front desk worker questioned the ages of my kids. Which is okay. But when she refused my answer, and made it an issue. We left, I cancelled and now I have 3 charges to my card for what was supposed to be a simple overnight stay.

Just not my usual experience with Baymont. Older building. Clean, but no elavator. Breakfast was just continental. Beds were hard and only sheet and very thin cover on top of that.

Not bad for the price. Rooms were fairly clean and updated Breakfast was ok. I'm gluten free and couldn't eat much Pool was not heated but clean. Good location.

No bugs. Room clean. They expected us to use same towels for 2 days. Not. Not your usual Wyndam hotel standards. Clean but found garbage behind bed. Nice to have laundry facilities. No elevator. Not taking suitcases up stairs. Bathroom fan extremely loud.

Good location, free parking, friendly staff with reasonable prices. Lost 2 stars as carpets both in hallways and rooms are strained and hold a mildew smell. The breakfast is very limited with self-service cereals and less than fresh bread.

Bed was comfortable. Morning Staff was not. Food was horrid. Coffee and orange juice was so watered down it was basically colored water. One towel in a king size room. Not at all accommodating.

This hotel was absolutely horrible. Disgusting and filthy. The owner, (also the front desk man) was beyond obnoxious and money hungry. Tried to charge $15 each for 2 other people I had with me… I had 2 double beds, and it clearly stated on the itinerary the max occupancy for that room is 4. Pleas don't waste ur money here. Smelled like dirty mop water, mold, and curry. I pray that they close this location down. Major disappointment.

Please please don't stay here. This place is terrible. Smelly. Dirty rooms. Just 100% awful. I realized there were no towels… at all. Once I asked and got some (no apology or anything) I realized likely reason why… towel bar literally ripped out of wall. The floor lamp wouldn't turn on when I realized why… wasn't plugged in but then I saw how someone who clearly didn't know what they were doing tried to replace the cord and plug. It was a definite fire hazard. I could go on and on but please don't subject yourself. Oh by the way, for unknown reasons there was a toilet sitting in the parking lot?

The facility is very clean, staff very friendly and helpful. We walked out by pool it was also very clean with well groomed property. The facility had everything we needed right down to post cards and stamps. Would highly recommend.

Infested with roaches. I am giving this no stars. But I can't post without clicking on one star Here for work so I have to book hotels 10 nights at a time. I booked this hotel because it had a 3 star rating. I booked it for ten nights at 90 bucks a night. Only to find out that the beds are very uncomfortable. You can hear the springs in them when u lay down. That's not even the issue here. I can deal with that. What I can't deal with is that I paid 10 nights at 90 bucks a night and it is infested with roaches and other bugs. And these aren't your normal wood roaches. These are you nasty roaches that love in unclean areas. Now I'm stuck here and have to keep my luggage in the car so they don't infest my bags and I take them home with me. I have to pay for roach spary and traps out of pocket and have to leave the light on when I sleep just to feel somewhat safe from them crawling all over me. Even with the noise level of people slamming thier doors throughout the night still doesn't bother me as much as paying this much for a roach infested hotel. And yes they have other little bugs flying around the room as well but the roaches is not acceptable. They have about 100 cameras but cannot afford to keep their hotel clean and sprayed for bugs on a regular basis.

The people wbo own or work here are very nice. The house keeping staff do a nice job of cleaning the room every day. They always ask about my day, open doors, and attend to guests needs. They have a washer and dryer as well as vending machines and change machine.

The staff is friendly though. Had to add that they took blankets out of room and when I asked for one the guy at front desk said that they were locked up and he didn't have key… wow… what a dump and it is 109.00 plus tax a night.

Worst hotel ive been at, continental breakfast is a joke, boiled eggs and cereal with milk lol, owners are so cheap, they work in their own hotel instead of hiring staff for 90 bucks per night ill rather go somewhere else dont come here.

Quiet, here during hurricane, slept right thru it, they treated me like a long lost family member went above and beyond on more than one occasion I owe them not only my thanks but my mental well being! The best did me favor after favor. Thanks again! Michael A Wrthington.

Price is great, pool is nice 5ft max 3ft min very lovely with cute garden. Friendy staff definitely!

Not bad place for a cheap stay. Rooms were renovated however, still dusty and I found a stain on the bedsheet upon arrival. Attention to cleanliness was not the best.

