Conny welcomed us very friendly, the house is very clean and well maintained. The place is not for people who have something against dogs.
These are very friendly and love to be clawed.
Here you really feel at home and the quiet area does really well after the trouble in Yosemite!

It is really much more enjoyable to stay at your place just outside the National Park and drive into it after a great breakfast, than staying inside the park.

Great for little ones. The rooms are huge and clean and there is a huge you box in the living room. Dogs and horses are friendly. The location is good, 30 min from the National park entrance. Breakfast got good portion, but can be better if more varieties were provided. We got fritada for both days when we stayed. Overall, it's a great Ranch b and b experience especially with kids!

Fantastic accommodation! Connie was very thoughtful in pointing us to the road we found without difficulty. Huge house as well as our room, very cozy.
In the morning we woke up to a great homemade breakfast.
Perfect location to visit the Sequoia or the Kings Canyon, in twenty minutes you will arrive at the entrance to the park.

A real ranch BnB experience. The room was large and comfortable. Bathroom also large and quite modern, the shower is great. Beds and pillows are good. Plenty of breakfast is served around a large dining table with the other guests. The Wi-Fi is a bit slow.

A really clean and welcoming ranch with amazing g wildlife including humming birds that are within 1-2 feet of the patio chairs.

We stayed for one night, the people are really nice, we had a homemade breakfast with the other guest, nice way to start your day.

The rooms were SO nice and Connie was such a wonderful hostess. The breakfast was delicious, the landscape was incredible, the animals were so friendly, and my stay was all around delightful!

Two couples spent the day hiking the ancient giants. Upon arrival the house seemed small and uninviting. (Actually Quite Spacious) We left at first but on the way out we saw a small sign"Branded Calf" so we went in and it seemed like we were getting the fifth degree before being shown to our room. This was not the most comfortable BnB I've been a guest at. Connie was helpful trying to guide us to local places to eat and helped doctor a friend who was sick. She said she had prior ems experience. The room was spacious but slightly outdated. We loved the country vibe though! There were horses and hot coffee in AM. The most scary party of this Visit though had to be the pitch black living room at night. I had to pull out the cell phone to see going to the car. Improvements Lights in the living room. More indication of the BnB We would have liked to know about the patio also.

What a great place! I was only there for a quick overnight stay prior to backpacking in the Sierras, but if I had more time, I would have definitely spent more time there. Felt like I was staying at a friend's place — a good friend that is, who loves hosting guests and makes every effort to make their house guests feel at home. The property is extremely well kept, clean, and spacious. Beds were warm and comfortable. Connie is super super friendly and cheery; she provided an extremely warm welcome in the morning, made easy accommodations for a late entry, and cooked up a great warm breakfast of frittata (or quiche? ), biscuits, jams, coffee and juice in the morning around a cozy dining table. Her friendly, beautiful dogs lounge around the living area and just add to the laid back vibe of her home. The property is located on a ranch, with horses and cattle, and has a great view of the surrounding hills and mountains. Definitely planning on going back and staying for a longer time when I return to Kings Canyon.

It's a very nice place! Everything is convenient, pleasant, tasty, homely.

It is a really nice house, very airy. Connie is really polite and funny, the surrounding area is beautiful. The location is really the best if you want to visit the parks. The entrance is quite hidden, but it's definitely worth the price!

Our stay at Connie's place was my fiance's favorite part of our vacation. The rates were unbeatable, the environment was a perfect set up for a B&B to encourage mingling with the host and other guests while also allowing for privacy, and Connie's friendliness and flexibility to accommodate us was superb. I've stayed at B&Bs where the host doesn't even live within a fifteen minute drive; here, the host lives in the same building and is never more than a holler away. Another reviewer said 7 stars — I second that rating.

Connie is a superb hostess! Wonderful BIG rooms in a newish, spotless house set in wide open ranch country just far enough off the main highway to be quiet but close. Best breakfast we had during our 3 week trip too. I can't wait to go back. On a scale of 1 to 5, a Definite 7, yes 7.
