Shity guest service. Employees are rude very rude, dont know what there talking about. Guest service is a joke amd housekeeping is a total joke they dont come do there weekly cleaning on rooms. Yhere is 1 housekeeper who half ass cleans. I moved into a room that had pee all in bed room stunk like nasty armpits. The water leaked all night not to mention we stayed in a room that 1st night the water wasnt working. They havw so many guest that so drugs thru the whole motel. They have junkies out side in parking area with prostitutes in and out. For the price you pay niether extended stay in santa rosa ca is worth the $$. Guest service and housekeeping is a f***ing joke.

TERRIBLE! made reservations, arrived at location and at least 10-12 guys smoking dope and drinking outside, front lobby had some very shady people (sign still posted about warrants in lobby) the front desk girl said we could " walk" to their North Location (meaning get the same rate) because of the safety. We get to the North location and was treated like the safety issue was our fault. The North location DID NOT honor the South prices. We went ahead and stayed, and was sent to a filthy room, then was reassigned to another room. Entered this room (North Location), and the breaker box was broken, no lock, would not stay closed, very unsafe! I was not going to argue about the price difference, but I just looked at my bank statement and the South location charged me for a no show, even though " Barbara" was the one who sent me to the North location. Terrible experience. F — The North Location was extremely rude and also violated our privacy by placing our name on a sticky note in the main lobby for everyone to see, instead of picking up the phone. Very unprofessional!

Dirty rooms with mold all over the bathrooms. I've waited 20+ minutes to checkout… still nobody to be found at the front desk. Don't let the outside deceive you. The inside decor is very dated and grungy.

Our stay in Tacoma that time was lne of our favorite memories. So, when the time came for us to choose a place to stay while our house was being readied (up to 3 weeks), it never occurred to try anywhere else. Our research should have been more complete. We reserved a room for ourselves, the wheelchair, and 2 very anxious cats. We checked ahead of time to ensure the room would be ready. When we arrived, there was no room for us. They shoved us all into a tiny corner room the first night, then we had to corral the cats again (no easy feat, may I say) and bring them and all our stuff — — 3 weeks worth of our lives, remember — to another room, at last a wheelchair accessible room. At last, a shower. There was no ice machine. THERE WAS NO ICE MACHINE! In short, dont bother. And, since the surrounding area burned to cinders a month after we left, there's nothing like a restaurant or grocery nearby either. Honestly, I wish this place had burned too.

Pet friendly and good staff. They even have smoking rooms, I would have given a 5 star, but it is a bit pricey for what it is.

When I check in the manager was really friendly and helpful with my bags. The room was standard for my other stays. It got the job done.

Wow what a dump. I stay in hotels all over the place for more than half the year. I'm not super picky, but I'm surprised by the lack of cleanliness at this extended stay. Hallways, stairways, and the room were just messy and dirty like no one cares about this place. Will not be coming back.

We stayed there for three nights — the staff was hardly ever present — nor would they pick up the phone when we called to ask why the hotel stank of cigarettes. As a non-smoker, the smoking in non-smoking areas is rude, unpleasant and very unsafe. Assuming that smoke detectors are being removed. We could not find another hotel to stay in and don't wish anyone to stay there unless you are into hacking and coughing from the selfish smokers, doing what they do best. What a shame, the hotel has so much potential.

Great place to stay! Need room service Pay extra. They will do the job right. Don’t be messy, house keepers will be good.

I utilized this hotel in my transition to Santa Rosa from back east. Unfortunately my experiences were so bad there, that I ended up going back home and will never live in California. One staff member, named Brett, if I'm not mistaken, is truly a judemental, mean individual who puts service last. I'm now in my new 3 million ocean front home so looks like I wasn't a scumbag after all. Too bad this one didn't burn like its neighbors in the Tubbs fire. Extended Stay "South" part of the same family, just as bad. Ill never come back to California.

Referred to this hotel through FEMA after the Santa Rosa Fires as I'd lost my house. I really just needed a place to stay for 5-7 days while I arranged for other housing. When I called I was told there were rooms available, but, for a 21 day minimum stay. I really didn't need a room for 21 days. Nor do I care to be on the government dime for any longer than needed. I presume that 21 days is the maximum number of days FEMA is willing to pay for a stay and they're just going to bilk the government for every dime they can. When I asked to reserve a room for a shorter amount of time, Paul at the front desk wouldn't even make the consideration. Saying "we're helping all the displaced people". While there're hundreds of people needing shelter, how is forcing me to stay in a room longer than I need helping the displaced? Perhaps after my 5-7 day stay there're others in need of that room. After I checked out having reserved the room for 21 days they're just going to bill the government for the balance of the days, rent the room to another and bill out another 21 days. This is a crappy corporation that is not looking out for the local community, but only to profit from the hardship for the displaced. When visiting Santa Rosa or Sonoma County I would strongly urge you to seek out one of the fine local establishments that actually helped and supported their neighbors during a time of crisis.

