Great location walking distance to the office, restaurants, shopping and overall excellent service.

Best venue for a party. The space is good, the service is awesome especially the food is very good. Had a great time for my husband 50th b-day!

Great hotel to stay and close to CalArts. Resturaunt here has good food and if you are in a pinch good dinner but a bit pricey. Hotel is up to date and very clean. Parking us free in back or you can pay for covered or valet parking. Mall and many restaurants are within walking distance.

Very clean neat rooms. Polite, fast and helpful staff. Great view from my window overlooking a golf course. It is SUPER hot outside. They filmed part of a movie while I was here, but were very efficient and not very disruptive at all. Great experience.

Beautiful hotel and legendary service. Hyatt Regency was our host hotel and accommodated our group above expectations. Breakfast was delicious with exceptional service. Full bar, with chefs ready to cook omlets. Food changed slightly everyday, which was excellent. Fitness facility met expectations with basic equipment, towels, water, headphones of you forgot yours and even had cold towels in a refrigerator for after your workout. You can even see the pool from the treadmills (great for moms, I bet). Pool is great even during sunny days, because there is enough shade. Rooms are well decorated, you will feel at home, both the two queen beds and king bedrooms. Comfy and clean. Great bedding, bathroom, bath products approved by dermatologists, etc… Plus, the outdoor seating is wonderful in the evening with the fireplace, heat lamps, etc. Very comfortable and highly recommend this hotel.

Great service. Everyone is friendly and respectful. Well kept and nothing worn or sketchy. Good supplies and nice towels! Although, I didn't get a free complimentary breakfast, but lucky a friend gave me one of hers. Would definitely come back.

I have stayed there twice, the first time was extremely clean and had all the amenities you would expect from a hotel at the level of the Hyatt properties. I can't say the same for my last stay, 2 nights ago. My wife found a few towels that were dirty and the shampoo was used. I felt kinda gross not knowing if the bedding we slept in was clean or not. Will not be staying here again.

This is probably one of the nicer hotels in Santa Clarita. There is nothing special about the rooms. If you are going to go all out, and spend the money on a nice hotel, why not get one outside of Santa Clarita? If you are visiting in town, the Hyatt sounds fancy, but there are other hotels that are just as nice, without the high bill.

Hotel was great! We love Hyatt! But lots and lots of kids the memorial weekend we were there. We had room overlooking pool and it was extremely noisy with kids screaming and yelling non stop from 9am to 10pm. And Marco Polo all day and night. : (It was really annoying. I love kids but it was like their parents gave them permission to scream as loud as possible :) You could even hear it with doors closed. I have stayed here many times before and did not experience this so I am sure it was just the long holiday weekend. Should have asked for a room away from pool I guess : (

Room and bathroom are very spacious, they have Bluetooth speakers and a lot of plugs around the bed. The front desk attendant also remembered our name the next day. Overall it has been a great experience.

Very beautifully decorated banquet hall. Most staff were very nice and polite, except one who served our food. She was not very friendly or patient, as she should have been since many people at the event had a disability. Other than that, it was nice.

Beautiful hotel. Easy to park and check in. The front desk staff was very friendly and provided great service on helping me find the event I was attending. The hotel rooms and banquet space were very clean and nicely decorated. I would recommend this hotel for anybody staying in Valencia, CA.

Yaaaaasssss! I am pleased know that Valencia Hyatt were able to meet our mattress standards. Nice ambience on the patio over looking the pool with outdoor fireplace to warm you up. Close to the shopping Mall, Restaurants, Movie Theater and complete noise canceling walls! We enjoyed staying ontop of our busy weekend schedule with an in-mirror digital clock.

Excellent experience here, they offered us complementary parking and breakfast. Room was very clean and fully stocked for our stay. Will come again!

This Hyatt Recency is located on a golf course in the canyons near Las Angeles. The room are up to date. The restaurant was being renovated during my stay. Many restaurants and shopping nearby.

Not only is the Hyatt Regency in Valencia a 1st Class hotel, but an excellent value as well. We have stayed here for many years each time we are in town. This time we have one of the newly renovated rooms on the 5th floor. Awesome amenities, including a complete fitness center, beautiful pool with adjoining outdoor eating, courtesy of the renowned Vines Restaurant! We have seen movies and TV shows filmed here, while weddings and receptions are a frequently featured! As someone famous once said, "I'll be back! "

I wanted to give it a better review but the stay was pretty bad. The hotel staff on duty was the nicest staff I’ve met but the manager I guess doesn’t respond. The hotel is having construction done and has problems with even the newly remodeled rooms. Our room had a light that would randomly turn off and all night we didn’t get much sleep on top of that our toilet every time someone else near by flushed there toilet our toilet flushed and our second night it kept flushing throughout the night so it was hard to get any sleep. If you wanted to sleep in forget about it because you will hear hammering, sanding, scraping, and dogs barking starting about 7am. Over all for the price there are many newly remodeled hotels in the area for almost half the price. I guess I went in with high expectations of a classy hotel when all it is was below average. To Peggy the manager I really hoped for just a reply to my email but I got nothing. You should learn from your staff on duty about customer service.

