We stayed for 4 nights & enjoyed it! The room was nice & spacious. The kitchen area & dining/living area is so nice to have during a long stay! The sofa pulls out into a twin bed so my kids loved not having to sleep together. The pool & hot tub view is amazing! The location is perfect!

Good and nice hotel for family. Clean and thoughtful amenities. Little kitchen and fridge are nice. Provide humidifier really help and comfortable. Just breakfast food is not as good as other Marriot Resident Inn. Not much options. A few notch below my expectations from other Marriott experience for breakfast. Location of this hotel is very nice. Right there at the heart of Breckenridge.

A beautiful property nestled in downtown Breck, complete with beautifully appointed rooms, even a humidifier in the room for the extra dry days/nights in Colorado! A very stylish property!

We love Marriott brand and Breckenridge Residence Inn is dog friendly, clean and has wonderful staff.

Stayed here for two nights and was told the room rate was $240 a night, but when I got home I was charged $920. They gave me no receipt and no email.

Excellent. Wonderful design in the main lobby. Rooms are clean, spacious, well-laid-out. Full refrigerator, stove, kitchenware. Very nice, modern bathroom with a great shower. Large, small-bezeled TV, comfortable bedding. Surprisingly bountiful breakfast with a whole load of food choices and fresh heavy cream available for the coffee! Clean all throughout the building, friendly staff. Overall just a fantastic hotel. Would stay again. If I had to give one minor complaint, it's that the toaster area becomes a bottleneck in the breakfast area during the busiest time of the morning. This could be improved by moving the toasters to over by the waffle area, adding more toasters, or both. To any guests wanting to circumvent this issue, just come down at 7:30 or earlier before it starts getting too crowded.

Booked this hotel 9 months in advance because we knew it would be a busy weekend. Got a call the day we are supposed to check in, and we’re informed that our reservation was no longer being honored because they had overbooked. Spoke to the manager, Josh, who was rude and very unapologetic. He said that this was their normal business practice, and would not be offering any assistance. Beware this shady business practice, and if it happens to you, don’t bother to talk to Josh. It’s a waste of time.

New Construction so everything is in decent condition. Parking can be very limited. Breakfast is average. Housekeeping did not clean my room until ~5:15pm several days and seemed annoyed when things like towels or soap was requested (which weren't properly replenished during the cleaning). Pool was nice but small and got crowded with young kids very easily.

Great location, new, clean property with a great breakfast and underground parking. However, lacks coziness, beds are very hard, and room lighting was cold and industrial. Overall pretty good but not as great as the room rates might indicate. Only Marriott property I've ever been denied late check out. Check in was significantly delayed due to housekeeping. At least I got to pay for a $9 glass of wine while I waited! it’s a shame that the management is so average for such a great local.

Very nice hotel with a really comfortable bed. Everything seems up to date and newer in the lobby and guest rooms. Breakfast was included and had standard fare of scrambled eggs, sausage patties, bagels, make your own waffles, cereal, and coffee. The only downside to this hotel is that there is not enough parking. If you arrive later in the evening there are no regular parking spots left and you have to park on the gravel or in the driveway. I had to knock off one star for the lack of parking.

This hotel has very friendly staff, beautiful Decour, very well-kept, excellent complementary breakfast, great bar and food! My stay was wonderful! I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone and everyone!

My husband and I stayed here for 4 nights in the summer and had a wonderful stay. Wish we could have stayed longer! They are pet friendly (we have a large dog). We had a king bed suite with a kitchenette that included a full-sized refrigerator and freezer, 2 burner stove, a microwave, and dishwasher (no oven). Room was updated, clean, and spacious. Staff was kind, professional, and accommodating. Bathroom had a walk-in shower (no tub) with no sliding door, but a glass wall. Within walking distance to all shops and restaurants on main street. We will be staying here again the next time we visit!

Location is very well kept, and staff are very friendly. Hot breakfast, and an enclosed parking garage are great benefits. There is an awesome view of the mountains from the third floor pool. I would absolutely stay here again!

The entire establishment is high quality and everything, but it feels a little too "out there" for my taste. For example, my shower didn't have a shower door or curtain because it was too fancy I guess. Terrific place with amazing views, I will probably look for a more practical hotel in the future.

The service was amazing. The suites here are terrific great beds, great kitchen fully stocked with all the kitchen ware you need. Shower and bathroom are new and cool. I would definitely recommend friends to stay here for all and any needs.

Stayed here for 5 days and enjoyed it. Great location with the main part of downtown Breckenridge only a 5 minute walk away. Parking can get a bit hairy, but we were lucky enough to get a spot everyday. Breakfast is meh, but I didn't personally do breakfast here with so many other better venues nearby.

The hotel is new and located at the end of town. Rooms are nice, mostly because it's new. That is where the appeal ended for me. The rooms are loud and not because of partying. I could hear everyone walking down the hall and overhead as well as the TV and conversations of the next room. My kids even knew the names of our neighbors before we left because they heard them talk so much.
Parking is luck of the draw and inadequate. If you are not lucky enough to get a space, you can find your paid parking a long walk from the hotel. One may like the summer stroll but not cold, winter weather with kids in tow.
The hotel web page boasts a restaurant/lounge. However there is no room service or even a phone at the lounge to call in a pick-up order. So if you want something for your room, you have to go down, order, wait, or show up again 20 minutes later for pick-up. Even then they forgot the condiments twice. The lounge was never busy so one would think they would like the business anyway they get it. Most of the time, the staff person was just sitting there staring at their phone. The kids and I ate from there 2 nights… one out of necessity due to a sick child. Food was just okay. Chicken fingers and quesadillas where good, burgers just okay, but my kids would not touch the pizza.
I tried to check out and move to the Marriott Mountain Valley Lodge, which I love, but they would not let me leave without a very expensive penalty (over $500).

