I would stay as far away as possible from this hotel. Our room was dirty, the hallways are very dirty, And we have had no hot water since last night. There was no hairdryer or full set of pillows, and our toilet paper roll was used and not fresh 🤢. I understand staffing is hard right now and am empathetic, but to add insult to injury their customer service has been downright terrible. We have been hung up on twice while trying to figure out a solution for how to get a warm shower. I’m not one to write negative reviews, but this has been so epically terrible, I would hate for anyone to waste their money here. Packing up to leave to a different hotel asap and will definitely not be back.

Booked a reservation one week in advance to only show up after a long flight at 11pm and be told that they had been overbooked the entire week. Was promised a room at a sister property across the street to which I had to walk across the street for them to tell me the exact same thing. Could the agent not have picked up the phone before sending guests over for another poor mismanaged experience — I see that is too much to ask for the Aloft property. Horrible customer service! A phone call would have sufficed to prevent me from scrambling around late at night to find another reservation. Phone calls to the General Manager haven’t been returned. You all do not care about your customers at all!

One of my favorite hotels in the Denver area. Book a night or two and check out this beautiful creatively designed hotel! I hope they have turned everything around and on top of things because the property is really awesome its a shame it even got to a"run down" stage in the first place. I dunno how that happens with a building like this?! If I was in charge of this hotel I'd have a amazing team, I'd market and promote it like no other and I'd keep running and looking superb. Another thing I dunno why alofts are rated as 3 star hotels that's ridiculous they are definitely 4 star hotels.

Peace, clean rooms. Close to airport & downtown denver. Friendly vibe. Affordable trees & gear with serveral malls.

We called from the Denver Airport upon landing and was told there was a shuttle service to pick us up. After waiting an hour, another shuttle driver told us that they in fact did NOT have a shuttle. When we called to inquire and cancel reservations due to no transportation, we were abruptly hung up on and then CHARGED the following morning. Charges will be disputed but absolutely do NOT recommend this hotel based on concierge.

My room is full of pet hair, and we have pet allergies… when asked for them to vacuum it, I was told with the covid I would have to do it myself… seriously? My pillows had hair on them, and our bathroom wasn’t clean. I paid to stay, and have to clean my own room? I asked for a refund, and of course that’s a big no… I’m one that tries not to complain, but this is ridiculous. I’ve tried giving you the high road, but you wouldn’t work with me at all. I’ll be contacting the health department due to you not keeping the rooms clean. Cleanliness is very important, especially right now…

Nice front desk reception.

Kind of minimalistic but nice. Only thing I wish I had known was that there were only showers not bathtubs. Really nice and helpful front desk staff. Very clean rooms.

Had to make a last minute reservation & they were able to accommodate me. The hotel has friendly staff, clean, quaint rooms, nice bar & breakfast nook. I would definitely recommend this fun hotel.

From the people at the entry desk, the bartenders… just been a terrific first experience at this hotel. The design is super funky fresh :-)
I love that they seem environmentally conscious as well (recycling, opting out of fresh bedding, towels etc EVERY day and you get a $5 credit for doing so! New design of PAPER straws at the bar)
AND the other guests! I’ve met some of the most interesting and fun people while staying here! Close to the airport, hospital (Anschutz, University of Colorado) and some decent restaurants surrounding.

Great place to stay! The rooms are nice and have everything you need to cook in them or get takeout and bring it back. Checkout isn't until noon, and that's good if you have to catch a later afternoon flight.

It was clean and quiet. I rented the 2 bedroom suite amd there was so much room.

Glass shower door wouldn't close and water was everywhere. No lock on bathroom door. When closed (slides like a barn door) it wouldn't close all the way. Tried to use coffee maker for hot water and black stuff came out (4 different cups of water ran). No microwave.
If only there to sleep and go it is okay.

Our stay was a mixed bag. Checking in took 15 minutes because only guy at checkin had to deal with a customer who wanted to change his stay. The room was fine but TV didn’t work. Maintenance was prompt in fixing problem but it occurred again next morning. Dinner at the bar was great, food and atmosphere was great. The lobby area was arctic cold. Breakfast was a disaster, everything was a la carte. The breakfast bowls advertised as being served in bowls actually came in styrofoam cups. Our breakfasts, called the Brunch was French toast topped with fresh fruit — it took 35 minutes. This for pre made French toast and fresh berries — I could do this in less five minutes at home.
It seems like Aloft is trying to mimic Citizen M, the masters of boutique hotels. The lobby area has the feel of Citizen M, but the breakfast concept sucks, and making everyone go through a single person at front desk is not very welcoming. These poor souls struggled, the man working check in was aware of his dilemma and at least offered apologies. The woman working the morning offered excuses.
All told I think I’ll pass on Aloft until changes are made.

This is a very nice hotel with many updates! So happy we are staying here and will for sure be back next trip.

Hotel is nice but I prefer a different setup. Also like having a tub, not just shower.

Do not stay here our truck was broken into several firearms were stolen along with other things front desk wouldnt even call the police for us. The two gentlemen who broke into our truck returned for a second look while I was waiting for police and I was able to scare them away clearly they have done this before as they weren't afraid to break in and come back for seconds.

Good vibe, great staff, comfortable beds, modern/contemporary style hotel.

Very nice hotel close to the airport and good facilities. Free shuttle service to the airport and great restaurant in the lobby. A train station is close to the Hotel so you can conveniently get around the city and the downton.

The hotel is really well kept and the rooms were clean. The staff was mostly friendly except when we got late in morning for the shuttle by 3 minutes we were spoken to very rudely. They did do whatever they could make our stay comfortable!

