Clean comfortable rooms & good service.

This Hotel is one of the nicest hotels I've stayed at in some time. So clean with that being at home feeling. The staff are all professional and go far beyond there duty's to make you feel comfortable and at home. 5 stars!

Recently stayed at this Best Western and forgot my watch and earrings. I called to report the items and they were shipped to my home. Great staff responded promptly. I thought they were gone forever. We will definitely be staying here again.

Needs a bit of updating. Also, even with a Do Not Disturb sign on the door, the maids started knocking every half hour to clean the room 3 hours before we were even ready to check out. Really made us feel super rushed, and each time they knocked, the woke up the babies, making the morning very difficult!

Although it was pretty much completely filled. It was one of the better places I've stayed at in the area. The room was decent size very clean. The guy working the Front desk was very polite.

The hotel is a great stay. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Not to many hotels really care about the guest and I feel that they do care for the guest at this Best Western. I stay in a hotel every night for work and this is a great one.

Not up to the usual best Western standard. As I'm writing this I'm greeted by the biggest cockroach ever. The door has big gaps all around which let's in light, sounds, and apparently the aforementioned giant cockroaches. Also, I can't get their Wi-Fi to work properly.

Place sucks. You try to get a room and they help people behind you even though you were there first. Stayed there before and woke up with bites. They also have attic crawl spaces above every room which is kinda scary. Place is old and out dated and service is horrible. No drinks in the vending machines last time I was there. Go stay at candlewood suites. Much nicer same price.

Our stay was a return to a motel enjoyed in the past and it lived up to our expectations again. The staff is friendly, the rooms are quietly comfortable, and the waffles at breakfast still delicious. A drivable distance down the street are blocks of shops, restaurants, and service sites. There is a bakery in Turlock that could be considered a must to visit. It is a lovely, hospitable growing community with the Best Western Hotel an excellent place to stay.

Nothing fancy, clean room, the gentleman that checked us in was dry and unwelcoming, barely speaking to us during the process. No name tag. Barely looked up, but he was fast and efficient so he could he could get back to…? Whatever we interrupted? Pool looked clean, AC was ice cold and bed was comfy.

Great value. Out of the way from the busy part of town. Staff was wonderful. Only suggestion, open pool longer and keep skimmer available. We came in after 9 and were hoping to chill in the hot tub, but it closed at 9. Older hotel but kept up nice.

Stayed one night May 1, 2018. Exceptional room for the price. Spacious dining room for the free breakfast, a variety of menu choices. Will stay again if in the area.

We have always enjoyed our stay here on our way to Las Vegas each year and our return trip back to Medford Oregon. Colleen at the desk is the best!

Large rooms somewhat sparsely furnished. Could use some updating. Rooms facing the Golden State Boulevard are quiet. Out of the way location with only one restaurant nearby (next door). Room was very clean.

Stayed one night for family funeral. Disgruntled front desk clerk, very hard bed, dirty bathroom. Doors didn't seal too well on bottom, you hear everything. They must have recently remodeled as paint look pretty fresh, though they didn't seal the old walls as you could smell the cigarettes. Overral, not worth the stay.

Well presented hotel with all the necessities. Breakfast is exceptional and outdoor hot bub is nice and in a relaxing setting. Good value for the money.

I'm visiting some friends and we have in good time with good service here.

Not the greatest best western I have stayed at. Room was clean and staff was nice. Outlets were worn, Wi-Fi was terrible but ok for a place to crash for the night.

Woke up in the AM to no Water or Power caused by their faulty equipment. Couldn’t even shower. Instead of refunding my money, they rudely offered only a discount. I had to drive an hour out of my way to shower at my in-laws and was late for a business meeting. Update, the Manager called back and said they had refunded my card. What should have happened though is the front desk employee should have been empowered to make that decision, instead of rudely refusing.

This place is a good hotel. But The carpet can look very old sometimes. Breakfast is good, though.

Needs new beds and decor, front desk personally was great. Got a free bottle of wine, the Restaurant nest door was really good food.

Front desk is terrible… I tried calling (about 15 times in a two hour period before arrival) to see if could get early check-in the day of my stay, and no one answered the phone! Upon check in I was not informed of check out time he next day. (Had to come back and ask) The next morning the lady at the desk was doing her makeup at the counter. Just unprofessional overall. Also the room smelled heavily of cigarette smoke so would not suggest this if you’re sensitive to smoke or looking for a smoke-free hotel.

