Excelente personal care and courteous staff.

My husband and I stayed at Hotel Drisco in May. We were excited to see and stay at a hotel in such a beautiful neighborhood. This meant that we were a little farther away from downtown, but we enjoyed the scenic route through all of the gorgeous streets and mansions that Hotel Drisco is nestled within. Their continental breakfast for guests is UNMATCHED. So many options! Wonderful room service, warm and friendly staff, and beautifully appointed rooms with lush furnishings. Our only complaint was hallway noise. Our first day there, two other rooms near us were checking in and any time someone was in the hallway, it was as if you could hear them from a mile away. There are large gaps under the doors. Mix that with someone using their outside voice and you get… a lot of noise. Outside of that, we enjoyed our time in San Francisco and at Hotel Drisco.

Wonderful boutique hotel in a beautiful neighborhood. Impeccable service.

Located in a beautiful section of SF, we were treated like we were their only guests. This boutique hotel offers free parking, and no worries about parking restrictions — the bellman takes care of that. With 24 hour room service, you don't have to worry about finding a place to eat late at night. Updated recently with amenities that went above and beyond, you will find this hotel to be quiet, comfortable, and relaxing. PS — this hotel is only about 4 blocks from the Mrs Doubt fire house!

This hotel and it's staff are the best in San Francisco and I've stayed at all the others… highly recommend ed.

Located in Pacific heights. Parking isn't fantastic, but this is the nicest neighborhood in sf hands down. Lots of construction going on outside, but the simple yet pleasant decor of the hotel provided a pleasant respot.

My new favorite lodging establishment in SF … after having stayed in maybe 20 different SF places from big hotels to boutique hotels to Airbnb's to bed and breakfast inns, Hotel Drisco is totally my fave. 5 stars in every way.

This quaint hotel has the best service hands down of a larger boutique hotel. The breakfast and the wine social were a great highlight. The rooms were great. Beautifully decorated. They provide bottled water for you anytime, room service 24 hours, and free Wi-Fi. I felt pampered with the list of pillows you can choose from. They provide robes and slippers as well as a hairdryer. Will definitely will be staying again and again.

Beautifully appointed rooms in a quiet neighborhood. Breakfast was wonderful, as was the wine reception in the evening. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Only downside was imperfect soundproofing, so some hallway or other room noises could be heard at times. Can't wait to return.

Hotel Drisco is a fabulous Hotel! It is small, and quite beautiful in all respects. Perfectly clean, with high-quality linens soaps and amenities. It is located high on a hill in Pacific Heights California, a lovely location. You are treated each night to wine and snacks and also treated each day to a very wonderful breakfast. No wonder that this is one of the top rated Hotels in beautiful San Francisco.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The hotel is in a great area within easy walking distance of restaurants. The overall setting is attractive. And my room had a good view of the city as well.

This is now our favorite hotel in San Francisco. Staff is super nice and accommodating, room and amenities are fantastic. And views of the bay and city are incredible. I would recommend everything about this place.

Every wonderful report you have heard or read about the Hotel Drisco is true. We enjoyed the most lovely, restful and comfortable visit. I'm not sure how the hotel manages to be both luxurious and unpretentious, but it is exactly that! Our beautiful room, the delightful wine reception and delicious breakfast were all outstanding, but it was the uncompromising, thoroughly attentive service from the finely trained staff that truly set the Hotel Drisco apart.

This hotel is well furnished and connects another room with the next. My family stayed here for a family reunion we do every 2 years. Spectacular staff, excellent breakfast and great views of San Francisco! We stayed on the top floor, by the way.

It's very quiet, daily breakfast and evening wine recption are included and are excellent. Staff are very courtious and helpful. We've been there twice and will definitely visit again.

My husband and I had the opportunity to stay at this lovely hotel in December 2016. Everything about the hotel was top notch. I am in the hotel industry, so finding a hotel that meets my standards in all aspects is tough to do, even ask my husband! I am not a picky person but I know what it takes to run a hotel and how customer service should be handled. Hotel Drisco did not disappoint. From the welcome to our departure we were treated wonderfully. They thought of it all too! We loved the attention to detail and all the extra amenities available to guests. Hotel Drisco deserves to be number 1!

