My mom won the Megabucks jackpot on opening night and they said it was a glitch in the machine. There were witnesses that saw her win. She even received all the credit on her Chuchchansi card but they still refused to pay out. When she got an attorney to represent her the casino had their attorney send her a threatening letter. She decided to drop the case out of fear of retaliation. Scandalous!

I loved this casino and was a dedicated patron until this morning when my boyfriend was falsly accused of vandalizing a slot machine. They said he did it on feb 25 th and they have it on video! this is absolutely not true, they would not even listen to us. Just escorted us out. This is absolutely defamation of character and we are going to get to the bottom of it. I am an enrolled tribal member different tribe potawatomi I would never do anything to disrespect fellow native americans or anybody for that matter! nor would my boyfriend! we came here weekly and spent alot of money. I am hurt by the way we were treated. We will get to the bottom of this chukchansi! what a joke. I used to take everyone here not anymore.

Friendly stalf and rooms were nicely remolded in area we stayed. Only thing is the same area they had notices about the water being turned off or very low pressure on the notice the day we arrived. I give I very poor rating on the amenities to food and they have very very little to offer for room service during their off time when you can't get any real service. Oh the tables and casino are open 24-7 but the service sucks. Didn't even clean or restock our room after the first day of our two night stay. The drink girls came by sporadically then dissapear for hour at a time while the pit boss was having a employee meeting in the pit boss area. Bla bla bla about their new supervisor while I'm playing cards.

Power went out this morning so we thought breakfast at Chukchansi could work and it was great! Great food at good prices!

Was told I sat on a person machine. No one there I didn’t even have a clue. Manager said she left the machine to cash a ticket left small amount of cash on machine left no attendant at machine no marker to hold machine. So I got told to give her $$ that was so small I had no clue. Management stood there on her behalf and strong armed me to give the lady money. Management STOOD next to me stating I owed her $$ I told him it was wrong and that if money is in a machine it belong to casino and she did not leave an attendant watching HER machine. I was strong armed by management Bullied by management.

When I win, it’s great. When I lose, it sucks. I love the casino though. We have 2 casinos that are a lot closer but would rather drive to Chukchansi’s.

We just went to eat & play for a few hours, We ate at the gold mine, the servings are large & taste good.

The people working at the bakery were incredibly kind but the machines just don’t pay out! Went with my Aunt and played the small money machines intending to play for HOURS and we just didn’t win even the smallest amount. It was really disappointing, I understand that places like Las Vegas do more volume so can afford to pay out some and Chuckchansi is smaller but this was just ridiculous and disappointing.

I went for slot machines and dinner. I haven't been here for months. They are always moving things around so sometimes you can't find your favorite machines. There were a lot of people there but it didn't seem crowded. The noise level helps you know you are in a casino! We ate at Gold fields restaurants and we were very happy with the service even though there was a 20-minute wait.

Chuckchansi Gold Resort and Casino is a very beautiful casino located only 45 minutes from Fresno. I love going there to eat first then play a few slots. They have a Great Variety of Restaurant's to choose from. The buffet has an Amazing view in the day if you enjoy looking out into the mountains and tree's. They have a lot of food to choose from. I also enjoy eating at the Noodle Bar. Very tasty food with friendly waiters.

This was the view we had on our visit in July. It was very smoky from the fires but such a beautiful place. The room was nice. A little crowded. When I got up in the middle of the night I ran into a few things. Don't bother with the slots. We put in 50$ each and didn't win once. The food on the other hand was very good! We are moving to the area and sure we will be back.

The food is good, not the best but much higher quality (depends on the restaurant) than something in my home town. I really like their Japanese/Asian restaurant. I don't gamble since the cigarette smoke is too much but there are rooms that do not have any cigarette smoke in them. Would definitely go again for the food as I get free money to eat every week.

Went for my friend's birthday. The restaurant, I forget what it's called, has a great buffet. It's the one that has the endless crab legs. Anyway, we all had a fantastic time and way too much to eat but so worth it. This isn't like the Las Vegas casinos, but still lots of fun. I was drawn to the roulette table and enjoyed watching other people win!

