Snowshoe Motel is very cosy, the staff is friendly, the rooms spacious and clean.
You’ll love it.

It’s very affordable and walking distance to some good restaurants & music venues. There is a shuttle bus for skiers too! Hot tub is inside, but it warms you up & relaxes muscles. I recommend for budget hipsters.

The hotel is right off of main street so it's super early to walk aron and enjoy the town. The rooms were very clean and nice. We've stayed there twice and will always return for our next trip to Frisco.

Oh… I left my hat.! 2 days after our return home I called the motel. " Yes we have your hat ". Cool as it was one of my favs. I mailed them a prepaid return folder and received it in a week. Hats off. To their honesty and integrity. Stay there again I will.

These people are absolutely fantastic! They help you in every way they can. And they had no problem with giving me extra time on checkout.

Harsh reviews on here must be the hard to please… uh yeah it isn’t the Ritz. Move along. I was in Breck traveling late at night and no hotels would answer the phone or front desk… the guy at Snowshoe Motel answered the phone and got me a room immediately. I drove the short drive back to Frisco and he got me checked in after hours (1:30am). Nice and clean place to rest for the night. Much appreciated!

Great value, lots of character. Not fancy but clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Walls were a little thin.

First couple of times it was nice. Friendly service and clean rooms. The last time a gentleman with accent very rude and tried putting us in a room that smelled like an ash tray. Will find different place to stay next trip!

Stayed here for a night or two. The staff was friendly & welcoming. Pretty cheap place for such a nice little historical town. The room wasn’t great, but it was typical for a motel. Convenient spot. There was supposed to be a free breakfast in the morning, when I went in asking about the food they sent me to a little room, there were only like 3-4 people in there and it still seemed packed. There was like half a cup of coffee & cold toast left. Wasn’t too thrilled, other then that is was nice.

The rooms are not so bad however the beds themselves and pillows are hard as rocks and the bedding is pretty itchy and uncomfortable. If you want to wake up with a horrible back ache then this is your place. Also paper thin walls so if one person in the hole place wakes up the hole place will here them.

For a two star hotel it was very nice. We had a room with two queen beds a kitchen and large living room with two couches that pull out into beds. For five guys needing a cheap place to stay and a oven to fix food it’s a good place. Close to the ski resorts.

The location is great if you're going skiing/snowboarding at any of the epic resort locations outside of Denver.

It's very straightforward and has the bare necessities. It is in a great location. We were within very short walking distance of a lot of food options.

Expensive for a motel, especially of it's quality. If you don't have another place to stay than it is bearable. The towels didn't do a good job at drying and the breakfast is very minimal (bread and butter, more or less). Most of this is expected considering that it's a motel but in the end, it wasn't a good value proposition considering what you get for the price.

Stayed the night before heading to copper mountain. Room was fine and Continental breakfast was included. Steps from downtown restaurants and shopping.

Was a nice stay except the ppl above us got loud and the guy up front didn't do anything about it bc he was trying to sleep.

This place is a total dump. When we got to the room, after dealing with a rather unpleasant women at the front desk, we found dirt all over the chairs and a real haphazard cleaning job overall. The first thing we did was check for bedbugs, and saw prior evidence of remediation. The pocket door to the bathroom was in such disrepair it nearly didn't open at all. And to top it off I was charged for an additional guest twice, even though my booking was for 3 people. Spend the extra couple of bucks, stay somewhere decent.

Good value for money. Nice clean room with two gueen size beeds. Breakfast was suprisely good — coffe, the, yoghurt, bagels and fruit.

It's inexpensive. Seems safe enough. Very basic accommodations. Clean. Thin towels and builder grade fixtures. No a. C. But there is a fridge and microwave in the room. If you are looking for a budget motel that is clean, but you don't care about thin towels or luxurious surroundings, this is totally the place for you.

I loved staying here. The motel is cozy, and the front desk is very friendly and welcoming. And the view of the mountains is amazing! Definitely will make this our spot for our future Colorado trips!

It was good. I stayed for one night. They offered front side room because it was less noisy. We had not any problem with room and it was clean. Breakfast was good. I know you can find a cheaper place but it has access to main Street and some places.

Stopped for the night. Basic accommodations. Comfortable but small beds, hot showers. Location was best, located downtown. Check prices on web, deals can be found.

Location is nice great scenery close to shops, bars, n food. Clean rooms, not completely up to date, but still have hdtvs, fridge, microwave. Staff is friendly and cheap stay.

Awesome! Great hotel and staff! Highly recommend! Beautiful view! The city of Frisco is amazing and there is so much to do all in walking distance! There is also the free bus that runs daily to Copper Mountain and Breckenridge! Walking distance to the Marina!

Clean and fairly modern motel for a great price. Continental breakfast is above average. Staff is very friendly. Location is excellent and there is plenty of parking, it's very close to many restaurants and there is a bus stop right outside. The beds were comfortable enough. Shower had good pressure and temperature. Lots of free soaps if you're a bum like I am.