We stayed there one night this week and… where do I start? The room was $205/ night and while I did not expect the height of luxury, I was still expecting something a lot better for this price. There was no hair drier, no coffee maker, no cups (not even plastic ones) unless you count the 2 used, with lipstick on, cups that we found in the bathroom. Someone's mail was in the trash can (had their name on it and everything). There was an iron, but no ironing board so I had to iron my shirt on the bed which was difficult because there was no plug by the bed. The area of the "suite" where the sofa was did not have a single source of light, not a lamp, not a bulb… nothing. The bathroom counter had beard shavings on it and the little table in the room had eye shadow all over it. We usually stay at suites places when traveling and typically the suites have basic kitchen items like plates, cups, etc. This place had nothing (it did have a dish rag). The place looked old and dirty, a snack bag that was on the eelevator's floor when we arrived was still there when we left. The TV image was horrible, all pixelated. The decor was very dated and shabby, the bed was very hard and lumpy so we woke up with back pain. The free "breakfast" was on a "cart" by the front desk and it included cereal bars… not much else. The only positive to this place is that the bed sheets and towels were clean and the staff very nice but we would not stay here again and would not recommend it.

Had 2 reservations that we're both cancelled by Extended stay the day before arrival. Reason given, they were overbooked. Reminded me of the Seinfeld episode, they know how to take the reservation, they just don't know how to hold the reservation. Left us scrambling to find a place. Not cool. Will not book with them again.

The room was cleanand had a kitchen that was accommodating. A lil pricy but if you cook you save a lot so I think is worth it great job E. Stay! bravo!

Read the other 1-star reviews. The place is grim. If you're paying $140 or so, this is a reasonable choice… but for some reason, the place is getting priced around $250 or $300. If your are going to stay here, you should get a low price, because it is poor at best!

Although from the Rodeway this Extended Stay looks nice, once you get inside the the hallway in room carpets are in desperate need of cleaning. Some of the clientele almost appear homeless or rehab patients. If you're a cigarette smoker this is definitely the place to hang out. The continental breakfast in the morning is essentially coffee tea nutri-grain bars and oatmeal. If you do your laundry make sure you stay with it while it runs. As for the positives, it is normally quiet.

Poor at best. Lost two refrigerators and the food that I had in them. The staff was willing to comp the room for the company, and wanted the company to give me what I lost! I was also working nights and told the staff that when the first refrigerator broke, So the staff awoke me at ten am! I had only been asleep for four hours. Repair man wanted to get it done before it got to hot and he had other things to do! Second time it took over a hour when front desk said he would be right there! It was easier to access the side doors as the front door did not work and staff was somewhere other than the front desk! Elevator was also broken when I was first there. That was fixed due to multiple complaints. I would not recommend this establishment for work or travel! I will recommend it if you need to rehabilitate or you are on disability or have a drug problem. I am glad to be gone and will never stay at another extended stay in my life! You folks could probably do well in some third world countries! NEVER AGAIN! Thanks for nothing!

What a dump the room not cleaned sheets not changed there was a clear layer of dirt on the sheets. God only knows when they were changed last. The bathroom was not clean the floors were dirty the hallway smelled like drugs. I spent 28 years in the military and have stayed in nicer tents that were cleaner than this place. I strongly suggest staying anywhere but here. It rates in the negative numbers however there is no option for that so I had to give one star so it would let me post my disgusting experience. My rental car is cleaner than this hotel. They even have the nerve to ask you for a cc# on file for incidentals, I can't even imagine what that could possibly be? Maybe they want to charge you for the dirt that sticks to your luggage when you leave. I can not think of one positive thing to say about this place.

Hall way smelled like cigarette smoke, the exhaust fan in the bathroom was extremely loud, the AC was very loud, as if the fan was hitting something inside. There was tissue stuffed in the peep hole of the door for some reason and some trash left from the previous guest I would assume. The "free"Wi-Fi wasnt, it prompted us to pick a plan and charge our credit card. The staff however were extremely nice to us. I would expect much better for $250 a night we paid. Airbnb next time.

Only a few minutes away from the hospital clean has kitchen unit's. It's a good place to stay if you can't go home after surgery. It's location is great even if you are staying one night.

The room smells and is musty. It's difficult to tell if it's a lack of cleaning or smoke? I "reserved" a non-smoking room but according to the young lady at the front desk, "that doesn't mean anything; reserving doesn't mean you will get a non-smoking room". Thank you miss personality for your concern and consideration. After all, I am only the person paying for the room, why should my needs matter? I won't stay here again and wouldn't recommend the location.

I and my family came here to be closer to my medical team due to medical issues and because of that we were on a very tight budget… Both managers did everything they could to help me my hubby and two sons get the best possible price and best room to suit our families needs. We had to do a later then late check out, due to med issues although all the staff was kind understanding and so willing to help. It was truly a refreshing experience. Very Kid & adult friendly ;) rooms are clean spacious and modern front desk is always available a very helpful, they promptly get you what you need. What a nice surprise the king suit reasonable price full kitchen living room area loved it an absolute must for a family especially with 2 boys… Thank you so very much to all of the staff here for truly bending over backwards while keeping a smile on your faces. We loved our stay and apriciate everything… Ever greatfull, Jen Fee.

This hotel is immaculate — the room, the lobby and hallways, and the grounds are all beautifully kept. My room was very comfortable. Full size refrigerator, 2-burner stovetop, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, large flat-screen TV, even a water purifier on the kitchen sink. The bed was very comfortable with a generous pile of pillows. Best of all, it was spotless. (I dropped an ice cube under the toe kick in the kitchen, went searching for it. Found the ice cube but not a speck of dust. ) The lobby is small but adequate, and the exterior is landscaped beautifully, with lots of trees, shade, grassy areas. The manager and staff were warm and welcoming, happy to answer questions and make sure we had everything we needed. I'll definitely stay at this hotel again.
