Good retreat. Friendly helpful staff. Handy location. Nice views of hills. Close to airport. Shuttle bus. Great place.

Cheap, close to SF airport… mini-fridge does not work, most electrical outlets do not work or so worn out when you plug in phone charger, charger fall out… microwave does not work… some lights do not work (see electrical outlets). On the 4th floor, sometimes the elevator does not work. Shower was poor, very weak. Charge you $17 a Day to PARK! Outside on their property! No breakfast, no extra anything. Owned by the Holiday Inn next door.

Excellent service. The room lacks a lot but you get what you pay for.

100dls+. For an old. Dirty carpet. Noisy rooms. Freeway is right in front, I can hear it from any where. Old windows. Bad smell. I changed rooms twice and all are the same. San fran is very expensive and hotels too. I deserve more for my money update. 17 dls for parking! come on. They trying to make money from everything…

I rate it one because there is no zero. It is expensive, dirty, and very small room. I rented double bed but they refused to give me and we are in a tiny room for two people. The Wi-Fi also is not working. Very frustrating.

It's a little far from the airport and there are no restaurants in walking distance. The rooms are clean and it's quiet. It was the least expensive of hotels I was able to find close to SFO, but having had more time, I know that there are several that cost less. That being said, it was still a good value. I would stay again.

Phone in room didnt work, doesnt look good from outside but was good inside, they dont provide toothpaste though.

The bed was Soo comfortable the rooms were very nice.

It was convenient. They had really good rates, but there isn't much nearby, no restaurants.

Inexpensive but clean, smooth and comfortable park and fly stay. The facility is a little aged/basic (slightly uneven hot water in the shower, some worn furnishings, very basic coffee maker), but overall worked just fine (clean and soft bed, hot shower, fresh coffee, quick shuttle to the airport). The staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

It's a great place nice rooms and I understand they're turning the whole thing into go Holiday Inn pretty soon the back part of the hotel is a Holiday Inn in the front part is the San Mateo SFO Airport Hotel period friendly staff nice rooms right off the freeway had a reasonably priced I'll be staying here from now on when I come to San Francisco Airport.

Good location, near the airport. Friendly staff, the room could use some updating. It was a good stay still.

Very basic and outdated. However, if you need a motel room near San Francisco airport for a night, it is hard to find a better value in this high cost area. Rooms are relatively clean but very close to highway.

The hotel was clean, the bed was comfortable and the front desk staff were efficient and nice. The hotel and rooms are older but we were glad to be able to sleep there for a night.

This place is terrible. The only reason I gave it 1 star was because the staff was so nice. There was mold in the bathroom and it was the first hotel I've stayed in where the water was cold in the shower. They used scotch tape (literally) to fix everything from the treadmill in the gym to the remote for the tv. I will say that the staff was super nice and it is right off highway 101. It wasn't cheap (even on orbitz) and I expected a room that didn't smell like a gym sneaker that someone left under their bed for a few years.

Needs to be renovated. Room was clean. Front desk staff nice. Property is now owned by Holiday Inn, so you can use their facilities next door from this hotel. Convenient to airport.

Just your average hotel, but our stay was complimented by the overwhelmingly helpful staff. The front desk and shuttle drivers were awesome. Complimentary shuttle to and from the airport and BART made this place worthwhile!

I had a quick overnight stay. Things were being improved. The place was clean and the staff members were polite.

Nothing spectacular but a very decent hotel for the price. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful! Will definitely be back if I return the area.

Location was good, about 10 minutes from SFO airport. Located right off the freeway in a community so it might be hard to spot. Standard hotel, a bit outdated on the inside, but good for an overnight stay. There is a shopping plaza about 10 minutes away where you can pick up some groceries, Bridgepoint Center. Service was fine, the rooms have a microwave and a fridge from the 1980's, but it works all the same. Would recommend if you just need a cheaper stay by the airport.

Nothing about this hotel was noteworthy. If the price is right for you then you're paying for a very modest room and bare bones service. Much like older hotels this one is decent but needs a full face lift and upgrade. The area seems safe but I'm not sure. An Uber ride downtown was 6 bucks… not bad.

Sadly I won't be back when I'm in San Mateo 3 times a year. The bed is EVERYTHING when one is away and this bed's life ended long ago and the pillows even longer. But worse than an old bed and four equally lumpy pillows, a lovely, long hair on the pillow which just made me feel like the bedding wasn't fresh.
And then I went to brush my teeth. The water smelled like sulfur. Ewwwww.
Other than that, and without real inspection because I'm only in the room from 9:30 pm to 10am the next morning, it was fine.

Good clean rooms. Fast service if anything went wrong. Good free breakfast.

Not really cheap but very good standard for $100. Very good location just few exits to SFO airport.

We had the near experience with Courtney the receptionist. We used the facility to leave our car for a long vacation and used their shuttle service. Courtney made sure we were taken care of. Because we were worried about missing our flight she even called and paid for a taxi for us going well above any expectations we could have set before!

Stay here for more than a month. Very nice position for commute to San Mateo and Burlingame. Breakfast is good for the price. The room is big.

It seemedlike they didnt want to work and we had booked a two-bed suite but we got there and there was just one bed without a sofabed but their breakfast was pretty good for a motel.

Very dirty, when we woke up some itchy red welts were on our legs and back. When we looked at the sheets we saw what looked to be bedbugs! Ewwww demanded refund and we will never come back!

Well sorry to say I'm going to give this place a nice solid 3 star. And no more. It's clean enough, nice enough, it's so aging, but the maintenance seems to be in place, the entrance and exit are a little tight. It's easy enough to find. The blankets are a little lacking for me, the breakfast from 6 to 9 well maybe from 7 to something else because I'm an early riser and there was nothing there at 6:15, so I read in the lobby a little bit and then she comes with a big old cart full of stuff dropped a bunch of it on the floor cleaned it up, cough cough cough cough cough cough I don't think I'm going to eat here there are so many choices in Burlingame and San Mateo sorry guys.

OK in a pinch — — cheaper than the Holiday Inn that is right next door. Rooms are a little smelly. Super close to airport.

I wish to check inn again there soon and stay long time before I join in the ship.

I loved the room, very clean. Very friendly. Smelled clean too. And the free breakfast was amazing, and so was having a fridge and microwave :) Definitely saving location for next trip.
