Awesome hotel! place to stay in Cupertino.

Everything was grate! Just do not order pizza from round table pizza
that was the worst pizza I’ve ever eaten in my life. And it took them over two hours to bring it to us and they were less than a mile down the street.

Loved happy hour, delicious breakfast and beautiful patio area. Best of all, our Jack Russell was welcome.

Top quality location. Lovely Continental breakfast buffet with omelet bar. Decent selection during happy hour. Room was comfortable and had a great view of the courtyard/pool area.

The rooms are quite big, but the walls are so thin I can hear all the movement outside. It feels like the windows are open even when they're not. The breakfast is pretty decent.

I stayed here for a business trip and was very happy with the experience. Good room, I had 2 TVs so I could watch 2 shows at once :'). Room service was great, I felt like a VIP when my dinner of chocolate lava cake and ice cream (yummy! ) was brought to my room. A big plus for me was that the internet actually worked good for me. I was able to do online gaming without lag on my laptop I brought on the trip, and watched lots of YouTube videos.

Goods: Nice big clean rooms. Free breakfast that’s actually delicious. Friendly staff. Bads: Water pressure on shower head is terrible. It took me almost an hour to shower. I’m bald by the way! AC in room is loud. Walls are thin. I could hear the TV next door all night. Overall not bad for the price.

Stayed there for three weeks and enjoyed the overall experience. The staff is really helpful and prompt. I forgot to take the I'll and they quickly sent it over email. The breakfast spread is limited but good. Live egg counter is excellent and out get to customize as per your preference. The evening happy hour for the guests means free drinks and snacks. Which is great when you get back from work.

Rooms and decor are a bit old. One of the taps didn't work. Main door has an air gap. The soap leaves a weird film. That said, fantastic breakfast and happy hour. Rooms are clean and comfortable.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very spacious, comfortable, and clean. The complimentary happy hour is a great touch!

Rooms are huge and comfortable. Staff is very accommodating. Nice swimming pools and inner courtyard to relax in. Continental breakfast is on point.

Rooms themselves were spacious and beautiful with clean and nice bathrooms. However, the room service was overpriced and the quality was pretty terrible. Halibut was dry and bland, and lava cake was just a regular brownie… neither of the dishes were hot or warm at all.

Horrible customer service, very rude and uncaring. My family and I have been staying here for years, very loyal customers and they treated us like criminals all because my husband got his wallet stolen and had no driver's license. We called to confirm our reservation the day of as we were leaving the house and as soon as they heard he had no license they immediately cancelled our reservation that we had booked weeks in advance and already paid for. We had several others forms of ID but the manager wouldn't even listen to my husband or let him talk, just left me my husband and our 2 kids out on the street. It was a very important and special day for our family and we needed that room. They didn't care one bit and never tried to resolve the situation. Even when my husband emailed the General manager Claudio Bono and asked him to call us he just immediately told us he already knows what happened and that he trusts his team and said that by law they can't check anyone in without any ID, which we had several forms of. He didn't even ask us what happened. Very disappointed in the customer service skills and the integrity of the management. They really hurt my family and refused to acknowledge it and actually lied saying that my husband did things that he didn't do. It makes me sick. You shouldn't be in management or have anything to do with dealing with people I'm ashamed there is even people like you in this world.

Really good hotel. Great decor and atmosphere. Jumped out of the Airbnb immediately when I saw this hotel. Nice breakfast. Slippers needed.

It was a nice hotel. The complimentary breakfast was good as is the happy hour. My main complaint is of you get a room near the fountain it can be a tad bit noisy (they turn the fountain off during sleeping hours).

Great place to stay. Near highway 280 with easy access on and off. Breakfast was nice with lots of choices. They have nice large rooms but need more outlets to charge phones. There is a lounge and room service but loads of resturants close by to choose from.

Nice hotel for business trips. Nice room, excellent bed, bathroom and safe parking. Near everything. However, an opportunity for the hotel: In cold mornings, please don't serve the breakfast outside. Is not a good idea.

Good location in Cupertino. The breakfast is very extensive and the staff friendly. The rooms are very large and spacious.

Thanks hotel is cozy and surprisingly nice. The staff is courteous and the rooms are clan and spacious. The location is close too many food and shopping spots, making any last minute needs easy to acquire. So far, my experience has been pleasant.

I was very impressed with this hotel. It was nicer then I thought it would be. Large rooms. Large tall mirror. Comfy beds. But the shower pressure was very low, maybe it was the shower head. I would stay here again if my budget allows.

Rooms were very comfortable but the pillows were a bit flat. The breakfast was amazing with lots of options and an omelette bar. Complimentary happy hour every night at 5pm.

Spacious and clean rooms. Varied Buffet, free and of good quality. Swimming pool and heated jacuzzi. Free Parking too. We quickly got the room. In general it was good, I recommend.

