This place is awesome! Jason, Jessica, Le and Lindsay could not have been more accommodating. We came for a corporate event and everyone was flexible with our ever changing requests. The food was delicious, the drinks we tasty, everything was clean and crisp. The grounds were extremely well kept and the outside terrace was an awesome space to hang out. Could go on and on about this place! Would 100% stay there again.

A gorgeous hotel, yet my shower was cold and their excuse was that the room was on the third floor and furthest away from the water heater. So if you go here, stay on a lower floor or ask where the water heater source is. If they would have solved my cold shower issue, they would have received 5

Great service. Clean room. Great location. The hotel is a bit dated and it's showing its age though. Their valet parking is out in the open on gravel ground. It was raining when we were there, so getting in and out can be messy especially for ladies in heels.

Downtown one block from it's sister hotel H2. Classly feel with great service and walking distance to everything downtown Healdsburg.

This is a one of a kind wine county luxury hotel. This hotel is the venue for a dynamic staying in downtown Healdsburg. The Hotel Healdsburg incorporates a Spa and a family swimming pool. The restaurants, bars and shops are close by in a walking distance.

This hotel has a perfect location. Not only are you close to restaurants in tasting rooms but you have a quite beautiful view of what tiny Healdsburg has to offer a mecca for food and wine and entertainment.

Beautiful hotel. Beds were incredible. Loved the made to order breakfast. Wonderful experience.

We went there for dinner only. It was ok. Not at all worth the price, but not terrible. I could taste the thickening agent in their sauces. Pork tenderloin wrapped in bacon was too salty, and I like salty pork. The asparagus artichoke first course was awesome. I found it mildly disturbing that the manager felt the need to come fold my wife's napkin when she went to the restroom.

Visited the Hotel Healdsburg during the 2017 jazz festival. A free concert was held in the lobby. The bar was fully stacked, and personel was extremely friendly and welcoming. The lobby is a little loud, but has ample seating option as well as a fireplace.

We hosted a "Farewell Bridal Bruch" after our wedding weekend for out of town guests. The food was fantastic, service was extremely professional, and the layout of the private event space was really smart. Lindsay organized the entire event and it went off without a hitch. Best decision we made during wedding planning — it was truly stress free and turned out so BEAUTIFULLY on the event greens.

This was such a nice place! I'd never heard of it before but found a great price on the room. The rooms were clean, beds comfortable, staff friendly. Hotel Healdsburg is my personal favorite hotel in Healdsburg. The staff are genuine, the rooms are modern, and the location can't be beat. I really can't think of a bad thing to say about my stay, everything was exceptional.

The property itself is amazing with its pool and fantastic location in the Healdsburg Square. Beware it is expensive and I would not have expected the experience I had, spending $500/night! I started the day, before checking in, in the lobby around 8:30am and sitting on the couch I looked down at my hand and had a flea on me, it bit me several times. I told the front desk and their response "oh yeah, we're a pet friendly hotel. " No apology, no offer to vacuum, etc. Later that night, I'm sitting on the bed in the hotel room and another flea! It bit me a dozen times! I was so disappointed and we had to check out, I couldn't stay knowing the hotel was infested with fleas. I got my money back, however, several attempts to reach out to the hotel following my experience in July 2015, has yielded no response. Very disappointing!

Nice location, great service and nice spa.

Overall the service from the front desk, valet and restaurant was sub-par. The front desk staff was aloof and unhelpful upon check-in. I had to prompt him for information about the package we booked and the spa. The following morning I asked about a late check-out, which had been advertised and the staff literally laughed out loud at the request. When we needed access to our car, the valet gave us our car keys and walking directions to go get it ourselves. Again, not the service I expect from any hotel staff and when I’m paying $500 per night to stay there. We had dinner at Dry Creek Kitchen where the food was okay but our waitress was unpleasant and inattentive. She threw in a cheap compliment when leaving us our check, which was the most she spoke to us all night. As someone who travels often I've never experienced such disgruntled staff. When I brought these issues to the management they offered to compensate the room by 15%, which doesn't even begin to make up for the dismal experience. For a "luxury" hotel they provided horrible service and are incredibly cheap. Try staying at another hotel in Healdsburg and book a treatment at their spa, or skip this place all together and head to Napa.

The salon is easy-going, friendly and I enjoy going there to relax to get my hair cut. The staff was very friendly and professional. I loved this place and highly suggested my friends to give this salon a visit.

Reservations were made two months prior to our scheduled trip. Upon arrival we had been told that we were not to be arriving until the next day. There seemed to be misunderstanding between the front desk and the guest. It seemed as though we were being allowed to stay here. The essentials of hotel services have seem to be lost in some sort of translation. The hotel offers a side entrance with an aboretoreum styled stairwell which took the constant reminder that we were staying in a hotel, it allowed for comming and going as you pleased. The grounds are stunning and the pool are is gorgeous. Housekeeping was very punctual as was the staff for the morning breakfast in the lobby floor of the hotel. When taking into consideration the cost of a nights stay and what type of customer service should be required of an establishment of this degree, they are in seperate categories that are not comparable. The designers should receive all of the accolades.