Five stars excellent birthday dinner at the Vintage steakhouse and seafood and dancing after at The Fireside. My 55th birthday weekend was awesome recommend this Resort.

Very nice, clean, premium bedding, huge living space, spacious bathroom and dressing area, granite counter tops, massage shower head. Nestled on top a hill, In a quiet, reserved setting, away from congestion and traffic, lovely place to rest after eight hours of trail running and hiking. Upscale, reserved guests, it seemed, but I did turn in early so maybe if you're the party type, can find that too. Was about an hour drive from Yosemite National Park, but you'll enjoy every minute of the adventure. After going to Yosemite, I was even more pleased at my choice of a resort away from the park. If you like tent living with zero lot lines between neighbors, portable potties and open trench toilets, stay at the park. But if you're like me and prefer lovely hot showers, clean sheets and all the resort amenities, this resort is the best in the area. The fitness center is world class and I enjoyed using it to get the kinks out after a hard day of climbing. I didn't go to the casino floor actually, so couldn't tell you about the gambling aspects, but it was very clean and great dining choices. I opted for buying fresh produce and making salads, etc. In my room as it had mini fridge with nice freezer, microwave, etc. In room, new and immaculate.

Chukchansi is one of our favorite places to eat, even driving an hour into the mountain. We love the buffet. The food is fresh and there's always plenty. Even crab legs, which are a clear crowd favorite. A wide variety of drinks and desserts. And beer and wine is $1 a glass. My personal favorites are the crab legs and shrimp (of course), prime rib, spring rolls, salad bar, and bread pudding. We're never disappointed and if you eat a plate or two of seafood, it's well worth the price.

I made a reservation for my parents. They had a complimentary hotel stay. They drove for more than an hour. Played for a couple of hours. Then tried to check in at 3pm. Waited over an hour and when she talked to someone at the check in counter about the long wait. The person snickered My mom was upset about the treatment and told them to cancel the room. I called half an hour later and spoke to Jessica. She said they were sold out. Frustrating experience. Poor customer service Felt like they didn’t care at all. Wouldn’t recommended this hotel at all.

After having a good but expensive dinner at the buffet we discovered the "Diner" which would have suited our tastes and budget better. We also found out that Rewards Club members get discounts after we ate. Good food. Good service. Many choices. Sign up for the Rewards Club before you eat.

My friends, family and I go to Chuckhansi at least once a month for lunch or dinner then play a bit and we like it better here than the other 2 casinos in the Valley. Yesterday — Tuesday 6/26/18 my friend and I did the Mongolian lunch — where you pick ingredients, veggies, sauce, meat, etc to be stir fried. We went to get other food coz it wasn’t quite ready when we check. It wasn’t even 15min we went back and check and the lady who’s stir frying said — she had to throw them away, since we didn’t come back and there’s a lot of plates on the counter! What! That’s a waste of food! There’s gotta be a better way — can’t just stand there and wait for a long time until it’s ready. Maybe a number system, or calling out overhead. This is the first time this happens to us, we always order Mongolian style for lunch. The lady wanted us to do another but I’ve already lost my appetite, don’t want to wait for a long time and if you didn’t come back soon — they’ll just throw them away. So disappointed. Otherwise everything else was great.

Nice clean casino. Everyone who works there is very nice. I would like to see less slot machines that have little square boxes with cartoon figures. Would like to see more updated slots with 777's and updated slots with Triple and Double Diamonds. They have too many old slot machines. Need more updates machines of the older version. The last two times I was there it was really hard to find something I liked to play and didn't pay off well. But as the old saying goes, "it's a gamble", playing slots.

Great place to hang out and play. Also their food is pretty good. I recommend the buffet for anyone visiting here. Great prices don't go on the weekends their always packed with either people who are eating or playing games. All in all a great getaway place.

My first time here and me n my husband loved it. We had so much fun with the pool and the bakery and the bar just when it came to the room their was lil thing's the room should be better cleaned the shower had a hair in the tub and when u flush the toilet water would come up in the bath tub. Other then that I give it a 4 cause everything else was great.