Just lovely very comfortable definitely will be visiting again. Clean and welcoming the views were great exactly where you want to stay while visiting the heart of San Francisco. My morning walk then breakfast. Didn't want to leave. What a charm.

We just spent 3 nights at this wonderful hotel. The staff were over the top helpful. The amenities — room (we were upgraded to a suite for a fraction of the price), complimentary breakfast and evening reception — were exceptional. The staff move your car during the day while you are exploring the city to avoid a ticket. I can honestly say this was the best hotel we have stayed at in our lives. Would highly recommend to all visitors to SF. Beautiful neighborhood — gorgeous homes, parks. Feels very welcoming. Hate to share so it doesn't get over subscribed…

We made an impromptu trip to San Francisco when we found this hotel. Everything is decorated so cute! The bed was super comfortable. The bartender Jedd was very knowledgeable & friendly, went out of his way to share information about the city & restaurants. We would absolutely stay again!

Exceptional hotel! Great location, quaint and sophisticated with a wonderful staff who is attentive and friendly. The breakfast is delicious with such a variety of fresh and healthy choices and the wine reception is another highlight. I Would definitely recommend this hotel to those who like attention to detail because you'll experience it here!

Located at the top of Pacific Heights, this hotel nestles amongst the mansions sharing views of the city and the Bay. Stay here if you like boutique atmosphere and service — nothing is too much trouble for the friendly and helpful hotel staff. There is a daily shuttle service into some of the tourist hotspots, but equally most of the city is accessible on foot if you wish, starting with the local shops, cafes and bars of Fillmore Street.

I go to San Francisco at least forty times a year because I have lots of business work here. The longest I have ever stayed has been 2 and a half days so I always splurge a bit on a nice hotel room! I have to say, this is definitely in my top 3 list. Everything about it is just amazing. I have been to so many hotels in SF and this one just doesn't compare to basically all of them. I highly recommend this hotel. It would take too long to describe how wonderful this hotel is, so I'll leave it at that!

Wonderful hotel. The staff goes above and beyond to accommodate the guests. No charge for room service. 24 hour coffee/tea station. Happy hour and breakfast are fantastic.
The only negative are the hills of SF. You will do a lot of climbing if you stay here. This is a small price to pay to stay at this property.

I left a marvelous hotel to come here and I am overjoyed at the choice. A natural pick for architect buffs, it's on the tour! The staff is unreal in every way. Suze is a standout! U of m grad and rower loving the Midwest values. Apparently the manger is a Michigan guy as well but State oh we'll :) The rooms are perfect! Elegant, unique, comfortable, lovely. All the way down to the hand sewn blanket with velvet. They even have footies! Free Starbucks in the AM. This is where I will stay on all upcoming visits! Pet friendly and interesting guests. It's a small place and private.

The whole experience couldn't have been better. Best service ever, gracious and comfortable rooms where everything has been thought of, and surrounded by the "House Porn" of Pacific Heights. Groovy shopping/eating strip 2 mins away, killer staircase for hill sprint workouts at the bottom of the street. You feel like a (well heeled) local.

Very nice hotel, overlooking the bay, at the top of Pacific Heights. We had a wonderful stay at Thanksgiving. Would recommend. The morning complimentary breakfast was incredible. Rooms are oh so quiet. Few children. Would stay there again.

The Service in this hotel is as good as it gets they really do make you feel like one of the family! Food is fabulous too as are the rooms and the views. The location so close to Presidio was great for a morning or evening walk and some landscape/cityscape photography. One of my favourite and possibly the best hotel I have stayed in the World! I know quite a claim and that is compared to 6Star hotels in Singapore and 5Stars in Dubai. Hotel Drisco and San Francisco are quite unique and if I return to San Francisco I will most definitely stay here again.

Great experience, no AC in the rooms, and a huge walk up from the water. Get your calves's ready for those steep San Francisco hills to get to this place.

Our stay at the hotel couldn't have been better. It's an old building, so you may hear noisy water pipes and the heavy footsteps of someone upstairs, but it doesn't matter because the rest of the experience is so good. This hotel gets the basics right, such as bed comfort (great linen, firm bed), working TV (HD, and free DVDs at the desk), clean bathroom etc, and it gets the extras right too, such as fantastic buffet breakfast, evening wine tasting and newspaper delivery. You can also get a free ride into the city from the hotel's driver on weekdays.
