Worked out well for us. Nice staff.

This hotel is listed as pet friendly up to 80 pounds. We booked a 3 day stay while our home was being painted to include our two cats. The manager, Rylee Mchone, ignored their corporate policy and refused to let our cats stay. We are now forced to find another hotel with no notice. Absolutely disgusting.

The great staff have made our long stay here a lot better! They are special people!

Very clean with all the amenities. Super for a night or a long stay. Great location on the north side of Denver. Close to good dining and shopping.

This is a nice extended stay hotel, nice kitchenette. Staff has been friendly, laundry facilities have been nice. I'd recommend for anyone needing accommodations for more than a few nights.

It was fine. Best thing about it was no pet deposit. But no pool, no hot tub, and no breakfast. But for same price you get amenities so won’t be staying here again.

We spent 4 month here and I have seeing lots of turnaround… hauskeping getting worse. No real cleaning. Have to ask for towels and they throw your pillows and blanket on the floor before putting on the cover. Nasty. Response from Katlyn. I should have not been in the room while they clean. Really! … she is the one who called my room to ask when they can clean. I informed her at noon as I have a large dog. I left before 12 and came back at 1:45… ROOM WAS NOT SERVICED! I called FD and she send cleaner who does not speak no English and did a poor job. That's how I knew about the pillows on the floor. Yeah no vacuum either kitchen was not touched at all. I cleaned myself after. Well, this is what you pay for $2600 a month with suppose 1 x week service. No pool or breakfast … my honest opinion on all of my reviews so far this place needs management help.

Excellent place to stay, it's clean, spacious, fully equipped kitchen, refrigerator and much much more. I go to Colorado almost every other week. The week of July 9th their rooms are all booked : — (so I decided to stay somewhere in Boulder the Hotel called Millenium Hotel… OMG it is an old dirty hotel, it's like an Haunted House. My suggestions always stay on any IHG properties, I trust their customer service and excellent, clean rooms.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, comfortable beds, with a nice outdoor BBQ/firepit area, and well worth the average rate per night.

Great place to stay, very friendly staff and clean rooms. They always exceeded my expectations. Carol was great, she solved a tough challenge I was having, love her for that.

Great service at the front desk day and night. Clean, spacious rooms that seem newly built. Parking in front gets filled up but there are spaces in back too. Overall, a great stay.

Up to date room, loved everything about it. But it's new and the staff could be more seasoned in customer service. There was only decaf coffee and the front desk person said, 'oh well, we're new. ' Loved the location, juice shop, Cabelas, immediately next door. Easy access to the highway.

We are going back there soon and I realized I didn't put up a review the 1st time. But this place is fairly new and it's clean with a wonderful staff.

Bad enough that we opted to stay in a house with no heat, in winter. Room was dirty and other "guests" made everything feel sketchy. Perhaps it's a red flag when people have welcome mats in front of their doors and keep their doors open to socialize with their neighbors.

Was a enjoyable stay. Rooms were clean, well stocked, and designed for comfort. Staff was great as well, always courteous and helpful. Kitchen/breakfast services would be a great addition to the airport.

They are awesome and their service is top notch. I highly recommend them.

From the extra lending locker items like a blender and a vacuum to tidy your own room. This location is very well taken care of, the Staff very friendly, & laundry pods for. 50 cents to wash clothes in the cupboard. Free Laundry & Stores Near by to stock your refrigerator. It's exactly that @ home feeling.
Well light parking lights & modern gas BBQ grills.
Ihg Employee that has traveled all over the USA. This is the nicest In Colorado.

I attended a Hiring Event at this hotel. I only spent time in the lobby and one other room, where I was interviewed, but I had a very pleasant experience in my limited time at this hotel. Beautiful art and furniture. My only complaint would be that I noticed a crumbled half of an Oreo on the coffee table in the lobby.

Service was good and the room was clean. The ammenities were also nice.

The gas station next to the motel is very inconsiderate. They decided to pressure wash their station in the middle of the night. They even lied to the police and told them they were cleaning up a spill. It must have been a very big spill since they washed the entire building and canopy. No sleep all night and nobody would do anything about it. I do not recommend this motel if you want a good nights sleep.

I liked it! The only thing wrong with it is that it is really far from everything! But the service was awesome the employees were very friendly and helpful! Would recommend!

I recommend this hotel. It was clean and smells good. The front desk staff were friendly and very helpful. One even went up to our room and brought a trash bag when we asked if they have one, which she doesnt have to do. I also have left some of my items and didnt know about it until 2 months later and they still have them and sent them to me when I inquired about it. The kitchen has basic things you needed. Although the dishwasher was broken but it was not a great deal to me. Overall, I have enjoyed my stay and was satisfied.

As a former night manager of a Candlewood Suites (Madison, WI) I have unique insight into how things do and should work at an IHG facility and a CWS specifically. While the facilities themselves are top notch (As long as you know there is no pool). Our check-in experience was filled with anxiety, our bathroom door somehow being locked from the outside, the front desk worker treating my wife rudely and hanging up on her and the US being asked to move because the person below us was having a melt down over normal check-in noise of a family of 3 with a 4 year old. All in all the place is great I would just recommend some retraining of front desk staff of how to handle stressful situations. Whitney was a bright spot however who came in at the end of the situation and prevented us from leaving entirely. So Great Place. Plus less than great staff encounter = average score.

There should be 0 starsfor starters. The management there are very decietful and sneaky. If you don't go along with there crooked protocall there, they will find away to fire you… The front desk girls to down to people with no respect. This hotel is a joke and so are the women and some of the corporate who work for the business. The owner needs to look into this hotel there's a lot of embezzlement going on in here… Trust this review!

Checking in took quite a bit of time, a mixup occured with our party and duration, and bed. The room itself was fine, but a friend stepped in a needle for a diabetes test kit in the Halls. Hopefully a fluke occurence, but warrants concern.

Room smelled like marijuana when checked in we left it as is because all we wanted to do is rest got charged for stuff on my card when we used 2 cards my room wasn't fully cleaned katchup or barbecue was all over the side counter. Other guest were slamming doors. I will not be staying there anymore!

Everyone here is great! I really like the staff here. I only wish they had full kitchens but the basics are great and better then nothing, and at no EXTRA cost. Centrally located and tucked back in a quiet area.

Clean nice size rooms great location and Manger and staff go out of the way to make you feel like you are at home stay from November 21 till mid January.

Was pleasantly suprised when we walked in. Had everything you need. Kitchenette, cleanliness, staff was pleasant and helpful. Great area easy access to the hospital, shopping, and restaurants. Will stay here again.

We are staying here because our apartment suffered significant water damage from a fire 2 floors up and insurance is paying for this place. All the staff is super friendly. I love that we can do laundry for free. The 1 bedroom suite is very nice and we use the kitchenette a lot. There's more DirectTv channels than we have at home and the beds are comfy. My only complaint is the pull out sofa is awful. The springs dig into your body. Otherwise we are enjoying our stay despite our circumstance.
