Very nice place good accesibility to malls and atores… Quiet… Customer service is excellent…

The room was clean, but the best part of the visit was the staff. We locked our keys in the car and every place we called wanted to charge us 120 to just get them out. The man at the desk spent the last half hour of his shift searching for a wire hanger to get my keys out. Wonderful staff. Clean enough. I'll would 100% recommend and visit again.

Very nice & accommodating. I would give a 5 star if they had bigger beds. They only have full size beds in every room & their complementary breakfasts are only from 6am-9am & should be extended to 10:30am or so. Other than that, they have nice clean rooms, free breakfasts, a clean pool & nice dining & check in area.

The room was pretty nice, however, the TV was rather small and the shower lacked quite a bit of water pressure depending on the time of day. Other than that, the staff was pleasant and the location was great.

I stayed there with my husband and the girl in the front desk yanela is awesome. She is very friendly. The stay was great although they need more breakfast options.

Office staff was completely lacking… housekeeping was friendly but not efficient for the cost… requested room with microwave due to the baby but after we checked in were told that room would be $10 more per night… Had 2 people come to the door of the room and said they had to check the wiring… I did not let them in because I had not received notification from the front office and could not reach anyone to verify that they infact belonged in the room. 10 minutes later the front desk called and stated they "forgot" to let everyone know the wiring was being checked in the rooms…

Rooms are clean. Staff is great. Breakfast was fun — breads & bagels; hard boiled eggs, yogurt, cereal & make your own waffles. The beds are not at all firm but the pillows are great. Pet friendly — up to two pets. Plenty of parking. Rooms are accessible from outside only (no interior halls). There is an elevator. The hotel is smoke free; but some guests are definitely ignoring that — I used the bathroom last night and it stank like cigarette smoke (it hadn't earlier so I assume someone was smoking in the next room's bathroom) and I've seen cigarette butts around. Even on the third floor I can hear the nearby traffic. It's not bad & didn't bother us at all. It's not an area with honking nor sirens or anything. Full length mirror and a desk with two chairs were nice additions & the bathroom has a sauna option. They charge about $20 extra to have a mini fridge & microwave in room — we skipped it. No hidden fees… No pet deposit… No extra charges for more people (it was 4 of us in a double bed room) … just the room price plus tax.

Staff is friendly but there are some areas that need improvement. Here are the issues that we encountered: bathroom's vent fan cover was falling off the ceiling, there were no towel hooks in the shower area, the bedding had noticeable stains, the outside door to our hallway was accessible without a key card, on a few occasions the outside trash bins were full and trash was strewn on the ground. Otherwise it's a convenient location, near a highway and many restaurants and other attractions.

The front desk staff went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and felt welcome. They were so kind and patient when plenty of employees at other places would not have been. It meant the world to us! Thank you!

Not the greatest la Quinta I've been to, but not the worst. Breakfast was very basic compared to others I've been to. The room was clean and nice, the external entrances were also nice, as we didn't have to listen to people in hallways. The only downside to that was the elevators were not very conveniently placed, at least from where we parked. Overall, it's a good stay for the price, the area is also nice, didn't ever not feel safe.

Its a place too sleep. The included breakfast is food. The little pool is OK, but no Hot Tub damn it! There are a couple of OK restaurants within walking distance. There is a local dive bar about 1/3 a mile away that had plenty of TVs and pretty friendly locals to chat with. The room itself was OK. Not bad not great.

I did not like this place because it has outside doors and it was chilly and the air conditioner/heater was loud and blew on me prompting my sinuses to swell shut and make me miserable. I was staying for a week and they gave me an upstairs room so I had to drag all my luggage up there. The breakfast area did not seem clean and the orange juice made me nauseous all day. And not just one day each time I had the orange juice I felt sick. I suspect they're not cleaning out the containers well. The breakfast bar did not look clean and when the attendant came to add fruit she just put the new fruit on top of the old fruit. Blech.

I checked around 1500 and the front desk woman was amazing and quick. She even wished me a happy birthday. The rooms were pleasantly clean, large and smelled really nice. The water was hot, which is huge plus. All in all I will most definitely stay here again and even give other La Quintas a chance.

