Do NOT come here at all costs! I woke up in the middle of the night feeling itchy AF because I was devoured by a BED BUG! I was bitten ALL over my body. I’m infuriated and disgusted. I immediately left and got a full refund. No one should have to experience this, especially at a hotel that charges more than $100. This review should not even receive not one star! I’ll never be returning to this hotel ever again. I’ve never experienced this at any hotel, not even in The Bronx! I ended up going to the royal century inn which isn’t the best hotel but it’ll do for now since I have nowhere else to go.

Location is sketchy and no frills. However the hotel was good. The parking area is contained and only accessable though the front entry way where the front desk is. There isn't much sound proofing here between rooms but the room was clean, simple, and clean. The breakfast was a joke. Waffels and cereal. The juice was nasty. For the money it was good would have been great with better breakfast.

The minimalistic decor makes it seem cleaner than it is. I'm not super picky but even some of this was a little bit much for me. Bodily fluid stain on the comforter. Hair on the shower wall. Odd stain on the chair. If it were cleaner it would be amazing. Love the shutters instead of curtains and the hard laminate floors. The bench was cool. Luggage rack in my room was broken. Full size ironing board but no iron, it was just propped in the closet awkwardly. Fridge so that's good. Has a lot of potential with minimal repairs. Liked that it wasn't right out to the street. Felt a little safer. Not the ideal neighborhood for some.

The remodeled rooms are very nice. I liked the wood shutters and a widow that opens up. Vending machine was reasonably priced! Location is great. Plenty of covered parking. The hotel loses a star for the weak continental breakfast, there was no protein option, no jam for the toast, no oatmeal even. Weakest I've had in a long time. The walls are all painted with an easy to clean semi gloss paint that can just be wiped clean but there is visible grime in a number of high traffic areas. So that's another star lost.

My family and I booked this hotel months in advance for our vacation. The photos and reviews online seemed great. We had the room charged to our card for the week we were going to be here. We flew halfway across the country just to get here and be met with disappointment. The outside looked nothing like the pictures online, and it did not have a pool as stated in the review. The room was dirty, our charging outlets didn't work, and the door seal was broken. When we asked to have a refund we were denied and told it was too late. Staff was also incredibly disrespectful to our family as well.

Booked a bundle deal through Expedia, and this was the Hotel that was with the flight I got. Not gonna lie, I booked 2 mo. Ahead and after reading reviews, I was scared. I was flying cross country to meet childhood sweetheart, that I recently connected with and things “ got serious, ” anyways, I was terrified I was going to bring this woman to a S**thole, and when we pulled in, it wasn’t bad, checked in, went to room (fingers crossed) and… really clean! It was nice, sheets were clean, bathroom was spotless, I was so relieved! Needless to say, I was happy. Now, if you aren’t familiar with LA, and you are of “ high standards, ” yeah, it’ll be a dump to you, it’s under $100 a night, you get what you pay for. Only complaint… no Microwave, but it wasn’t a problem warming up stuff in microwave in dining area. If you are rough around the edges, and need a room for a couple days, hell yeah stay here! CVS across street, In n Out down the road. It’s awesome. Oh, I still wouldn’t advise walking streets at night, it is Inglewood.

The room was 323 and it was at the last floor of the building. The room was incredible. The service at the counter was good and the explain everything.

This place! Was discussting not only was the room not clean! But there were Mice in the room and when we went to report it to the person in charge for the night! He said there was nothing he can do! He proceeded to say we can leave but he would refund us our money! And refused to come in the room because he said we were lying we than showed him several videos of the running around the room! And he said why were taking videos! We told him for proof he than said he was allergic to so we would have to wait until the morning! To speak to a manager! And it was up to him to refund us our money! We went the next day! To get our refund and the manager was again not there the employees! Thought it was funny! When we told them so we got into a bad g argument we’re they refused to take responsibility! All I can say is worse experience ever! I would not recommend anyone to stay there!