Nothing fancy, but a fine stay if you're looking for nothing more than a place to sleep overnight. The breakfast was quite good (and free). Bed was comfortable and room was quite large. Room could've used some dusting, but wasn't gross. A gas station / convenience store is a short drive down the street but there's not much else in the area.

A good bang for the buck! I have stayed here in the past and have not been disappointed. Good clean quality rooms. Not over the top but well worth the money especially in this area. Great staff, evening and morning.

The only complaint I have was that it was so close to the freeway I could hear cars all night. I turned on the fan the second night though and it drowned out the sound. Also, I was on the backside right next to the freeway so I don't know what it is like in the front. Other than that, the bed was comfy, the room was clean, the maid was kind enough to leave me extra creamer, sugar and coffee. I didn't get a chance to go to the pool, but it looked very nice and clean. There is a hot tub as well. All the staff was super polite. The breakfast was good. They have waffles, scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits, coffee, hot chocolate, juice, muffins, bagels, pastries, yogurt and some other stuff. The room was clean and they allowed my 100lb dog to stay with me for $20. The rate for the room was definitely great for all that we got. I would recommend this place for someone looking for affordable, but nice.

Too high priced for the room. Electrical problems with lights. Only one person on duty for the whole facility. Couldn't even change a light bulb in the bathroom for us. Nice room but not kept up very well. Smelly. Nice bed but marginal linen. No shower cap Good Breakfast Fair enough?

This Inn has a good easy to get to location. Nice rooms with the amenities you'd expect from Best Western. Great breakfast and a friendly staff.

Well Well Well. 2 small flies greeted us in the room. The lounge chair in the room was well used with sagging pillow on the chair. My socks were dirty from walking on the carpet in the room. Would you believe what was 100? The flipping BATHTUB! It was amazing. Huge and very spacious! Very nice to soak and relax. Unbelievable after a long drive. Room 116

What was nice is they put us in a suite, and that was the only nice thing. There was a trail of trash juices running along the ground from the upstairs wall to down the stairs. It was so foul smelling and rancid that I started gagging. Keep in mind this is outside, and it still smelled that bad. Breakfast isn't large but suitable. They promised a bottle of wine for giving a review, but they wouldn't let me until I checked out. Once I check out I want to leave… When I asked if I could do the survey through my email the woman at the desk said no, it had to be through the rewards account email. The service was poor, the floor was sticky and the room was hot for hours after we got there.

The location was right off the freeway. I enjoyed the full breakfast, pool, and sweet room. The whole experience was comfortable and the bottle of Chardonnay on the house put an even bigger smile on my face. Overall, I would recommend this location to anyone staying in the area.

I've stayed there a few times over the last 3yrs. Always have had nice clean rooms … a great breakfast is incuded… clean pool… and a great staff… also i'm a long haul trucker from the eastcoast. (Nova Scotia) room rates are really competitive. I'd highly recommend this Best Western Orchard Inn.

Where to start where to start… well… there was an army of roaches guarding the parking lot and a couple of the more ambitious ones who wanted to see what my room looked like… I can see why the others stayed away however, the smell alone must have drove them off… My bed was completely sunk in on one side and the sheets smelled like they were left in the washer for too long… I'm in no way a fashion designer and this might be a little petty but I almost forgot we were in a hotel room as the decor reminded me of a low budget rest home. But I digress. Back to the room, no soap, my bathtub was dirty and had hair in it… I of course have very little hair so obviously not mine… the water taste like flint michigan and air conditioner was extremely loud… I hated every moment in this place also if you want their breakfast you better be there by 6am or you get nothing … I'm sure if you're a trucker or looking for an evening out with the girl you just called up/met then this is the place for you. Otherwise I wouldn't recommend. 0 stars wasn't an option unfortunately.

I want to say THANK YOU to the front desk (Maria) and staff here at Best Western for them taken action fast and the concern they showed when paramedics was needed for my mother in law and niece.
For setting us up with the room and all.

The staff are great. My room was good. The vending machines were not good at all. And they have a slum room section that you have to watch out for. The west side of the building.

