I’m out of Carlsbad New Mexico, we went to Denver Colorado and stayed at Halliday Inn Express & Suite. Very heart felt welcome! When I returned home I realized I forgot my high dollar headphones in the room. I called the front desk, not only did they find them. They also mailed them to me with two days at my home town! How awesome is that! Thank you staff and management!

Clean and well supplied and staffed facility. Pleasant, crisp and pleasing decor throughout. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and quiet. The lobby and hallways were clean, inviting and safe. The exercise room was very well equipped with cardio and strength machines, music, television, abundant fresh towels and cold water. AND front desk dispensed ear buds, which was wonderful considering this was the only item I forgot to pack on my trip. My travel partner forgot a razor, cream and tooth brush but this was also graciously provided. I enjoyed breakfast each morning, along with coffee whenever desired. I highly recommend this hotel to all value seekers and smart travelers. I will absolutely reserve my stay at Holiday Inn expresssnin the future.

The staff here are great! Always there to help with anything you need. Will definitely be staying here again when we visit.

Great location. Very clean and good size rooms. Breakfast buffet is fantastic.

3 night stay. Room was very clean and nice size. Water pressure in the shower was very, very low and when I expressed this at checkout the response I got was: "Oh, it was? ". Not the response I was looking for.

Very new, clean and good looking. Food is better than normal. I would have given it 5 stars but Wi-Fi was a little funky.

Was only there briefly to meet a transport. Parking lot is good but watch out for the speed bumps they are wicked. Everything was clean.

This was a very good experience and the room was lovely. The bed was wonderful and thw coffee was good which was a nice surprise! The breakfast was excellent as well. The staff is amazing and very friendly.

Hotel was clean, bright with friendly staff. Room was huge with 2 queens and a sofa sitting area. Breakfast was basic but decent and included in the room. They have a pay laundry available on site. Near several restaurants. Easy access to highway.

Very nice. The room and the staff were great. Upon checking in at the desk I was greeted and she was so nice and helpful with info about the area. The room was clean and had all the amenities one could need. The Breakfast was good.

Staff made us feel so welcome. Very close to the outlet shopping centre. Very comfortable beds & immaculate.

We enjoyed the the Best Western next door better when we last stayed. This place was just not as good. The room itself was acceptable though, but just not very much space. They had a fridge, which was great. It was tiny! But great to have. The microwave was good to have too!

Best hotel in town… new… super clean… friendly professional staff… nice rooms… great amenities and location from interstate and out let mall.

A nice cleaner facility. Easily accessed from the interstate. A bright clean lobby and helpful staff. I just felt it was a big expensive for what it was.

Friendly courteous helpful staff with professional services and exceptional rooms. Everything was presented in clean and friendly manners. The hotel is just on the edge of town, near several recreational opportunities leaving you business and personal opportunities.

Great experience here. I like the location, staff, rooms and overall feel of this place.

Very friendly, we stopped without a reservation. Our room was great. We especially liked all the electronic plug ins on the lamps for our phones and electronics. The complimentary breakfast had a lot of choices. Thank you.

We stayed here for one week, and the stay was wonderful. One thing I will say first is watch out for the huge speed bumps in the parking lot. The staff there was awesome from front desk, to kitchen and housekeeping. They all had superior customer service. I would definately stay here again. There's only one thing I wish they would change is there parking lot. Move some of the handicap spots. If the first two on the left or right side as your facing the building are full. The ones on the far left is far for someone to walk, especially if they can't walk long distances. So I would recommend putting a couple straight out as you walk out of the hotel. It is sad sometimes that regular parking is closer than handicap parking.

The room was very nice, no mini fridge or microwave which was kind of a disappointment had to walk down the hall to warm up leftovers not ideal… the breakfast was good. However went out to my vehicle at wouldn't start ask management if someone could give me a ride to the auto parts store and he denied me so my overall experience wasn't that great I've been to several Holiday Inn Expresses all over the world because we're military and this is the first time somebody hasn't been able to accommodate us very disappointed poor management as far as I'm concerned I would bend over backwards for my customers that's what good customer service is about keeps them coming back.

Great hotel. The rooms have a surprisingly fantastic view of the mountains. Free breakfast and Wi-Fi. Rooms are large. Staff goes over and above to service. Indoor pool, gym, meeting room. Walking distance to restaurants. Short drive from everything.

Brand New place and great pool and hot tub. Employees at front desk are awesome they will accommodate your needs for sure.

