otherwise it was a nice hotel.

Easy check in. Very clean and comfortable room. Helpful and friendly staff.

Clean and most important my wife loved it. Pool water was warm so anyone can enjoy it during night time.

The location of the property is great, close to shopping/ eating places and even there was a Costco just next to it. The staffs were great. They were very helpful, prompt at service with a smile. The room size was decent and beds were comfortable. The Breakfast served was standard. Breads/ muffin/ waffle/ milk 7 cereal/Scrambled egg/ choice of fruits and yogurt. The breakfast area could get crowded at times. I liked the lobby area with highchairs. We found the internet (free for Hilton Honors) was extremely slow! There were two issues with the room (#412), the themostat did not work well, so the room was either very warm or very cold. We also discovered that the curtain does not close completely because of the AC is located just below the window. I did not bother to inform the staff as we discovered these issues close to midnight and we planned to stay for the only night.

This is a great place to stay! The staff was warm and welcoming when we walked in and Everytime after. The rooms were kept in top shape and we're very spacious. The out door pool and indoor gym were both well maintened. They even offer a small bag of water and chips to make your stay easier. Plus a check out gift bag to make the car ride back tolerable!

Very nice, especially the breakfast. The drawback is the closest walk to restaurant is a Hooters… I'm not anti Hooters for me and sports on TV and of course the girls are pretty and sexy but really the 80s called and they want their Hooters back. The food is not very good either, like really bad sometimes BUT this is about Hampton Inn and it really is a nice place. I see room to build commercial property nearby so I hope it includes some of what Sonoma County is known for good food and great wines.

Visit the area quarterly to volunteer at Canine Companions for Independence campus for several days. For years we stayed at one of the other local motels but the quality continued to decrease and the price increased. We decided to try the Hampton Inn and have been completely satisfied. From Aaron and the rest of the front desk staff to Lindsay extending their corporate rate for us, the friendliest is 1st class. We enjoy the large rooms, the complete breakfast that changes every day and the comfortable beds. We have definitely found our "home away from home "!

Great customer service! Aurora at the desk was awesome, even bringing us a fresh baked cookie for a nightcap! Room is large and very clean. Great value.

Bed is comfortable, service is good, and location was great for my long term stay. Lots of restaurants, shops, and theater close by. Older hotel that has been remodeled and it shows some. Internet works well with a laptop and Ethernet but the Wi-Fi is on the poor side. Had my own portable router so not a real issue. The walls are a little thin but it wasn't an issue for me…

This place is great. I am here for several months and thanks to Ginelle whom went out of her way to make sure I will was comfortable. After a long day my ankles swelled she went out of her way to find me a Chase longe to put the up and put me into a suite. Awesome lady takes care of you like family. Enjoying my stay Cheryl.

This place is great! We will definitely be coming back. The rooms are spacious and clean. Nicely stocked with extra towels, soaps, earplugs, coffee, mini fridge, microwave and coffee pot. The bed was comfy. Shower pressure was great. The hotel itself was nice and clean. Complementary water, coffee and fruit at all hours. They also have a snack room at the front desk with a variety of options a little on the pricey side, but again open all hours so you're really just paying for the convenience. There complementary breakfast in the morning is like none I've ever had at a hotel before. Great options to choose from and they keep it very well stocked until breakfast hours are completely over. It was too cold to go out and visit the pool but I did notice they had one, also a 24hr gym. They also offer laundry service.

My experience at Hampton Inn Rohnert Park has been wonderful. The staff is excellent, the breakfast is awesome and Aurora puts a special charm on everyone entering the hotel.

I love the Hampton Inn when we travel to Rohnert Park. Always clean, friendly and breakfast in the morning is always a plus. There is no microwave in the room, but a small frig. Close to stores, casino, fast food, restaurants. There is a small gym.

Clean nice rooms. Good breakfast and good location. They bake fresh cookies ever night!

We were given a room at the Hampton after our original room at the DoubleTree was overbooked. While it was certainly a downgrade, the overall experience was above expectations. The lobby and rooms were modest and clean. The service was quick and precise. And the breakfast, though simple, was well-prepared and plentiful, and extends for a full 4 hours. This location will be great for a quick stop during your travels.

Nice people. Good food. Comfortable beds. I had a great stay. I look forward to my next stay there.

You know, the hotel is nice and it certainly took care of us while we were evacuated from our home during the Santa Rosa Wild Fires, but… like a lot of places, $300.00+per night was a bit steep and we felt we were gouged a bit because of the wild fires. Otherwise quite nice and hey gave you a full breakfast each morning.

The staff were polite & friendly and went out of their way to help anyone. Great enviroment and very nice rooms.

This is a nice Hampton Inn. Older rooms but very nice. The staff is amazing. They even went out and bought us something we needed for the room because my mother was handicap. Great service. Quiet.

My room was located on the first floor and was really nice! It was just me and one other guest and the room was bigger than what we had hoped for! The bed was very big and comfy as well! The room was very clean and bathroom was large and clean too! Overall I had a great time staying at the Hampton inn and would very much recommend it to anyone who is looking for a great hotel experience!

In time of crisis Hanpton inn turned mw away during the aonoma county wild fires. Their quote ' "we dont participate. ' Wirh fema. Is qhat thwy mean.