Great experience with everyone at hotel and restaurants and bars. But security is overboard they I d me 7 times in 12 hours I would say they are more harassing guests then helping them. Asked one to get me a slot attendant and he actually said that's not my job. I never thought the big security power trip would ever stop me from going back but they did will never go back because of the security attitude of power. And that's sad still 5 star to the rest of the hardworking staff. But sorry I'm out for good my choice.

Well room was great! And everything else down hill! First at check in we were 2nd in line and waited 30 minutes because they kept taking new guests just walking in from the VIP line. Two guest service clerks and both helping VIP only. Finally 3rd person came up to help us. (I understand VIP status but they could have alternated between us. Second disabled aunt waiting outside for bell person who never came and I told valet we needed. I had to ask someone to check on my aunt because I was waitin in line to check in. Third by the time we got into a room and settled we were to tired to go to the comedy show that I got off work early to attend. Next day AM went to eat breakfast over 1 hr wait. Was told buffet would be opening soon go there! And not told in a very friendly manner. Then once we were at Buffet no breakfast only lunch. BUT food was good just not what we wanted. Next went to go to heated pool. Yeah right. It was luke warm if that. Next dinner. Oh wow where to start. We decided to order to go so we could eat and relax in room and later go down and do some gambling then go listen to listen to DJ at Firehouse. Well ordered in person at Goldfields and was told 25 minutes. Ok one hour later! After they asked everyone waiting what they ordered I went up and asked about our food. Oh it was just sitting there. Cold as ice. Who likes cold fries so I asked for manager and she had them make it again. But of course more waiting.

Chukchansi is a very nice, clean place, that has new machines. The buffet is excellent. Goldfield's a sit down restaurant has excellent food. Also. Maybe you will be luckier than me, but don't plan on winning any money. It has been a long time since I have won any money to talk about. On Thursday nights, I believe between 4 and 7, you can play a slot machine for free in hopes of winning enough points to win e-cash. If you don't win you still get a $5 food voucher.

This place is amazing! Loved it. Have to deal with smoke because it is a smoking casino. If you can deal with that then it is promised to be a great time. Very friendly staff, everyone with smiles on their faces. We had a great time!

The hotel is nice, I always stay in there while I wait for my mom to gamble. Be warned that the rooms near smoking will smell like smoke so unless you're okay with that ask for a non-smoking room. The swimming pool is nice as well as all the other things they provide for hotel guests. I like how they have a waiting area before you get on the casino floor for kids or whatever to sit at.

Chukchansi has always been a enjoyable Adult getaway. Fast and courteous check-in and nice rooms. Always updating with the newest slot machines. Seniors prices at the buffet, lunch seems to be the most reasonable. Coffee shop, Goldfields, always a wait, depending on your card, and higher prices then other casinos. Dueces, the snack bar, is a great choice. The menu is small but the food is good, the service is fast and everyone is very helpful. They have replaced the carpet. It is an exciting pattern, but not overwhelming. Overall Chukchansi is fun, if your over 21.

Fun, friendly place to gamble away your hard won earnings. Honestly, all the dealers I've met are friendly and courteous. It's always clean and the cocktail waitress comes by often. Have fun, you are probably going to lose, so don't lose more than you can afford and get upset. If you are going to get upset about losing. Don't gamble! :)

Love this place… I didnt walk away empty handed. They gave me a nice t-shirt and a nice wind breaker and a friend of mine goes there often and gets free rooms and he let me have one and let me tell you! Their rooms are Very Very Nice comfortable huge and clean. They also have very very good food in their restaurant. I had steak and eggs. The price was nice and the food was great. Check it out for yourself. One more thing. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. You cant go wrong there. Just be sure and take your self control with you. good luck peoples… (— ;

Last year came to this chuckchansi Gold Resort & Casino Accommodation, is the next morning to the Yosemite, because the snow but can not go up the mountain! This time again in their hotel, is just the hotel casino sent two free accommodation rolls, think is very beautiful, can travel to Yosemite!
To get a free stay, you must be part of the rewards program.
The room space is big, the bed double bed enlarges, sleeps very comfortable; Basic necessities are provided, that is, toothbrushes and personal items please bring!
Casino also looks great, it has a lot of different slots and many desktop games, just happen to meet the casino seems to be more tidy, many places are not open!
There are parking lots and entrances for people with disabilities and large bathrooms, which are great for large groups or just one person, and valet parking service. Will recommend this place to family and friends ~ a great comfortable environment!

