Clean, quiet, great customer service. Nice bar. Good food in the restaurant but limited menu. Next door to The Buff for great breakfast.

Convenient location, cozy bar with a good menu.

Very nice meal at the bar the renovation is modern and clean. The bathroom barn doors with glass and no locks? I could live without.

Have stayed here more times than I can count and they always over deliver in every area. Friendly, competent staff that seems to care that you are a guest. This trip our guestroom was totally updated and contemporary and they have redone the bar and Canyon restaurant area to be more informal. This Marriott is right in the heart of everything you want to do in Boulder. Will keep returning here whenever we visit Boulder.

This hotel was conveniently located for where we needed to be. The staff was friendly, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and there was covered parking under the hotel. There's also a nice patio out front with heaters and a few fire places. Overall, it was a great stay.

This was the first time that my family and I had traveled (and stayed overnight in a hotel in 3 years), and I can say with full confidence that it was a fantastic vacation. We only stayed for 2 nights, but it was a great time. Not only was the hotel gorgeous (AND THE TVS HAVE NETFLIX! (You can only use it if you have an account) ), but the staff is incredibly helpful. My little brother left his blanket that he sleeps with every night in our room, and we only realized it the next night when we were no longer in Colorado. I called the hotel and a very kind woman picked up and told me they would check first thing in the morning. The location is also really amazing. The only downfalls of this hotel are the fact that you don’t have a deck (only a door that’s barred in), and they only have 2 of those carts that you put your luggage in to bring up to your room. Besides those insignificant flaws, I could not have been happier with my stay and I would highly recommend it to you.

Great hotel and wonderful customer service. They had to give away my requested room so they upgraded me to a mountain view with lounge access. Delicious breakfast in the lounge.

They have just remodeled. The new rooms are beautiful and comfy! Lots of space. We had an issue with room noise through the door connecting to the next room. They apologized and eventually fixed it after a second reminder. The sound proofing hadn't been installed after the remodel. They also missed cleaning our room the first day, so I had to remind them about that. The manager gave us a free drink and appetizer at the restaurant to apologize. I think our issues we're really just bumps due to the remodel, so I would stay here again.

A fantastic location in Boulder with all the Marriott convenience. There was a parking charge for overnight but it was convenient. Great stuff within walking distance but also only a 5-10 min drive to anything we wanted to check out in Boulder.

Beautiful hotel with great amenities. Too. S are nice and fairly quiet. If on the right side, the view is also great.

Front desk was incompitant and rude. Couldn't even get them to send up extra towels…

I loved this Marriott. We did not have reservations and were ableto get a really nice room on the concierge floor. It was a brand new, fresh roomand it was beautiful. There was a nice deck witha perfect view and we sat therefor awhile. Room service was on point. I have only good things to say about this place. I definitely recommend it an will certainly be back!

The room is absolutely amazing and beautiful while still very comfortable. Conference facilities are nice as well but chairs not very comfortable. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Would absolutely stay again. Location is very convenient to local establishments as well.

Service was mostly good, the room was nice, and it had a big smart TV that I could set up with my Netflix account! Location is great for anywhere in downtown Boulder. My room was strangely dusty, like it hasn't been cleaned properly or had not had anyone in it for a long time.

A flagship hotel with amazing service great rooms and wonderful location convenient to food and shopping.

It's fine for the price. There was some construction on my floor when I stayed making the whole floor have a concrete smell. Otherwise it was fine.

Nice new rooms, nice staff. My only gripe is I believe the sound traveled more from the room next to me then in other hotels, it had the adjoining room and the crack under the door was substantial…

Comfortable room with the property being updated looking forward to experiencing a higher level of standard on my next visit. Accessible rooms are an area of growth. Easy access to interests in the area are good.

Had a pleasant time at the Boulder Marriot. Rooms were nice and the lobby was modern. Some of the bathroom fixtures did not work outstandingly well but I was overall satisfied. Location was near enough to the campus to be convenient but not annoyingly busy. Staff were all friendly and helpful.

