My entire family love it, big rooms, amazing breakfast especially the guys at the front desk they do deserve 6 stars from me even the guys from maintenance are very friendly. just one thing that didn’t like me very much is the cleaning ladies they just need to be more friendly we stay there 4 nights and every time we meet in the hallways and I say good morning every time and I only get one response back It looks like they not happy doing that kind of job, everything else is amazing I will stay there every time that I have a chance.

The rooms are very large and spacey. The breakfast sausage was delicious but didn't really like that I had to toast my waffles. Staff was friendly and pretty helpful.

We arrived at 1:30 am. The front desk was very accommodating and checked us in right away. We were lucky they had one more double queen room. The hotel was completely full. The rooms are very spacious. Large closet and bathroom. Air condition, luggage carts, continental breakfast (selection is limited), free parking surrounding the building, comfortable beds, clean, quiet, ice machine, snack machines, indoor pool, jacuzzi, workout room and nice staff.

Awesome place and people. Clean, comfortable, spacious room was well appointed and had a great King bed, bedding. Comfy chair & ottoman, good desk workstation, office chair, mini fridge and microwave were welcome. Nice hot tub and indoor pool area, clean. Hot breakfast is much better than most hotel continental offerings. Scenic area, great spot for all places and things adventured.

The rooms were affordable, clean, comfortable and attractive. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The fitness room was in good working order. Grand Vista Hotel is a great place to stay if you're looking for value over flash.

Had a great experience. Not even a "for sixty dollars a night" great experience; the staff at Grand Vista Hotel treated my girlfriend and I like we were royalty. -We got in around two in the morning and were dreading the 11 am check out time… so the night manager immediately said we could have a one o'clock check out, no problem. -When we woke up it was around noon and we were bummed to miss out on the pool, so the manager (Reyna) told us to take our time and swim as long we liked. She made us some extra key cards just so we could swim. She was amazingly friendly and empathetic. -The room was clean and spacious, the shower pressure excellent, there were plenty of amenities. -I went out to load up the car and found we had left the overhead light on. I ask Reyna if anyone on staff could help us with a jump-start, and she called Juan, who rushed back from his lunch break to help me out. Juan wasn't even the maintenance guy; he's a contractor out of California employed by the hotel's owner. Just rushed right back and helped me out with a smile, then ate his lunch in the dining room. I've worked in a lot of hotels and restaurants, and this level of friendliness and flexibility is hard to come by. Top to bottom the place is run excellently.

Nice clean place. The hotel looks fairly new. Staff was very friendly. Room was nice and clean. Pool is a little small but there was only a few other guest using it while we were there. The only downside was the food in the pub. Ordered the pizza and I think it was just a frozen pizza heated up. They did give us two free drinks tickets to use though. We were traveling in an RV and there was plenty of parking.

What an awesome hotel! Rooms were clean (beds and pillows were comfy), staff was exceptionally friendly, the pool was a comfortable temperature and the breakfast was a nice selection which included sausage and eggs. We had a wonderful stay here this past weekend while in town for basketball games. I'm so glad we chose the Grand Vista! And the price… $56! Unheard of in 2018!

Lamp was missing a bulb, no tissue in bathroom and evening desk clerk was very unhelpful/ borderline rude regarding the internet not working. (The problem was never resolved. ) But the room rate was great although we had to book online 3rd party to obtain the lower rate. And the morning desk clerk/ manager, I'm sorry I forget her name, was outstanding! Polite, friendly, helpful, simply a nice person.

It is clear the management and ownership of this hotel does not care about their customers. DON'T choose this hotel if you are planning to relax and if you want clean accommodations. DON’T choose this hotel if you don’t want battle with the management and ownership when their irrigation sprinklers put calcium spots on your vehicle. I called the management of the hotel immediately in the morning as soon as I noticed that the hotel turned on irrigation sprinklers the night before with no warning and put calcium spots on my new truck.  They told me that there is nothing they will do to rectify the situation.  I requested that I just wanted the hard water spots cleaned off professionally.  The Gal at the front desk stated that the management and ownership is not responsible if the sprinklers get your vehicle wet.   Where does that make sense?   Where was the warning that the irrigation sprinklers were to come on where I was parked?   It is clear they think they can cause damage to my truck and move on.   That is not the case.   I will pursue this fully and get the spots professionally removed and push through whatever means to get the hotel ownership to reimburse me for any and all costs. If that was the only issue I would just attack them later in small claims court and get reimbursed for the detailing. However, the hotel skimps on everything.