Very clean and nice rooms. Nice big TV but a little complicated to get to regular TV channels. The menu is not really clear as to how to operate it. Still 5 stars due to friendly staff and nice size rooms with desk and sitting are. Very nice!

Very nice airport hotel. Clean spacious room with kitchenette. Minutes away from the airport. Bed was a little harder than I'm used to being on. Staff was attentive, but breakfast bar offerings were below average.

Super friendly check-in staff and great selection at free breakfast. I have Celiac disease and was amazed that they had gluten free bagels. My room was a great size (larger than expected) and was very clean. I would definitely stay here again.

Very clean nice hotel. Otherwise there's nothing else. There's a bar barely and some snacks. There is absolutely nothing to do in this hotel and nothing to see. If you are using it for the airport and just need a place to sleep great. Any more than a night would be crazy. When the area is surrounded by nicer hotels.

This was my first time staying at this chain. I enjoyed the youthful, modern feel. The main lobby reminded me a lot of a European hostel, with pool table, board games, large Jenga, snack food and a chic looking bar. There is also a nice outdoor courtyard area for enjoying the evening and a beverage.

We enjoyed an overnight stay on a long trip. Room was fine. Appreciated having a dog friendly room Excellent smoked pork tacos in the lounge.

We had a great time staying here at this hotel. Was our 3rd trip to the Denver area and by far this was the best hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff, Eric the front desk guy was extremely helpful and very good at making my stay very pleasant. Wonderful breakfast selection, and the get togethers during the week are great as well. If I ever do make it back here again I will definitely try and make this where I rest my head.

Fun atmosphere throughout every space of the hotel. Staff was polite and helpful. The shower door leaks a puddle into the bathroom area. The door that separates the bathroom from the rest of the space is a sliding door with no track to keep it in place. Other than that the layout is great, the king room included 2 desks, just 1 office chair. Most upper sheet did have some faint yellow stains. They're no charge pet friendly; good if you have a pet with you, not as good if you have allergies.

Room itself was good. Spacious and good kitchen. We stayed just one night but would be excellent for an extended stay. Pool and lobby areas were clean and staff was outstanding.

Denver Airport Marriott at Gateway was so unique. The artwork was wonderful and the location is convenient if you are flying out of Denver Airport the next day. We took a lovely walk to the restaurants down the road. The staff was friendly and the room was perfect.

Poor experience started with trying to catch the shuttle from the airport to the hotel at 11 pm. After waiting 25 minutes, the shuttle arrived totally full. Then waited another 30 minutes until 11:30 to see another shuttle arriving that could only take half of our party. Other half had to get taxi. Why wasn't a larger shuttle sent or more frequent shuttles? When arrived at hotel room service and restaurant were closed. Could not obtain milk for the baby. There was no milk at the small cafe located beside the front desk. We were awakened by the maid walking into our room without knocking. (She did this to my parents room also) — Who doesn't knock before entering a room! Next morning ordered room service — they told us 30 minutes, 1 hour later we had to leave for the airport again, As we were leaving the room service knocked on the door — we had to cancel the whole order and go starving to the airport. Really the worst service of any hotel I have ever stayed at. You need to hire MORE staff and TRAIN them well. I will pay more and stay elsewhere. Really disappointed because we expected more for the Marriott name. Do yourself a favor and choose a different hotel!

Staying for 7 nights… checked in and did not get the room we booked even though we are Starwood gold members. Half of the laundry facilities not working. Clean rooms and quiet.

This is an older facility that has been totally refurbished and they've done a fantastic job! The entry is clean, contemporary and light and bright. The rooms (I stayed in a handicapped one on the first level) are far more updated. Clean and quiet with spacious baths and closets. The kitchens are small but perfectly serviceable and updated. Lots of room and good lighting. Big TV. Bed was very comfortable with good lighting to either side of bed and several electrical plugs to either side. My photos have been cropped on here unfortunately.

I am a Marriott loyalist opting to stay at a Marriott brand whenever possible. Staff had the same Marriott customer service attitude which is why this rating isn't lower. That was the only consistent attribute to other Marriott properties. Property on the inside felt run down. Every door on the 3rd floor needed painting. Carpet in disrepair. Room was run down. TV didn't work. Not streaming Netflix like other properties. Booked a king room and was given a room with 2 queens. I recognize this isn't much but Marriott sets high standards and I expect more from the brand.

I own a house cleaning business. This hotel is gorgeous but the housekeeping is lacking. Seriously. Kinda gross. The Windows and the insulation between rooms is horrible. I was awake this morning at 330 am because of a baby crying. Not a huge deal. I have kids and I get it. But there was also construction that started at like 5 am. Also not their fault. Someone knocked on my door at probably 430 am. Again not their fault but I didnt sleep at all. Not one wink.

Overall, we had a very nice quiet stay at this Marriott hotel. Our room was nice and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There was plenty of parking. The only downfall was that there was no fridge or microwave in our room.

Large, clean rooms. AC was loud… only down side. Will definitely stay again.

This hotel is wonderful, I had a very late check in Saturday evening and was given very prompt directions of where to pick up the shuttle. Upon arriving at the hotel I was greeted with a warm smile and a hello. Jennifer really did make up for the bad night I was already having by making my family and I feel welcome. Thank you!

Gorgeous room and an elegant hotel with a nice breakfast. We only stayed one night so I don't have any information about housekeeping or anything, but we were disappointed that the lounge is closed on weekends. My pillow also had a very strange lump in it. Otherwise, it was a very nice stay.

