Jim at emerald bay lodge likes to send hateful and poorly written messages to his guests after they leave bad yelp reviews. Jim also hung up the phone when I called for a refund. Jim also works at a hotel with rat turds and holes in the walls. It’s incredibly disgusting and I DO NOT recommend this place. I left at 11:30 at night because I was so concerned with myself and my wife literally catching a disease here. do not stay here!
Attractive, clean rooms. Kind and friendly staff. Beautiful setting. I am a local and needed a place for a night or two while waiting for repairs at new apartment. I will definitely recommend Emerald Bay Lodge to all my friends and family.