The Motel is very convenient to LAX and there are enough covered parking spots inside of the property. The room is very spacious, updated, comfortable and clean. I was pleasantly surprised for the price, or even for a higher price.

The rooms are fine, but the amenities are non existent and the neighborhood is ghetto trash. There isn't a "do not disturb" placard to put on your door, so house keeping is coming in whether you want them to or not. They spray a heavy cologne after making up the room. There isn't any sound proofing, so I had to listen to people party until 2am on a Tuesday evening. No one seemed to care. If you're on a business trip, DO NOT stay here. If you're a crack head looking for a place to hide, enjoy.

Room and breakfast correct, the minimum comfort is there, and perfectly fits the hotel of this range. Very large bed, comfortable. Clean room and presence of a small fridge without the room.

Cool layout. Nice big rooms. Water pressure in the shower is amazing. Quiet and not seedy at all. I had a visitor get turned away by hotel staff who told them no visitors allowed.

The location plus is that it's close to the airport, that's it. I didn't feel safe to walk anywhere near the hotel. The room looked nice. The pillows were awesome but the mattress was bulky and not comfortable at all. I only got maybe an hour sleep throughout the night. They put a $100 hold on your credit card for some reason and who knows how long it's going to take to get that money released back into my account. Being a more reasonably priced place, most people who stay there probably can't afford that money being put on hold. I know I can't. So, beware of that if you decide to stay with this hotel.

Clean, close to the airport good value.

The worst stay I have ever experienced. My husband and booked 2 nights and both nights there was a party in one of the rooms. From 5pm til 2 am they had loud music bumping as loud as can be. They were running around and screaming. I called front desk to see if they could get it under control and nothing was done. You were awaken at 6am with the loud music! I called front desk again and he said we should just check out! Front desk was beyond rude! Do not waste your money here!

Do not ever stay here it filthy. We had to make a quick trip, asked for a refund but he didn’t want to so we called the hotel app and was thankfully able to get the refund back. Done ever stay here.

Rooms were clean and modern. I felt safe being there, no disgusting crowd of crackheads around or anything. Staff was courteous and professional. For the price range, it's one of the best options in the LAX area. Would definitely stay again.

Checking in / out was easy which is why I gave it two stars but I would definitely not recommend staying here. This is one of those instances where you actually got what you paid for. The room I stayed in smelled like smoke when I specifically paid for a smoke free room. It was not cleaned, there were splotches all over the walls, the floor was sticky and dirty, the outter bed blanket had dried food stains and weird looking spots on it and the sheets underneath and brown spots all over it. The drawers had a god awful smell when you opened so I did not put anything in them, we only had two hangers to hang clothes, an iron bird but no iron. The bathroom was about the cleanest thing in the room but even it had some stains on the walls and door. The ambiance of this place screamed ghetto and the staff there proved it. There was several guys hanging out in the room next to mine talking loud and clearly not working. Every time I would visit my friend who was the next room over one of them would ask me how I’m doing. About the fourth time of me existing the room an employee asked if I drink or smoke weed! Who does that?! Between that incident and the random ratchet chick with a bad weave and raggedy dress walking the second floor incessantly I just wanted to leave but we secured our stuff in our car and left for the evening to enjoy the event we came for. Avoid this place… the photos of the rooms are nice but it’s an illusion.

Horrible. Room was dirty, looks to be vomit on the wall behind the toilet. End tables have sticky stuff on them. Room phone isn't working and the TV has no signal staff wasn't very helpful. Rude night clerk. Didn't even offer to have someone clean the room after telling them about it's condition. No smoking room smells like cigarettes as well. Highly unsatisfied.

The room was decent, however, the staff was very unfriendly and rude. The Wi-Fi connection was very poor and the television barely played the channels clearly.