Overall, a great stay! Got upgraded to the newly renovated floor (5th floor) but got a connected room and could hear every word of the conversation next door. Switched to another room the next night and was much better. Good location — just around the corner from grocery market and eateries.

Hotel is half renovated. Many of the rooms are incredibly dated and in desperate need of a refresh. Because a renovation is underway there are also frequent sounds of construction. The staff is friendly and accommodating but would not recommend staying in the next few months until all renovations are complete.

I was pretty disappointed in the room in this Marriott hotel in boulder. There were stains all over the carpet, very small tv, had to pay for additional parking which should be included. Our room key didn’t work all the time. The presentation of the room when we first walked in was very poor, and it smelled like a nursing home. Just not what I expected for 200 a night. Definitely not going back.

The staff was very nice and responsive. I was visiting with some friends in town and found the aesthetics very appealing. While my time was short, it was very enjoyable.

Doing construction during our stay that was a little frustrating. Rooms were a little dated but a nice size. Great location and decent underground parking.

I stayed over Thanksgiving. I booked on booking for a room with two queen beds. There are three people in my family, one is 5 months pregnant. We needed two queen beds. I was given one king bed with a "pull out sofa bed. " It was a horrible bed. I showed my booking that clearly showed two queen beds. They told me there was nothing they could do. I asked for the manager's contact info. I emailed her several days ago, spoke to her briefly as I was leaving and asked her to check my email and respond, and she has not. Beyond that the room was awful. Our toilet clogged, I had to smash spiders on the wall with my shoe, broken lamps, etc. I would recommend avoiding this place at all costs, and I will no longer use Marriott. It dampened a really good vacation that will probably be our last for awhile.

Centrally located near shopping and food but definitely not walking distance to the Pearl Street Mall and "downtown" Boulder. Clean big rooms, and ours had a great view. A good place to stay if in Boulder.

Thought is was a little pricey for the quality of room and didn't have free breakfast. There was chunks out of the ceiling plaster missing and the TV barely worked. Any tall SUV will barely fit in the garage, the Jeep Wrangler rental we had I thought cut it close. The staff was really nice though and they did have plans of a remodel in the lobby. Hopefully they improve without increasing the price.

Friendly staff. Really nice accommodations. Only downside is some construction at entrance. May be reason to negotiate discount. By the way, breakfast tasted as good as it looked. Kind of spendy, but lovely plate and my eggs were perfect. Didn't mind $14 tag. Canadian bacon was special treat.

Staff are friendly and rooms are decent for the price, reasonably clean (although there was a mysterious wet stain on the lounge arm) and shower has good pressure. No refrigerator in the room might bother some people, it was fine for me, just not expected. Room doors are also thin, so you can hear other guests talking in the hall pretty clearly. I would have given a four star review but for housekeeping banging on my door at 8:20am. I understand the 'do not disturb' sign is there to avoid this situation, but I do not expect to put it on the door every night just incase housekeeping start early or the morning I'm due to checkout. It can't be too difficult to coordinate with staff and let them know which rooms are empty — at least prior to checkout time, and would make a huge difference to the overall hotel experience.

Close to City all the major attractions nearby. Nice spacious comfortable quiet rooms. The M Club Lounge is perhaps the best I've seen.

So… I didn't visit for anything in particular, this time. In the past, I've had a couple shots of very excellent tequilas at the bar. Definitely worth a taste… especially the Clase Azul. The Thursday night cruiser ride passes by out back, if you're there at the right time. That's frequently entertaining.

The location of this hotel is great, within walking distance of many local amenities. The hotel itself is nice, with large rooms. Sadly, there is no in-room refrigerator, and while breakfast is available, this is at an additional cost. There's a great view of the mountains from my room, which is a nice bonus.

Stayed here unexpectedly with my family of 4 while my house was being repaired. The staff couldn't have been more welcoming, accommodating and empathic. From offering little free perks to my kids to asking how our house was coming along. Overall a noteworthy and fantastic experience. Keep it up guys!

A bit more modern Marriott than others. Great concierge lounge. Perfect location near the campus and Pearl Street. The staff were all exceptional.