The staff was extremely nice and helpful. Beautiful rooms, very clean as well. Coming back through, I will definitely be staying here again.

Convenient little hotel with a lot of restaurants nearby and close to airport. However, hotel is noisy in morning when people start waking up. Doesn't have the best noise-proofing.

Left my hair tool in a glass shelf by the bathroom in 410 yesterday. Was told I’d get a call back, hopefully I do. I’m willing to pay for shipping seeing as I am out of state. I’ve spoke to Ali, Savanah and another garbage employee I didn’t bother to notate. They have all said someone would call me back. (They haven’t) I’ve left a message on the housekeeper manager AND the “GM” voicemail Jordan Anderson according to his incompetent staff anyway, who knows if they’re lying considering. Bogus all the way I never thought even the GM would be incredibly unprofessional I plan to let everyone know via yelp etc.

Maybe my expectations were too high, but When I arrived the halls, in this No smoking hotel, smelled like skunk (Weed), the towels had brown stains, there were Crumbs on the couch and hair in the refrigerator. I'm not a big complainer so I let it go. The next day we spent the day sight seeing we left our room about 10 am. When we got back to about 7 pm and there had been no room cleaning service. Now I'm getting a little irritated. I call down to front desk tell Tom all of my complaints he offers a new room. I politely decline as I am disabled and did not want to pack up just to unpack and then pack up again in the morning, but I do ask for clean towels which he brought to me. Now I go to watch the TV, which was working the day before, and it says no signal, now I'm about at the end of my rope. I'm not a wealthy person and I paid a lot for this room. I call back and I am told they have no one that can help me, but again they will change my room and again I decline for the above reasons and then politely explain that I expect a refund for my troubles which he seems willing to give, but can not because I booked with Expedia, now I get to argue with them. Needless to say don't waste your time or money… Maybe worst ever…

Room 3/5: Yellow stains on bedsheets and towel. Everything else was nice. Location 4/5: Close to airport and close enough to downtown Service: Pretty good service, almost was charged for parking even though I had it included. Staff was nice and accommadating.

Great hotel. Convenient to the airport. I would have given 5 stars, but if you use the free hotel shuttle, be prepared to wait. The hotels in the area use shared shuttles. We waited for nearly 30 minutes for the "correct" shuttle to pick us up at the airport, (there are several shuttles, operated by the same company, that only go to certain hotels) then go to 3 other hotels to drop off people. Use Uber or Lift to get to/from the hotel. We used Lyft on our trip back to the airport, after our flight's layover, and avoided the wait. The hotel staff, the room and breakfast was great! Loved the No Smoking sign on the check-in counter! lol.

Stayed here for a weekend get away. Zero problems. Room was clean and not outdated. I arrived earlier than my scheduled check in and was still immediately accommodated with no problems. Girls at front desk were very nice, personable and helpful. Hotel is close to the airport and about 15 minutes from Downtown Denver by car. The area is quiet and low key. Didn’t get to try the restaurant but this experience was perfect. Definitely coming back to stay here.

The service was good. The room was clean and well organized. Breakfast starts at 6:30, I wish it started earlier for those of us with early shuttles to catch. There are shuttles available late at night and early morning.

Very nice hotel friendly staff the room was very clean this almost got 5 stars from the only reason I gave this hotel 4 stars. Was I needed a ride to the near by Walmart and the front desk said the shuttle only goes to the airport and doesn’t go anywhere else. Otherwise, this was a perfect hotel.

Service was impeccable! A bunch of people were stranded due to bad weather and highway closures, and still I was able to check in immediately. Facilities were beautiful, location was close to the airport and has a number of restaurants nearby.

It was great to park there and take the hotel shuttle and upon return get picked up again big room within walking distance from the hotel.

Nice area quite and low key. I think they have real issue with the food area the room service was our plan for a dinner but when we went to order it had closed for the evening, really, isn't that why places have hours posted? guess not. When going in for breakfast, which was a joke for nearly $20, we were told it was included in the room charge when booking the room that's what I told the waiter he said we should have received a ticket when checking in need less to say I had to go to the front desk and handle this as well. The way I see it is this isn't my job why am I required to remember or even know this little way they handle their hotel procedures. Let's get it together folks it's not the first time I've been disappointed with the Marriott.

Great staff to check us in. We had a fun bartender who gave us restaurant suggestions and even gave us a card for a free appetizer for Urban Sombrero… so good! Our room was great! Large comfortable king bed with a huge TV. Check out was a breeze and our shuttle to the airport was right on time.

Beautiful hotel. Super nice people. Yummy coffee and breakfast. The pool and hot tub scenic views of the mountains. Very happy with my decision to stay here.

Manager Sandra Montana was very unprofessional. I left week early because she yelled me for 3 minutes on VM starting with "We have a problem. You're costing me money. " it took one minute before she even told me that my p's bled a little onto the sheets. Over 3 minutes yelling at me about this. I didn't want to stay at a place that yells at their customers. No reason ever to yell.

This wasn't my first stay at a Aloft hotel and it definitely won't be the last! The staff upon arriving were extremely welcoming and made sure I had everything I needed while checking in. The room even though a little small was a perfect modern type room. The only thing I wish was available, is the ability to change the room temp. The option for breakfast are Great! They offer a grab and go style breakfast as well as a fresh made to order meal. Last but not least the bar! The bar staff are absolutely amazing and accommodating! I preferred to stay in and enjoy the drinks there due to the amazing atmosphere! I will definitely stay at Aloft again!

