They are not deserving of any stars! After being cussed out by Veronica at the front desk and that ratchet maid of theirs, I checked out immediately! The maid cussed me out twice and physically bumped me in the hallway! I don't know where they recruit their employees, but that type of treatment is absurd! I've never been spoken to, actually screamed at like they did me. I'm fortunate to have reached a peaceful mind-set in my life… To be that nasty and work in hospitality is joke! They need prayer or maybe an exorcism or two! Keep up the good work, girls and continue running customers off! Job security, right? Most pathetic and worst experience of my life!
The hotel has gone through a remodel and the rooms are much nicer. NOT THE SAME ROOMS AS THE PICTURES! Much much nicer, but they are the same beds, fairly cheap, but comfortable enough I guess. There are not microwaves at all; or coffee makers in every room as of 6/15/13. When I asked for a coffee maker for my room, I might as well asked for the firstborn child of the housekeeper I asked. The management is VERY accommodating though and very fair. 100$ cash deposit was asked of me, maybe it is situational as I was prepaid on expedia, but I was worked with on this. Overall: Its much better than it used to be. The rooms are hard to get lit well even though there are a lot of lights, and the HVAC units seem underpowered for the large rooms that are here. Though nice; its not the best place I've ever been. But the overall stay is sufficient and does the job comfortably and affordably. ***6/17/13***Housekeeping brought me a microwave to my room!
