The Inn room and cost are very fair for the quality you get. The staff is a Family from Poland and has been in business for almost 20 years, (if we heard that right) you can see and feel they care about the Inn. (They've invested themselves) The room was clean with room to move, and the bathroom was very clean. The room had a coffe pot with coffee, fridge, microwave and TV. We were also pleased with the products left for guest use. The Inn is walking distance to the main part of town, easy shopping and chilling (your choice) we will be back. Thank you!

Cheap place to stay the night when traveling. It's not fancy and some of the stuff in the room didn't work. (Hair dryer and the heated lamp thing for the bathroom) it's dated but is good for the price. Staff is friendly and the breakfast is decent.

Great place to stay! I ended up staying here on a very busy graduation weekend with my 12 month old baby! The only room available had 3 queen beds in it and it was extremely nice, and modern. It was so clean, had no problems allowing my baby to crawl around the room. I found the beds to be plush and comfortable. Even though it was a busy graduation weekend the room was more affordably priced than any other location. Staff was friendly and courteous, I would definitely stay here again.

Have now stayed here twice and have no complaints. It’s quiet and clean. The rooms are nicer than you’d think by the looks of the place. At the price you can’t go wrong, the breakfast is small but better than nothing!

The owners are super nice. Fruita is a good town for mountain biking. Plenty of good food and drinks for such a small town.

The rooms are comfortable and very clean. It is also walking distance to restaurants, local beer, and coffee.

I needed a last minute hotel and everything in GJ was booked. This place had good reviews and a great overnight rate! The room is very clean, and the guy at the front desk was friendly!

Not a bad choice for a weary traveler looking for a budget motel. Rooms are dated but clean. Walls are paper thin tho, our sleep was interrupted by a fellow traveler turning their t. V. On at 5:45 in the morning. Bathroom was roomy and clean and we had a downstairs room that was handicapped rated, but there was a tub so it was hard to step into it, especially for someone who might be unable to step that high. Other than that I would recommend this motel to those looking for a place to stop for the night. It's also right next to City Market and Walgreens so that's a bonus and there's a great pizza/burger place right across the street.

Very friendly, clean and quiet, the freeway is farther than it appears in the photos, only 8 minutes from beautiful canyon hiking trails. In addition to being fully stocked the rooms had white crisp sheets, comfy pillows, ceiling fans and air conditioners which are essential here and nice to have both.

Very clean, desayunito free, very friendly. When I went there in 2017, all appeared new. Very good quality.

I paid $65 for a non smoking king size room. Everything was clean. Bed was nice and the bathrooms had a recent upgrade.

This place stood out as a beacon of relaxation and efficiency with obvious attention to detail. Family-run establishment, very friendly owners. Super clean! AC and ceiling fans in every room, heat light and exhaust fan in the bathroom, fast wireless internet; none of these amenities are requirements for us. The price for a room with king sized bed was well below what I would expect to pay for a place of such quality. 100% would stay again. Cheers!

Very comfortable beds, clean rooms, family run place. We preferred it over any of the big chains we've stayed in so far in our trip from Virginia to the west.

Stayed in Room 14, had friends stay in other rooms. Very friendly, room was clean, rooms are well maintained. Only complaint was the parking area is very small, they might want to try and rent that lot next door because if you have a trailer parking can get tight. I will be staying here again for sure. Also free bike wash, but water was shut off for winter (I can understand that) and not an issue really. The owners live right there and it's who I dealt with (They are from Poland not Russia — directed to the other reviewer), they seemed fine to me. Even allowed some of our riding buddies to leave a vehicle in the hotel lot for a day.

Best money I spent 60$ after taxs I was amazed at how clean the motel was by far the best motel iv ever been to. I thought I was in a hotel with the granite countertop in the bathroom. It's run by a lovely polish woman who was extremely help full in explaining the attractions in the area. It was like a little piece of paradise after the dump we stayed in the night before.

It is not the physical condition of the room, that was ok. It is the lack of service the owners extended. I would warn people who stay there to not leave anything behind by accident. After three days of trying to reach the owner in charge, the woman who is oriental and spoke poor English, told us she was too busy to help us. My husband left a pair of cameo pants in the room by mistake. We were willing to pay to have the pants sent to us, but she would neither help by mailing the pants from the Post Office (I don't have time to go to P. O… I work cleaning rooms and very busy all the time) nor would she work with us to get UPS to ship. She wouldn't give us a local UPS # to call. We got the UPS # online. UPS requires that the item be in a package and have a label… we felt like she was unwilling to do even that. This was a great frustration and we have let the issue go; my husband will just have to buy another pair of cameo pants. There is a nice park across the street for our traveling little dogs, but the service was much to be desired. Don't book here if you expect any service apart from a clean room. The concept of customer service was totally lost on this woman!

Terrible place and operated by insane Russians. Bed bugs! I read they might have bedbugs so I asked the lady running the desk before I checked in. She quickly and harshly denied that possibility and said if there were any then they "come from somewhere else" (but now they are there). I said if there are bedbugs then I don't want to say and would want my $ back. So. I was startled in the night by them crawling out from the sheets so I jumped up and ripped all my stuff from the room. I went to the office and woke them. I apologized for the disturbance but they went berserk on me saying I brought the bedbugs and were insanely rude and insulting. The male Russian owner guy came flying out shirtless and huge, barreling at me like he was going to hit me so I pulled back having to basically run away from this oversized threatening psycho. He cussed me out, told me to get out and refused to refund my money. Now the charge is still on my account. Their phone # listed here doesn't work and this is a huge pain in the bum. Terrible, horrible, shitty hotel. Nice rooms tho. So if you don't mind bedbugs and supporting a unfair business then go for it. But I would advise to say away.
