Reviews of Everline Resort & Spa 4*
We tried this property for the first time last weekend. Beautiful hotel lobby and grounds and we loved our upgraded suite. Loved the pool and fitness club. Great staff, especially the concierge, Kimball, who was so kind and helpful. Sandy’s pub had an amazing terriaki bowl with tofu nd broccoli. We will be back!
Great Service. One stop resort for a great ski Holiday!
Just finished a 5 day stay for a conference and what an unexpected surprise this resort was! The grounds are spectacular and the Staff are super helpful! We enjoyed all of the restaurants and bars on premise food was on point and the drinks are good and strong! Download that mountaineer app for Free Uber like transportation around the ski resort!
The ultimate in ski in/ski out! Ski valet service is exceptional Al!
Amazing hotel! Ski in Ski out, well appointed rooms, spacious grounds with swimming pools, hot tubs, winter ice skating, good restaurants, full spa, gym and more. Courteous staff and frequent shuttle service to Palisades. Two thumbs way up!
Ski lift tickets, ski/snowboard rentals, ski lift location all inside the resort hotel is super awesome. Awesome breakfast, thank you to servers Johnnie and Susan and all the frontdesk staff.
Beautifull Resort very clean service is excellent Very good food too.
Great place for family skiing in the winter and many activities in the summer as well. Been coming here since 1999, this place never disappoints. Highly recommend!
Beautiful place
Beautiful staff.
The amazing view! very stunning. The people working there are very nice. We had a great time. My twins loves it too. So many things to do and oh how could I forget the swimming pools and spa pool.
Great place great setting and service
Classic escape place.
Scenery was beautiful. Service was great. Easy drive to Lake Tahoe via Tahoe City and Kings Beach, yet away from the touristy hustle and bustle. Short walk or ride to the Village — loved it. Can’t wait to return!
Had a blast here. Customer service was second to none! Beautiful scenery.
An amazing resort, friendly inviting employees, and beautiful pools and spas. — with Linda Ferguson Tacklind.
Best resort near Lake Tahoe! We had a great experience during our stay. Plenty of activities to choose from here.
Great getaway after a year of the Covid shutdown. Very clean and respectful of the CDC guidelines and social distancing! I’d highly recommend it!
Even with COVID restrictions it’s still top notch. Skiing is great, don’t forget to check out the spa. Great service and Jean Paul is the best!
It did not disappoint despite COVID restrictions. Front desk stuff are very friendly. We will be back.
The staff here is amazing, 5 stars! Gabriel at the front desk is top notch! We will be back and would recommend the hotel to all our friends and family!
Beautiful view from the room and resort.
Had the best time at Squaw. Highly recommend going here. Loved it.
Love everything about it. Family friendly too.
The resort was clean and followed Covid-19 precautions. The rooms are spacious but the only problem we had was a alarm that kept going off even though we unplugged it. It woke up the baby@5am! But overall the whole resort was nice. Well recommended! We enjoyed the ♀️ pool, sand box, and the restaurants on the resort with out door dining. The local lake is nearby.
We’ve been to Squaw Creek Resort in both the summertime and wintertime and virtually any time is an ideal time! You will not be disappointed as it is a top notch vacation choice, located in one of the most beautiful settings and is truly a one stop destination resort.
With so much to see and do for the entire family, you can’t go wrong. Dining choices are aplenty, there’s something for everyone (and wait ‘til you taste there beignets, they’re heavenly! ).
We have many fond memories of the times and experiences spent at Squaw Creek and I can say without hesitation that we cherish them all. Highly recommended!
Had the Best Deep Tissue Massage from Becca W at the Spa!
Best massage from Megan G at the Spa! I will be back.
I just reserved through hotels. Com & requested to pay at the hotel since we won't be going until July. Checked my bank and they had charged me today for the full amount. Now it's going to take 7-10 days for them to return my $$$. Terrible customer service and now I have to find another hotel. Thanks for nothing.
Beautiful environment, great escape.