Located in hotel plaza, which is the best option near the airport (15 mins). This is by far the most modern and unique of all the neighboring hotels. I liked the super clean and spacious room. Stay here if you need a place near the airport.

Staff was friendly. Rooms were nice. Unfortunately I was sick during my stay but Tommy at the front desk was always very friendly, and helpful. His positive attitude was contagious. Highly recommend this hotel.

I feel bad about only giving this hotel a 3 star because it is an outstanding property. Spacious, clean, well upkept, a good but not great breakfast. But… We arrived very late, around 2am and were given a key for an occupied room! We walked in on someone sleeping who was understandably upset. We went back to the front desk and the agent didn't even apologize. He blamed a co-worker and acted like it wasn't a big issue. Just crazy.

I'm a Marriott lifer but am still honest with my reviews. This hotel was very clean and the staff very friendly. The parking lot wss plowed before 5am.

Great location, comfortable bed & room. Had a king room on the top floor. Coffee maker, fridge, the hair dryer in hanging in the closet, wis I had of known. Took off one star because I was going to get room service but they closed it down an hour early. Other than that this is a great property.

Absolutely terrible experience. Checked into a room that smelled with wet carpet all over the place. Learned from the engineer that the room had the toilet overflow the day we checked in and should not have been rented to us. On top of that the plumbing in the bathroom didn't work in shower or sink. Talked to front desk and got empathy but zero help. Ask for manager but he's off today back tomorrow at 9am. It's a hotel! I'm a traveler! Total joke of a Marriott. Wouldn't stay here again if you paid me. Last time I stay at Marriott properties. Back to SPG and Hilton and other brands. If you want an old rundown hotel with 1 engineer and no staff on duty with the potential to sleep in toilet water this is your place.

Good location, convenient shuttle, clean accommodations. Phone in our room wasn't working, and there were no bags in any of the waste bins, so that's a knock. Very modern rooms/style. The bathroom situation was slightly strange but overall a nice place.

The rooms are nice and spacious. The staff is very helpful. There are shuttles that run every half hour. Breakfast was great!

Everyone's was courteous, that stood out 1st for me. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Room service cuisine was the best, HUGE piriibs, great pool, sauna and exercise room.

Looks good at first glance, but had some downsides. Pro — Room was nice laid out and TV is huge. Modern design, liked it. Cons — towels had some small spots which looked like blood that could not be washed out. — paper towels on sink had a real big spot of blood or other nasty thing on the most upper sheet. — water bottle in room was full, but you could see, that it had been opened, because security ring had been damaged. Thank God I looked at it first and did not drink — elevator is really loud when you have a room near it. Use earplugs and you're good to go. All in all a good attempt, but failed due to lack of cleanness.

This place is really cool! Games in the lobby are so fun. The rooms are very nice and modern. Lots of space saving furniture. The breakfast food they make is actually really good. And they are very pet friendly here. There is no pet fee and they are welcome to be in the lobby area as long as they are under control. Overall, a great place. Only a couple things I would change. More outlets in the room and a couple more night stands near the bed.

Overall a nice place to crash. It has a very how feel to it reflected by it's architecture and indoor design. When you walk in there's a bar, pool table, and lots of places to lounge. Check in was easy. The room itself is reflected in the name. It is like a loft. The rooms reminded me of European feel in that it has a unique design with the bathroom and bedroom separated in an unconventional manner. Probably my one complaint of the water pressure was low in the shower. The gym is nothing to rave about, pretty standard treadmills, ellipticals, dumbbells. Overall not a bad place to stay. I would consider staying again.

Great property in a great location close to the airport. The room was modern and clean and very quiet. Concierge lounge had great food for breakfast and the staff was friendly.

Great property, been there twice, once last year during New Years over an insane Blizzard. They were able to accommodate my last minute changes and I was most impressed by Kenna who took the time to send a kind pre-arrival email and do something a little special for my arrival. Definitely not expected from an aloft property, very much so appreciated. Easy location to get to from the airport. Aloft's are consistent with the actual product offerings, always easy locations, plenty of parking and a fun comfortable vibe.

Nice and comfortable, you can take the shuttle for free from DEN airport. Quiet and cozy, you can sit or play pool at the lobby. The swimming pool was very nice and it’s temperature was great. Definitely a place that I would recommend.

The front desk staff was amazing! Our Elite Airlines flight was delayed two times during the day so they reactivated our keys and allowed us to hang out in out room until 4:00 p. M. So much more relaxing at the hotel than sitting in the airport! Thank you! Residence Inn by Marriott.

We decided to grab drinks at Aloft while waiting for a flight at DIA. This hotel was so clean and felt so welcoming in the lobby! Everything was so modernized. The staff was very friendly as well! The bartender was very easy to get along with and had a great personality. It was well worth the time while waiting for the flight.

This is the exact same design of every other Aloft. This one wasn't very clean, which is why the lower rating. The value was good though and I would stay again.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. My room was clean and we'll stocked. Most importantly, the place was quiet and relaxing which is important to me as a frequent traveler. I would certainly return in the future.

So far so good. The bed is nice, the shower was hot. It seems really clean. The staff guys have been great, very helpful, friendly and engaging. I can here the TV next door… butits an airport hotel, so the planes are a bigger thing. Nice place would use it again if in the area.

I've stayed at one of these hotels elsewhere, and had a slightly better experience. The rooms are comfy, and I like that the window shades block out a lot of light, however, one of ours would not go down all of the way. The TV's were also messed up, in that the guide would not come up, and several channels were not working. Other than that, everything was good. The staff was great, but the food downstairs is slightly overpriced. No free breakfast either.

