This hotel is very clean, quite, and safe. The managers Naz and Al make me feel comfortable and well taken care of. Ashley, Mark, and Nicole are very knowledgeable, friendly, and always happy to help with any concerns you may have. I am very happy staying here.

The service is great, they were very friendly & the woman at the front desk goes beyond her call of duty to accommodate & troubleshoot if needed. Very cool, I'll stay there again.

The location is good. Right at 101 so sanjose and sanfrancisco is never too far. The ambience is good and rooms are neat and clean. Just that they need to work on the breakfast part, the grab and go is sometimes not a option, people might need to have a good breakfast like sandwitch, burger or may be eggs.

Naz is one of the best front desk personnel I have had. El was also very awesome! Goid location. Clean hotel.

Good clean rooms. Cleaning is once a week, that's not good. Location is somewhat not in the downtown.

I never even got into a room because they do not accept cash Extended Stay of America has now become part of the corporate America anywhere that doesn't accept cash is crazy it's a definite payment credit cards can fail debit cards can fail whatever but when I called the day before and confirm this with some guy he said it was all okay and they didn't even try to make up for that.

Im staying here for awhile and paid for upgraded internet and it is garbage Waste of money. The location is actually decent and sevices are decent but I am pissed that no one can help.

Priced decently, helpful front desk, clean rooms and a very good location if you are visiting the Oracle HQ. The only negative was lack of yogurts or something similar in the grab-n-go breakfast as well as the fact that there is no place to eat in close walking range.

Rooms in good shape but the extended stay is not positioned properly.

Hell No! Bars on windows… 60's blankets and sheets… no one at check-in. Creepy! And unfortunately its making me give out at least one star.

Average hotel, the kitchen is empty when you enter the room. You have to ask for every single equipment included in the room's price, and even for the hair dryer! A "complete cleaning" is made every week, this consists only in changing sheets and towels when you are lucky enough. The dust remains, the kitchen and table not even cleaned, the floor isn't mopped…

Comfortable Hotel. Not a lot of amenities close by within walking distance. No trailer friendly parking available. Awesome staff. Well equipped rooms. Rather safe parking lot. Clean laundry facilities. $4.00 a load dried. Rooms cleaned once a week. Nice kitchens. No pool or hot tub.

This isn't a bad hotel. It's much like other Extended Stay's; very basic services and accommodations. Rooms look fairly sterile but serve their purpose. Very much a no frills hotel. Breakfast consists of packaged muffins, small breakfast bars and coffee. I have found other hotels in the area provide better value and a better experience than this hotel.

Very nice hotel, seems to be recently updated with hard wood floors and upgraded bathrooms. Easy check in, clean rooms, quiet area, and pet friendly! Will stay again for sure.

The room service has been skipped. The breakfast is less than customary. The only good thing here is that I can trust that my packages delivered will be given to me unlike the Motel 6 next door to this property.

It had a scant Lobby and discreet entrance. There was no public restroom to use however, the clerk was extremely helpful and let me use the private one. They were also places to lock a bicycle.

Extended stay is nicecyou get to have your pet there friendly wish they served breakfast. But nice clean rooms.

Very good place for it's segment in the market. Everything was clean and working. Employees are nice and helpful.

Very low end, they don't provide any housekeeping during your stay. If you need soap, you have to go to the front desk and ask for it. Despite that, building is in good repair and rooms are comfortable.

Zero custumer service 1st time in my life I have to wait for an check-in.

We stayed for nine days. Not bad. Somewhat expensive to book ahead. The room is clean. The restaurant a couple doors down is pretty good. A bit strange on the housekeeping side of things, especially regarding appearance/disappearance of wash cloths. Weekly housekeeping is free, but daily housekeeping comes at an extra cost. Limited cable selection. Linens are older, but clean. Pretty quiet overall. Breakfast selection is tea, coffee, and packaged granola bars and muffins. You prepay for each week you stay on the first day of the week.

Very clean, quiet & the staff was extremely pleasant. Many restaurants nearby or a very nice kitchenette in the nice large room.

Absolutely terrible!. Filthy dirty and the smoke and chemical smells were unbearable. If you are the least bit sensitive to smells of this nature, or you have allergies or asthma, do not stay here. After a couple of days, I woke up in the middle of the night unable to breathe with a burning sensation in my chest. I ended up in the local emergency room, with what was diagnosed, by the emergency physician, as chemical pneumonia. Absolutely incredible! Do yourself a favor, find another hotel!

Nice place, clean rooms, right of the highway for easy access to other areas of town. Kitchenette in the room makes hosting family from Korea super easy. Would stay here again.

I'm Not a seafood Guy so I got one of my best Steaks ever here.

Bare bones and basic, but was clean. The staff was friendly and extremely helpful. The only real negative were the hairs left in the tub from the previous guest in room 324.

Horrible! Our room smells terrible of curry and other food. Our bed sheets don't even smell clean! Worst experience ever for $300 a night. Never using this hotel chain again.

Cozy but needs better TV selection and internet.

I didn't have any problems with bad odors and I'm particularly sensitive to that. The hotel and rooms are clean. The only downside is that there is no exercise room, hot tub, or pool at this location. Staff has been friendly. I would recommend bringing your own shampoo though. The complimentary one doesn't lather if that's something you care about. Overall, it's good. Would give 4 stars if it had the aforementioned amenities.

Worst hotel I've ever stayed at. First of all the smell is terrible. Not dead rat or poo smell, but like a can if expired glade exploded all over the place. The Internet is totally throttled. Don't stay here if you plan to VPN into work or do anything productive. The speed of Internet you can literally only check email. The 0.69 mbits of data you are given is worthless and they will try and charge you to use 3 Megs. Sure that would have been awesome in the 90s. So tethering is your friend here. The rooms are dirty. This place sucks, staff is super sketchy. No places to eat nearby. Rent an rv or just sleep in your car, cuz your stale farts and in n out buger wrappers will smell better.

If you are at all sensitive to odors and perfumes avoid this, otherwise it looks fine. The $#@&*! perfume salesmen have struck again. The lobby has vanilla scent vaporizers in several outlets. Our room, supposed to be the best one, looked fine for the brief time we were able to stay in it due to the odor (stink) of what smelled like carpet cleaner (Febreeze? ) The assistant manager was nice and let us cancel without a fee, and informed us that online services often don't pass on 'special requirements'; she suggested that we call hotels directly to check with them. Again, if you're not sensitive to perfumes and odors it looked fine. The interior and exterior looks in good repair.

Really bad Hotel. It is crap. The rooms stink, there is no place to eat nearby. The staff is really less and they service your room only once a week. Try not to stay here.

The rooms awful. I had my sheets changed and when I went to look at my bed it had someone else's hair all in it. The pillows were stained, not discolored but had yellow stains on them. Never again will I stay there and if I hear of anyone looking I'll be sure to give them a heads up.