Stayed here for the Spartan World Championship weekend. The room was well laid out. We had a regular room but it had a mini-fridge so that was nice for keeping race snacks. The hotel is quite spacious and beautiful, right on the golf course. The brunch food at Sandy’s Pub was decent for a buffet and they had a make your own Bloody Mary bar, which was a perfect way to start the day. My only suggestion would be to increase the number of shuttles going to and from Squaw Village during a huge event weekend. We had to wait 45 min in the freezing cold for the shuttle to arrive and take us back to the hotel after the race.
Amazing place and lovely views.
Amazing experience! Wonderful views and staff!
Beautiful setting, fun pool, comfortable, clean rooms, Sandy’s Pub delivers top notch fare. BUT parking is a major problem. Looks like they are working on it tho.
Amazing place! The service was excellent and views were spectacular.
This was a great hotel! Amazing views and hiking.
Beautiful resort with spectacular views and breathtaking sunsets!
Beautiful room excellent service and the staff are very friendly.
Beautiful resort! The staff was very friendly and the scenery was amazing! I had a massage at the spa — my massage therapist, Anne Belicek, was fabulous! She was friendly and professional and gave me a wonderful massage!
Such a magical place. Everyone is super friendly and accommodating.
It’s so beautiful and a great place to stay. People are so friendly here in Tahoe ❤️
I very much enjoyed staying here, but this Resort is definitely very hit-and-miss. The food is mostly a mess, while they charge some of the highest prices for food I've seen at resorts. I don't mind paying high prices for good quality, but it's pretty irritating when you feel like you're eating at an amusement park but paying for a five star restaurant. However the pools in the atmosphere are really nice, and the staff is really nice also.
Aestheics of this place are really nice, and they have a well equipped gym. The room was nice and cozy. I had a really good sleep without waking up as I usually do. The breakfast buffet was GREAT. I can't even express my thoughts well enough to describe it. The sticky buns were definitely my favorite. I just have had like 3 in a row and only stopped because I felt bad about all those calories I was consuming! The six peaks grille also had really quality food!
Amazing place. Looks beautiful. Pool are was nice and amenities were top notch. The room was neat and maintained well. The staff was friendly and helpful.
The hotel is very nice with great outdoor space in the summer months. It is quite a ways (5-10 mins car) away from Squaw Village, so if you plan to go there for the restaurants and shops, staying in the Village is perhaps a better choice. But if your just looking for a nice hotel, the Resort is the better choice in my opinion.
Great location. Nice rooms. Friendly staff. Catered dinner for large group was OK — best part was fresh fruit and desserts. Checking a large group could have been a bit more efficient.
Awesome place. It has everything you wish for. Sports, leisure, kids whatever. We were surprised by the size and the offer of this resort. The view also helps to make this a remarkable experience. Would love to come back again.
Amazing resort. Love the people love the pool especially. Im a nanny and I visited the resort because my boss had a conference there. The pool was the best thing for me because the little girl that I care for loves the sand box and the way the kiddie pool is set up next to the sand box was just perfect. I say this because I relaxed and the baby just played with other kids. It was just perfect. Love everything about it.
Lovely views, comfortable stay. Amenities were adequate and the pool area looked great. We were there for a wedding and it was a beautiful setting. Would definitely stay again.
We used Resort at Squaw Creek as our wedding hotel and everything was perfect! The resort and views are beautiful and gave us a stunning background for first look wedding photos. The event team was very responsive and quick to answer any questions as well as help plan our wedding after party. Every element of our stay was perfect, down to the nightly chocolates and turn down service. We truly felt welcomed and look forward to more stays in the future.

Love the golf course and its very reasonably priced! The resort facilities are also great and would be a great place to bring the kids! Lots of games and pools/hot tubs. Sandys pub is always enjoyable as well with good food and good beer selection (my selling point).