We live in town but stayed here with my wife for our anniversary. Our room was perfect and they even left us a compentrary bottle of champagne and strawberries. Would definitely recommend this place. Worth the price for sure!

This Hyatt is ready for a renovation. It was fine for a night, and we appreciate the Hyatt pet policy, but could use a face lift access the board. Even the bar felt with and tired. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Though older, and a little outdated, the place was spotless and the staff were outstanding! This was one of my better stays with Hyatt. They are in the middle of remodeling the restaurant and bar area. Seems the Hyatt made due with the renovations and are bending over backwards to accommodate the customers. Great stay, food was good, drinks were perfect, and staff outstanding!

Spent Christmas here. Rooms were large, great terrace view. The food was great downtown stairs. Everyone was super friendly.

Great room for a great price. Very spacious with a great view. Awesome bartender at the restaurant/bar adjacent to the lobby. My only issue was with the room/bed being a bit too warm even when I cranked the A/C down.

High end hotel with beautiful grounds and amenities. Although showing it's age, the hotel still charges to dollar as renovations move forward at a snail's pace. Despite this, the hotel remains an excellent choice for weddings and other such affairs.

Great staff. Fitness room is terrific and looks over pool. Ryan, the bellhop is really awesome and very sincere about helping. Anything that was needed, they accommodated. Fantastic place to stay!

Everything is nice but if you’re thinking of getting married here and music is important to you, go somewhere else. I went to a wedding as a guest and everything was great except the DJ. We heard that you had to use the one the hotel employed. He didn’t take any requests and didn’t play many songs that you could really dance to.

The staff was wonderful. Always very accommodating and extremely polite and helpful. The rooms were clean quite and comfortable. I will definitely recommend them and that location specifically. I stayed there for work but it felt like a vacation.

Only stayed for a night, but the hotel is well maintained, in a great location (near shopping, food, and the 5), and staff is friendly. There seemed to be some initial confusion about the overnight parking in the garage being included, but it was eventually cleared up as included. Definitely would visit again!

Beautiful Hotel, the bed and pillows were really comfortable and the location was perfect. Plenty of places to go to close by and the the hotel bar was great. Reasonably priced and the food was good.

Service was very good. They have the Dodger game which was a very unexpected surprise. The food has a lot of interesting flavors. Not all superior but good. Hadn't been there for a while but we'll go there again soon.

The experience was great. Got upgraded tons nice balcony and stuff. It became not so good when we found a cockroach. When I mentioned it to staff all they had to say was sorry. Hope they don't have any other bugs.

Location is in walking distance of the Valencia mall, so you have convenient access to shops and eateries. The room itself is nice, but lacks amenities. There was no refrigerator, nor did they even offer a complimentary bottle of water. They charged $10 for parking, but the elevator was not working. I saw people (including myself) hauling their luggage down the stairs from the 3rd floor. When I brought the broken elevator to the attention of the staff, although he apologized, I could tell he didn't really care, nor did they offer any recompense.

Very good service, the suburb of Valencia is beautiful and you can have lunch and dinner very near the hotel.

The slower pace of this Hyatt really appealed to me after a hectic week in downtown LA. The layout of the surrounding businesses and the general area makes walking to restaurants and entertainment, of which we found plenty of choices to spend a lazy afternoon, evening and following morning, a nice stroll. The hotel is well kept up and certainly doesn't reflect its 20 year age. The staff was helpful and efficient beyond my expectations. My main reason for not giving five stars is the state of repair that some of the deck chairs and side tables were in by the pool, in addition to some stained carpeting in the hallways, along with a toilet that wanted to run and flush by itself. I wish I could have given four and a half stars because my quibbles are definitely trivial. If I come this way again over night I would choose this hotel without hesitation.

I've had two different experiences with this hotel in the past three years. One I booked a room for friends for their wedding night and they showed up fully dressed in their wedding clothes and were turned away even though the room was paid in full because they had overbooked. Last night I went to a banquet there, and was total under serviced (not enough wait service and poor performers). We received our salt and pepper after our dinner was done, and had requested glasses for water and nobody at our table ever received water until one of the guests got up and started serving water because they were tired of waiting at their table. It took approximately 15 minutes to serve everybody at our 8-person table the people who receive their plates first had cold food by the time everybody else received their food. I guess 3 times and you're out? The grounds are beautiful but so far the service has not been very good.