Very close to the airport. Bar, Restaurant, pool, exactly as advertised and for a decent price. They offer airport shuttle if you don't have transportation. The staff was welcoming. The rooms were a bit busy and cluttered with decor but the were big, clean and comfortable. No complaints.

Rooms have a kitchenette (fridge, stove top, microwave, sink) with an assortment of pots, pans, dishes, etc. There's free food and beer/wine in the breakfast lounge three evenings a week. There is a good assortment of breakfast food each morning and the proteins rotate so it's not the same two days in a row. They are very dog friendly.

We had to stay 3 nights because they allow pets (no fee! ) and other area hotels do not. I am handicapped and my husband has knee issues. There were 2 beds, only 1 mattress on each bed. Why? It made the beds too low for wheelchair transfer. Also, no microwave, but did have a mini fridge. Shower was roll in with a bench, but the dispensers were on the wall supporting the bench. How is the disabled person supposed to get the shampoo and conditioner? Luckily, I brought my own. The shower drain was inadequate. We had to put towels all over to control water, plus shower curtain was about 6" too short and the wet tile floor was slick. They provided an open Wi-Fi, but no security key or password. The room had a long shelf for a desk and another, shorter shelf, but only one chair in the room. Maybe they expect the handicapped person to stay in their wheelchair throughout the stay, but my chair is not the type that I can pull up to a table, and it is not comfortable enough for hours of sitting. The TV was terrible. Channel changer was hard to operate. Guide button didn't work, and up/down buttons had to be pressed very hard. Very few channels, about the same number as you would get with antenna, but did have a couple of cable news channels. Staff was very polite. I don't recommend this hotel unless you have never traveled before and have no idea what a $120 per night hotel should provide.

Check in was easy. Service was quite prompt. Room is spacious and clean. Breakfast was actually really well cooked. They also have guest laundry room. Gym and pool also available.

Contempory. Trying to be uber stylish. Comes off a bit cold but that's probably just me. The shower leaked onto the floor because the drain pan and glass door have a large unsealed gap. This results in the floor tile grout looking grungy. It's the little things. AC is super loud. Bed a bit too firm for my liking but not a slab. If I could have paid $50 less I'd be okay with the experience, but at $200 a night I'd expect more.

I’ve been loyal to the Marriott brand for several years. The Residence Inn, Aurora, Colorado is very well located, only 15 minutes away from the airport. Very clean rooms with decently stocked basic kitchen items. Very friendly and helpful staff too. Didn’t make it to breakfast which is typically is pretty standard fare. Very quiet room.

Hotel was great for a quick one night stay. Ample parking available. The lounge was suitable but left much to be desired when compared to the new "M Lounges" Marriott has been rolling out. Will definitely stay again should the need arise.

Had to stay here after missing a connecting flight. Very nice lobby and good restaurant that stays open late. Room was a bit drafty and there was no live t. V. Only on demand movies. Still overall it was a pleasant experience.

The hotel is clean and the staff was friendly. Located near the airport and different restaurants within walking distance. Rooms were clean and well stocked. Only issues are the light for the bathroom was very dim. Made it hard to see in the night. Also the shower door has a space at the bottom and causes massive leakage, so don't leave anything on the floor you don't want to get wet. Walls are a bit thin, you can always hear when someone is walking through the halls or above you.

When we got to the hotel, there was only one person working, and the check in system was apparently down… So, there was a ridiculously long line of people just waiting to get checked in. I had requested a porta-crib for our special needs child, and asked them about it when they finally checked us in. She said she'd bring it up as quickly as possible… After several calls to the front desk, it wasn't until 9 PM that they finally brought the porta-crib. By that point, my son was so distraught, that he refused to have anything to do with it, and he had to sleep in the bed with us. None of us got much sleep, and our early flight the next morning was very unpleasant… Needless to say, we won't be staying at this location again…

I was here for a small conference, and found the staff to be exceedingly accommodating. The rooms were large and comfortable, betting was nice, and the facilities were terrific. It's within walking distance of lots of dining choices; the in-house restaurant is a little pricey, but the bar is very reasonable. Go figure. All in all, I'm looking forward to returning for the same event next year, and looking forward to the same excellent class of service. Positives, the staff, the facilities, and the rooms. Negatives, $10 continental breakfast. Alternatives are nearby though, so that's not really a negative at all.

15 to 20 minute drive from the airport would not have the word airport attached to a hotel in my city! Thankful for the airport shuttle. Quick check in and check out. Nice room, comfortable bed.

We are at the Aloft. The price was extremely high for the type of room. ($269) Our bathroom smelled like urine, it is also in bad condition. The young man at the front desk came in and tried his best to clean floor in bathroom. I went to the bar and asked for an appetizer but they could not make it as their oven was broken. I really think I was overcharged for this type of lodging.

Had a missed connection in Denver and was put into this hotel. Very upscale and clean, while the employees were friendly and courteous. Amenities on site are ample, and well looked after. Room service was cheaper than other hotels and the quality of food is superior. Only minor issue was a double charge on parking that was easily reversed at checkout.

I attended a social event at this hotel as a guest. Lunch was provided and I picked the crab cakes to eat. They were delicious but not enough food to fill me up. Since that dish was provided I did not see fit to complain about the fact that they were slightly warm at best and such a small portion. After eating, I quietly went to get myself more food. I waited at the bar for quite sometime then the unhappy bartender arrives as if he's doing me a favor. He just seemed uninterested in his job or being kind. I found myself being overly nice to make him feel better — wait, what? So I decide to order some soup. Disclaimer**** Beware of the tortilla soup! It costs $10 and is a pureed slop of mostly miniscule bits of hard carrot. I felt it best to chew my soup before swallowing. Just awful. It was actually carrot soup with tortillas and guacamole on it. It was hot in some areas and cold in others. Waste of money. Not sure if it was just a bad batch or some moron really thinks they have some wonderful item on hand. You have the kitchen. You have the staff. You have the budget. Why would anything be less than perfect — especially for the price? Such a shame!