Very comfy hotel, well situated and excellent option to stay for a night or two. Breakfast was very good and overall the condition of the Hotel was excellent. Walking distance to a shopping strip and Rooms are spacious and staff is very friendly.

Amazing location, very easy access to San Francisco downtown, Stanford, Apple hq and Google hq. The breakfast is grand with a lot of options. It is mainly a business hotel but has all family friendly facilities.

A tad dated but clean and comfortable. The staff was nice however must have missed the hospitality training. Corporate favorite. The breakfast bar is enjoyable although lacking in presentation.

Cupertino Hotel is hit-and-miss. The elevators and hallways are old with flickering lights, but the rooms look really nice. Unfortunately, the bathrooms have a problem where the shower flow rate is so low it's hard to use, whereas the sink will splash you with pressure or scald you (the hot water literally steams when it pours out). If you have trouble getting the A/C unit to turn on, instead use the wall temperature control. I couldn't figure out a way to keep the fan on all night, which would have helped with the noise of the highway you can hear through the window!

I’ve enjoyed my stay at the Cupertino Hotel. It’s right by both Apple campuses and in walking distance of a lot of good stores and restaurants. The rooms are a good size and comfortable. What I might describe as faux nice. The carpets could be a little cleaner around the edges, and the bathroom sink could use some refinishing, but otherwise it’s quite livable. The staff are friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfast is great, as well as the complementary happy hour. Great outdoor space with a fountain, some pools and lots of outdoor seating. Fast and reliable Wi-Fi (as you might expect from a hotel in the heart of Silicon Valley). Not beyond my wildest dreams, but I would recommend it and stay here again.

A fantastic hotel with large rooms and lots of class. The hotel also has a fantastic breakfast buffet with a great selection. My only complaint is that there is not easy access to outlets net to the bed so that I could charge my phone at night. Other than that minor complaint it was a great experience.

The Cupertino Hotel is a very unique hotel. The rooms are all on the perimeter of a courtyard containing many trees and plants along with a pool. The rooms are very nice as well. The only complaint I have is that the rooms seem to be lacking insulation as noises outside of your room are very easy to hear and do not seem to be muffled at all. Otherwise a great experience!

Old hotel that has been remodeled. Some rooms are better than others. Our first room had an A/C unit that sounded like a bomb went off every hour or so. The second room was much better. No gym onsite, but they partner with the YMCA, which is a 4 minute drive away. Free happy hour in the bar from 5pm-6pm. Great breakfast buffet. Beautiful pools.

Wonderful place where we stayed after seeing a summer concert at the Montalvo Arts Center. The rooms are large, clean, and nicely decorated. The best part is that the rooms all open up to the interior courtyard and pool with beautiful landscaping. The morning breakfast out there with the made to order omelets and other items was delicious. The pool was warm and the hot tub hot! Great place.

Best hotel for a hot Weekend. Free happy hour, free breakfast by the pool, free park and free internet. Room is huge with comfortable beds. Awesome weekend rate! Would definitely stay again.

Excellent facility, room was fantastic, staff was knowledgeable and friendly, Breakfast was included and was superb, location is great, no exercise area but the Cupertino Hotel has an agreement with the local YMCA less then a mile away, YMCA was equally impressive. I have stayed at literally hundreds of hotels this location is definitely in my top five. My only complaint is the booking paperwork indicated Cupertino Inn, I passed by the location 3 times looking for the Cupertino Inn, caveat it was almost midnight and I had travelled a great distance. Cupertino Inn is the Cupertino Hotel and I highly recommend it. .

Incredible. The service and the staff, the rooms and comfort, the pool and hot-tub, the kitchen and bar, the courtyard, cocktail hour, breakfast… all top-notch. I will be back; there's no doubt about that. Bravo and so many thanks for a truly wonderful weekend.

Nice hotel, friendly staff, they host some concerts which gives a friendly feeling. The breakfast was ok.

Food is excellent! Service is really good! Rick from the kitchen was really professional and accomodating. Will recommend this place for happy hour. I just wish there is a bar and flat screen TV at the patio.

Great hotel, amazing customer service, loved the happy hour (I think the bartender's name was Dave and he was the man! ). Will definitely be returning when I'm back in the bay.

I did not stay at this hotel, but I booked a room for a guest. When I made the original reservation, I was told that my credit card would be charged. However, my guest was charged upon arrival, and they had no record of my request. I submitted a credit card authorization form to reverse the charges after he arrived, but it went ignored, and my guest was charged again at departure. I never received an apology for the mishandling of this incident, and I will never be sending guests here again since Betty at the front desk and whoever is in the reservations department are incompetent. I would not recommend that anyone stay here.

Beautiful Inn with great hospitality. Rooms are nicely decorated, food options taste delicious! Plus there was a happy hour during which guests could have complimentary beer and wine. Overall, fantastic stay!
