Celebrated 30 yr anniv here. Hotel service went above and beyond. Concierge set up flowers, special champagne, charcuterie in our suite. We will be back to stay and ski here. Love love this place!

Perfection! Beautiful view! Housekeeping was wonderful. Room service and food was delicious. Ski shuttles and ski equipment management was professional and hassle free. Just lovely all around! So many extras and so special ❤️

I've had incredible dining experiences in the past at the Little Nell but recently had the absolute worst experience at the Wine bar with the management on this particular evening. The service staff did an excellent job as always, very friendly and accommodating but the management staff was horrendous! I realize it has been an extremely challenging time dealing with Covid and trying to safely service customers, still everyone should exercise patience and kindness in any situation. I was reprimanded in the middle of a conversation with other guest multiple times to the point I needed to speak up and request to be spoken to and treated like a valued customer. (This should never happen in a service based business in my opinion. ) I'm writing this review as a reminder that patience and kindness, even in challenging times, should always be exercised no matter what the circumstance. Additionally, if you want the customers to sit at their tables and not interact with each other or enjoy music and human expression, get rid of the live music inside and large reservations, it sends the wrong message to your guest/ customers.

The hotel is beautiful. The food was amazing! But the most impressive — your staff and the level of service they provide. Everyone is so warm, friendly and knowledgeable of not just the hotel but what to do in Aspen. I want to take them all back to Texas! Thank you so very much.

Just a fabulous place for dinner. Aspen is hardly a cheap place to eat out, but you can pay a lot for far less. The menu is full of amazing things, all of them perfect (we had two menus with 8 dishes). The service is second to none and the wine cellar is an adventure in itself. We’ll be back next time we’re in town.

Terrible service at element tonight!

Fabulous night tonight at Little Nell. We had dinner reservations but decided to go a little low key and sit at the bar. Wonderful decision! Bryan and Taylor, the bartenders were beyond excellent. Great experience, great food, fabulous craft cocktails and great conversations. Bryan and Taylor are a real asset to Little Nell!

A home away from home friendly welcoming staff and the best restaurant of any of the resorts overall. The breakfast buffet is awesome and they have a sausage patty made from turkey and duck that's incredible!

100% the best hotel in Aspen. We have have stayed here many times throughout the years and have always had a 5 star experience. They honestly take incredible care of you.

Truly a five star experience. The food and the service are just fabulous. I also love the surroundings, great interior design and the artwork on the walls is high art.

Great experience overall. For me personally, I find the skiing here to be more on the advanced side of things. One of the more difficult mountains I've skied.

Best hospitality we have ever experienced. There was not a single thing that could have made our stay anymore enjoyable. We arrived early and the staff was more than helpful with getting us checked in early so that we could enjoy our day. Thank you TLN for such a wonderful weekend in Aspen!

Five star hotel for a reason. But, also a good spot to just grab a drink or coffee and people watch, even in ski clothes.

Great place to grab a drink, sit by the fire, or have lunch. Also very nice rooms, and the best car service in town.

Went to the spa today. Even though I wasn't a guest, had full access to the gym, sauna, pool, and an amazing massage. A great way to spend a relaxing afternoon. Christopher is an amazing massage therapist.

Visiting a guest and checking out the newly renovated rooms. Such a nice update and so glad they kept the fireplaces and balconies.

Best customer service and attention to detail we've ever received. Our stay at the Nell was incredible. The staff were all amazing, incredibly thoughtful, and extremely helpful in every scenario. Everyone from Jonathan the GM to Emily, Jimmy, Ben were all on point our entire stay, and especially helpful at making sure my pregnant wife stayed perfectly comfortable. The stay here is top notch. This is clearly the best hotel at Aspen. You will be pampered like never before. Their amenities are just awesome and the hospitality is impeccable. Though little expensive, the experience makes it totally worth it.

My friend had his wedding at The Little Nell and from what I saw it was very nice, very classy. I went to his room to get my suit and it was very nicely appointed, they even provide canned oxygen since there are very high elevations here in Aspen.