Rooms are fully equipped. Great for families. Pool was great. Breakfast was delicious. Would love to stay again.

I've stayed at another Aloft in the past that was wonderful. This specific Aloft could be much better. Nothing seems to work properly, the shades are electric but one (of two) wasn't connected properly and fell down at me. The AC went in and out, putting out hot air when it was on cool & made weird loud noises. There were lots of little details that needed work like stains, missing paint, loose shower room tiles etc. It seems like the hotel was rushed. Staff was quite nice though. Still love the Aloft style and design but this one didn't live up to the quality I've known with Aloft.

A very modern, unique hotel. This hotel is everything I've come to expect from the Marriott/SPG family of hotels in standards. But this by far stands out as it is a modern hotel, happy hour and super social in the evenings. Definitely appealing to a younger crowd or those passing through that want a fun upbeat hotel. The staff is amazing!

Best value for the Denver area. It had a really great bathroom! Super happy about it being pet friendly, our dog even got her own bed and dog bowls. The Wifi worked, front desk was helpful and the room was really clean and rainbow colored. It's a cute, relatively inexpensive hotel.

Reasonably priced hotel with perfectly clean rooms. Lots of space. Thrilled with everything about it. Breakfast was simple but good.

This is my favorite Denver airport hotel. It is solid — clean, nothing is broken and it has been redone inside with new modern style. I have previously stayed at Fairfield inn near the airport and it was more expensive than this one!? I will in the future stay here if it is a reasonable price. It has better bath products, better TV channels and is much cleaner. The only downside is that breakfast is not free, but it is WAY better food. If I decide not to buy breakfast here, I'd just pick up something on the road and enjoy a good hotel instead of the other one (see my review of fairfield inn, with broken AC and dirt, extra for park and fly).

Only 15 minutes from the airport. A free buffet breakfast that is nice, though the seating in crowded. Great little pool and hot tub. Generally clean and well maintained rooms. Walkable restaurants.

We were only here for a few hours because we arrived late at night and left very early the next morning. The check in was quick and easy. Our room was clean and comfortable, and we were able to get a good nights sleep for the few hours that we were sleeping. The location was great for catching an uber at 3:00 in the morning to get to the airport.

It is a good place to be and rest clean and cilenciiso.

Breakfast and lunch at the restaurant are good. Made to order omelets waffles and other buffet items. Cobb salad is good. Staff, very nice.

I liked the aesthetic of the hotel, very modern. The only couple of disappointments I had were the bathroom design: a sliding, non closing door is not always ideal when more than one person is using the room and the shower door did not seal leaving the floor soaking wet. The bed was comfortable, the temperature control was great and reactive. The only other issue was that the one night we stayed the Wi-Fi was down, nothing that is affecting my review but with noting. Otherwise is was a nice little stay with a friendly staff.

The location is very convenient to both the airport and many dining options. The room was fine. I don't love their bathroom doors. The bottoms aren't on a track, and it's very easy for it to push out when you're opening it down into the sink counter. I also wish you could have the bathroom light on without throwing light into the entire room. They have small refrigerators, but no microwave. Otherwise, the beds are comfortable, the blinds get the room dark enough, and the TV has a pretty cool set up for connecting your own electronics to it.

Nice hotel, good staff. Having stayed here several times, the orange citrus smell doesn't phase me as much as my first visit. The second floor seems to be the strongest with their orange citrus spray. I'd prefer if they tone down the spray. Good gym and pool, hotel restaurant and bar are nice but less expensive cocktails just a walk away at Teds with similar food plus Bison. The staff will put a mini fridge in the room if asked, I like to keep cold water for my work day. Jeanine is the elite member area breakfast (and some times happy hour) host, she's very helpful. Overall a good hotel.

Clean, modern, and appealing. I was impressed with the lobby and other common areas. On multiple occasions, I saw staff members cleaning detailed areas and was impressed. The 2 bedroom suites are great for a larger crowd and offer good separation at night. I love that the rooms are central air vs. Window units. The breakfast selection was more than enough and the food was enjoyable. Keep up the good work!

Very clean!, pretty decent breakfast, now I must say that to their evening happy hour has really gone down as far as what they serve crackers and cheese was the menu for Monday should have had other selection of cheese. Besides the one lonely cheese offered.

The room was very, very comfortable. The staff personnel were pleasant. The bottled body wash was open and half gone but housekeeping brought a new one at my request. There was only 1 washcloth. Nice presentation for the coffee and tea, very, very comfortable pillows, soft large towels, nice selection of cable TV programs and tasty food in ample portions at the restaurant. However, the waitress took my order, put it in front of me and never returned on her own. A young lady who worked there noticed my three unsuccessful attempts at getting the waitress' attention by waving my hands and calling the waitress' name. (The waitress stocked glasses, helped people at other tables and stood very near me chatting with coworkers but never looked my way! ) Finally she showed up after the young lady told her I'd been trying to get her attention. Later my table was cleared but I waited 20 minutes before the waitress showed up and that was only after the young lady again rounded her up. Worst experience I've had with a waitress. She was pleasant but inattentive. I would have ordered dessert but she didn't even ask me if I were interested. By then I was ready to leave anyway.

