Very old fashioned but I loved it. Room was nice and clean, beds very comfortable. The owner was very nice and friendly.

It was okay for a late night stop during a road trip. It's what you'd expect for a budget motel, half the people that were staying there seemed like they worked nearby and all left in their trucks between 5-6 a. M. It was definitely no frills. I would say it's clean for it's older condition, but unfortunately the beds in my room smelled like cigarette smoke. I like to stay at these types of motels when I roll into a place late at night and intend to leave by 6 in the morning. If that's all you need too, this will work. Accepts cash.

A great CHRISTIAN business! I was personally shown, where I could park a LARGE Uhaul, which was pulling a SUV. $10 Dog Fee seemed very reasonable. The room was very clean and the sheets were fresh! Stay HERE and save money!

I love these one story locally owned older motels. Park my motorcycle right in front of my room. Friendly staff and I had a good night sleep.

Great little hotel had VIP suite first night excellent then switched rooms to single due to an opening. Excellent room comfortable bed clean neat and quiet was working nights slept fine during day.

The husband and wife combo were extremely welcoming, warm and hospitable; this experience has won my loyalty and I would come back here without a problem. If you look past the very small language barrier, you will definitely feel the genuine warmth of family from these two. All necessary amenities are provided and the motel gets the job done. During the Memorial Day weekend rush it was the middle of the night and I was falling asleep on the road; I had been traveling back home from New York to California and had been driving for more than 14 hours that day. There weren't any available motels around and I randomly chose this motel; I needed to only stay for one night and the owner's wife provided a room for a very affordable price. She and her husband were very nice.

The only part that kills me is restroom tiles are literally falling out of the wall in the shower. The beds were comfy. No breakfast unlike what is advertised. Huge refrigerator in the room. Must heat up room in advance to stay warm when its snowing but once it is on it is hot. First two days the room smelled like dog. Nice owner with an interesting maid who leaves notes.

Very nice and super clean room. Good water pressure in shower and water gets hot. Its perfect for after the long hours on the road. Also very friendly staff just adds to the perks.

We travel to Oklahoma from Montana a couple times a year, Limon is our halfway point. I was skeptical at first, but the first time I walked in the lobby to check into my room I was greeted by the owner and he is one of the sweetest men I’ve met. I was traveling with my two boys last winter and he brought us a big floor heater to make sure we stayed warm. Everything about the room was clean, and it smelled clean as well. I’m picky about cleanliness because I’ve worked at hotels before and I know how some housekeepers can be careless. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends looking to save a little bit of money while traveling, it’s worth it!

I have actually been living here because of work. I love it here the rooms are big always clean. The staff is very friendly always willing to help with anything. There's not much to be said about limon Co not much here at all. However I absolutely adore this place. The beds are amazing great water pressure and extreme hot water. Very clean.

I gotta say. The gentleman at the counter was VERY friendly and helpful. We had a tiny issue initially with the room and is was very quickly resolved! Very clean room. Room 126. New carpet. Tv, mic/fridge combo. Desk and clean beds. Rates were basically the best in the whole block. I'd recommend to others. :)

We been here about a month and these are the nicest cleanest rooms in Limon we love it here we never wanna leave anyone looking to stay short or long term won't regret staying here.

The price was nice, and our stay was fine. My first impression going into the room was surprise at what a nice room it is. It was a very big room. The bathroom is was a bit dingy because it's an older place, but it wasn't gross and bad, it was just a little old. The bedding was comfortable and luxurious. All in all, I would easily stay there again.

Simple fairly inexpensive option for stopping overnight. We stop here on our way to the rockies usually because it's so easily accessible. There's enough room to park your trailer and truck in the parking lot.

Reasonably priced family run motel. My room was cozy and clean, and the staff was friendly. I was traveling alone and felt safe here.

We got the last room in this motel & when we got in it stunk of sewer. We ended up leaving & got our money back.

Needed to stay in a hotel last minute. Rainy, long drive. Very tired. They had a king bed available. Very cheap for a king. The room was so clean. Very nice room. Had a fridge, satellite, Wi-Fi, and microwave. Bathroom was clean. Super nice guy working behind the counter. He was so polite. Pretty basic room but it was very pleasant and that bed was comfi! My kids and I slept on it. If I needed to stay again passing thru I would. Colors of the room was great too,

Very clean, affordable rooms.   Extremely friendly and helpful staff.   Quiet neighborhood.   Older building, a bit outdated, but spotless.   Sheets were fresh and bed was comfortable.   I will definitely stay again.

Stopped here on my way back to Denver and really enjoyed my stay. Management was very friendly and I had no complaints at all about my room. Work brings me out this way occasionally so I definitely plan to stay at this motel again!

This is a bare bones motel. NO free breakfast, although it's listed in the Amenities. Good Wi-Fi, clean sheets, thinnest and smallest towels ever. Thin walls-you'll hear your neighbor's TV as if you were in their room.

The owners are great people. The rooms are very clean, nice. & the rates are reasonable. They are pet friendly and also a great place for families. Check them out.

Facilities are older but clean and comfortable enough, about what one can expect for a lower cost budget sort of place like this. My primary complaint with my overnight stay was that there were some people who were there longer term who were up late partying outdoors (loud at times) until 1:00 a. M. I would have liked it if staff had given them guidelines about noise that encouraged respect for other patrons sleep needs.

This place is a great. I travel for work and I am here for a couple months it's a great place to come home and relax after a lon work day. Great people amazing service.

We stayed there last night for the first time. When I was looking online for a room for the night, I read all the reviews. A lot of them were not good. But they all seemed quite petty, so ignored them and booked it. I was very pleasantly surprised to open the door to an immaculately clean and fresh room with sparkling white towels in the bathroom! The furnishings were all nice and new and the king bed slept wonderfully. The AC was running when we walked in and kept us very comfortable throughout the night. The Wi-Fi and cable TV worked great and also enjoyed the large flat screen TV. We plan to stay here again when we are passing through this way! Thank you to the owners who are working very hard to make travelers have a good nights stay in Limon.

Best customer service I have ever received from a non-chain motel! The new ownwers had only had the place for 5 days, and while I don't know what it was like before, I was very happy with my stay under the new regime! Very clean, excellent a/c, bed very comfy and fabulous water pressure in the shower! Will definitely stay again!

I loved my experience at Limon Hotel. The rooms are clean and the front desk staff are so nice and professional. However, my rating was docked down a star for a few reasons: the sheets are cotton, albeit very stiff and coarse cotton, but still comfortable; the lighting in my room was dim and limited to one light hovering over the sink; the sink faucet didn't work properly, but water still came out in spurts; and the TV failed to connect signal (if not for TV why else must I go on living? ). Other than that, this was a great motel experience (clean! ) compared to other places I've stayed in in this country.

Small, comfortable rooms with very friendly staff. If you've been driving all day this is a great place to relax. Limon's cute, and this motel is jewel. Highly recommend it.

Clean room and really nice office staff. The gentleman answered my questions and helped make light of a difficult situation involving my uhaul truck. Only complaint is that the space heater in the room didn't work very well so the room was quite cold. Otherwise this was a nice little spot to rest up for the night!

It was clean and they were friendly, but the room was sooo cold and I didnt get warm all night… warmer but not comfortable and u have no control over the heat it kicks off whenever it wants, and im a cold natured person and it was 18° outside but instead of walking into a warm room, it was freezing in there.

Very quaint, and very clean place. Fellow veteran operated, let's support our fellow veterans. Very nice people and if you are needing to eat, Southside restraunt is very good home cooked mealsroad.
