Very clean, new facility. Lots of amenities including on site grills, can do your own laundry. Breakfast was good and staff very helpful. Several restaurants walking distance nearby.

Amazing Hotel with Amazing Staff! Jessica, Kaylee, Brandi, Jan, Tallie, Hannah and Paul we're superb In their professionallism and making sure everything was perfect during my business stay. Location is excellent near multiple restaurants and a Theatre within walking distance. The rooms were very comfortable and modern. The blinds were the best keeping the room dark so I can have the best sleep ever since I worked nights and slept during the morning hours.

Great place. Cozy bedding and I definitely recommend the two queen bed setup with the sleeper if you're planning to stay with 3 other people. The hotel-apartment is perfectly located in the centre of all the best activities, from a movie theater (Cinemark) just 30 seconds away and Texas Roadhouse right next to the premise and so many other great stores in the vicinity. The complimentary breakfast offered is also great with a choice of popular cereals, fruit flavoured yogurts, microwaveable ham and egg brioches, scrambled eggs with minced chicken and more. Additionally there is a wide variety of breads and spreads to choose from and if that doesn't satisfy your hunger they have a self serviced waffle station which makes great tasting waffles. Although the gymnasium facility is relatively small, it is equipped with state of the art training machines from spin cycles and treadmills to free weights and a mini jungle gym. The laundry service ($1.00 for washing and drying) is also located in the same area. Furthermore I highly suggest that anyone staying here get the Hilton honors app where you can add your reservation and easily check-in without contacting the front desk, and what's more you can even setup a digital key where you only need a phone with the app to open your room and all the other locked doors inside the premise. Lastly I'd like to say that the whole workforce is very kind and accomadating, and our host for the stay Ms.

We stayed here for 20 days and enjoyed every one of them. We travel around all the time and stay in so many hotels and this one blows them away. It’s brand new and meticulously clean. Everyone of the staff members are extremely friendly and helpful. Just to name a couple, Jessica always went above and beyond to assist us with anything we needed. She even stopped what she was working on one day to assist me with making a flower arrangement for a friend! And Kaylee was always delightful and helpful too. The maintenance man couldn’t have been more pleasant, not that we ever needed him because everything was perfect all the time. Some highlights are:-Huge comfortable, modern rooms with great bathrooms — Location to several restaurants within walking distance (Old Chicago gives 20% off if you show your hotel card) — Every Tuesday the hotel offers you two free movie passes for the theater that is right next door-The gym is large and has great equipment — The laundry is only. 50 cents each! — Beautiful indoor saline pool-Nice little outside grilling area-Easy make to go breakfast options-Two elevators so you never wait long at all-Safe location with plenty of lighted parking — Housekeeping does a wonderful job — Beautiful Mountain View’s We highly recommend staying here!

A few friends and I stayed here and had a great time. The rooms were roomy and clean. The staff was excellent and very personable. They made sure we had everything we needed for a good stay. Hannah was one person we remember that went above and beyond.

Loved the stay. Staff is extremely friendly and takes good care of you. Brittany, a staff member, went out of the way to assist me with conference room need.

Still a very new property at 2 weeks old theres some kinks to iron out with both the physical property and the service culture. We will have stayed here 3 nights for a funeral and the staff has all been very freindly, and accomodating. There was an issue when we checked in with some very loud noises from the walls before we had set our bags down, they were very accomodating in finding us another room but failed to inform us it would be a downgrade from a king suite to two doubles beds. The manager never would come out to speak with us which is a service issue that can be corrected. We stayed that night despite being very upset at the issue and at 1:30 in the morning, we'd canceled our remaining nights, but the next morning after trying the very much smaller then queen beds and more like two double sized beds, they very very comfortable, the room was clean, the shade on the window blocked out all the light and decided to stay another two nights and moved my parents reservation from another hotel to ours. The manager was very apologetic the next day and had made a very gracious amends and comped our whole stay and was not expected out required and very well received! We also loved there were frozen entrees, and drinks in the lobby you could charge to your room, cook in your microwave in the room and eat with a real fork in your room. Very homey feeling minus any artwork on the walls which I believe will be installed as the hotel is a little older.

I am a structural steel installer/welder/fitter/fabricator and in that order front to back or back to front I am extraordinaire! We were there installing a roof access ladder and controlled access system.
