First, we were moved to an air b&b that was different from the one we had originally booked. The new place was still nice and we had an overall pleasant experience until there was an unexpected weather change with a lot of snow that our cars were not used to. We asked the host if we could stay an extra night until the roads cleared up and they said they couldn’t because they had other guests coming in and they offered to move us to a new place a few blocks down. The only reason they didn’t ask the incoming guests if they were okay with staying at another property was because there was no hot tub. Along with that, all the other air b&bs around us had their drive ways plowed and we were forced to plow our own driveway by borrowing shovels from the neighbors. They claim that they offered a lot of accommodations like suggesting we take on a great expense by towing our car down the mountain and offering extra shovels which was not substantial enough. We had a very difficult time leaving the air b&b and were forced to drive in dangerous conditions and risked our lives because of the failure of the host to accommodate us. This company puts profits above the safety of their guests and I recommend that anyone planning on reserving an air b&b through this management company to search for a new place. This has been the worst air b&b experience I have ever been through and I will never book with this company again.

The fact that you setup through Airbnb, take a deposit that requires the customer to have to pay a penalty if they cancel, but it’s okay for you! Especially after booked for two months, money deducted from my account, flights booked and now the room is needed during my stay and you cancel me! All I can say is that KARMA is a b*&$@! I hope that Toby & Lauretta Babich have a successful ski year! Even if you do delete or don’t post this, the fact is that you read this and know that not only did you upset me, but you destroyed a Xmas gift! Happy Holidays!