We checked in at 4pm. Easy check in and I'm sure check out will be as easy. We headed to our room on the first floor, and the first thing that hit us was a I very strong and pungent oder. It lingered in the hallway. I prayed the oder wasn't in our room. It was not. The room was dated but clean. It has a mini frig microwave and a two cup coffee maker in it. The bed is comfortable but low to the ground. The hotel offers a Continental breakfast as well. We had a nice and quiet stay.

Clean, quiet hotel. They are remodeling, and I was in a new room, it was nice. The internet was really fast for both of our iPads. I had a small oatmeal bar at breakfast. The front desk person was very helpful and friendly. We will be coming back to this one for sure.

Booked a non-smoking room, received the key for a smokers room. After some discussion with the guy at the front desk he gave us another room. O. K. For one night as a starting point for your trip down to Key West but definitely not for holidays! Breakfast was good for this kind of motel.

Terrible rooms with horrible beds which make loud noises from the bed frame every time you move. Loud hallways with people talking loud and watching loud TV with doors open. I don't recommend this motel to anyone who needs a peaceful sleep after a long day on vacation or on work.

A clean, cheap place to stay. It is dated and the mattresses were not especially comfortable. However, my room was smoke free and clean. The staff was helpful and pleasant. Don't expect much with breakfast, but it was nice to have something available as early as 6am. Oh, and there is a 24 hour Starbucks just down the street…

Very good service. At the front desk are very friendly and attentive. Reasonable prices, rooms have comfort and cleanliness. It is recommended to cut the time path to the keys and then continue. The breakfast had variety and everything very clean and good preparation.

Great value. Friendly, helpful staff. Our room was clean and spacious. Bed was comfortable. No weird smells. Cheap, thin towels and very basic breakfast are what I expected for the price. It is no frills but I have no complaints. Wifi was slow to get connected through the bizarre login but once connected it worked well.

Stayed for a quick getaway. The internet speed was fine, breakfast did the trick, the room was clean. Not really anything to complain about. The rates seemed high, but a better deal than others around the area. The wife and I'll be back.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Given my experience at nearby hotels, my expectations were … less than average. Instead I was greeted with very nice staff who seemed very interested that I enjoy my stay. The room was nice with mini frig and microwave. The breakfast, though not sit down restaurant great, was again far more than I expected given what I paid and the hotels size. The hotel itself is small so not a lot of people can be there at once, a plus for me. If I had to nit-pick, the Wi-Fi was rather weak. I would gladly stay again.

Service is the best. I was sick with a cold and the owner told me where to get cold mecidine from. Great motel.

Travel from Atlanta to Florida City on business, did not know what to expect as I have never stayed at an Econo-Lodge. I wasn't sure even when I drove up what to expect, but I was pleasantly surprised at he room. Verily clean room, clean bathroom, very surprise by the bath room being so clean. I don't eat breakfast, but they do have some kind of morning breakfast. I was also impress by the pillows and sheets, very white and very clean. They will do your laundry for a small free. Their maid service is excellent. I have been at this motel for over a month and I have nothing to negative to say. Great price and great value. If you see a bad review on here it is probably someone having a bad day, not a bad stay!

Horrible because of owner manager's bad attitude and poor hospitality. Do not believe the reviews! Outdated and smelly rooms. Nothing works in the rooms AC shuts off and microwave knob wont turn. Dangerous! Bed bugs! They spray toxic bug spray all. Over property outside by pool everyday! You breathe this in and get headaches, shaky, dizzy, nauseaus and diarrhea. Stinks around property badly of urine and foul pot smoke at night and am. Lousy watery coffee and breakfast is a donut white english muffin and hardboiled egg. No milk or cream for coffee, fruit or juice other than watery apple juice. Greedy hypertensive Manager yells at his guests and staff… treats them like dirt … rushes family checkout! Hispanic Staff are so nice, but manager is crazy. Not a place for children to stay. I brought my kids to swim with dolphins and go fishing for a weekend and for five days we felt so sick and weak here could barely get to the Keys. Waste of time and money. They gave me trouble for bringing my teenagers ages 15&17 here for a fun wee. Only one exit in and out they watch guests looming to take advantage. Sneak extra charges bill duplicate. Curse good sober and drug free guests. Demanding overage charges for Noon check out after 5 day nice and peaceful stay giving us attitude like we were in jail! yet no problems or complaints from us despite the negativity… even tho it wasnt all so great… AND even though we are Diamond Elite Choice Members paying full rates!

The location on the way to key west is good. But it is a typical motel, a little dirty, but not quite as price scrapped, like many others, performance is just ok.