Really good location within Breck, and friendly driver giving rides to the Gondola. Hotel seems new or recently renovated. Breakfast left a little to be desired. One particular employee at the front desk could have been more friendly. Overall, pretty happy.

Two stars… one for location and one for shuttle service. Otherwise… pass on it. If you want a restful sleep, definitely go somewhere else. Walls are paper thin and you will hear EVERYTHING! Sleeping and waking up were based on what our neighbors were doing. We could clearly hear every conversation our neighbors were having… even them putting ice into glasses. Knew when our upstairs neighbors were in because you could hear them walking across the floor, moving items, or flushing the toilet. If you are someone that gets up at 6AM to be the first to hit the slopes and then stays up until 3 AM doing the bar crawl then this place is probably OK for you… but you won’t make any friends among the people in rooms around you!

Very nice space. Warm and welcoming lobby and living room on main floor. Great front desk staff. Great breakfast, except they are using powdered or processed eggs — yuck. Awesome pool and hot tub deck with view of Breck's mountains. The Jets on the hot tub don't work. If they're busy, you get one parking spot at property. One other thing that would make it 5 Stars: shift to non toxic cleaning solutions. Yours stink!

Located in a quiet area right off of Main Street, this proprety boasts large, suite-style rooms with full kitchens, large bathrooms, and great views. They had a parking garage, which was helpful in the morning after a night of 10+ inches of snow. The front desk agents were very nice. The young lady Caitlin got us checked in quickly, right after making the reservation online. We were able to return to the room after checkout, as we forgot some things in the fridge. Overall, excellent stay. Will return for travels in Breckenridge.

It may not be slope side, but it has everything you need. The rooms are great and come with cooking utilities. The continental breakfasts are fantastic and the best I have had at a hotel. They also serve gluten-free options.

Location was great if you would like to enjoy the popular bars and restaurants in the area. The hotel itself is very nice and clean. Would recommend for sure.

Great location with views of the ski area. Easily walkable to downtown stores and restaurants and the shuttle service was great with getting us to and from the gondola. We will definitely come back another time.

Great new all suite hotel — 2 bedrooms available. Breakfast is included. Unlike other Residence Inn locations, this one has a restaurant/bar open from 4-10pm.

Catty cornered to Breck Brewery. Lovely staff. Lovely rooms. Only downside was the mattresses were a little firm for my liking.

We have loved every second. Friendly staff, beautiful rooms with a lot of space. So comfortable. It's a perfect and even romantic spot for couples. We stayed for our wedding anniversary and will stay again!

The lobby was very homey and cozy. The room was nice and big, very clean and comfy. The free breakfast was great! All of the employees were very nice and courteous. Great location! Right off of main Street.

Beautiful hotel, extremely well maintained and clean. We came in with a trailer and the hotel staff was nice enough to shuttle us across town to the trailer parking lot and reimbursed us for the overnight parking fee. Next morning they shuttled us back over after we checked out. Excellent customer service!

Hotel was very nice, convenient location. Awesome views especially from the outdoor pool and hot tub. My only complaint is the bed was not comfortable. Overall great hotel and I would stay again.

Very nice, updated and modern. Good location. Lovely spacious rooms. We had a gorgeous view of the mountains from our room. The breakfast buffet was decent. Front desk staff could do better. Overall it is a great hotel.

The front desk seems to get a little overwhelmed, but are very nice and helpful. The breakfast each morning is much better than expected. The room was extremely comfortable and the kitchenette includes a very serviceable stove and a full sized refrigerator. It was great having an ice machine in the room! It's also a very easy walk to the rest of Breckenridge.

Stayed two nights over the Memorial Day weekend with some friends and my dog. Very accommodating to your fur baby! Set us up with a great studio near the stairs, they had extra poop bags behind the desk and a grass spot by the fire pit. Can't wait to go back when it's a little warmer! The location cannot be beat for someone who wants to shop downtown or just wander. It's right off Main Street and was an easy walk for all our meals. The pool and hot tub were well placed with an amazing view of the slopes and we could envision how cool this would be in the winter! Will definitely return! The bar tender was also a hoot and we had a great time chatting with him on day two! What a great new hotel! Cannot wait to come back!

This hotel is conveniently located to downtown hot spots and ski lifts. The breakfast provided was good. The layout of the room (1BR Suite) was spacious and the bathroom was very nice. I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the room. A used bar of soap was left in the shower and the shower floor seemed a little dirty. It was also obvious that the floors (carpet in the bedroom and "hardwood" in the rest) hasn't been vacuumed or swept. The bed was also very uncomfortable with a simple sheet on top of a mattress, no fitted sheet. The staff was quite helpful and nice. They upgraded my room for free when I asked for a better view. I would stay here again but I might need to bring cleaning supplies and my own bedding.

Very accommodating and beautiful. For just opening, extremely well run and you'd never know they had only been open a few weeks. But they need to figure out breakfast. Needs to be extended to 10:00. And they need a lot more dishes and silverware. More staff working at breakfast. The pour girl is doing as best as she can but she just can't keep up. Will definitely stay here again if we come back. Need a hot tub though.