Places like the Resort at Squaw Creek and people like Nate Los make it easy to believe in miracles… and boy did we need a miracle. There’s no way Nate could have known how intense the past 5 years have been. There’s no way he could have known my husband has stage IV cancer. And there’s no way he could have known we had just gotten the phenomenal news that the scans were wrong; the cancer HAD NOT spread to John’s brain. And yet, here he was at the door giving us an unbelievable upgrade. We arrived in Squaw tired and in need of connection. The past few months had been really intense and we needed some respite. On the way there we received the fantastic news from John’s doctor and just like that our get-away had turned into a celebration. As we sat on the edge of the bed in amazement and shock we heard the happy sounds of the young family next-door. Normally, those familiar sounds would be coming from our kids, but tonight John and I were solo and now we were rejoicing! On the off chance that we might find a quieter room I made a call downstairs to Katie, who had already been a delightful help getting us reservations at the Grill. She connected us with Nate Los and he offered to try and find us another room. Five minutes later, Nate appeared at our door and completely styled us out! A suite on the sixth floor, with a fireplace, a view of the golf course and he came bearing a bottle of wine. We were speechless. Honestly, I could barely mutter the words thank you.
Amazing resort! Friendly staff, great food, warm pools, 3 hot tubs, lots of things for kids to play with on site, comfy beds and incredible views! They go above and beyond to surprise and delight their guests. Fun family resort and very close to the lake.
The hotel rooms were clean and nice. There was one regular coffee available in a room of four people, that was disappointing. The bathrooms were clean n toiletries good, usable. The bottled water is not free so carry that. But there is fresh lemon water and glasses near the hotel lobby. The parking lot is a bit of a walk about 10 mins. But there is shortcut to walk back using the stairs between the hotel entrance n the lot. So you can drop the luggage at hotel then go and park and then walk back to the rooms. We did not use other amenities like the pool, jacuzzi.
This is a beautiful resort. I do not play golf but the course has great views. Restaurant and shoping is all there. First class and you will pay for it. Enjoy.
Wonderful place for a mountain getaway. Have the ski park right besides, the resort has a magnificent pool, outdoor jacuzzi, well equipped gym. Can rent bikes to go on the trails, do the golf course, tennis… most of the staff is quite friendly. Rooms are perfect; good space, have all you need, everything like new…
Perfectly located to enjoy all that Squaw & Alpine Offer, but “off the beaten path” enough to feel like an escape. The views from the lodge, multiple pools & hot tubs, the breakfast buffet, room with tub & shower, and genuinely hospitable staff make this an easy place to love! Special thanks to Marcy in reservations! “London 48”.
I like Square Creek because it is self contained. Good shops but Cher. $$$$ the service is excellent and all the products are of the highest quality. There restaurants of very and vary based upon which one is on. Also a real good breakfast.
The resort is absolutely breathtaking. The air is crisp and clean, and it was warm (currently April). It wasn't crowded at this time and the spa was exquisite. Highly recommend the body treatments there and to enjoy the resort even if you don't. There are shops in the resort and a restaurant, but I would be selective with what you order, food wise. Delicious chocolate cupcakes though.
The fireplace suite is the only way to go! With a king size bed in one room and a pullout couch in the living room, it’s perfect for a couple or small family. (Bigger families could add an adjoining room. ) On a budget? Splurge on the suite and then bring your own groceries–suites are stocked with a fridge, microwave, dishwasher, dishes, silverware, cookware and even a toaster. Once you’re done enjoying the views by the fire, throw on your robes (they’re standard in every room but sometimes you need to ask housekeeping) and head to the hot tubs or take a dip in the heated pool. Seriously, it’s warm! Pro tip: the locker rooms for the fitness center have a steam room, sauna, and spa-grade amenities. The breakfast buffet is to die for but the other restaurants are basic and/or overpriced with slow service, so take the complimentary shuttle to the Village, where they have sushi, pizza, pub food and adorable shops. If you’re up for activity, there are great biking and hiking trails along the river that offer stunning views. (There’s also skiing and golf, but I haven’t tried either. ) If you prefer to read or play games, head to the lobby where the giant wood burning fireplace is always lit and the flavored water is icy cold. The chairs and couches are plenty and comfy, and there is no better view of the valley! They even have chess and checkers boards for your use. To be sure the lobby pairs nicely with any wine, and they offer several nice varieties at the on-site deli.
