We enjoyed our stay very much. Appreciated the Gluten Free and non-dairy options at breakfast.

Located right off of I-5 Interstate in a small seemingly rundown California, you would not expect very nice accomodations. However, the Holiday Inn Express chain never fails to impress me with clean, comfortable rooms. The hotel had a very nice continental breakfast and quick curteous desk service. I will always try to stay at a Holiday Inn when one is available because I will not be disappointed.

Cassandra & Nicole have gone out of their way for me to make my stay comfortable & enjoyable. Outstanding customer service.

Easiest check in/check out ever! Traveling from Bend Oregon and was looking for a place to stay for the night. My husband and son loved the pool/hot tub and the breakfast was delicious. Bacon, sausage, biscuits and gravy, eggs, pancake maker, hot cinnamon rolls, egg white omlets, cereals, etc. Clean and front desk staff incredibly helpful! Thanks for a great stay!

Well I have to say I stayed in room 124 over the weekend we had excellent excellent room service very clean room very nice people even talk to the owner the wife what an amazing lady and I know when I go to this hotel I have a very clean room clean place to stay clean pool awesome people that work there thank you for a great stay this time and every other time that I’ve stayed there.

Beds did not seem as nice as with a previous diffrent location H. I. E. That we stayed in Lincoln, CA. And they had no bananas and thier apples and oranges looked a little worse for ware. No comfy chair in our double bedroom like at Lincoln, CA. Night front desk lady was nice though.

Good staff, everyone was very helpful. The rooms were nice and clean, expect for the carpet was wet around the AC. That's the only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars.

The reason I'm giving a five star to be frank is because I stayed there for two days and the house keeper name Shirley was so positive and cleaned my room to a T. I never seen such a great worker I've been to many five star hotels such as the Hilton But Shirley made my room feel like the Hilton That girl definitely needs to be moved up or get a rise. Kudos to that woman! God bless her a good asset to your company! Amy Livingston.

Walk in with no reservations. Got a suite. The room was clean and comfortable. We stay there when we travel to Oregon to visit family.

Nice place to stay after the Lantern light festival at the raceway. Request a room away from back exit and back entrance. The noise level all night long was disturbing.

We were trying to get home for Easter and the van just stopped moving, so we coasted to O'Reilys and walked to Holiday Inn Express. The hotel had 1 guest cancellation right when we arrived so we got a room, all the hotels were booked. We were greeted by Tony, he checked us in, was informtive, he had us in a good mood even though we were stranded. The room was clean, we slept like a baby. Thank you Tony for helping us make the best out of a frustrating situation.

Really Nice rooms, good location. And a over the top contenental breakfast in the am… They aren't cutting corners on that for sure. One of the better places I've stayed recently.

Tldr; everything is great, not the beds would rate this place lower if the staff wasn't so friendly. The rooms are nice and clean but the bed was terrible and the a/c only turns on for 30 seconds at a time no matter how warm the room gets.

Convenient location off the freeway, and close to Starbucks, gas stations and a convenience store. The service was fast and friendly, and the room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast wasn't great, but pretty standard for this level of hotel. The price was high for the room.

Spacious room and nice staff. Always have a nice experience here.

I'm a member I travel a lot this was the worst stay ever they forgot wake up call and when I went to the front desk the girl said and I quote it was the other girl not me they allow dogs which is great except when they bark all night and when your on the 3rd floor and the guy let's his hunting dogs which are huge play fetch all night in the hallway with a tennis ball I was too scared to leave the room dogs were huge and the owner was drinking I stopped here because I was exhausted 150.00 for one room and I'm a member no sleep should have kept driving!

Beautiful, beautiful! Clean rooms to my expectations! Prices are very reasonable compared to the other choices in this town with disgusting rooms. Friendly staff walls are a little thin.

Our Room was clean and quiet and also for breakfast they had a gluten free muffin on top of their regular breakfast!

Good location with decent rates. Staff was extremely friendly and seemed like they genuinely wanted to be there. Breakfast as usual was great and really had a great selection that was quickly stocked after anything was picked out. I would stay here again if I was in the area.

This location was great. The staff was very nice and the hotel itself was very clean. We were driving a large truck and trailer that we were able to park in the back lot with ease. If you are hungry they have some fast food locations within walking distance. We would stay here again.

Clean rooms, nice free breakfast, pool. Everything was more than adequate.

I stayed here on my way to Oregon and was helped by Monica. She was very welcoming and accommodating to our needs. So on the way back to California that was our intended place to rest. And there was no difference in the customer service which we were helped by Cassandra. So overall great stay, happy/helpful staff, and very clean and comfortable beds.

There version of a double queen bed suite is 2 double beds… they swear up and down that they are queens but they most certainly are not queens… I'd love to see what there king beds look like… worst experience at a holiday inn ever… maria c, once woken from her sleep in the office behind the counter (lights off, took awhile to acknowledge me, came stumbling out) said 1st that I reserved to 2 double beds, than she tried convincing me that I have 2 queens, than she showed me the hotel layout and showed me that my room was a 2 bed double suite, than tried convincing me again that I had 2 queen beds… not to mention one of the t. V. Was missing.

Was good. Has a pool. Breakfast included was reasonable.

Bed was very comfortable, shower and bathroom updated. Checkin easy, breakfast better than at the comfort suites.

Clean, convenient to the race track, friendly staff, fairly quiet. Internet is patchy. Breakfast is basic.

By far the best hotel in Willows, but my room was near a very loud exit door, and I could hear the person in adjoining room snoring. Overall, good hotel. Maybe I just got the worst room.

Spent a night here before a track day at Thunderhill. Very clean and nice staff. Plenty of parking as well as good access to the track and nearby restaurants.

We loved it here. The staff was very friendly; moved us to a new room immediately when we informed them that the refrigerator wasn't working. The room was very clean; my daughter's socks stayed white. The room's decor was clean, nice, and modern. The breakfast was amazing. They have something for everyone, even with a picky toddler. This is one of the best places I have stayed at. I will for sure stay here again if I am ever in that area again.

Clean and comfortable. Perfect place to stop. And it smells like jasmine outside!