There was a building wide fire alarm. The front desk clerk, Kristy, couldn't be bothered to stop whining about her personal life to answer a man's question about his safety. Incredibly rude doesn't cover it. She had disabled the alarm panel and complained of guests calling for information about the fire. Then she ordered people out of 'her lobby'. The room was musty, there were cigarette burns and lots of dirty things, the air conditioner/heater had a bad smell. And the hallways and grounds were dirty and littered.

The location was difficult to get to, the staff was very nice and accommodating. The room was clean and nice. The bathroom was outdated but functional. This was supposed to be a smoke free hotel, but everywhere we were on our way to the room and leaving coming back there was always several people smoking in the hallways, next to the door to our room, and people going in and out of rooms smoking. Also there were numerous cigarette butts every place. I am very allergic to tobacco, and tobacco smoke and had a bad allergies reaction. I will never stay at this hotel again. They do no enforce the no smoking rules.

Great place, clean, comfortable beads and fairly large rooms. The staff are also very friendly and are always trying to help and accommodate you the best they can. The only thing I would change is having more options for the breakfast such as eggs and bacon or sausage. But other than that it is a pretty nice place and I highly recommend. It's about a 15 minute drive to downtown Denver.

We had a two-night reservation, but upon arrival, we were told that they had overbooked and we wouldn't be able to stay there. They were able to transfer our reservation over to a different location, however that caused a great deal of inconvenience. The staff at the Westminster location is much nicer and hospitable than the Northglenn location.

I requested a room three times with a microwave and fridge and was promised a new room each time (i'm extended stay due to work). Guess third time was a charm. By the way, this is a picture of my door completely closed. You can hear everything and even catch an occasional light breeze. Quite lovely really. My rating of this hotel is of a high end motel 6. I'm not even going to bother requesting a new room or complaining again. I plan to send a picture of this to my employer once it gets cold and tell them it is just not an adequate hotel for the winter. Can't wait!

The room is spacious enough for two people and a French bulldog. The breakfast has waffles like all La Quintas. The rooms are easy to get to. They have motel-like entrances. There needs to be better sound proofing. A lady was having a scream fight with her high pitch child at 11:00 pm. As soon as I got to sleep, the room nextdoor dropped some clattering objects. Woke me up. The beds haven't been rotated, so there is a definite indentation in the mattress.

The outside is a little deceiving. It looks a little… old… But the inside is great! The rooms are very nice and new. The rooms are nice and quiet. Overall I was very happy with my stay.

First of all I would like to say 5 stars for the night manager; she was amazing. We arrived about 2pm and she was a shinning start. We did have a couple of problems but while she was there she was the best! I was told by the day manager's staff to go find my own cleaning lady, the hot water went out and then the last day the fire alarm was pulled. You have any idea what that is like for a dog that is scared to death. I would suggest some customer service classes for a few of your day staff. Maybe ask the night manager she knows what hospitality stands for.

Good service, the rooms are spacious with good linens and beds very comfortable. Bathrooms in perfect condition.

Staff was very friendly and more than willing to make things right. Our room did not have a fridge so they found a spare and brought it to us! Hotel was nice and clean. Only complaint was the poor breakfast.

We stayed there with pets (dog and parrot). Room was large and clean, staff was wonderful. Security at night was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a little on the light side and there wasn't a fridge or microwave in the rooms, but the price reflected that. Will definitely stay there again.

Took forever to get us checked in front desk was so slow and kept gettn confused then when I asked for a rollaway bed she said they dnt have them anymore or use them cuz of fire hassard and then the day we checked out seen a maid bring a rollaway out of a room! The pool suckd scraped up the kids and my hubby… then charged outrageous price for a room a night took a 90 doller deposit twice that I probably won't never c again definitely would not recommend this motel management n staff suck makes motel look bad… rooms weren't to bad comfortable beds but no fridge or microwave boooo.

Check-in was smooth and Danielle was very nice and made me feel welcome. I was even able to check in early. King size bed was comfortable and had plenty of pillows (5) with different firmness. The room was clean but did smell a bit musty, and there was a pool of water on the counter. Otherwise, I would have given 5 stars.

The bathroom is tiny and only runs cold water. There were two shootings less than a mile away while we were here and our room was never cleaned once over the course of two days. Just go to the quality inn down the street.