Upon arrival we were instantly greeted and welcomed. The bartender at the central bar was great and personal. Had a great time conversing with her. She also explained how some of the machines worked, which helped a lot. Eventually made our way to the buffet. $1 dollar beers at the buffet was a great touch. The food was great and we were stuffed before taking some money from the blackjack tables. Definitely will be back!

Plenty of room, very nice casino. Not as fun as it was before, slots very, very tight. I have only won one jackpot here on a dollar slot over 10 years ago! Has several nice restaurants, good food. Nice rooms in hotel! But service/friendliness needs much improvement. It should have self serve drink stations. The one at the bar was removed when it closed during the scandal.

Went for the weekly lunch buffet. There was no line and I was taken care of very quickly. The salad bar was fresh and the soups were very tasty as well. They have a nice selection of foods to choose from and deserts as well.

Enjoyed the California Market Buffet. Numerous choices, the food was fresh and service was good. Only thing that was a little confusing for the service personnel is how to tell if you have finished your meal or are simply get another item from the buffet. Our drinks were cleared from our table before we were done. I think they felt we had left and we were getting dessert.

The only real casino in Fresno county. Great atmosphere and food. Excellent customer service! I had an outstanding evening of gaming and dining. Staff were very helpful and friendly. I will be back for more as well as a stay at the hotel.

We really like this place for there delicious buffet. They have a variety of food from which to choose from. Any where from Mexican, Chinese, or Italian food. The best part is the desert are fresh and tasty.

My husband and I were at a families cabin in Oakhurst and decided to stop at Chukchansi for fun. We had never been there before and we were pretty impressed. We loved the cabin style layout and everyone was very friendly. We would definitely stop there again.

Very Clean! Great staff! Over Thanksgiving holiday, too many parties in the rooms, keeping everyone up at night. Called Security a few times! I realize the hotel can not know if paying guests are sneaking in their friends, into their rooms. People are just ill-mannered, rude, self-centered and immature in their behavior! Staff didn't care at all, even though they did offer to move us into another room. Why should I have been inconvenienced? Trump & ICE should know about this place!

This place is in a nice area, but my friend and I ate at the NOODLE BAR and the waitress SHIRLEY (I believe her name was) seemed very sweet the entire time; she reminded me of the grandma from "Grandma Got Ran Over By A Reindeer", but she wasn't sweet at all. The bill came out to about $47 and my friend gave SHIRLEY a $100 bill and he only got $30 back in change, which means SHIRLEY kept $23 in tip, plus the tip my friend gave SHIRLEY. SHIRLEY knew what she had done, you could see the guilt in SHIRLEY'S face and SHIRLEY didn't even thank us as we walked away. I had no idea SHIRLEY had done that, but my friend let me know about that this afternoon and it fills me with RAGE that he would be taken advantage of like that because he is such a nice guy. So, SHIRLEY, if you're reading this, watch out, I'm coming for you. This isn't over…

2nd night here. Very nice, friendly, clean and great food. I am definitely passing by my Hilton and Choice Club hotels when I am here again. Best value for the money I have come across in years!. Keep it up!

My husband and I spent our wedding night here and were disappointed from the moment we checked in. I cannot even go into detail because it was really that bad. My honeymoon was completely ruined from the horrible service we got at the Vintage Steakhouse, to the room not having bathrobes nor a jacuzzi tub which we were promised, to the incredibly intolerable customer service of the night manager, Sally. I was not only accused of lying, but also spoken down to as if I was a child. The next day, I spoke to the daytime manger, Joseph, who did the best he could in compensating us for not having what we were promised. He explained that we were given the handicap room that does not have a jacuzzi tub and they were out of bathrobes. I will say that even though the room price was adjusted accordingly, my husband and I totally missed out on what should have been a stress free evening. Needless to say, we will not be going back here for dinner, nor a room. And just a heads up, this room was suppose to be their number 1 room which was booked 5 weeks in advance.

