Would give less than one star if it was an option. Management does not allow paying customers to have visitors after 10:00 pm and would not answer the lobby door or telephone to give us our deposit back when we were ready to check out in the morning. The in room single cup coffee maker still had the mess from the previous occupant in it. Motel has potential and is in a good location but desperately needs friendly, customer oriented management.

Crooks! Made us pay a $25 deposit and then when I called to ask about crediting the guy lied and said 2 sets of towels were missing. Like we stole their nasty stained cheap towels. The room was also smelly. And outdated is an understatement. If you want a drink you have to get it out of the bathroom faucet. Disgusting liars and cheats.

The owners arent very nice and you cant have visiters after 10pm. The soda machine is alwzys almost empty, and the maintnance guy is very rude.

Worst experience I've ever had. I would not recommend it. They charged me $106 for the most run-down room I have ever seen and it didn't even come with an alarm clock if you wanted an alarm clock you had to pay an additional $25 and $45 just for a blow dryer. At the rate they're charging people they should definitely be renovating the rooms because it looks like the rooms are from the 70's still had a box TV and when I saw the beds they look questionable as well. I wouldn't waste my money here again.

Wifi was so slow and unreliable, I used my 3g for hotspot was way faster. AC Is is small, takes quite few hours to cool down. No hot shower, you get a luke warm shower, with glass doors and handles are broke off. The TV is a super old zenith box tx. Don't forget the 11 dollar property tax you pay. Much better off going to super 8 which is better in every way AND cheaper. Never stay here again.

Only stay here if you have no other options. The Asian lady at the front desk is pretty nice, though their rules are kinda strict. No extra people between 10pm to 10am or she will throw you out. I was here for one week at $330 with a $25 refundable deposit. I did get my deposit back at check out with no problem. Now onto the room… the beds were wrapped in plastic which was annoying, one bed was broken and slanted to wards the window (rm112), the ac did not work very well (early may is when I was here), you can only have 2 towels at a time (even if you have more than 2 people, though if you bring her your towels she will give you more), the unit is outdated for sure. But the pictures are correct and it is how it looks.

1 star review for a 1 star motel. Only homeless people stay here. What I can't figure out is how they can afford the $330 weekly rate ($1320/mo) to stay here, which is more than any studio (or 1 bedroom for that matter) in town costs. We fell on hard times and had no choice but to stay here, as it is the cheapest motel in town. It cost our entire TANF (government assistance) to stay one week. Luckily we didn't have any problems with the other guests. The room was fairly clean, although the beds and pillows are the most uncomfortable I've ever paid to sleep on. A room like this should cost around $25/night, not $47.

Ok place. Owner is strickt and don't use the towels, one spot and there goes your deposit.

The owner and his manager are extremely rude people. They like to take your money but don't like to provide services! Will get over on you if given the opportunity, be careful and mindful when it comes to these two!

I have stayed in this establishment a few times and the nice Asian lady in the front is the most welcoming and hospitable lady I have met checking into a motel. The prices are great the rooms are clean and there's great food close by also a Walmart within walking distance. In my experience this is one of the better places in Colorado Springs and it's also conveniently not far from Manitou with absolutely no turns. This way there's no issue with driving and no GPS issues you just drive straight down the road.

No carpet heater took all night to heat the room the TV was on the opposite side of the room from the beds gap in front door I could see out from the bed for the price I could have stayed in something way more comfortable.

Clean bed very comfortable they allowed my dog and new showers nice TV and very quiet.

We stayed at this Hotel for a week. The price we paid was 330.75 for a week when there are hotels that are 250 a week with atleast breakfast. No breakfast here. My wife has 4-5 bug bites on her like the size of a quarter. Not sure if it’s spuders or something else. The place is a bit run down and old. Only reason why I give two stars is because the owners, the lady here is very nice.

It was ok for an old motel room. I don't agree with the prices but it worked out for us tonight. We misplaced our debit card and we couldn't find any motels that would let us pay with cash but this place agreed too. It's run down but the lady who checked us in was very nice and that makes the stay all the more better. The one thing I don't like is for the price this place doesn't offer breakfast.

It looks kinda creepy, but really it's not that bad! They've got a little cookout place and the lady running it is on top of everyone's business. She's awesome.

Our son was just there. Could not stay. Lock broken on door. Air conditioner was tampered with. Cord was cut and an orange extension type cord wired up to it! Blood in sheet with yellow stains. Was expecting Candid Camera guy to pop out!

Booked the room through Travelocity which didn't allow to include pets in the stay. The hostess did accommodate us despite not knowing about the dogs. The window A/C barely could keep the room cool. Just seemed a bit run down and junky for $139.00. But glad. They did accommodate our two dogs.

The service was great. The older but very cute quaint motel was clean and quiet.

Bugs on the walls and in the bed. Management was friendly and responded quickly. Broken windows with some units only having cheap window mounted A/C. It took 8+ hours to cool off the room. Very outdated and although they claim there is a kitchen in every room, there isn't.

They were terrible. I didn't even get to stay here. I had a reservation and told them I would be unable to check in at the correct time and they ignored that request and when I went to check in they had sold my room and had no availability. They did nothing to try and accommodate me and sent me on my way. If you want to end up with no where to stay make a reservation here! If I could give 0 stars I would.

Hotel refused to let us check in, even though we had a confirmed reservation. The employee on duty claimed they were overbooked, but it was pretty obvious she just didn't want to bother checking us in. I'm thankful, though, because this was a really sketchy place.

