Great staff. Clean rooms. Awesome pool…

Just called and spoke to a front desk clerk, I got quotes from the clerk but he would not give me his name or try to work with myself or my company. I explained to the clerk we are a company that spends thousands of dollars on hotel rooms for our employee's and would benefit off of our business. His customer service skills or the ability to try to get our continuous business failed due to his lack of customer service or hospitality, I then thanked the man and told him we will conduct business elsewhere, Sorry you lost a big client-

It was clean, comfortable, and affordable. Just a short distance to the park with surroinding businesses that came in handy. Decent continental breakfast perfect before heading to the park.

Overall I had a great experience. I did have a little trouble at check in but after that it was nice. The hotel is quite and the bed was comfy. Everything was very clean. The breakfast in the morning was fantastic too.

It was a lovely visit. The location is perfect, close to food and stores. The one flaw is that some of the rooms are oddly laid out and when the door is open can see the whole room. Rooms were clean and staff were wonderful though.

I am a corporate and family traveler at least once every 3 weeks. Picky and I want what I pay for. Room nice but hate fake wood floors, doors that do not self close and noise a. C. Breakfast not like other Quality in and Choice partners. No sugarless syrup or English muffins or breakfast selection. This facility does not cater to diabetics in food selections like others. Entry way floors are slick tile when wet and that is a lot as kids are tracking water in from pool. No one wipes up the water. A major slip hazard. Like I said above. I am picky and since I am an inspector in my daily life Overall I would give 2.5 rating.

Really enjoyed staying here. The manager took care of us after a really bad day with car problems. Got to do laundry, have breakfast and delivery of toiletries we were missing. Definitely recommend staying here.

Clean Room, Good FREE Breakfast and Very Friendly Staff. The king rooms are spacious and comfortable. No carpet which means no stale hotel smell. Nice neighborhood with plenty of places to eat and shop. Right off the 80fwy which makes it very convenient to everything napa has to offer. Good size heated pool and sauna to ease those achy muscles and feet. Ask for Michael. He is super nice and very accommodating.

Updated room, Wi-Fi works just don't try to play games on it. 5 down 4 up… All wood flooring in the rooms. Everything is clean and neat. Found one extremely long dark hair on the hand towel. As a business traveler, this is minor as I bring my own towel (and pillow) anyway. Clear reception on TV. It is Vallejo, so don't leave anything in sight. Be smart. Better then average room, well worth the price… I would definitely stay here again. In a heartbeat.

Hotel is easily accessible and looks like it's been recently renovated — nice and comfortable. Rooms were spacious and clean, hotel has pool, sauna, gym and laundry facilities. Our room had jet bathtub. Breakfast was complimentary, but very delicious and well balanced. Overall nice stay for the price.

The hotel was very clean and well maintained. The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff was polite and helpful. Free included breakfast had great waffles and other fresh items. Great rate for 2 nights. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Just checked out of a nightmare of a hotel yesterday and came to Quality Inn. I was so pleasantly surprised with the hotel and with the young man who checked me in. I am retired military and asked if there was a military discount. He gave me the discount and shook my hand to thank me for my service. Also, the rooms are very nice and clean. This morning I woke up and had a delicious complimentary breakfast. Thank you Quality Inn for making my experience a pleasant one.

There's this saying that goes, "You get what you pay for. " And there are no truer words when considering our stay at Quality Inn. Though, reasonable in price, our stay was not a pleasant one. For starters, we stayed on the first floor and the noise level from the rooms next door and upstairs was outrageous! It literally sounded like a herd of animals we're learning to dance in the room above us. We were able to hear the doors slam open and close and it didn't help that the rooms all had wooden floors either. Too, the bathroom was pretty gross. There were stains all over the bathtub and toilet seats which is mind boggling considering the lower section of the hotel received a face lift? Lastly, be prepared to give a $200.00 deposit on top of the nightly fee. I was shocked, so much so that my immediate response took the owner by surprise and he graciously waived the fee, I'm just not sure he'll be willing to do that for everyone y'know? On the plus side, the location is nice. That aside though, you may want to reconsider your stay at Quality Inn. Unless you like feeling trapped in a box while a herd of animals dance all around you All. Night. Long. Yeah, I don't think we'll be staying here again.

Staff was not helpful at all. Would not recommend this place, I was very dissatisfied with the customer service. When I called to ask for an extra blanket the woman was very rude and never brought it up. The rooms were subpar, in all reality there are better hotels for the same price.

Service was good. Complimentary breakfast was great. Rooms were very clean. Beds could be more comfortable.

Great hotel to stay at while visiting six flags. Wood floors are a nice touch, staff was helpful. Variety of choices for free breakfast. Deffinately going to stay again the next time we visit six flags.

Comfy well maintained and near six flags and a lot of restaurants. Gas stations are at a distance about four miles out however, everything else was great. Lots of police patrolling.