Absolutely fabulous! We participated in the chef's tasting menu with wine pairing. Went with my sister, husband, and brother in law. Very memorable evening.

The Little Nell is truly how a hotel ought to be. Everything is seamless and impeccable. The rooms are immaculate, amenities and grounds are fantastic. The service and attentiveness of the staff is the best I have ever had the opportunity to enjoy. Jesse, Carlton and 'Chubby' gave us a fantastic tour of the immense 20, 000+ bottle wine cellar at The Little Nell. Every aspect of the hotel is shear perfection.

Great place to relax and get away! Hopefully the new W hotel under construction will motivate The Nell to upgrade their AC system. If it's hot in Aspen you better hope a modular fan is available for your room.

For venue, it's definitely a 5-star. A beautiful, classy, peaceful setting in a beautiful location. I've eaten there before in the food was excellent. I can't say the same for this recent experience. The cobb salad was exceptionally disappointing. And my server was poorly trained.

Absolutely amazing. Stopped by for breakfast, and my server, Jacob, was knowledgeable about the menu and a wonderful host. The food was delicious, and I was greeted by Jorge on the way out who ensured that I had the best experience possible.

Our stay at the Little Nell was the best experience. Everyone you meet is wonderful, friendly and helpful. The rooms are great and the food is terrific. Best place to stay away from home. I have no plans to be back in Aspen this year, but wish I did! This place is the best.

Little Nell is the best location in Aspen. The staff is like family. It's my favorite. The Residences are warm and cozy.

Best place for the holidays The Little Nell also hosts the all-you-can-sip Bottomless Cristal New Year’s Eve Party.

The stay was overall very good. We did have three small issues. I gave them 4 out of 5 stars because of this. The first issue, we attempted to make dinner reservations at the in house restaurant Element 47. The reservation was made then the next day an email arrived explaining that the restaurant was "bought out" for a privet event. The stages helped us find Steak House 316 (which was good but not as romantic as I had hoped for our 17th anniversary). I also had arranged a Fly Fishing trip, which a day or two later was cancelled because the Nell's adventure staff was closing for the season. They did arrange for a trip through another vendor. Lastly we paid half our expected stay upfront then a week prior to arrival I was expecting the remainder to be billed. I was, well shocked to find I had been double billed. The staff upgraded our room in effort to make it right. The room was very nice, extreamily comfortable and well kept. The location was great at the base of Aspen mountain, the grounds were very meticulously maintained and the staff extreamily attentive but not intrusive during out stay. Overall I would recommend the little Nell.

This is absolutely one of the best hotels in the USA. I have stayed at many of the 5 star hotels in America and this one is top 3 if not number 1. The best aspect of the hotel by far, is the concierge. Going to Aspen is an experience and their concierge have worked with the Nell and the town of Aspen for years. You can ask them anything and they will be able to provide a proper experience specifically for you. I was more adventurous and my girlfriend not so much. We had an entire itinerary planned when we got there. Hiking, Hot Air Balloon, Dinner at 5 star restaurants we are used to in New York and LA. The room, the food, even the doormen and drivers are a 10! We are going back next year!

Live music and great vibes.

Stayed everywhere and the service here is 'something else' attentive, not intrusive and oh so helpful. The ultimate ski experience.

My wife and I had three great nights here in February 2014. Staff is very friendly and they are interested in your activities while you are staying. We had wonderful reservations in town and at the hotel. The airport is a bit challenging and United lost our bags each way, but the skiing was worth it. Ski both Ajax and Snowmass if you have time. You'll notice the variety is great. Go during the week and avoid the lines.

Came for skiing. Concierge took care of everything. Room was good and stocked daily. Very polite staff. I paid almost $600 per night. Wondering how everyone paid so much less :/.

A gem. The rooms are magical, its hard to leave if it weren't for the majestic outdoors here in Aspen.

Customer service was so horrible. Food was over priced. Hotel interior was very outdated but they had just redid the place. No cable television in rooms.