The service was good and I could tell by being in the lobby that the interior design had been updated, which let me hope that the rooms were updated as well. And they were updated to a nice modern feel. The only issue we had during our one night stay was the ac unit within the room. It was very quiet, which could be a feature to allow for better sleep without loud noise, but the air although, cool, let a little to be desired and by morning, the room felt slightly muggy. But overall, a very pleasant bed and room to stay. The breakfast was a nice spread too.

It is important to note, this is an independently owned La Quinta. Many of the courtesies from corporate are unavailable. I was unable to get the internet advertised price or anything near it. I was charged almost $100 USD over the internet price for reasons I was unable to ascertain. I complained but to no avail. If you don't mind paying close to 200 USD for a 109 USD room, it's not a bad place but the service isn't what you would expect from a La Quinta.

Let me preface this by saying that I'm not giving 5 stars because it is a 5 star hotel. My rating is based on what I expect from a median priced MOTEL (that H becoming an M makes a difference). When I chose to stay here it was a last minute inconvenience for me so I, unfortunately, had to choose a place quickly and without much research into location, price, and appearance. Every place I called in the $150 range was booked solid so I read a few reviews n everything recent was ok and the pics on yelp looked very nice and especially considering it was just over $100/nite. Also, I have a service animal that I need with me at all times and prefer to stay places that are pet friendly just to avoid the 3rd degree, the rude looks and remarks, and constantly being pestered by employees who want to come and check on the state of the room (even though my Corgi is cleaner than any child under the age of 13 and has better manners too). I was able to hold a room by just giving them my phone number (BEYOND convenient) and I called ahead to see if I could check in early. They said no problem. The check in process was very quick and simple which meant a lot in my situation. I will say that when I saw that it was an outward facing motel, and a partially dilapidated one at that, I almost just said forget it. In my experience they are not very conducive to creating a safe environment.

ANTS! This hotel is infested with ants. Period. When we woke up there were between 20-30 ants all over the bathroom. The front desk was saying they've heard that before and maybe it was time to call an exterminator. They tried to defuse the situation by saying they were just babies because they still had wings. I'm not sure if they thought we'd say "oh! Just babies? How cute! ", but we didn't buy it. I was however fooled into thinking that they would get an exterminator. They clearly don't care because I just read a review from a person 9 months ago complaining about the same thing. There are lots of other options. Please don't stay here. June 2016

Staying here since we're working in Denver for the week. I got lucky, the hotel is currently under renovation and the rooms that are complete a are nice. And have both fridge and microwave and updated decor. I was in one of those rooms. Unfortunately it seems others weren't so lucky and received rooms with no appliances. The hotel itself looks rough from the outside, having a door to the outside layout and walkways going around the outside of each floor on each building, which is split into 4 separate buildings connected by walkways. All in all I wouldn't mind staying again, but mostly if I stayed in an updated room, which seems to be an ongoing process at the moment.

I was so very impressed with the wonderful hospitality from Terri who works at the front desk. She was extremely pleasant and helpful. ☆☆☆☆☆. I also liked the bed… extremely comfortable! I liked the private entrance. However, extremely over priced.

We were in the ground floor of this motel, and I was genuinely scared. The whole place had a lingering smell of cigarettes and dust. Yes, it had clean sheets. But, the bath was old, and the shower head had an awful rough pressure. I was scared to get in, and it took a long time to heat up. There was also a hole in the door stop, and my husband felt the need to check for hidden porn cameras because it felt so sketchy. They had one shampoo/conditioner bottle, but there was no extra services for guests. The walls are THIN. Car doors wake you up in the middle of the night. The bed is hard and the room is tiny. Because it's a cheap motel, you get cheap customers — there was domestic violence with a guest upstairs. A woman screamed bloody murder at her kids late at night. We had to leave because of this. I cannot stay here again, but will at least give them a star for refunding us so we could get out, and for the clean beds. The staff WAS friendly.

I am not sure how this hotel got 3 stars? It has nothing to accommodate the guests for there stay. No fitness center, no hot tub, pool (4 months out of year), or places to eat nearby. It is noisy on both sides from the highways. The front desk people were always on there phones and not welcoming. If you are looking for a place JUST to sleep, this is your hotel.