Breakfast is nasty. The eggs taste microwaved, the yogurt taste bad, not to mention, it is in a boul where everyone can scoop out of leaving germs. The sausages are over cooked, more like they were burnt. Front desk was clean, pool was nice, although it smells way too much like chlorine and that is not healthy for anybody. The Gym was clean. I do want to mention something I found very unprofessional. I did pay close attention to the manager. (Reyna Lima, (name tag and on wall) she invites guest (men) to have dinner with her at restaurants. I tried searching her up on Facebook to tell her that she shouldn't do that because if other guest were to see her romance at work she would get into trouble. I then found out that she is a married woman! LIKE WHAT IN THE WORLD IS SHE DOING flirting WITH GUEST! The only reason I searched her up was because I did not find her in the afternoon when I was going to confront her. Sorry but I find this is very wrong. I will not stay in this hotel.
If the manager is doing this, what do I expect for the housekeepers, desk clerks and other employees working at that hotel?

This place was pretty nice. A very comfy bed and the pool and hot tub were great. The breakfast left a little to be desired and the staff was kind of intense and weird, not very welcoming when you had to walk past them.

Awesome place love the indoor pool the heater /air conditioner in the room was my oh my oh my fantastic when I wanted it hot the room for hot when I wanted it cold the room became cold say it's 100 degrees outside I can make it a perfect 75 inside it's just do die for. Plus that pool I mentioned is just amazing indoor it was like those pools you see on them Olympic shows with the Bobby line thingys so you could race a family member or a friend or a cousin, maybe you have need with someone, someone who may have stole something from you like a girl or a dog or a bird or a car or train just bring em here and you could race that away ya know. Get over the problem with a simple swim peace and love brothers and sisters. This place also has a gym with everything for anybody area. Although if your staying there for the night I don't recommend it I mean what your gonna work our for one day and then just never do it again. Your at a hotel don't tease your body like that it's just rude. But yeah everything from cardio to upper body to lower body I mean I'm in pretty good shape so I know my way around a gym and this hotel has pretty freaking amazing gym. Excuse my French. If you have kids or your going on a family vacation maybe a retreat or just going to go I would recommend looking for this brand or chain of hotel in that city you will absolutely love it.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, peaceful atmosphere. Bed is on the firm side, but still comfortable. Simple but good continental breakfast: Hot scrambled eggs and sausage. Also, cold cereal, bagels, rolls, yogurt, and eggo waffles. Fruit: fresh oranges, apples, and bananas.

Good quality large rooms. Includes living area with sofa and chairs, microwave, refrigerator, all for a reasonable price. Plus a free full breakfast every morning. Parachute is a small town, but plenty of restaurants, grocery, etc. The town is surrounded by the scenic Book Cliffs. They are several hundred feet high… quite stunning!

They were great. They were very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and the WINDOWS OPENED I love that! I will definitely be staying there again. Pet friendly we brought our dog. It was only an extra $10 compared to Candlewood that had a $75 charge.

Probably the newest structure in parachute. I'm glad the rooms were clean, but that's about all I can say positive. The town was so small, no places were open to eat for dinner or breakfast the next morning. We went to the conscience store the night before to grab some things, and had to leave early on our road trip so we could get breakfast in another town 30 minutes away.

I stayed here for two nights and loved it! It's not expensive at all, so I had my reservations, but I liked everything about this hotel! Large and clean room, friendly people and better than average breakfast!

Beware. PRICE GOUGER! I went on 9/4/17 (Monday evening) & front desk lady did NOT want to honor the online deals. Initially said DID have rooms (parking was nearly empty) BUT when told her of the online deals. Said HAD NO rooms, stating that people are RETURNING HOME from HOLIDAY & THAT RATES SHOULD BE HIGHER! Then she ADMITTED GRAND RIVER Hotel was very nice hotel. She was right!

The staff at this hotel was super friendly and eager to help. The rooms were spacious and clean. The pool area was great for little ones and they look to be adding a new outdoor area that will be great to take in the awesome Colorado nights.

The whole staff was awesome. Housekeeping was even better. Definitely enjoyed every part of my stay. Only thing I can say is the need Belgian Waffles. Breakfast was great except the waffles missing. The staff for breakfast was clean nice an fast on the restock. All in all my stay here was very nice!

Top of the line customer service skills! They went out of their way to check us way earlier than the checkin time. They told us they would call us with an update and they'd followed through. All of the staff are wonderful to deal with. The building and the rooms seems to be very new and in great condition. Beds are comfortable, pool is clean and the breakfast was great! We have stayed 3 nights and will be coming back here soon!

The room was clean, the bed was clean and comfortable, and the staff was nice. Hotel didn't smell bad. Towels were pretty soft (though a tad small) and water pressure was great! The A/C unit didn't work well. Cold came out, but the fan didn't blow. The room never got below 72°. Breakfast was kind of a joke… Area was way too small for the amount of guests trying to get something to eat during the very short timespan breakfast was available.

Beautiful hotel. Great room. Very accommodating staff. We needed some milk for our toddler and it was very late. My husband was going to go to the store but the lady at the front desk said to get her our son's thermos. She cleaned it for us and filled it with milk. My husband was impressed with the room and asked me if I splurged. Best experience for less than 100$ in a long time!