I stayed here over night after celebrating the graduation of my future brother in law at the California Institute of the Arts. The hotel was very clean and very nice. Upon entering you are greeted by staff and I enjoyed the decor of the hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the restaurant breakfast was a delight. For about 20 dollars you can get their breakfast buffet which is something I recommend. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and I would stay at this hotel again.

Stayed 6 nights and was treated with the best of hospitality. The staff were very accommodating and were genuinely there to help. Room care was excellent. The restaurant meals were fantastic. The best prime rib I have ever had. Dillon, the chef cooked it to perfection. I give the Hyatt the highest of ratings. Thank you Hyatt.

I've stayed in this hotel 3 or 4 times and never had anything bad to say. Very good location and the hotel itself is super nice. Very on budget for a 'hyatt regency' brand. Also, this time they offer discounted six flags tickets.

Clean, well maintained, beautiful hotel. It's very big and roomy. The restaurant is over priced but it was expected.

Few weeks ago I planned a lovely wedding for my client at the Hyatt in Valencia. Christina, the event manager not only was professional and super helpful but also warm and sensitive to my client needs. The food Capitan and all the crew was just amazing and helped a great deal to make my client's special day a Celebration of a Lifetime. Outstanding experience. Thank you Hyatt.

It was at a very nice location. There was a mall nearby, as well as many other shops and places to eat. The room was very nice and clean, and I had no complaints. We called for a late checkout, and the front desk was very compliant and friendly.

The hotel overall is very nice. Good parking, well heated pool and hot tub. The on-site restaurant/bar Vines is quite nice too. The only thing that could use a bit of improvement is the housekeeping. We noticed a lot of dust and a bottle cap left on the floor for two days. Other than that we enjoyed our stay. Note many of the rooms have small balconies. Some on the second floor have large patios which look really nice. Great location, surrounded by dining and shopping. Minutes from Six Flags if you are interested in going there.

So impressed! Service was outstanding and friendly. Rooms were updated and immaculate. Will definitely stay again. Great location.

The Hyatt is in a prime location! We were able to walk everywhere. The only issue we had was that the bathtub didn't drain very well. That being said, we were very happy with our stay at the Hyatt Regency Valencia.

Terrible customer service! this hotel has been a nightmare ever since I walked into the room. First off, I booked a "King bed room" and when I show up the front desk agent doesn't notify me of any changes to my reservation. So I bring all my luggage up to the room and it's a "Double Queen". So I go down to the front desk agent and ask what happened to my reservation. She said the A/C went out in the room we originally had you in and then offered me a $20 off comp at the restaurant in the hotel, which is almost nothing with the prices. Then we order in room service which was 30 minutes late. Thoughout all of these problems I didn't get one apology for any inconvenience. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone! I wouldn't even give it a one star if I had a choice!

Great hotel, wonderful staff, everyone was so nice and polite. Helpful in every way. The rooms were beautiful and very clean. Lastly, their restaurant downstairs called Vines is one of the best I have been to in many years. Hats off to the chef and I can't begin to say how great our server Christianne was. Professional, friendly, attentive, you name it. That is the best server we have had in years. What a asset she is to that business. When we come back (and we will definitely) we hope to see her again. We will definitely stay at this hotel and we will recommend it to all of our family and friends who travel to that area. Thank you all for making our trip so pleasurable. See you next time.

Nice service, I liked the free breakfast in the morning, the pool was warm not cold etc, the rooms where nice everything was great.

Hotel is very clean and staff are incredibly friendly and professional. Had a small mix up when checking in but it was handled flawlessly by counter staff. Location is very convenient.

Was there for bridal show so I'm not to sure about the rooms. But I can tell you the customer service there is amazing. Everyone was friendly the hotel was clean. Prices for the bar is pretty reasonable too.

Very nice. Warm and inviting. I highly recommend it to anyone going to Six Flags down the street. It's a lovely place to stay at after a long day of rollercoaster riding.

I spend a lot of time at Six Flags and this is the best hotel in the area. Been coming here for ten years and it hasnt changed at all. The surrounding area is beautiful and fresh and very upscale. There are great places to eat very close by. The hotel is always fresh and clean. The beds are incredible. There is a large parking garage where I never feel insecure about leaving my vehicle. This is my home away from home and my favorite hotel on the planet. Every time I leave. I look forward to returning.