The service was very professional, and the room well clean.

Used to be one of my favorite hotels, but are really starting to let it run down. Most of the equipment in the fitness center was broken. Food selection sucked-freezers were broken. Staff was busy talking to each other. Just not the excellent overall experience I have had in the past.

Very clean and comfortable. Great breakfast included. I will change to 5 stars when the return the baby pillow left in the shuttle.

Interesting hotel, I was here for work for 4 days and the room was nice, compact and clean. Good Wi-Fi service, a sort of deli, mini store in the lobby and some fresh made breakfast food, but nothing great and I thought a bit overpriced. The lobby staff were helpful and friendly. There is a bar here that was trying to be something, I was just not sure what. Aloft puts funny names on things, sort of like Ikea, guess they want to be different.

Room was very clean. Only issue I had was the shutitle being a little late which caused some issues with out flight, but that was out of their hands. Great place!

Clean rooms and comfortable beds in a very modern hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. The bathroom is a little cramped and the shower is basic. The room itself is on the small side but very functional. The hotel is located near the airport and is close to the highway. There are plenty of places to eat nearby and you can walk to most of them. Overall, the Aloft is a good hotel and I would recommend it for any business traveler.

Rooms are very Ikea-chic. Staff friendly. Parking does fill up late at night. Food is pretty expensive for late-night snacks. Location is good for walking dogs if you're traveling with one — plenty of grass/sidewalks.

I stayed here for a weekend during a lacrosse tournament and it was great. The lobby of the hotel has a pool table, bar, and breakfast area. At night I went down there with my group and it was very lively. We had a great time. The hotel is also elegant and chic overall.

People please stay away from this place, this place is the biggest scum I have ever seen in my life. We booked a non smoking room and stayed there for 3 nights because we do not smoke, however 3 days after we checkout they charged me another $250 on my credit card without my knowledge, claiming that the room smelled heavy smoke. But in reality we didn't smoke at all. They find ways to charge you more, should you find any special discount through hotels. Com or Travelocity. With that being said their services also sucks. They do not provide breakfast even though they claim they do in the advertisement. Also, the manager is very rude and racist! If you don't want to get rip-off stay as for as you can!

Stayed overnight to catch a early morning flight. Room was nice and trouble free Ceck in. Free Shuttle service provided to get to airport.

The location is convenient. It's a straight shot to Aurora, and there are a lot of places to eat within walking distance. Rooms are Native American/Modern themed, which is a nice way to break up the monotony of hotel rooms. The shower is not quite sealed and causes some leaking into the toilet area, but the inconvenience is minor. There's a five dollar voucher for every day that you don't need room service, which is nice since there is an inviting bar in the lobby. Breakfast is pay and expensive, but available. There's also a 24 hour fitness center, which I regrettably haven't used yet. The staff seems very friendly.

Overall this is a great spot to not only rest your head but also get some work done. It's very a typical W style hotel so expect music in the lobby, chic styling and even a bar. The gym is great and offers just enough to get a full workout in compared to most closet sized gyms. The front desk staff is very helpful and friendly. Above all the late check out (4pm) was huge. There are very few hotels, if any, that allow checkout that late. Definitely a solid value and I would recommend.

Water for shower was not hot. The front desk didnt even give me y food voucher until iasked.

Pretty good as far as airport hotels go. Clean, new, nice facilities for pool and working out, and I've always been partial to the HDMI video plugins on the desk so you can run Netflix from your computer up on the TV. Friendly staff, too. You'll have to hop in the car for a meal, or for anything really.

The first impression of the hotel was very positive, upscale and well kept. But I found food and wine glasses on the floors and they were not cleaned up over a day. House cleaning trolleys were always in the floors and we're sort of intrusive. But guess what, they didn't bother to pick the leftovers on the floor. I still have a day left in the stay and will update the review later with my final impressions.

Decent looking rooms and an ok cleaning job with small rooms. The bathrooms did not have doors that close but semi private sliding doors. Service was horrible, front desk lady was rude. NOT to mention she didn't listen long enough to spell my name right. I had to write my name down for her because she insisted I did not have a reservation even with the confirmation number! I would never under any circumstances stay in an Aloft hotel in life. Not even if I was turned away at the Inn's and the only thing left was a manger to lay my head!

One of the better hotels in the area. I only stayed the night and had to be up early. Check in was a breeze and the host was very helpful with information and getting us to the airport via their shuttle. You share it with others right inb the area so make sure they put you on the list. It leaves every half hour. Rooms were what you would expect in a higher end hotel. Beds and linens where very nice. Clean. I wasn't able to use any amenities but they have many. I travel to Denver often and plan on staying here again.

The Marriott has great rooms and is very close to the airport. The front desk staff always has a smile and will go out of their way to help if you have special requests. Will absolutely stay there on my next trip to DIA.

Westin at the airport was too expensive but this was a fine alternative. Standard Aloft.

The room was a perfect size and felt more homely than other places I've stayed. The bed was amazingly comfortable and the couch was big. I liked that the freezer had an ice maker so I did not have to go and hunt down ice. All of the people that work there are kind and very helpful. I would definitely stay in a Residence Inn again!

This hotel wasn't to bad, but it wasn't great either. From the pics I thought it would nice. The pool wasn't all that great and was super cold, the hot tub was okay. The gym was very small. I did like the kitchen and living room area. It was the best part of the whole room because the bedroom was super small!. The worst part about the whole experience was the bathroom. The bathroom was BEYOND small. I had to step all the way in the side just to close the door. I am 5" ft and the tub was to small for me. It wasn't that bad of an experience, but I think I will stick to woolley's suites.

