It was clean they were all friendly good customer service bathrooms were so nice Wi-Fi works well has cable food places everywhere.

A nice motel in a not so nice neighborhood. While, the outside not impress terribly, the rooms are very clean and well maintained. The staff are super friendly and helpful as well. Parking lot is nice and gives some sense of security that the surroundings lack. Despite being a motel, its actually better than many LA hotels Ive stayed at.

Friendly staff and free parking the rooms are quit okay compared to the price recommended for budget stay.

I had to get a motel quick because I had a family emergency and needed to visit for a funeral, I was suppose to stay there for 3 days. Unfortunately, my son had caught a fever. So I had to cut it short. They don’t do refunds which is understandable. I’m not going to lie the area is quite sketchy. The parking is perfect you can see your car so I wasn’t to worried. It’s your ordinary motel. The bathroom is a nice upgrade. The thing that makes this place a gem is the people that own the motel are sweethearts. They really do try their best to make this motel safe and comfortable. The only thing that made me knock down a star is that the carpet in my room was dirty and made my son’s and I feet dirty. We wore our shoes which is kind of gross. Overall okay stay.

Great managers Small time operation, but they definitely take care of the guests. The manager, Rick, takes care of your needs and makes sure your stay is to your satisfaction. The location is close downtown and Hollywood. Would recommend the place to anyone who doesn't want to pay a ton of money on the same kind of hotel room.

The bed was okay but the bathroom was nasty. The bathroom smelled like a port a patty! There was also graffiti on the walls. It is so getto that you don't get a key to the room! The office people buzz you in to your room and that's how you get in. Parking lot was well lit probably the best feature here.

This is a true MOtel. Room had not been updated in decades. Had a verh strong smoke smell too, just wasnt confortable. I wanted tosave money, took my chances and wont do again.

The hotel was great for the price. It was a cozy and clean room, and it seems secure. Water in the shower heats up nice and fast. Bed was comfy. Bring your own towels because theirs are fairly small. And you also need to bring your own shampoo, conditioner, and blow dryer. The area seems a little sketchy but the hotel is very safe. I definitely recommend the parlor motel. It was a nice stay and at a great price.

Gave me a great rate for a few days. Good security for the neighborhood. Staff was really friendly. Rooms are clean, bed was fairly new. Good place for the price and location. I'll stay again.