It's starts with the little things. Being polite. Everyone is hospitable. The rooms are ok. No fridge. No safe. But overall I would stay here again.

Attractive pricing. Convenient location near 101. Free breakfast. 4.25 stars.

Front desk arrogant. Carpet in my room soaking wet, making shoes and feet so wet that walking into the bathroom was an extremely slipping Hazzard. My request for a room change met with much resistance. I had to become combative to make it so. Not acceptable.

Clean rooms and decent breakfast. Definitely one of the best places to stay in Rhonert Park. Great values for the money.

The staff was nice, but at $381 per night for a King room I expect more than a room with just the basics. The room's bed was not completely finished, someone left toilet paper in the toilet, there is no small fridge nor microwave, no balcony, and outdated phone and furniture. There is a nice LG flatscreen TV and granite countertops in the bathroom. The shower doors are old and so is the inside of the shower. Again, with what I paid for I expected a lot more.

Only 4 stars because breakfast fruit was bad but they make fresh warm cookies for guest and their rooms are Clean! Also check in was a breeze. Very relaxed atmosphere… tip… ask for a room away from kids.

Came down to see my father who was visiting from Florida room was almost like a mini Suite king size bed great comfort huge restroom shower area completely spotless service was perfect!

The staff is very friendly. We have stayed here in the past and the quality has not declined with time. Next time we are in the area we plan to stay again. Clean as well.

We stay here every time we are in the area and we love it. Conveniently located to breweries in the area and friendly staff. Some noise but no more than any other hotel in my opinion.

Greeted kindly and check in was a breeze. We had just come from a flea bag hotel and we were in shock mood due to it and the gentleman behind the desk was so sympathetic and cared for us extra nice. We will definitely be back as we travel this way 2 times a year. Everything was the best!

This hotel is very nice. We've stayed here many times while visiting family locally. The room I was given was nice, very clean. My only disappointment was with the front desk attendant when checking out. I had inquired when checking in the prior night about extending 2ectra days, I was told to ask in the morning. When I asked the next morning I was told that there were none available. I asked about a wait list or if they could contact me if there was a cancellation, the attendant rudely snapped at me, assuring that I would not want to come back.

That's a best choice! I'm so happy to stay yhis hotel. Good room condition and very nice staff! I'll visit in this hotel if I have a chance!

Rooms were clean, surprisingly nice breakfast, nice pool area.

The location was a little hard to find if you aren't watching carefully. The facilities were clean and updated with comfortable beds and nicely sized spaces. The TV was surprisingly tiny. Breakfast was as expected, nothing great, nothing terrible.

Friendly staff and great selection for breakfast. The room has no real deficiencies. The bathroom doesn't have a fan which is odd.

Nice and clean hotel. However, be aware that the "suites" are the fake kind that don't actually have a separate (bed) room as the name would suggest. Also the breakfast is weak with disposable plates and a one of those completely uninspired chain hotel breakfast buffets. Unexpectedly strong coffee, though, and a selection of teas available (more variety upon request).

First room was bad stained and dirty switched floors and rooms and all was better but still not up to what we have expected from this location.

It was clean, neat and has a good time there, I would go back there anytime.

I didn't stay here but I visited someone who did. And it was nice. Always has coffee and tea available in the lobby. Rooms are nice and clean.

Terrible service in every way possible.

I wish we had read the reviews before we decided to stay at this hotel. The walls were paper thin and with TVs on in the rooms on either side of us, we couldn't get to sleep until they finally turned them off after 10:30 pm. We called the front desk and asked that they call the rooms beside us and it could be that the TV was turned down a little but it made very little difference. We called again and asked to have someone come up and listen but the young woman at the front desk said she had no one available. We certainly wouldn't stay there again.

Impossible to sleep with paper-thin walls. Hwy traffic noise also pretty loud.

The hotel turns the bathroom fans off. If you shower, the room gets very humid.

As an Hhonors gold member I've stayed at a lot of Hampton Inns, this one is not the best. The property is clean and new but. You don't gain points by having the front door blocked by smokers and the trash can full of empty Natty Light and Mike's Hard Lemonade cans 2 night's in a row, or having the front desk clerk being hit on by some guy as guests walk in. I'm no prude but I don't expect this at a property like a Hampton. The breakfast was also limited although the server did her best to keep all the food available and the serving area clean, just 2 hot items available.

I'm surprised to read several negative reviews of this hotel. We (three couples, in three separate rooms) stayed here for three nights (August 10-13, 2011) and none of us had any problems. Our rooms were fine, I experienced no excessive noise, and the staff were helpful and courteous, recommending restaurants and routes to get around. The rooms, pool, grounds were clean and well kept. My only complaint was that the (free) breakfast could have been better; the scrambled eggs were probably powdered and they ran out of (real) hard-boiled eggs very quickly (without making more when I asked for them). But the ability to make fresh waffles with fruit on top made up for the eggs. It's convenient to many Sonoma Valley wineries and it's not that far a ride to Napa Valley. You'll pay a lot more for a similar hotel in Napa; believe me, I checked. I think this hotel and amenities were a fair deal at the AARP price we paid in August.
