Clean, friendly, best breakfast egg omelette I have had traveling up and down the coast over the last 2 weeks. This is the only 5 star review I have given. The others were not worth even eating. This was nice way to end a trip with a good night's rest.

We stayed in a second floor room. It was quiet, even though planes flew over constantly. We purposely chose to be close to the airport, so that was expected. The breakfast was good, still plenty of options at 9. Our room was larger than expected: it had the two beds separated from the kitchenette and lounge area, which was nice since we had an infant with us, but no door to close in between those spaces. We appreciated our stay.

Service has been great during my stay and the hotel looks and feels clean. The only thing this hotel was missing was a on site laundry room. Other than that it also has great places to eat nearby.

Fast checkin and checkout. Clean rooms and good housekeeping. Hot breakfast was good. They also had the evening reception for Hilton members.

I definitely enjoyed my stay! Friendly staff, big clean rooms. Hot breakfast to start my mornings. Couldn't ask for more! Thanks Hampton Inn.

Suite was nice, wheelchair accessible. Hard to reach the toilet paper. Bed was too soft. Remotes were by the wrong TVs. The only in room coffee was decaf. Won't be back.

Great stay. Clean, big room. Easy to get in and out of. Friendly staff. Decent gym with free weights, a decent cable machine and plenty of Cardio equip.

Comfy, good gym. Nice employees. Guy above me sounded like he was moving furniture around, but was q nice stay.

Com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around… The nicest (upscale) Hampton Inn I have been to (I am a Hilton Diamond and have stayed at many). They even have a reception (similar to Embassy Suites) on weekday evenings.

Very clean hotel, unfortunately the view from the window Direk to a rubbish dump and junkyard not necessarily the fine California.

This is a very nice hotel, I was very impressed. The rooms are spacious, modern and nicely decorated. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, they have a really nice Hhonors reception, and it's a good location for southern San Jose. My only complaint is that the walls were a little thin, but it wasn't an issue during my stay.

Not bad. The rooms are decent but possibly too spacious. It probably used to be a suite and has been converted into a single room. Placement of the TV was in front of the bed so watching it from the couch on the other side of the room was a bit weird. Walls seem a bit thin but it was quiet nonetheless. Smoking rooms were in a different building so that was quite nice.

It was a very nice hotel, with food nice. As all Hamptons. The only problem I had was with the bathroom, it didn't lock. It is located near some restaurants and is in a nice location.

Rooms were clean and the outlets worked which is sometimes more than one can all for. Rates are reasonable and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Would recommend!

My family and I were very pleased with our accommodations at Hampton Inn & Suites. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The provided breakfast was satisfying and delicious. Staff at the front desk were friendly and attentive. The few minor issues we had were immediately dealt with. We would definitely recommend this hotel to friends & family, and will almost certainly return ourselves.

I was concerned staying here because I saw this place average score was not that high. The place was clean, attentive staff, always had all my toiletries. This place didn’t fail on any level!

Lovely place to stay. The staff are courteous and friendly. Bedroom was clean and wide. I personally enjoyed their fitness center.

Hotel is in a not so desirable area. Seems sketchy as there was a makeshift tent and obvious homeless camp next door. Hotel staff was very nice, apologetic and assured me my car would be ok. My room was very clean and the bathroom was spotless. Bed was comfortable and the room was spacious. Big downer was hotel is in flight path of landing planes which was annoying. All in all a nice hotel but will not stay again due to landing plane noise and location.

The suite was really nice and spacious. The breakfast was also great. The pool is definitely lacking just because it is so small and doesn't have a hot tub, but other than that, I'd recommend this place.

This hotel stay was amazing! The staff were amazing and accomodating. Check-in was great because I was able to do it on their website prior to arriving. Breakfast was great and the room was extremely spacious. I will be making sure that all of my hotel stays will be with Hampton Inn & Suites.