This hotel is a bit unique compared to most of the hotels I have stayed at. It has a hip and fun atmosphere in the lobby. The continental breakfast was a bit confusing to navigate (some things were not free, and you still have to go to the front desk to buy your free food) … kind of confusing. They are in the middle of renovations which is good because the bathroom floors were a bit grungy and the shower door didn't do a good job of keeping water in. The rooms feel small due to their loft/studio layout. Overall it was a unique hotel experience for me but I'm not sure if I would spend any extra money to go there over another hotel.

Really nice hotel with pretty cool rooms. I really enjoyed my stat but I'm only giving them 3 starts because the whole night this weird noise in the hallway that kept me up all night and when I called the front desk no one did anything.

The hotel and service were nice. Not quite as "hip" as some of their other properties. Everyone was friendly and helpful. You only complaint is there were a few over served patrons in the bar. One particularly inebriated dude hit on my wife. Cooler heads prevailed. He shouldn't have still been drinking though.

My wife and I stayed at an Aloft in Chicago on our honeymoon and had a wonderful experience. The style is modern and fresh. Walking in to the Denver aloft 7 years later was a perfect sense memory, from the wonderful smell walking in the door to the simple elegant room. Will definitely use aloft again.

Had nothing less than an amazing experience with aloft. They were very helpful and Justin went above and beyond when we returned to a dead battery by offering to go purchase jumper cables and jumped our car for us. He was awesome and we will definitely book with aloft in the future.

The staff was very friendly which was great after a very long drive. The room is beautifully furnished and even included a kitchenette! If I could, I would live here! This is a great place to stay and would be my first choice. The only complaint I have is how chilly the room was but it's easily adjustable. :)

Nice and helpful staff but facility is looking like its on the downhill slide. Entry carpet is pretty gross & the rooms have a weird feel to them. Our shower door didn't close properly and leaked a huge puddle of water onto the bathroom floor. The decor and layout of the room was really odd. The walls were really thin and we seemed to hear lots going on around us. It was decently clean and the cookie we purchased from the snack area was good. Other than that it is not a place I would recommend or stay at again.

I have not had the occasion to stay in a motel for a long time. Our insurance company put us up in this one for an extended stay. It was the second one, the first one we were in was so bad we had to request to be moved and we couldn't be more satisfied. The staff is very friendly and respond to any problem there might be in a timely manner. We would recommend this motel to anyone that has an overnight or an extended stay as we do. The breakfast is tasty and the social is unique. We loved it, thanks.

Everyone here is so nice and friendly! I traveled here alone and I am only 21. Everyone treated me with such respect & was so friendly. The service is really great. You can tell the building is a little older, but everything is well kept and nicely decorated it definitely made my experience pleasant.

I will say that the Denver aloft and myself did not get off on a good foot. It took over an hour for the shuttle van to pick me up from the airport and multiple calls. In addition they only have 1 when they should have 2 like others. I would see the same hotel 2-3 times before I would see aloft come around. I used Uber most times to get to the airport during my project. Beyond that the staff was nice, the room nice, and generally all the things that come with an aloft hotel were present. I think normal people would be fine here and there are some basic restaurants around to get food.

Modern budget hotel, great Wi-Fi with limited bar and beverage service. Great for a short stay.

Okay place for a quick stay. Room is very small and walls are paper thin, so hopefully you enjoy hearing the elevator and your neighbors constantly. Pool was so cold it was unbearable, other guests agreed so I know it wasn't just me. For the ads to call the shower "oversized" is a bit optimistic, and remember when you're in there that the little snowflake means hot and the little Sun means cold. Shower door does not close properly, so a tiny pond developed. Staff was friendly and helpful and the only thing that kept this rating up as high as it is.

Great Hotel for staying at if you are not using the airport shuttle. We stayed one night before flying out and then took the shuttle to the airport and left our car there (for a fee $5/night). Shuttle was slow to get us there in the morning but we had plenty of time to catch our flight so no big deal for us, but for others it was. However on our return we waited for an hour before even seeing our first shuttle, which was suppose to run every half hour, and it was full. The driver told us very rudely that there was nothing he could do and that we would just have to wait for another shuttle. He said it would only be 30 minutes so we waited again. After another 50 minutes he finally showed up again and again was full and said that he couldn't help us. By this time I had tried to get the hotel to get another shuttle there and they said they would but of course it was a no show. So after calling back they informed us that the shuttle service was not theirs and that we would have to call another hotel. Long story short we ended up getting a taxi for $42 and wasted 2+ hours waiting on a service that the Aloft wouldn't take responsibility for. We were suppose to stay again that night but chose not to support such a poor run establishment.

While the hotel gives the elusion of state of the art, this is hardly the case. My parents and I have to stay here for four nights. And on our first night house keeping had to be called 4 times! there were no sheets on the bed! No Kleenex, Only two very small towels, and the televisions were missing remotes. I ended up sleeping on a cot because the pull out beds mattress was paper thin and I could literally feel the metal rods that support the bed. For a hotel room that rates are $3XX a night I am very dissatisfied. Dont waste your time or money with this hotel if at all possible.

Okay hotel. Friendly staff. Avoid room 507, due to the building cooling fan that sits on the roof and shakes the room when it's operating. It sounds like a helicopter is landing on the roof.

We enjoyed it Very Much. Staff was Super Friendly. Pool and Weight Room were wonderful! Outside sitting Areas. Gorgeous! Breakfast Prices are a little outrageous. But all in all. We had a great time.