Everything looks really nice. But it is old. Great grandma's house old. Floors creak things leak. The location great. But if you come to frisco to be outside, stay somewhere else.

We stayed at the Snowshoe Motel for 8 nights (ski vacation) and had a wonderful time. We used the shuttle system to get to 4 ski resorts and the pick up station is located in front of the motel office. The buses ran on time. The manager Alina and her staff were extremely friendly and very accommodating. Very customer oriented establishment! Our room was clean and comfortable. We found the hot tub and sauna clean and very relaxing. We plan on staying here again on our next ski vacation. Thank you to Alina and her staff at the Snowshoe Motel! Diane and Randy from Michigan.

Very nice location in the middle of the town. Comfortable and affordable. I stayed here overnight when snow and wind made visibility difficult in the Colorado mountain part of I 70. The front desk guy is very jovial and friendly. Would definitely come back someday to explore the nature of the mountains.

A plus about this place is the price. That and the friendly receptionist. My girlfriend and I stayed the night on our way home from Utah. Although our price points were the same everywhere we stayed, this was by far the worst. The room was dirty upon arrival, including an extremely dirty mirror and leftover food in the fridge remaining from the previous guests. The literal shed without running water we stayed in the previous two nights was a few steps up from here.

We asked the manager to deal with our room being so cold. He checked the baseboard and said the heat was working. We disagreed. He told us we could check out if we wanted. Then later that night the room was unbearably hot. I would not go back there.

Relatively inexpensive, centrally located on Main St, Frisco, CO a quaint, rustic, old mining town. Keystone about 15 min drive. Motel is seriously outdated, thin walls is my biggest complaint. You can hear your neighbors talk, snore, party all night. Beds were on the springy side. Time for new mattresses. Sort of clean rooms. What you would expect of a motel. Nice front desk person. Continental breakfast included. Free Wi-Fi and parking. Would not recommend unless on a tight budget.

Rooms and price are good. Only complaint is that the walls were a bit thin.

The rooms and location were very nice. We skied at both breck and keystone so the location was perfect. We were in walking distance of all the food we wanted and there was a bus stop right outside that we used to ski at breck. The staff was friendly and for the price during the time of year, it could not be beat. Great place to stay.

I give the Snowshoe Motel five stars — I've stayed here a handful of times in the past, including last week and continue to be happy with my visit. It's what you pay for — no frills, nothing fancy, but for the location and the price — it's absolutely perfect! For a pricey mountain town to still have a hotel in a perfect location that is affordable is beautiful thing. Staff is friendly, rooms are clean, and we'll be back!

One of the best hotels to stay at. I tried to stay in Silverthorne was just a bunch of Mexicans no clean towels or anything so if you're staying in Silverthorne your best bet is just to go a little farther to Frisco Silverthorne is the worst by all means it's pretty much going to Mexico in the mountains. La Quinta and luxury inn are the worst it's worth the drive if you just go to Frisco.

Clean, comfortable, and a good price. If your traveling on a budget, this is a great place to stay. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the rooms are clean. If you're expecting a Hilton, you'll be disappointed, but as far as motels go, this is one of the good ones.

Stayed here after a two weeks on the Colorado trail. Rooms weren't as great as some fancy hotels, but it was in downtown Frisco, the price was right, the lady at the front desk was friendly, and the continental breakfast was great. The only downside was it was a hot night, but there's no AC (probably don't need it in Frisco). There was a fan which I put in the window and turned on for some fresh air, but it sucked in the cigarette smoke from the smokers on the walkway in the room next to mine.

If you’re only requirement is to have a clean room then consider staying, but that should be a given. If you want a good night’s sleep DO NOT stay at Snowshoe Motel! There is no privacy, you hear everything from the adjoining rooms. The dominate demographic is 30 and younger therefore there are people drinking and partying until one or two am. Because the office was only open till 10pm we didn’t feel we could contact anyone. When speaking to the owner the following day he stated we could have called him and because “he gets the police there when he needs them”. To us, he implied that having the police show up was a common occurrence. The owner was not the least bit understanding nor was he willing to compensate us at in any way shape or form.

Omg. Don't stay here. Unless you actually LIKE to feel the bed springs dig into your back and have a restless night's sleep. Go elsewhere.

EEEEEE! That's the feeling I got when I woke up in the morning from the beds that had springs poking in my back. I asked for another room but as they were full, I had to stay put. The next time I'm considering staying here, I will opt for camping on my air pad instead. Spend the extra dollars and stay elsewhere.

After a lot of research on affordable places to stay in the Frisco/Breckenridge/Dillon area I settled on the Snowshoe and I'm glad I did. The room was very clean, it had a fridge and a microwave and the heater worked well. They had a continental breakfast with a small dining area which included a TV. It cost me $60 a night for a single which was the best deal I could find in that area. There were other motels/hotels that were in the $60 — $70 a night range but they got terrible reviews. The young lady at the front desk was very pleasant and helpful and I would indeed tell my friends to stay there.
