Our favorite place at Beaver Creek. Chairlift right of the porch, ski valet, cozy atmosphere, beautiful spacious rooms with fire places.

Great location, comfortable quiet rooms with fireplace, large steam showers, fantastic hot tub and friendly customer service!

Nice location and amenities. Staff was very helpful and nice.

Staff is extremely nice. The morning breakfast buffet is somewhat too pricey considering the cost of rooms and else. The people who work at the Osprey are all very polite, kind and professional.

Best tomato bisque I've ever had! The Fireside Grill is friendly and cozy. Had a lovely time. Recommend.

We were planning to stay for one night on our trip back home, but ended up extending for one more: we just couldn't leave this ecofriendly hotel, its amazing stuff and serene feel at Beaver Creek. Will come back for more!

Beautiful hotel/lodge with very easy access to ski lift in the winter and hiking in the summer.

Stayed a few days over the recent July 4th holiday. The staff was friendly and accommodating. We liked our room as it was just what we expected. Perfect location in Beaver Creek Village. Able to walk to everything. Look forward to a return in the winter. A chairlift is literally right at the back door.

New review Summer 2018 with a major downgrade (old review below) : booked a room, knew it was a packed weekend and that we'd be arriving after 5pm, got here, without a hesitation I asked the front desk upon checking in if they were giving me my actual room (I'm very used to Rock Resorts downgrading you and playing dumb) and got a solid look in my eye and a "yes". Got the Base room (I booked the Deluxe with vaulted ceilings, walk in closets per their room description) with a moldy HVAC system. See pictures. I'm not kidding, but my girlfriend also killed a bee in the room. We laughed for a bit, then asked for our proper room. The receptionist quite literally said "I'm a peon, I think you got the right room, but no managers are on duty to tell me which room you were supposed to get". Trust me, I'm used to the "I'm just a lowly peon who needs an adult with complex cryptographic skills to figure out this darn complicated reservation thing-a-ma-bob" skit. I looked her in the eye this time and told her she lied to me and knew it. Five minutes later we got a call, the mananger (supposedly at home with a Rock Resorts reservations terminal at her house? ) somehow knew we were booked for a Deluxe room, clarified it with the self proclaimed front desk "peon" and then we got an apology that they were overbooked for our particular room type. So… we got free breakfast vouchers and our Resort Fee cancelled four one night. Lol.

Stayed here for a week and it has its pros and cons. Pros: It is a 100% ski-in/ski-out property. They have a Ski valet that brings in your skis and stores your boots. Super convenient after a long day on the slopes. The rooms were clean. Cons: The walls are paper thin, could here everything going on in the adjacent apartment and I mean everything. I asked to be moved, but the front desk couldn't help. Ask for a room that doesn't face the lift, if your a light sleeper, it will wake you up. The food at the restaurant taste great, but the service was terrible, waitress was rude to my daughter when she asked for a menu and took forever to take our order.

Hotel is refusing to cancel our reservation even though my husband has sustained an injury that is documented. He cannot ski which is the reason we are coming out. We are 15 days out and hotel seems to be sold out, so I am sure room can be easily rebooked. If they treat their customers like this before they even arrive, I can’t imagine getting treated any better when you get there! We are now having to go thru extra trouble in filing an insurance claim. This could just have easily been handled by hotel. Do not book here!

Convenient location next to the ski resort. Rooms are nice. The breakfast was good.

We love the Osprey and especially the Fireside Grill. Our daughter is doing a weekly ski program at Beaver Creek so we are in town most weekends and love eating at the Fireside Grill all of the time. Danielle is our favorite waitress and always provides excellent service.

Great rooms. Skin in, ski out. Great dinner menu and desserts.

Rude staff, $75 breakfast that was terrible and gave me diarrhea, and we found a cockroach in our room. What more do you need to know?

Great location 100 yards to the lift, excellent service, views of the ski area from the room.

Very nice place to stay and relax and unwind. Scenery was amazing with all the fall colors. Room was very nice and staff was very prompt. We enjoyed the little shopping and gift shops. Amazing view of slopes! Only thing that I would recommend is that hot tub jets and bubbles were not working at the time. But pool and hot tub were nice.

All of the staff has been incredibly helpful and kind. First rate experience. Also, the poll is kept nice and warm when the temperature drops outside.

Great Resort, wonderful helpful staff, big guest rooms with romantic fireplace, comfortable beds. Scale for the weight conscious individuals :) The scale was a first for me but a nice touch. Glass bottled spring water refilled everyday to cut down on waste.

Small boutique hotel, great service, comfortable rooms. Ski lift literally steps outside door. A bit pricey, but what do you expect… it's Beaver Creek.

The Osprey was like a little slice of heaven. Great staff, comfortable rooms, and delicious food. Happy hour was fantastic, too! Three dollar Stellas!

Excellent service from the valet to everyone that works in the hotel thank you so much for all your help. Especially Allison who took extra time out of her day to help me she is definitely a keeper.

Great. Very comfortable room, GREAT staff, good breakfast dining, etc. Located within the very nicely done Beaver Creek resort development, so hikes, horseback riding, good food and dining are right at hand (I was there in summer). I would certainly recommend.

Very luxurious pool and spa area, wonderful bar and restaurant. Walking distance to more restaurants, gondolas and lifts for skiing, and a very convenient complimentary shuttle service for the whole mountain!

Unfortunately I had a bad experience, it's a nice hotel but the second day we were here we got altitude sickness and me and my daughter got really ill… no need to describe… called room service to order a simple chicken soup and they said no because it wasn't on the menu… they told me to go buy it somewhere else… really? what kind of service is that. Sick and all not even feeling like getting out of bed got the strenght to go get my daughter her soup. At the park hyatt… I'm definitely staying there next time. Also the service at the restaurant was really slow and the food not great. Complained at front desk… nothing… called the manager 3 times, texted, left a message… nothing! What kind of hotel does that! And since I complained at front desk that lady has not smiled once to us since that day, like it was my fault. So no, I didn't like it…

The Osprey ROCKS, and is by far our fave place to stay in Beaver Creek! The rooms are beautiful, clean, and convenient, and the staff is friendly, accommodating, and engaging. We live in Denver, and go back and forth to Vail/Beaver Creek often, and have our home away from home at The Osprey at Beaver Creek!

Amazing hotel! The rooms are comfortable with many amenities. The pool, hot tub, steam room and sauna are great. Friendly staff and great bar area. Very convenient access to the beaver creek village.

Room was lovely, linens were soft, bed was comfy. I also thought the amenities were good. However, I did not pay for the room (I'm at a conference), so I am not sure if it was worth the price.

Awesome service. Perfect location. Lots of complimentary items. Request a complimentary GoPro and bring your micro SD card.

The lift access was very nice.