To those seeking employment beware. Let me explain me experience with Jason, I met Jason during my interview to fill in for a property manager position. I was hired and employed for 3 days, during this time Jason told me numerous times that I was to fill his property manager position and that I needed to quit my current job and move out of my current aparrment, on my last day of employment I come in to work and Jason come up to me with a check and tells me he changed get his mind… so after quiting my job and giving notice to my apartment I go into work and am fired for absolutely no reason and he tries to claim he needs to look for some one a bit more professional. So here he is complaining about my level of professionalism but turns around and has a stranger walk away from the life that he has worked to set up, but on the drop of a dime turns around and changes his mind. He turned around and made someone homeless because he changed his mind… please be careful when speaking with this man his actions should be criminalized. Be careful this man's untrustworthy. You have been warned…

Had mice running in and out of my room until I noticed that one was running right by my face on the chair and then woke them up at four in the morning to get my money back and stayed in my car worst place ever.

The Springs inn is a good hotel motel holiday inn.

This place is apparently under new management, and I guess the old management didn't take very good care of it. In my first room the toilet didn't work and everything was very dusty as if it hadn't been cleaned in a while. My second room was decent but still below typical motel standards. I hope that within a few months the new management can fix these issues but until then there are other options.

Staffs are friendly and the owner is so friendly and been living here for 2 weeks and love it. The rates are good price. Housekeeper are good no problem.

They over booked (which sounded like a regular problem) and gave my room away, they did however give me a king instead of the queen at a discounted rate. No bed bugs. And I stripped the bed and looked between. The plumbing is old but works fine. It was overall pretty quiet. Not a bad stay when you need the room.

Staff works with you. Kid friendly. Outside pool temp is controlled in office. Keep your receipt!

Mice. Bed bugs. Lice and the rudest staff I have ever come across. The owner sue will walk in whenever she wants. She went through numerous housekeepers and front desk staff in the time we were there which was 2weeks too long. The one housekeeper Rose said she couldn't clean our room one day as she went out the night before and was too tired. I informed sue of this and had nothing but problems from then on. We were called hillbilly trash by rose and sue was the rudest business owner I have ever met. I would rate thus a negative but I had to rate it something. Do not stay here unless you want to get ripped off and also her staff stole our room rent the night she had the cops there and was fired. We had to pay again as sue said oh well she don't work here anymore and when I said she was your employee when it happened so you should honor it. She said she would look into it but never did. I would advise to sleep on the street before ever staying here.

The Springs in is not a fancy 4 star Hotel full of over glorified amenities and pompous staff who make you feel like your not good enough for their reservation. In fact it is only a 1 star hotel which is funny to me because it shows just how much the star rating really says about a place. What the Springs Inn does offer is a very nice owner who is extremely particular about who she rents to and keeping illegal activity out. She makes it her business to insure our safety. The other guest who patronage this hotel are for the most part quiet, respectful, and stay to themselves. I don't write reviews often and if I do its not in a positive light but I felt a strong need to compliment the Springs Inn on keeping cost down along with the rate yet still offering one of the cleanest and most comfortable places to lay my head that I know of in Colorado Springs. Thanks to all the staff at the Springs Inn for being kind and competent and offering a warm place that almost feels like home to me now. Your rate kept me warm on many nights when I would have been — — — — out of luck. Celisse Holman.

I was disappointed in the stay overall. The location was okay, but when they charged us additional money to stay there, and claimed that there were no more rooms available at the price at which we reserved the room, that trumped any good experience with the motel. The owners made fun of me when they told me what a 'nice room' we were getting, and I referred to it as 'decent'. The fact of the matter, however, is that there was really nothing nice about it. There was a police car in the parking lot for awhile, and you could tell that there were quite a few unsavory characters staying there for long periods of time. Next time I am in Colorado Springs, I'll definitely pay more for better accommodations.

Okay hotel nor worth more than $50, was relatively clean. I am currently laying in one of their beds. Not a whole lot to say other than just your standard cheap motel. Close to downtown and priced right. I booked off priceline for $45.00 came out to $54. Xx with tax.

This is the worst place ever. They have bed bugs, the lady their named sue will charge you 10 every kid you have. She charges 5 dollars to go swimming. The pluming is really old and water comes up in the rooms. If your door is open sue will walk in and see what your up to. Does not change the bedding on beds and the towels are never cleaned we'll. If you make a res and don't show up before 7pm she will charge your card 20. I would not stay here. Bed bugs Bed bugs.

Beware! Booked a room through Price Line, wasn't expecting much. After booking the room, naturally the one I reserved wasn't available and had to upgrade to the most expensive room. After I paid I went to the room and it was not suitable, additionally a few rooms were experiencing water problems. I went to the front desk to tell them (Brian) that I didn't want to stay there and was still charged a $20.00 cancellation fee for a room I only looked at.

Let me preface this by saying: this is a very inexpensive hotel relatively close to downtown Colorado Springs. . But, my only requirement for a hotel (when I'm being cheap) is that its clean and well maintained. When we checked in, at first, it seemed fine. The man running the counter was very friendly and helpful, and at first glance, it seemed okay. However, we soon noticed issues with the room: the toilet seat had gunk on it that could be wiped off with a tissue, the sheets had clumps of hair in them, a pipe leading to the sink was leaking and would spray water onto the floor whenever it was run, and the shower door didn't close, which just made it worse. Bathroom-swamp aside, I have a hard time laying in a bed that I'm almost certain hasn't been cleaned since the last person (read: very hairy hooker. No judgements. ) slept in it. It would've been worth the extra 15 bucks to stay somewhere a tad bit better.

This place is pretty ratty. The room was small and out of date, one pillow per bed and the furnishings were poor. Bed was like sleeping on a rock and sheets were stained. The pool was also closed early and the occupants were a little shady at best. For the price you can do better.