The room was clean and well-furnished. It is not a luxury hotel, but it was certainly a good hotel. The price was reasonable. The Wi-Fi was free and worked well. The breakfast was not fancy, but was sufficient. Cereal, fruit, muffins, bagels, boiled eggs, yogurt, juice, coffee and hot chocolate, and bake your own waffles. Staff was friendly and helpful. I was a bit concerned that the hotel was too close to the freeway and would be noisy, but we didn't notice any noise. The room had an iron and ironing board, which was nice. My biggest complaint was that the shower head was too low — — I had to crouch to get low enough to rinse off my hear. The shower head was probably about 5 feet 3 inches above the tub floor. But it did work. And the towels, linens, and bed were very nice. I'd use this hotel again if I were needing to stay in the neighborhood.

This hotel is great if you have low standards. The carpets are disgusting. I wore my flip flops instead of going bare foot. Huge stains and very worn down and dirty carpet. Our curtains were safety pinned and taped up so we couldn't even open them. When we woke up, I went into the bathroom and there were ANTS crawling all over the floor. I was grossed out. I can see ants on the 1st floor, but we were up on the 3rd floor! We went to the front desk and told the lady and she said, "Oh, those are just cement ants. They are just looking for food since winter is coming up. " Like it was no big deal! There are BUGS! Call a freaking exterminator! She said she'd send maintenance up to deal with it. Next morning, same thing. Needless to say, we cancelled the 3rd night and spent $10 more/night to stay in a very nice Marriott just down the road. NOT worth the $105 we paid per night!

The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly enough. We had some issues with our reservation, but once the manager became involved they were handled well.

Rooms in need of revamp ASAP! Front desk staff super nice and breakfast was fine.

I stayed here for 2 months I have never had a problem these people are amazing friendly clean. They are right off the highway and down the street from everything you need. No one bothers you. And very quiet. They have a pool during the summer. The only thing that could be better is having a vending machine ice and laundry in all the buildings or at least all in one location instead all scattered throughout. Other then that 4 1/2 stars.

Had the pleasure of staying here while traveling with my family. The animal rules rock and its the best place for traveling families with pets. The rooms were kept nice and the employees were extremely friendly. Great place plus the views are awesome. The breakfast is good too.

We stayed here for 4 nights while touring Denver, Boulder, Estes and Rocky Mountain national park. It's a good location for being in the middle of all we wanted to see. About a 20 minute drive to Boulder and 10-15 minutes to downtown Denver. The room was decent for the price. It was well kept. A fridge and microwave would have been nice to keep leftovers from our restaurant tours but we couldn't keep anything because it would spoil. We choose La Quinta primarily because of the price and they allow us to bring our dog along with no hassle or extra fees. I would not recommend this location though if your dog isn't comfortable around foreign places or noise. It can be a little loud with the freeway and a rail road literally right next to the hotel. We had to take our dog to the local Park just to use the bathroom because he was so scared to be outside but it might not be a problem for most other dogs. We didn't have the breakfast so I can't comment on that. The staff were good: not bad but not great either. Overall it's a good place for the location and pricing compared to other hotels in the area.

The prices are good, the room was clean and spacious, shower was clean, and the daily free breakfast was nice! Room was comfortable and clean. You had fruit, oatmeal, eggs. Even a "make your own waffle" station. The ladies at the desk were very friendly and helpful. Location was fantastic, being new to the area I found everything I needed and more conveniently located to the hotel. Hotel grounds were clean and I felt safe walking my dog in the evenings as it was all well lit. Keep up the good work guys, thanks.

Showed up, checked in, no problem. Got to our room, it smelled so smoky and gross. Promptly went back to the front desk to ask for a non-smoking room (like we had originally requested) and I was told that my room is a non-smoking room. I asked for a different room and was told "this was the room assigned to you. There's nothing I can do for you". I've always been an LQ fan. This was a "free" night from my accumulated points. I'm disappointed to waste my points on a crappy room, but thankful I didn't actually have to pay for it either. I will re-think my next LQ reservation.

Although this wasn't the ideal place to spend my wedding night, considering that we didn't have a lot of money to spend, I would say it was worth it. The staff was very nice and the room was very comfortable. It was quiet for the most part, just a few kids passing by the room in the morning. They have a pretty good waffle bar to go with the breakfast, and I felt the showers were pretty nice. All in all, I had a great time.
