The location is under new ownership and it shows. New beds, TV and other items, but old refrigerator and microwave. Very comfortable, very pleasant staff. Would stay there again.

Very nice large room with fridge, microwave. Delicious breakfast.

Rooms updated. New furniture in parking lot. Room spacious and clean. Large spa tub in room. Bath salts and a great Sonoma wine to finish the night. Go to Willie's for great seafood.

Would probably not stay again. For almost two hundred a night the room was 1/2 renovated. Beds were uncomfortable, and breakfast was a joke 1 bag mini bagels 1 loaf bread, And cornflakes.

It was ok. Internet goes on and off all the time. Impossible to get any on-line work completed. Clean and quiet. Dining close. Market close.

Not bad at all. Two queen size beds, clean bathroom, and about 10 minutes walk from downtown. All that for $150 a night.

Decent location, seems to have been recently remodeled, big rooms but a bit pricey.

This motel is a good value and is one of the few that allows booking for just 1 night.

Kinda small, but don't really have anything to complain about. Decent room with coffee maker and microwave inside. Pretty inexpensive for the location too.

If others weren't considerate of thin walls it was unsettling. The towels and sheets were very rough. The refrigerator was in the room with the bed and it had a rather loud noise. But that is what lower prices gets you.

Rooms are big, clean, and parking is right next to room. Close to canoe rafting and freeway. Breakfast is simple. Has Keuig. Some bread, bagel and cereal. No waffles, bacons or eggs. Carpet is clean, although since some ants in the bathroom.

This hotel is terrible, things look nice, granite etc but feel awful. Scratchy sheets, threadbare towels, beds very uncomfortable, 2 people — 3 pillows — all poor quality, water in sink doesnt heat up, breakfast was pathetic, no milk for cereal, a couple of half eaten bags of bagels thrown out, very ghetto for 467 for two nights. Unbelievable really.

Hotel is walking distance to the Healdsburg Square which is the best part! Rooms are clean, beds are not the best but fine.

Sadly, we left midway through our stay because every item in the room was broken. It's actually pretty easy for me to be contented (a hotel is just a place to sleep while you're exploring a town, right? ) but the heat, the TV, refrigerator, the microwave (which had someone else's leftover sandwich in it), none of those items worked. We stayed here because walking distance to downtown Healdsburg, but as it was our anniversary the hassle of a dirty and cramped room with everything broken in it was too much. It is winter and the heat was broken (they fixed it once, it broke during our first night, they 'fixed' it again and it broke again on the second night. ) There was only a sheet on the bed at first — upon asking we received a thin blanket, with other people's hairs clinging to it, but that was it. They had no more blankets so we were cold. Pillows smelled awful, musty, the smell got in your hair. The double-bed room we stayed in was very small and dirty; maybe the Queen or King bed sized rooms with jetted tubs are larger. Long story short, had to get our money back and stay at a different hotel to save the anniversary weekend.

This little hotel is very conveniently located, just a 10 minute walk from downtown Healdsburg. The room (we booked the king suite with the jacuzzi tub) was clean and quiet, and the price was a true bargain for the area! We had some issues communicating with the staff, and I'm not sure how well we were understood as our issues were not satisfactorily addressed. During our stay the jacuzzi tub did not work, and we asked to be charged at a lower rate since the upgrade we were paying for did not work. We also asked for a late checkout. In both cases we seemed unable to make ourselves clearly understood, and since I didn't want to spoil the end of a wonderful trip with a petty argument over $15, we rolled out a bit earlier than we had hoped and dropped the issue. So… not a strong recommendation, but if you're looking a clean, inexpensive place to stay near downtown, this place is a decent option.