This hotel has beautiful views, great access to a ski lift and wonderful swimming pools. The fireplace suites are wonderful. The regular hotel rooms are a little small with not much counter space but do include a mini fridge, good beds and linens. The door to the hall does very little for soundproofing but I don't hear the people upstairs. I really enjoy the breakfast buffet which is $26 per person. I've been coming here for years but this year had an unfortunate situation where the self-parking was totally full all weekend and so I had to pay a $40 a DAY valet parking fee. It's a difficult place for people with mobility issues to stay because the rooms are quite a walk from the lobby. The lobby is wonderful with a fireplace and comfy chairs to lounge in. Sweet Potatoes Deli seems really overpriced. Sandy's Pub has a pretty good menu and great views. There are nice trails to the Truckee River. Overall, a good experience.
Friendly service and great gateway access off Squaw Creek lift to the other amazing runs at Squaw Valley. Great shuttle service to The Village at Squaw as well. Hot tubs and firepits were great in the evenings after a long day on the mountain. Prices are to be expected with such a nice resort. Views were amazing, even for Spring boarding.
Nice amenities, great surroundings. Rooms are a ways away from parking lot so be prepared if you're doing self parking and make use of bell hop. Valet parking is pricey. Nice pools and easy access to the ski lift.
We visited for Easter Weekend. There were a lot of kid-friendly Easter activities planned. We we're lucky there was still snow on the ground. The heated pool is a plus and a water slide was turned on because the temp during the day was warm enough. Great service and helpful staff. We will definitely return in the future.
Stayed in the fireplace suite with living room and kitchenette. Great view of the lift chair nearby and the mountain. Great staff, outdoor hot tub, bar area, restaurant, ball rooms, lobby area. You can buy lift tickets and you can take a shuttle to the squaw village. They check your skis overnight and retrieve them in the morning. Great way to experience squaw. Valet parking available.
Great resort. Lots of amenities. Nice rooms. Easy ski in/ski out access. Regular shuttle to Squaw Village. Normally, I would give this type of resort 5 stars. I can't due to poor service (see below). One large complaint: service. Their service was very poor. We sometimes had to call 4 times for a request. It was absurd. We spent so much time on the phone calling the hotel from our room to make things happen. The maid also always forgot to accomplish something each day (e. G. Empty body wash I shower, removed bath mat and didn't replace, left empty tissue box, removed kitchen sponge and didn't replace). And their service was sooooooo slow. For example, our luggage took over an hour to make it to our room. Or we called for bathrobes so we could use them for the hot tub and it took them 4 hrs to bring them.
Great resort near the resort. You can walk directly to a lift and get on the mountain easily. Resort has wonderful spa services, some shopping, and dining options. After a day skiing or riding you can also go for a swim or relax in one of the 3 hot tubs.
A very nice place. The rooms are quite nice and spacious. The food inside was delicious.
Simply magical. Our favorite place to stay while visiting Tahoe. It is a beautiful place both in the summer and winter, although there certainly is that special charm of waking up to see snow falling across the valley. The customer service is phenomenal, and gave us a different room free of charge after requesting a better view. Sandy's Pub has pretty good food, and there are lots of cute shops on the walkway between the lobby and the rooms. There are plenty of ammenities to keep you busy while staying there, you won't even have to leave the resort! They have a small outdoor ice skating rink, a spa, golfcourse, ski lift, family events, and more. A great place for people from the valley and Bay Area to spend their vacation. Don't miss out.
This resort is nestled in a truly picturesque valley surrounded by the Sierra Nevada mountains. The staff is top notch, offering a level of service unmatched elsewhere. You have to see it too really believe just how beautiful it is here.
We went dog sledding and ice skating. Dog sledding is always fun! Just beautiful sledding out in the meadow. Ice skating was ok. Ice rink was small and had lots of cracks. Food is decent at Sandy's Pub, but a milkshake will set you back $9! What would Vincent Vega think of that?