Very good hotel for the price! Bed was clean, no bugs! Room was clean. Kinda bare but hey what do you really need? We had a fridge and a TV. Side tables and a desk. Parking garage is on first level you can see ur car from ur room. It was well lit up at night. The guy at the front deck was friendly. And they provided a simple breakfast. I would definently stay here again. My only complaint would be the front office has a very strong fragrance. Like an oil or something. I did not care for it's over powering smell. But thats just a personal prefrance.

Charged me almost double once I got here, even though I booked online and had a receipt. The room is dirty, and reeks of smoke despite being a non smoking room. Theres visible dirt on the sheets, and the guy at the desk was far from kind, much less accommodating. The blinds on my window are broken, and face a hallway. This place is not worth your time in any way.

I would give 0 stars if there is any… horrible horrible horrible… very mean manner, the front desk can't even understand English… they only care about money and showed no respect, only staying here for one night.

The hotel is in great proximity to the airport. Though the area isn't great the hotel feels extremely safe and is very well lit up at night. The rooms are simple and has all of your need for a hotel room. The breakfast is again simple but it was a very good start to the day with waffles, cereal, toast and coffee. The hotel is great value and I would stay again.

My boyfriend and I arrived from Winnipeg (that's Canada for those who don't know). The family that works here is fantastic, great customer service, very polite and attentive. The rooms are clean, updated and serve more than the purpose they were meant to. Great price, good location (close to Venice Beach). We have had a few stop offs on the way here and non were comparable. They offer breakfast on top of it all… and coffe/tea all night long! Great hotel!

This hotel is the worst ever. DON'T EVER STAY HERE, I REPEAT NEVERRRR! There security is terrible and very unprofessional. If I could give 0 stars I would because it totally deserves it! We left our bags with them and when we came back to Los Angeles we found out that one of their guests stole our bags and damaged everything in it! The hotel staff let the thief (Fat Ugly Make up Mexican Woman with rude kids) inside the room with everyone's bags and she took ours too. The manager didn't care about what happened and our flight was the same night! They also didn't do anything to the thief and still let her stay in her freaking room. We only found half of our stuff and my sister was so upset! Police didn't help at all! Will NEVER stay again!

This place is clean, safe, and the staff were very exceptional! I'm coming back ifv8m in this area again. I slept like a rock too! Just come here if you need a nice safe place to sleep.

This place is amazing! After coming in at 3am on a Saturday when after calling multiple hotels that blew me off and treated me like crap, this Inn came to my rescue! The staff here is wonderful and very accommodating. They even upgraded our two rooms with no extra charge! The manager is very wonderful and really helped us out! Marina, on cleaning staff is very sweet and gave us extra towels and anything we needed. This place is very clean and updated! No carpet which makes it even better! AC worked very well and no problems feeling comfortable. It looks like they are doing some construction as well which is a good sign that they are keeping up with updates! Please don't judge a book by its cover!

Hotel is nicely renovated. Staff was friendly. Great places to eat, and a convenient store near by. Overall I was surprisingly satisfied with my stay.

Please don't book here! There are better places and affordable in Hollywood. Inglewood is very dangerous, when we get there they have killed somebody just around the corner. It was full of police.

Please do not book room in this Hotel. When I enter the room, some weird smell was there and the blankets had holes on them with some blood stain. I immediately left the room and ask for the refund, but instead the manager starting acting rude. I told him to enjoy my 100 dollars and I left. I had to look for another hotel late night. Horrible experience! who ever gave the good review for this hotel, they must be their friends or relatives. I would not even stay in this hotel for free… they are not even worth 1 star…

I am trying contact a Code enforcement of some kind. A hotel under this much construction seriously needs to consider CLOSING. Especially if there aren't working smoke detectors! As soon as my husband realized that his room didn't have a working smoke detector he went to the front desk to see why and on his way down in the elevator doors OPENED WHILE THE ELEVATOR WAS MOVING! Once he was at the front desk he tried to get a room with a working smoke detector and they said they didn't have any available rooms with working smoke detectors. I can't believe no one has reported these people. What if a fire sparks in that "construction zone" in the middle of the night while guests are sleeping? How are they going to know? The'll probably die from smoke inhalation and or carbon dioxide poisoning in their sleep… This place needs to be SHUT DOWN!