We at at the seafood buffet which was very fresh with a great selection. Everything we ate was delicious and the desserts to die for! We also had a room in the "old tower" needs to be updated a bit. The carpets and entertainment center need to go haha, but the bed was very comfortable and everything was clean. Very happy with my stay. I would definitely come back.

We stayed at Chukchansi. Because it was Free and myself and my Girlfriend Had stayed there before. We loved it. Chukchansi has everything and lots of new slots and the buffet is one of the best. Personal at Chukchansi are very helpful. We received our gifts. The labor day weekend was great. Thanks Chukchansi.

The buffet was good. The service people don't know what customer service is. The two girls taking your money have total attitudes. Don't tell you how to buy beer. Then when you find it she says beer sales close at 2:30 at 2:31 and pulls the cups away. She then turns around and leaves. Not a nice African American girl. Don't gamble there. SLOTS DON'T PAY OUT! Our last visit there.

This is a very nice casino and has lots of new machines. It is clean and the decor inside is pleasant. It is pretty large and has a nice vibe. I have been here on 3 occasions. I have enjoyed my time there despite not winning.

This is a wonderful place to stay. The service is great and has always been very clean every time we have gone. Even though it's a casino it's very family oriented as well with indoor/outdoor pool, arcade and many restaurants. It's in a remote location but is great because it's less than 30 minutes away from Yosemite National Park. I would highly recommend this place anytime.

Great hotel and casino. Rooms were nice, clean and spacious. Casino floor was clean and plenty of games. Tried the cafe for breakfast and dinner and thought the food was really good both times. We stayed there to go into Yosemite valley two days. It was nice coming back to a hotel after a sweaty day of hiking, buuuut it was kind of a far drive (1.5 HR one way). Next time I think we will stay closer, that has nothing to do with the hotel quality but just in case other people are interested.

I enjoy this casino. It offers great restaurants with very reasonable prices. The games by experience is fun. On certain days of the week, it appears that the machines are tighter than weekend days. They have a wonderful hotel and gift shop. It is a very diverse casino. It is a great place to spend the weekend and your money!

Buffet dinner, love the option of Mongolian barbecue, as there was hardly any other vegetables options for a vegetarian like me. Desserts were great as usual. Staff did a good job, so we did not interact with him very much.

Nice hotel! The casino staff was very friendly and helped us find the right elevators and even walked us to them. Parking was plentiful. Casino itself was a little lack luster in terms of machine variety but that's comparing it to Vegas casinos where we were the night before. Overall, it was a great, clean experience.

This Hotel and Casino is situated in the foothills of Central California. I have been to many hotel/casino resorts but NEVER one which is located on land more beautiful, inspiring and totally magic and breathtaking as this. I am Mezmerized by its splendor. I want to let the owners know that whatever problems exist which keep public access to most of the land here from be developed And presented to everyone as a showplace of nature's wonders to do everything they can to make this happen. Native Americans this area, you owe not to yourselves and your fellow man to put your best foot forward on this. The federal government needs to make funding available for such a venture. Do It!

We recently ate here with my family before my brother's wedding. My youngest has Celiac disease and a strict dairy allergy. The waitress and chef we had were WONDERFUL. After looking at the menu in dismay finding Nothing she or I could safely eat the waitress and chef both worked with us to get us a Delicious chicken dinner that was gluten and dairy free to share. I'm so thankful they went out of their way for us and we were able to enjoy our time with all of our out of town family. Thank you!

Most of the staff are very professional, kind and knowledgeable of casino promotions. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Noodle bar was pretty good, room service was great. Gaming was exciting and fun. Overall great experience. Would definitely stay there again.

Took my dad for a night out we had a lot of fun. The machines are well maintained although I did see some that have been there since they opened and would be nice if they replaced some of the old dinosaurs that no one ever plays anymore with new ones. But they did have quite a few new ones so maybe they just haven't had time to update all of them yet. The whole casino was clean even the bathrooms which I appreciate when an establishment takes time to keep it clean. Over all it was an enjoyable night for both my dad and I.

There is not enough security, they stole the cell phone from my child and could not help, and the same night I stole my card and tried to draw 216 dollars and 90 later and I received no support from the casino.