Squaw Creek Resort is about as convenient as it gets for skiers and snowboarders. The hotel's services and amenities are excellent. Resort goers can reach the mountain very easily by taking the lift right outside the resort, and can use the shuttle to get into the village area for dining and shopping. The resort's lounge and bar areas are also very nice.
Had lunch at the restaurant. The weather was beautiful so we sat outside. Great view. Great service. Delicious food!
Has great views, rooms, and food. We've been looking forward toward their breakfast since the last time we came, it's amazing! The staff is great, especially Shane at the front desk who even delivered a bottle of wine and a handwritten card for my girlfriends birthday. It made it very special!
Excellent place to stay when visiting Squaw Valley to ski/snowboard. Ski in/out from resort, great restaurant (9pm close), 3 hot tubs, & heated pool. Highly recommend this property.
Beautiful high end resort that's perfect for a family ski trip. Cindy the consceire staff are amazing!
Food was delicious. Service was great. Very accommodating for special occasions. One mix up with the check is the only reason for 4 star rating.
I cannot sing enough praises about the Resort at Squaw Creek! We just returned from a five night much-needed family vacay. We had seven adults and four children ranging in ages from 2 — 12. They treated us like we were family. The staff is absolutely outstanding on every single level. The grounds were immaculate; they were beautifully kept and maintained. The views from every angle are simply breathtaking. We stayed in two, two bedroom suites; which was perfect for our fam…ily. The accommodations were luxurious yet very comfortable. The restaurants were all delicious — and we ate a lot! The breakfast buffet at Cascades was so good and the servers were so welcoming and sweet! My daughter who's two years old took to the kindest servers named Michael and Heidi. On top of them entertaining her while we enjoyed breakfast, they went above and beyond by surprising her with "Tahoe Tessie" and fresh milk and cookies when we got back to our room. ♡ Sandy's, the resort's onsite pub became like a second home for our group :-) The food is outstanding, but the service from the bartenders, staff and manager was even better. Additionally, my brother was celebrating his birthday while we were there and the front desk sent up a lovely card and bottle of vodka to his room. Executive Chef, Chris at Six Peaks; the fine dining restaurant was amazing, personable and gave my brother, who's also a chef a tour of their kitchen.
The beds were surprisingly comfy. The room was clean, cozy and well maintained. The atmosphere was charming and festive with lit trees, piano player in the lobby, gigantic gingerbread house displays and an ice skating rink. The pool is heated to 82 amd was being used by other patrons though I did not use it personally. Sweet Potatoes Deli serves Starbucks coffee and there are retail shops located at the resort. One downer is that valet parking was 35 a day with a substantial portion of the lot taken up by valet. We were also given a warning notice (on our car) because we were in a tow away zone. There were no markings on the ground nor signs stating we were in a tow away zone. I think better signage would be helpful, especially during the winter months. An additional plus during the ski season is there is literally a lift right outside that can take you up the mountain and you can ski down into the Squaw Valley Village on the other side. Also they note which lifts are closed in the lobby and there are free shuttles into the Village at least every half hour.
Great hotel with plenty of amenties. Restaurants are fantastic and great skiing/snowboarding onsite. Staff is very friendly and rooms are spacious.
Great place to stay or just visit for drinks or a meal. Very friendly staff, beautiful grounds.
Room service is sloppy. One of the robes had not been replaced after the previous guest had left and we found food in one of the pockets. After 2 nights of stay, the 3rd night, there were no toiletries or robes. Expensive but no conscious effort has been made to provide even the basic amenities like soap or body wash. Terribly disappointed.
One of the coolest ski-in, ski-out places. The chairlift, Squaw Creek is right there and the terrain is fun all the way back to the resort!
Stunning locations Nd the hotel is first class. Great food and the staff were all great. Recommend for team events.
I stayed at this resort over the weekend for my birthday and it was incredible! The employees were so kind and truly went above and beyond to ensure I had the best birthday! Upon arrival, a bottle of wine and a birthday card was waiting for me, signed by the front desk team. My boyfriend and I enjoyed hot stone massages and when we came back to the room a happy birthday dessert was waiting for me in the fridge! Sandy's pub is a blast, the steak house is divine, and the breakfast buffet is a must. I highly recommend this resort!