Great location, good parking, nice and renovated, great customer service, the bar and food are great. If you stay in the area stay here its very nice. And they have this very interesting wall made of belts.

The service at this hotel is consistently great. The bar is an elegant setting to have a drink before heading down to Pearl street for dinner. Also, the evening staff are wonderful — smiling, polite, and helpful.

This hotel is great! Clean and easily accessible with parking under the hotel. The front desk staff are incredibly accommodating and allowed us to check in late at 3AM! We are enjoying are stay!

As much as the hotel itself is nice and the location is great, I'd say the customer service at this Marriott is lacking. I called for room service and those in charge indicated that no one was available. I then ask if I should call back, and the response I receive is "yep" and then they hung up. I then call back 10 minutes later where a gentleman took my order. He indicates that I should receive my service in about 20 minutes. I wait an hour and then call down to find out that the room service line's mailbox is full and then hangs up. I then proceed to go downstairs to fugure out what was wrong. The answers I find is that there is no evidence of my order. I'm hoping this was just a bad night.

Rooms are outdated… But the service is impeccable!

The place was well maintained. However the parking was a little difficult. The parking in front of the hotel was just 2hr parking. So had to park elsewhere.

A couple local beers. Food looked decent though I didn't order any.

Nice hotel, especially if you have status. They have a decent lounge and a dedicated floor for members. It's located about a mile from central downtown. The time and service were great.

This hotel is sooooooo old, ugly and small. The suite is not actually a suite but a little bigger room. (Been stayed at room 422 and 522 most of the times) Thermostat is Honeywell from the 70's. And air conditioning makes a lot of noise. I bet motel 6 doesn't even use them anymore. Tiny refrigerator was all beat up and missing a leg so I had to put something that it won't wobble. They know this is the main big hotel in a nice small town, so they could over charge us, in the mean time don't have to maintain it so well. Considering they charge twice more than the best western boulder (which is recently remodeled and neat). I am very disappointed in this Marriott. Only gives 2 stars cause the staff were still very nice and friendly and at least they changed the lobby to look much better. Oh, btw don't go their SPA either, the facial was so simple and nothing and the deep tissue massage was so crappy that I could tell the masseuse was not pay attention on her job at all. And of course, it's overpriced.

2 strikes in a row. Marriott is the best place to go for surly uncaring lack of service.

I have a family of four so we needed a room with two beds. We booked a room with two queen beds but when we checked in they said that "there is no guarantee on which room you get" so we got a room with 1 king bed and pullout sofa. The breakfast buffett is not what you expect. The menu makes it seem like it is more than what it is and you pay $15 for it. You pay an extra $12 to park. Wi-fi isn't free. For $220 an night I would have expected more. I did like the mountain view from our room so I would assume that is what I'm paying for. I usually have no regrets when staying at a marriott but I don't think I will return to this one unless it is the only option.

We just stayed at this hotel in late June. The hotel was clean, modern, and the staff was very helpful and accommodating. They had fresh baked cookies some afternoons, free fresh fruit and water every day, and they comp'ed the internet for the week (up to their discretion). The location is great, within 10 minute walking distance of Pearl Street and across the street from 49th street shopping center. Located in the Village shopping center and next to an IHOP. It's very easy to hop on 28th/Route 36 and go south or north. There are some rooms with great views of the university and the FlatIrons. Food in their restaurant was very good. Breakfast was a little pricey, but the room service prices were better than most places.

I stayed for one night back in January. I made a reservation the same day and the customer service was superb, over the phone and on site. The room was very comfortable and really neat. I have no complains except for the layout (TV on the right side of the bed, instead of in front? lol) Yes I know one doesn't actually go to a hotel to watch TV, but we were on a Road trip so all we wanted to do was rest so it mattered that night. One of the most comfortable beds and really clean room. A bit of noise but nothing major during the evening. When I visit Boulder I'd stay again.

We got a room block at Boulder Marriott for my sister's wedding. They were so helpful with organizing everything. Our guest were very happy with their stay. We tried the Holiday Inn Express and they were very uncooperative and unhelpful with the room block. If you need a room block in Boulder for your wedding, I recommend the Marriott.