Clean, updated, comfortable! Appreciate the friendly staff, especially Rhonda in the breakfast dining room, she warmly greets all the customers and is very helpful and efficient, honestly staff like her are invaluable! Sincerely we will be back!

The rooms need more modern stuff. House keeping needs to knock before walking in!

Nice hotel… small fitness room. Decent breakfast. Charged me when room was paid for but not sure if it was for deposit.

I hate this hotel I will NEVER stay here again. What was supposed to be a $200.00 stay turned into a nightmare. They over charged my account that added up to $1, 200. When I told the guy at the desk, he told me I understand him wrong and it was just the $200 deposit. By the time morning came they had charged my card again. The girl at the front desk tried to fix it but by then it was to late my account was at zero. Since it was on a holiday my bank was closed. This place made what should of been a fun family vacation turned into a nightmare. Do not ever stay here I recommend to get something else even if more money not worth the nightmare.

The Room was decent size. The bed was comfortable and the furnishings were nice. The breakfast in the morning was fairly substantial.

The hotel was clean and not too loud. The drains we're very slow though and I could not stop the bathtub faucet from leaking. The beds were pretty comfortable. I would stay again if I need to be on the area.

It was under renovation so the elevator was not working, but the room was spacious & clean. The king sized bed was very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!

One of the best hotel experiences that I have had in the past 20 years. I commend the management for hiring true professionals at their front desk and kitchen. The level of timely and courteous Customer Service was Outstanding. Truly worthy of a 5-Star rating.

Overall not a bad hotel. All rooms are inside (no exterior access to rooms) which is what we wanted. It's clean and beds were ok. Breakfast is about the same as any other quality inn location. This one is located near a shopping center with chicfila and Chipotle in walking distance. If I'm ever in the area again I will definitely stay here!

The staff is friendly, the beds are comfortable, breakfast was really good, I just didn't care for the fact that the floors in the rooms are laminate flooring. Other than the flooring, nice hotel. Would definitely come back.

I feel safe here. The room is clean and the bed is really comfortable. All the restaurants and Target nearby are really handy, too.

Good bang for the buck it's a lot nicer than I thought it would be wood floors, new interior large mini fridge, the only thing I could complain about would be the beds, wish they were a little more soft but honestly I got good night sleep so I can't really complain. Breakfast was fairly stocked. I mean for 140 a night getting that close to Six Flags not going to get a better deal.

This is our favorite hotel to stay at when we go to Six Flags Discovery Kingdom. There are great food choices around it and stores and its right off the freeway. Easy to get to everything and it is recently renovated. The breakfast they offer is great too.

Bathrooms are filthy! They have rust and mold on the walls. The toilet doesn't flush very well at all. There are at least two lights out in the first room. Requested a new room and it was about the same. Do not stay here!

Very enjoyable stay. Friendly staff, comfortable beds, and above par continental breakfast. Two thumbs up!

The room was clean, the beds were very comfortable, the sheets felt like heaven. However the pool was somewhat dirty but we still swam, the water was warm and it was fine. The sauna took forever to heat up and had a Crack in the door which let the heat escape. The breakfast was standard, but delicious. The TV wasn't too great, some channels came in very weak. When I first made the reservation my final decision between this and another Inn was made on the fact they promised a jacuzzi. No jacuzzi. Disappointing but not deal breaking. Same with the "whirlpool tub " maybe a whirlpool BRAND not an actual luxury tub.

Stayed 2 nights. Great customer service. Needed an early check-in and late checkout. They were very accommodating.

Hotel had no elevator, reeked of insecticide and still had cockroaches crawling over my room. The faucet to the shower was broken and had to spend an hour waiting for maintenance to fix it. Do not stay here. Spend the $$ and go somewhere else.

Pretty quiet at night and very close to shopping. Complimentary breakfast is better than most other hotels. Unfortunately they don't offer shuttle to Six Flags.

Overall the stay was nice, clean rooms, quiet atmosphere. I would recommend it to friends.

Needed a place to crash after Halloween in Vallejo, ca they were available. Pro, affordable and has microwave. Con, bed was uncomfortable.

I have to give this Comfort Inn 5 stars for making me feel so at home. I planned to stay just 2 nights but, with the convenience of the location and the services G. H. And his staff provided me, I quickly added on 3 more days. I also had requested a ground floor room since I'm 67 now and just couldn't carry my bags up and down stairs (there's no elevator). The guest laundry was just across the hall from me and daily breakfast was a welcome wake up each day in a separate dining room. I wasn't looking for luxury here but it's clean, very comfortable and convenient to anything you could possibly want. I even had a wonderful, comfortable chair and matching ottoman in my room for relaxing at night with my crochet. And the housekeeping staff were always more than happy to give me an extra towel or a dab of spot remover! Many thanks to G. H. (he says his initials are easier than his name! ) and his daughter for making me feel like I was coming home each day. It was an unexpected pleasure for someone a long way from my home in Massachusetts.