The resort is amazing. The views of the surrounding mountains are just stunning. Everyone there went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay and we certainly did. The restaurants on resort have some tasty food which made it easy to have a few quiet nights in. Tahoe City is only a short drive down the road which has great options itself.
Beautiful resort. Some of the amenities weren't available when we were there in mid October but there's a beautiful pool, biking and hiking trails. Be aware that it's considerably colder in Lake Tahoe than other parts of CA and we weren't properly prepared for the weather.
Lunch at Sandy's Pub was just OK. We've stayed overnight a number of times and have always had a great time. Rooms are great and so are the facilities such as the pool. We've also had great food in Sandy's Pub and dinner in the restaurant. This time we just stopped by to have lunch. The food was just OK. A bit disappointing compared to our past experiences.
Beautiful Resort with Amazing Vistas I've only been to this lovely place towards the end of summer for a corporate event — I can imagine winter would be gorgeous too. The location is great — the views from all over the resort including the rooms is just fantastic. Plenty of outdoor stuff to do around the place and it's a short drive to the lake. I stayed in the fireplace suite which was spacious and well furnished. Staff service was great accommodating our large party well. The lobby has great views and has the look for luxury with a rustic charm. The little outdoor shops and starbucks are nice too The meals were all pre-planned for our party (buffets and sit down dinner) — but the food was delicious. The patio area was perfect for a cocktail event. Overall a great luxury resort in the Tahoe area — either for family, friends or business.
Rooms are great. Staff is friendly and helpful. Scenery is beautiful. Decent golf course.
I had the pleasure of staying here for 5 nights. The Resort is breathtaking with wonderful outdoor vistas, plenty of hiking trails, pools, spa, hot tubs, bicycle rentals, golf course & a ski lift. There is also a courtesy shuttle that takes you from the lobby to the Olympic Village. There are a number of restaurants. However, I didn't try the upscale steak house or the pizza place. The concierge was super helpful. She directed us to a number of good restaurants & activities. The staff is friendly & accommodating. The rooms are spacious & attractive. There are a good number of family rooms too. The resort is dog friendly. The downside… to stay here is not cheap. It wasn't inexpensive in the summer & increases in the winter for the slopes. Parking is by the night & there is only Valet parking. (The Valets do bring your vehicle quickly & offer you water for the journeys. ) There is also a $20 a night resort fee, tacked on to your bill, in addition to taxes & the parking. This is also not a disability friendly resort. It is a distance from the lobby to the hotel but it is all 1 level. However, for any of the other attractions like the spa, the pools, the hot tubs the restaurants you need to be able to climb loads of stairs. I only found 1 elevator on the property (other than in the hotel) & it is not very conveniently located to the amenities. I repeat, a lot of stairs. Fortunately most have hand rails.
Great facility, helpful staff, wonderful restaurant. Very hyped as a Visa Signature hotel, which means (among other things) complimentary late check-out and free continental breakfast. Get here to find that the complimentary late check-out isn't available due to overbooking and the free breakfast is only for two people. If I had paid extra for the benefits I might have been angry, but instead I'm just a bit underwhelmed by Visa and Destination Hotels. Would come back, but not at pricing paid for this visit, especially with the new places opening on the lake (Edgewood Tahoe, I'm looking at you! Don't let us down)
Stayed here in the summer. It's a great resort and has a water slide. Close to the village and has a free shuttle that runs back and forth. Room was very spacious and comfortable. Amazing views towards the golf course.
We just finished a five-day conference at this resort today and the seven of us are over the moon with our experience. We LOVED the 2-BR penthouse, the view, the food, the pools, the golf… it goes on and on. We look forward to returning to Tahoe, and won't waste our time searching for a better accommodation. There isn't one!
Wow, What more can I say. I was here for 3 nights and it was a wonderful time. The heated pool was amazing. I never thought I'd be swimming outdoors while looking at snow covered mountains in the background. Staff was polite and efficient. The food was great. I will definitely be coming back.