It's hot outside and the AC barely cools and made horrible sounds when cutting off. If you're on the highway side, that's facing west and then rooms hardly cool off until nighttime. The door had a big gap which lets in more hot air. Outdated old bedding that I threw on the ground like I assume most do. I also assume they just pick it up and put it right back on the bed. The bathroom smelled like an old dish rag, so I opted to take a shower at my next hotel. The restaurant next door is worth passing on. Pay extra and stay at a newer spot in town. Almost forgot about the prostitutes at night and the police bust in the parking lot the morning I left.

Good location. Great peope! Love the rooms!

Wonderful clean quiet friendly good food.

The hotel is a bit removed from everything and the entrance into the parking lot was hard to get to (the sign is 100 yards away from the actual building, wasn't sure where to turn). The room was clean and quiet. Breakfast was your typical boxed eggs, lukewarm sausage and pastries. Staff were pleasant and efficient. If you're traveling for pleasure and a nice room matters, this isn't for you. If your concern if function over form, you can't beat it.

Just a little less quality than normal best western but it did the job just for one night. They had free Wi-Fi and there was a fridge and microwave in the room. It's right off the freeway and there plenty of parking. The room was decent size and clean but not brand new feeling.

The room was nice. Comfortable bed. Reasonable price. I'll definitely stay here again.

Major fly problems in rooms… staff really doesn't care about your concerns and complaints. The ONLY friendly employee is the lady at breakfast in the morning…

I first made my reservation here then read the reviews and was mortified. Scared beyond belief I drove over here thinking oh man I can't even get my money back I've blown it! I just have to say that don't believe everything you read! First thing when I got here, early, and Maria quickly had a room cleaned for me so that I could get in and rest. As I sat there waiting I watched a lady with a clip board walk into each room and inspect them to be sure they were perfect! Outstanding! The front desk lady, Maria, was wonderful and so helpful. I walked into my room and wow. Its clean and decorated beautifully. The maid, Mariah, that cleaned my room even left a personal note saying welcome and her name if I needed anything else. I just came from a 3 story comfort Inn and yes is beautiful but I have to say the people here have made up for the fact that this is pretty much a motel by the freeway. The pool is beautiful and clean and though I've only been here an hour I'm very pleased. Woke up to a fabulous breakfast and was met at the door by Tanisha who kindly asked if she could make our waffles for us. I definitely will come back and recommend this place highly. This place is beautiful, clean and the staff is incredibly helpful! They deserve 5 stars. Oh and the prices can't be beat! Thank you staff for all your kindness! Sandra Virk.

OH MY GOD! This stay was pretty bad. First I showed up and checked in and they gave me my room key. Sent my kids to open the door to the room, but the room was already occupied. Went to manager and got a new room. No TV, the heater didn't work, shower head was broken, and couldn't get my phone to charge using the power outlets (they had intermittent power). Although they did give me a break on the price, I will never stay here again. Go down the road to the Marriott.

My door was not able to close fully and I got to listen to highway noise all night. Also, there was a loud humming noise in my room. I was not able to sleep well at all. The room is spacious, and generally clean, but the noise was unbearable.

The room was not clean. The comforter on the bed had clearly not been washed in some time and the front desk staff was not helpful. I will not be returning to this property.

I travel extensively for work. I'm generally in a different hotel every two weeks. This hotel is one of the WORST I've stayed in. When we checked in to our room on Monday we realized that the bathroom, fridge and coffee pot were covered in MOLD. We called the office and was told there was nothing that could be done til morning. As it smelled moldy and disgusting, I went to Target and bought disinfectant and cleaning supplies and stayed up most the night cleaning the room. No one came to check on whether or not the problem was fixed. And still hasn't. On Wednesday when I awoke, I found that everything I have in the room is now infested with ANTS! The maintenance guy told me to remove anything valuable so he could spray and leave our room open to the world to air out. I've put the do not disturb sign up and it won't be coming down as I obviously do the housekeeping staffs job better. We're here for 2 weeks. If something miraculous happens and they turn this around I will change my review. Until then, NEVER stay here.

The rooms are clean and upgraded. Breakfast better than most or equal to holiday inn express or Fairfield inns. Eggs, sausage, etc. The hotel is older. Room doors lead outside like motel 6. No elevator. I would stay again since rooms are clean. Freeway noise can get annoying so I kept fan on.
