What dramatic views and upscale atmosphere found here. Nice spending our anniversary weekend here. You will not be disappointed. Top notch chef in the kitchen too. Wait staff attentive and efficient. Reasonable priced.

Had a wonderful time during the Covid vacation. Felt very safe. Not many at pool and everyone wearing mask. Even the beach we went to wasn't crowded. Had a great time.

This place is anti American. An employee turned me In During the pandemic for putting up Independence Day Banners like I have for 15 years. Sadly I have to cut them down. Don’t come here if you are remotely proud to be an American. Disgusting.

We loved it here the concierge that checked us in was the sweetest great personality, we loved how clean the room was, the beds are extra comfortable too, we rarely get to have time away we definitely will be back and recommend to friends and family. We loved the extra hospitality by offering us the strawberry lemonade when we checked in.

Everything feels so comfortable! The grounds are beautiful and the staff make you feel important.

Fantastic atmosphere and staff is awesome. We had a great time with friends sitting at the bar and ate dinner. Food and service was great! Our hostess Cambria is beyond helpful and sweet. Brandon our bartender was awesome. Can’t wait to go back!

Excellent hotel formerly owned by the Four Seasons. Vivace is my favorite Italian restaurant in San Diego. Pricey but delicious. The bar area is also very nice and has a different menu. Both also have outdoor seating. Vivace also has a very talented jazz guitarist on the weekends. Very pretty hotel with a number of different restaurants. It's known for the golf course and the national competitions. Highly recommended!

Very kids friendly and the highest service quality I have experienced in my life. A truly unforgettable stay full of lovely surprises. I also can really recommend the surf lessons with Ryan.

The staff at Four Seasons Residence Club Aviara is excellent. Everyone I encountered treated me like a VIP. Seasons Restaurant has a great food and bar selection with excellent quality. This is a fabulous place. Keep up the great work.

This place is seriously amazing if you’re looking for a luxurious place to stay. The atmosphere is relaxing, the staff is amazing, the bar and restaurants have delicious choices to choose from and the lost goes on. My family and I have stayed this month and don’t have a single complaint. It’s local to Legoland, about 40 min north of Downtown San Diego, and Coronado. It’s very kid friendly and well maintained. A huge shout out goes to everyone at the Four Seasons Aviara.

Such a beautiful and relaxing place. I particularly love the mix of palms and pine trees. The pool is amazing. The staff are super kind and helpful.

The staff and accommodations were freakishly good. My wife and I enjoyed walking every day down a beautiful valley viewed path that lead to the main building. Great pool, great fruit water, fun kids room for when mama needs a break.

Gorgeous gorgeous hotel. The pool is magnificent here — really. All the perfect little touches that only a 5 star can do, and they did them perfectly. Loved being greeted with warm hand towels and tea. The staff anticipates your every move and delivers before you can even ask. My stay here was extraordinary.

Just a huge "Thank-you" to a very good effort by the great staff at The Residence Club to accommodate my wife who broke her foot last Friday. You gave us a ground floor room, no steps, had the perfect leg-scooter to take the crutches away, and a team of guys standing but to move the scooter, and assist us to the room, at midnight! I've been coming here for close to 20 years, and have never seen anything but over-the-top service to it's guests. Thank you, your attention to every detail is much appreciated by us!

Amazing location and views, exceptional service, and fantastic amenities.

We managed to secure a week here through SFX timeshare exchange. Only things that didn't impress me were: 1) our suite was " ground level" which meant parking on the street was a level above? We had to do a flight of stairs every time you left and returned. Not a big deal for most but we are aging and not in the best of shape… we managed. 2) the road leading to the place from the North is horrible, hairpin turns downhill with large rumble strips. You learn quickly to approach from the South… a little farther but much more pleasent and quicker. 3) location wasn't the greatest. Couldn't see the ocean and nothing in walking distance. I guess if you are looking for quiet this is a plus… but you definitely need a vehicle… free parking. Now for the good… everything else! The places are beautiful, very well kept and huge. Daily light housekeeping is included which is rare in timeshares… they did a wonderful job. Very well equipped rooms. Highspeed Wifi included. Was not asked once to attend a timeshare presentation. The registration desk folks double as the concierges and bend over backwards to help you. We didn't partake in the food or drinks as they were out of our price range. The pool area was nice, attendants were excellent. We arrived early so we went out for lunch and they texted us when our room was ready.

We had brunch at Seasons with a group of friends. They have us a separate dining room, which worked well with kids. They first offered a group dining menu, which was very limited. Our group was 6 adults and 4 kids. We asked for the regular menu, and they agreed. We had 2 orders of the juevos rancheros, California Benedict, breakfast burrito, Monte Cristo and Acai bowl. All were delicious!

Had dinner and drinks at the bar. It was amazing! Great wine list, and the food was some of the best I've ever had.

One of the best places to come for a day-staycation. I recommend sitting outside, on the patio, in the lounge seats (comfy couches). Nosh, drink bubbles, brunch some more and wait for the champaign and craft cocktail cart to come by. The wait staff is very attentive, funny and friendly. I highly recommend the Spa as well, to be included in your visit. Enjoy and have fun.

Loved this place! We came to spend our 10th Anniversary and relax. The staff was extremely friendly and very on top of everything to make sure we had all we needed. Room service was great. Great food and service. I'm very picky about rooms being clean and I can honestly say everything was spotless. We will be conning back. Beautiful, quiet grounds. Couldn't ask for more.

Have been here since it opened, and am extremely frustrated by the way they assign rooms and organize the amenities. Our experience at the Osprey location will be dramatically different from those staying at the Meadows, especially with mobility issues. If you get a good room, it's great; if you don't, it's a disappointment. Loved seeing the pictures of the treats they distributed at the pool today, and wished I could have trekked down there to enjoy one.