Very nice large rooms. Clean with many great amenities such as full workout room, laundry service, pool and hot tub. Staff is extremely helpful and kind. The location is perfect for walking to restaurants and is close to shopping. Amazing mountain views!

I had been caught in a tornado in New Mexico and went through two more hailstorms afterwards. My car was damaged, I was on edge, exhausted and hurting from a 12 hour drive from hell. I only had 2 more hours to go but I just couldn't drive anymore. I pulled in to this hotel in Castle Rock. The lady who checked me in was so kind and sympathetic to my situation. I felt like she took care of me. Then I left my phone charger in the room The next morning. The gentleman at the front desk went up and found it. He assured me they would keep it until I return a week later. Breakfast was great… so many choices! The room was great to relax and unwind in. Thank you for everything on one of my worst days.

This hotel was awesome. Very up to date. One of the best hotel gyms I have seen in the Holiday Inn and comprible hotel chains. It was located near plenty of places to eat and shop. Some within walking distance. My only complaint is I really wish my room had a microwave and fridge in it. No point in bringing back leftovers when you can store or heat them.

I had a pleasant stay while in town on business. I wish there had been a microwave or a refrigerators in my suite as I frequently work evenings and had no way to store or heat up leftovers from dinner. Other than that, I have no complaints. I look forward to coming back!

My husband and I live in Colorado Springs and were off to meet friends in Castle Rock for our yearly Christmas tradition with friends. A snowy, icy night, we didn't want to mix alcohol with weather so we booked a room at Holiday Inn & Suites Castle Rock. Moments after our arrival, we learned our truck's starter had given out and not only could we not get to our event, we were blocking the way for the hotel's other guests. A man offered to give us a ride to the restaurant to meet our friends. When he dropped us off, we learned he was the OWNER of the hotel. The hotel itself is immaculate, comfortable, the staff friendly. I believe that a hotel is only as good as the people who run it. When I was checking out the next day, awaiting the tow truck, I told the woman at the front desk that I thought the owner had gone above and beyond — — she said he's like that — — he stopped by the other day and brought me my lunch. Highly recommend.

By far, the best stay I've ever had at a hotel. The rooms were very pristine, and the staff were incredibly courteous and welcoming. Super comfy beds, too. I usually stay at hotels like Hilton, but this stay may have changed my mind. Thank you, to the staff, for making my stay in Castle Rock one to remember.

Detailed to Colorado for business, had never been to Colorado. The Holiday Inn at Castle Rock was the cleanest and friendliness hotel I have stayed in. The housekeeping staff are awesome, they throughly clean the guest rooms and keep the hotel staff spotless. The front desk staff great you by name and always have a smile. If I am ever in Colorado I will stay here. Also they have real bacon at breakfast and of course the yummy sweet rolls Holiday Inn's serve. The laundry room is clean and a very convenient amenitie.

We have rented a room there a few times for business meetings, and each time it's a worse experience. Last week, the screens and audio system weren't working. They ended up moving rooms (after our guests had arrived and we made this suggestion), and in the second room the screen worked however the mic didn't. The hotel staff is acts as though this was our fault, refusing to refund our money in part or full (they charged our card prior to the event), saying we got a deal to start with (which was news to us — $150 for 4 hours in a room that is never rented seems reasonable to me — how could they charge more? ) Completely disappointed in the service and facility. I'm a CR resident and was hoping to find a steady place to rent for our business meetings. Unfortunately, that won't be this facility.

From the time of check in to check out this was a great facility. On arrival Stormy and Jody were great. All the staff was friendly, courteous and had great people skills from the front desk to the housekeeping and kitchen staff. This facility was clean and in a great location. The pool and hottub area we really enjoyed. Thank you for a great experience!

Brand new hotel needs microwaves in the breakfast nook for public access very friendly staff.

Castle Rock is an amazing place, I lived there for 2years. So what better place to spend me and my kids birthday. The Holiday Inn Express was being built when we moved and we knew it would be GREAT! The staff was very accomodating, friendly, and went over and beyond to make our little weekend get away a success. Terri, Angela. Been here 2 times now with my wife and daughter. Every time we drive from Albuqerque This is where we want to stay. Very friendly and great staff. Bathroom was super clean! Allways clean and love the breakfast! The lady serving breakfast was one of the nicest people we ever met. All hotels and motels should learn from this staff 5 STARS.