I would not use the words "nice" or "enjoyable" to describe my stay here. Based on some of the other reviews it sounds like they've been renovating and I'm pretty sure I was in one of the recently renovated rooms. The room itself was neat and tidy, but there was a mysterious long hair on the wall of the shower. The linens appeared clean. We had no trouble with bugs of any kind. The walls were bare, which isn't terrible, just makes it feel creepier. The beds looked about as old as I am and weren't too comfortable. The area is sketchy and the service is rude. But for the relative price compared to other places I can't really complain. If you stay here don't expect quality, just a general shabbiness that corresponds to the price you paid.

I would not rate it even a single star. Horrible experience. They are also master cheaters. When u check-in they will say you reservation is cancelled as your card did not go through. Now u have to pay higher. Use the same card it will work now. Filthy Env with dirty linens, carpet and pathetic bathrooms. Don't book it even to pee.

My wife, my 9 month old and myself arrived a bit early, the manager was very nice and allowed us to check in a little early. They were doing some renovations so it was a bit noisy. Room 201 was surprisingly clean, the TV was a little outdated but for a one night stay overall it was good.

The rooms look NOTHING like the pictures advertised online. There was mold growing in the shower drain, holes in the walls, the blankets looked disgusting and ripped, all of the wood had chips in it. I didn't even sit down, we walked in, and right back down to the front desk. Then the guy at the front desk tried to tell us that we were wrong. The room looked a lot nicer online than it actually was. We ended up paying more to go stay somewhere a lot nicer. Never again.

HORRIBLE experience. We got there and immediately noticed bums and crack heads hanging out outside the hotel. We checked in and the front desk was very rude, he did not say hi or welcome it was obvious he only cared about our money. We made the terrible mistake to walk and grab something to eat, and I'm honestly surprised we did not get mugged or killed. Horrible area. At the time of entering the hotel we get an instant smell of marijuana, and the showers had roaches and spiders. Disgusting. Do not bring your kids here. We stayed there for about an hour and we couldn't stand the filth. The guy at the front desk didn't even hesitate to ask why, he said ok bye. lol. Horrible time.

Price match here. The room is spacious and the bathroom in good condition. We have booked the same day and paid only $73 incl. Tax.
Compared to the hovel apart from to (Royal century) express definitely Hollywood Inn is preferable.

The promised breakfast is not just fiction, as is usually the case, its just not. A selection of coffee and bread. Enjoy.

If your able to pay some more money, please do not even think about to stay here. We booked a room for two nights, with two beds. They arranged us a room with one bed and one sofa bed which was broken. My wifes mom broke through the sofa and had a bad back afterwards. The manager promised to refund one of the nights, because of that. Not sure if he is really going to do that. The area where the motel is located is really scary. Btw: LA is a place to visit, not to stay.

Made reservations, and specifically told them we'd have a late check-in around 11 or midnight. We arrived and the office was locked, there was no sign saying the attendant stepped out, and there was no response from ringing the door bell or knocking. I flagged down a security guard doing his routine patrol and he searched the premises for the attendant with no luck and called into his head quarters to notify the owner. After 45 minutes I called some other hotels and we left. I guess the upside of this is so far it doesn't look like they charged me for the room.

My wife and I spent 4 nights there july 12th — — — 16th we really enjoyed being there. Good service, clean and they was very kind and sweet. Also we was given very good rates.

Filthy and dilapidated. Bums on the street attempting to check in. Booked 5 nights buy stayed only 1, front desk didn't ask why. They already had my money. No place for a family to stay, especially with children.