The location was a little difficult to find, and the layout of the hotel is a little odd, what with there being separate, unconnected buildings on the same plot of land. I didn't have much interaction with hotel staff, but they seemed helpful enough. The conference room I booked was left pretty dirty from the last group's usage. Candy wrappers, various sheets of paper left around the room, pizza boxes left on the counters. This could be understandable if I was there later in the day perhaps immediately after someone else used the room, but this was at 9 am. It's hard for me to believe that the staff didn't have any opportunity to clean it up before I arrived. Otherwise, it was a pretty okay for being the hotel that it is.

If anyone is looking for a great deal on hotels you can check it out on HotelRaven. Com Booked a room on here and they had the cheapest rates around… The receptionist was great when we entered. The room was spacious and beds were comfortable. There is a complimentary breakfast that includes omelettes, waffles, eggs, fruit and coffee. The breakfast was great and everything was delicious. I believe check out was at 12 which is better than most places. Definitely coming back here when were visiting family again. Would recommend it to people.

They recognized me from previous stays and gavegave me the room I like. There is an evening manager hosted food and beverage time with great food. Great staff.

As a Hilton Honors member this was my first stay at a Hampton Inn and Suites. I was pleasantly surprised. This hotel was clean, the staff was very helpful, my stay included a free breakfast, and many useful ammenties were included. Because of my stay here I will most likely consider the Hampton brand for stays in other locations.

Clean. Helpful desk assistant named Vi who assisted us when the reservation cardholder had not yet arrived. Showerhead was very comfortable and there are some nice design choices with the rooms (especially the bathroom). Toilets drained a bit slow and we didn't get a double queen (instead a king + couch pull out) but it worked out.

Great hotel if the location works for you. Traffic can be a bear if coming through downtown. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Managers reception on the nights I am there. Would recommend.

I enjoyed my stay in San Jose with a big help from Hampton Inn Suites. Friendly and helpful staff members and clean rooms made everything smooth. I especially enjoyed breakfast; it has a good variety of choices and it's complimentary too! Overall, next time I will be in San Jose, I will be sure to stay here again.

Affordable and luxurious! First time in 15 years since visiting San Jose, California. Couldn’t decide on what hotel to stay at. Very glad that my wife and I chose The Hampton Inn & Suites San Jose. This hotel had exceptional service from time of check-in to check-out. The Staff working behind the counter were terrific. The room was in excellent condition and reminded me of staying at home. Housekeeping looked after everything and provided enough towels. The pool was great! Anywhere you sat was very relaxing. The rooms were well appointed and in good condition, the beds very comfortable. Very modern, good sized room, well fitted out, good nearby restaurants, and a very good gym and swimming pool. Will definitely return! Thank you Hampton Inn & Suites San Jose for the amazing service and memorable trip.

Great hotel! Staff was very friendly and attentive. Great free breakfast. Rooms are very clean and spacious. Beds and pillows are very comfortable and inviting.

Wonderful jewel we found at the last minute in San Jose! Close to restaurants and major freeways. The rooms were clean, spacious and this aunt felt safe with my two young nieces. The front desk was helpful with directions and other supplies we needed. Breakfast in the morning included everything and was clean and presentable! I will definitely keep this hotel on my favorite list for future use.

Excellent hotel! Stayed there over Christmas and had a wonderful time! =) We've found a new hotel to stay at while we're in San Jose.

What a lovely stay I've had at the Hampton Inn San Jose. They have hot coffee 24/7 downstairs, fresh cookies at night, and a wonderfully healthy breakfast buffet (scrambled eggs, fresh fruit salad) as well as sinful pastry if you wish. The treadmill worked well, quite substantial. The air conditioning was cold, and the room clean. All of the staff was friendly and pleasant. Very nice stay indeed. Would recommend and come back.

Stayed at the Hampton Inn — San Jose — for one night. The hotel was very nice — room was large and clean (king bed/sofa). One of the nicest rooms we've had. The desk staff (Kevin) was very pleasant and helpful with finding a restaurant. Breakfast was very nice — lots of choices and well stocked right up until the 10am closing time. Close to a large shopping area with restaurants. The view isn't great — but we weren't spending time looking out the window.