Views of Olympic Valley are spectacular! Resort and rooms are updated. Bed was very comfortable and standard room was spacious. Food options are rather pricey, suggest options in town instead. Would be happy to stay here again and get to take advantage of all the other amenities the resort has to offer outside of a professional event.
Absolutely beautiful grounds and the staff were extremely friendly (Joe at the front desk was great). The views are absolutely breathtaking and the pool area is fantastic. The rooms were slightly dated and the outside stairs were definitely in need of repairs. The air conditioning in our room never worked, even after they sent someone to fix it. Overall it is a beautiful resort that just needs a little work.
The service at the resort was excellent. The accommodations top notch. I do not ski and was at the resort for a conference. So, I can only speak to the facilities. The setting is gorgeous. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Great atmosphere, friendly staff and clean big rooms. The restaurant on premises has great food. Ski lift available on premises. Shuttles every half hour to the Village at Squaw. Overall great experience.
The Squaw Creek resort has hosted our company ski trip for the last several years, and it's excellent every time. The rooms are comfy and generally great. The lift is right outside the door, no need to drive. They have all the shops and food you need in a ski trip, as well as a spa area. More or less everything you need for a ski trip!
The prices are what can be expected for a resort. Staying on the first floor in March. The first floor with this much snow doesn't allow you to walk out on property, so be mindful if you request it. Snow is a little icy/slushy because it is end of season and there hasn't been snowfall in a couple of days. Food at the resort is good and cocktails are on point. Sandy's pub and the pizza have been great. I would highly recommend making use of the kitchenette if you have one for breakfast stuffs. Two people for room service will run about $75. The Olympic sports massage was fantastic and only a little more expensive than what I would normally go out of my way for.
Got a great mid-week spring break rate for our stay. Lovely room and accommodations, great customer service by the staff. The ability to check in our skis/poles and then just hop on the lift is awesome.
The resort has a lift on the property just a few steps away from the guest rooms. There is an equipment valet for you to drop off your equipment when you return. The staff is very helpful and the rooms are nicely appointed. Six Peaks Grille is a delicious dining experience with a great view. The walls are a bit thin I'm my opinion. They're not so thin that you can hear normal conversations, but you definitely don't wonder if you have neighbors. I'm a bit surprised that the standard rooms don't have microwaves, considering they have rooms with kitchenettes.
Amazing experience staying here. Definitely take the valley view (only $25 more). Keep one day for enjoying @resort, specially the heated tubs, slides and 4 in-resort restaurants. 1 star less because on arrival, at 5 pm, they made me wait because room wasn't clean. Also made me stand in line twice.
We've found out slice of heaven! The team is super professional and kind, the hotel facilities are stunning and the area is breathtaking. Great for families, great for that romantic getaway.
Intimate feeling hotel never feels over crowded. Quiet and peaceful. Stellar views. Awesome pool. Fabulous spa services Superb service on all fronts. I adore this resort.
Rooms were nice and big. The resort sit on a beautiful large piece of land… my only complaint is the service was not the best. Took forever to send housekeeping for items and staff was not very attentive and friendly at times.
Beautiful resort. Very nice pool, heated. Nice bike trails. Need to have rental bikes for children 5 and under. Would be nice if suites have a microwave. Great shuttle and service to Squaw Valley ski resort.
I was just there for a s short meeting in the pizza place. The shuttle between there and Squaw Valley is convenient and Russ every 15 mins.
If I could leave zero stars I would. Least helpful and least friendly staff imaginable. I am trying to make a change to my reservations for this weekend and am being told I can not because of the 7-day cancellation window. I was unaware that making a change is now considered canceling my reservations. I was told by the manager that I should take up my problems with my work manager since a work engagement I found out about today is making it unable for me to stay on the friday I reserved. I am still able to stay on Saturday of my reservation but they will not credit me for future stay or reimburse me for my Friday night I am unable to stay. The woman was not willing to make any solution work other than tell me to give the room to a friend (which is $335 a night with taxes) or stay on a night I am unable to stay. I am completely appalled that what should be a pleasant stay for my friends wedding this weekend will now be a contentious and unpleasant stay having to deal with hotel staff that is both unhelpful and incompetent. I hope that anyone who reads this uses VRBO or AirBnB as those services have excellent customer service and are understanding of the obstacles that come up in life. I rarely take the time to leave a review, however in this case I am compelled to do so as I have never been so befuddled at incompetency of a 'hospitality' (using the term loosely) staff in my entire life.

RespondWe stayed here for 2 days in March 2015 and the experience left me with mixed feelings about the resort. The room was quite nice with a fireplace and kitchenette. The staff were friendly and helpful. The valley view was beautiful. However, you really have to hike quite a ways to get from the parking lot to your room. All the closer parking is reserved for valet parking. And the rooms with the valley view are above the shops. The heating and ventilation noise from the roof of the shops is so loud you can hear it through closed windows. Forget about peace and quiet if you want to open your window for some fresh air. I will not return and cannot recommend this resort.

RespondMy friend and I stayed at the resort a few days ago. My friend booked it through Groupon that came with a $25 room and dinning credit. The suite we booked was really nice, but here comes the story: There was ONE bottle of sparkling water in the room. We were wondering if it was covered under the suite charges, so we checked the sealing tag. Without seeing any prices or warnings around the bottle, we opened and used some of the sparkling water. The next day as we were packing and about to leave, I saw an $8 price sticker on top of the bottle, and the sticker was the same color as the cap, which was LIGHT GREY, and the price was printed in WHITE. We were really upset about it, so I asked the front desk, and the lady told me that it should be covered under the $25 dinning credit. But the lady also told me that, since HOUSEKEEPING was actually in charge of the water, I should call them and see if they could do anything about it first. So I did, and the housekeeping personal answered the call told me that they would take care of it, and we would NOT be charged for the water. We were really happy about that. As we checked out, the front desk told us that we hadn't used the dinning credit yet, and since the water would be taken care of by the housekeeping department, we still got the whole $25 left. So we got some food that was about $28, and I went ahead and took care of the $6.
Nice amenities, good food choices, convenient shuttle to Squaw village, kids loved it.
Great place to take out family, fun for all ages not to mention lots of snow fun. We stayed in a suite had everything you needed from pots n pans to fireplace we will be coming again for 2015 winter season.
Nice stay very good service they are there when you need them.
I absolutely love this place. The views you get is magnificent. This is my second time here and each time I've opted for a forest view room. The hotel has a great gym, Jacuzzis, and pools. Plus there is a beautiful waterfall on site. Come for the summer or the winter. Either way, you'll have a great time.
My parents own a condo at this resort. For the most part it's great. My son loves it. Very family friendly: pools, small game room, movie nights. Owners are allowed to bring their dogs but a few times one of the managers had told my mom to not wait around in the lobby with our very friendly dogs. Of course they would never say anything to my step dad (whose name is on all the bills). Their no-reservation restaurant is sometimes a disaster too (especially when they tell guests it's a 15 minute wait when its really over an hour). But other than those small annoyances the perks of the location and amenities make it worth it.
A wonderful resort packed with activities and amenities. They provide shuttle service to nearby village for shopping and additional slopes (though their lift is right on grounds). I loved the heated outdoor pool and hot tubs especially and found their onsite spa heavenly. I availed myself of an aromatherapy massage and dry sauna. The rooms are nice, the bed is comfortable and the lobby is lovely for relaxing in front of a fire or the giant picture window. Great for groups and corporate events.
Hands down the most luxurious hotel-resort in Squaw Valley, and one of the best I've been to in the greater Tahoe area. The lobby and lounge area is impressive, especially around the holidays (amazing Christmas tree setup). During the winter, the pool area becomes a family-friendly ice rink.

Speaking for golf course only… such a beautiful setting, was expecting so much more. Course was in terrible shape. Sand traps were hard and full of weeds. Rough and fairways inconsistent and spotty. Greens were atrocious. Numerous hole designs were ridiculous for the average golfer. So many other great courses in the area… go there.
