Loma Linda Inn is AWESOME! Staff was wonderful and caring. Rooms are clean, beds and pillows are EXTREMELY comfortable. A/C working, would recommend staying there and they are minutes from the Loma Linda Hospital!

Decent price for the area, very quiet neighborhood. Didn't try to breakfast so I can't comment on it. The cleaning staff apparently takes the Sabbath off, which means if you stay on a Friday night you won't get cleaning on Saturday. I wish I had been informed of this before booking.

We stayed at the Loma Linda Inn during our visit at the Loma Linda Hospital. We had been traveling for hours & were hot/tired & in need of some exercise. The front desk personnel at Loma Linda Inn were friendly, helpful & went out of their way to make our stay pleasant. The room was spacious, clean & provided everything which we needed. The pools (provided for those staying @the Inn) were absolutely amazing. All were heated. One had a long twisted slide going into. Another had lap lanes & a diving board plus both deep & shallow swimming areas. A full gym of nautilus equipment was provided. There were dressing rooms with showers as well. The breakfast was simple but very delicious. We all left the next day, fully refreshed, well fed, rested & ready for our long trip home. I would HIGHLY recommend this Inn to anyone who appreciates quality.

I read the other reviews and wondered if the other respondents stayed at the same Inn. My families experience was "outstanding". The facilities were well maintained and the service personnel were attentive and courteous. There was no problem with noise or the usual detractors from a good night's sleep The cost was more than fair. The amazing pool at Dreyson's Park, made available to all who stayed at the Inn; made up for the lack of a pool on the premises. Bottom line, Would I stay at the Inn again?, "In a heartbeat! " I suggest the Hilton, La Questa and Holiday Inn management pay attention. It is rare to observe and participate within the "excellence in Action" as experienced at the Loma Linda Inn.

Worked fine as a cheap inn next to the university. Not much to complain about not much to highlight. Good internet tho.

DO NOT stay at this hotel. There are much nicer places to stay near by for the same cost. The place was very dirty, hotel staff is very rude, and they charged me an additional $50 for checking out late, which was due to sleeping through our alarm because the cleaning lady knocked on our door and woke us up multiple times prior to our checkout time (and even tried opening the door while we had the do not disturb sign up). They did not even notify me of the charge at checkout. The guy I just spoke to told me that the cleaning lady had to come back to clean the room, but we saw her there when we left. Keep in mind the hotel was completely empty except for 1 other guest. Don't stay here.

A quiet hotel very close to Loma Linda University.

We stayed at the Loma Linda Inn while visiting a patient at the Loma Linda Hospital, which is close by. The Loma Linda Inn was a special treat. It was a quaint Hotel with extremely professional and polite staff. They had a small breakfast which was perfect to get The day started. There is also a coffee shop close by if you wanted more. The room was clean, and there was small coffee pot in the room. This place was is a hidden gem. We will return!

For a reasonably priced room it was clean, comfortable and the location felt very safe. Coffee maker and fridge in room. Aircon loud but very effective. 8.00am seemed an unusual time to finish breakfast so we didn't get chance to try it or review it.

Very clean room, quick service for an extra blanket. Breakfast was small and limited but food was good. Definitely will be staying there again when traveling.

The room is quite small, BUT very clean. It even smelled clean when we opened the door. Office staff very polite and great food at the Cafe across the street. Will definitely be back again.

Stayed here a week ago. Rooms are small and it was very uncomfortable. Carpet is filthy, rooms are not that clean. I can see hair on the floor in the bathroom so the person who cleaned the room probably half fast cleaned it. I also saw hair on the bed as well. Breakfast ends at 8:30. Never heard of a hotel breakfast ending so early. Wasn't much to eat. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

Very clean! Great friendly service! In a quiet neighborhood. Breakfast was good, bagels, muffins and rice pudding. Rooms are very clean and very cute! We only gave it a 4 because no where online did it say this whole property was non-smoking… So every time we wanted a cigarette we had to walk down the street (pretty annoying). Other than that we enjoyed our stay!

The rooms are clean, comfortable, and smartly furnished! I can tell the staff put good work into maintaining the rooms. The front desk was also present and friendly. Overall, a great place to stay if you're looking for something simple and cheap. Did I mention it was cheap?

If you're expecting a five-star four seasons or embassy inn go elsewhere. This place has extremely nice staff. Rooms and restrooms were clean enough for me. Wouldn't mind staying again if I had to.

Simple rooms, clean for the most part, ok hotel for the money, Wi-Fi isn't anything to brag about, female staff is friendly, David not so much.

Fairly clean rooms. Toiletries had been resealed. And the showerhead was broken. But for just needing a bed to sleep in for the night it was tolerable. And the staff is super friendly.

Do NOT stay here if you are going to an insomniac event. Within 10 minutes of us unpacking we decided to go out on the second deck and have a cigarette, we did not notice the no smoking signs, without a verbal warning the manager automatically charged the credit card $250. When we got back to the room, one of the other groups staying in a different room had noticed that someone had gone through their property (one of the employees or the manager without consent) when the group called down to ask what was going on, the manager hung up on the group which created a huge problem in the lobby. The rooms are completely disgusting, old dust on furniture, the toilet was disgusting. AND if your not officially checked out by 11am they charge your card another night I could go on and on. Basically, this place is a huge hater to the insomniac family and they scam everyone. Save yourself the headache, find a different hotel.

I stayed here for one night in August 2017. The room was small but clean. There was ample parking and free breakfast. Don't go expecting five star accommodations and you'll be satisfied.

Quaint and close to the University in a residential neighborhood. Great place.

Very Clean, Cozy, Cute, at a Reasonable Price. Nice pictures in the office with free local newspaper and healthy water. Friendly staff. The only problem is that their "free breakfast" was served only from 6:00 to 8:00 a. M. No way I would eat so early on a weekend! Extend the time to 10:00 a. M. Every day.

Lots of parking available. Great location. Close to llumc.

I have beens coming here for more than 2 years and wouldn't consider staying any where else. Wonderful caring staff and management. They usually give me the same room, Roomy and comfortable as all the rooms are. Pete is gracious and kind. Highly recommend!

Had booked a room for 4 nights. Only ended up staying one night mainly because their Wi-Fi was not working. Couldn't get it on an iPhone or my Chromebook. The room was small, but clean. Quiet neighborhood close to the university. We ended up staying at the Best Western on Hospitality Drive for our last 3 nights. Best Western had working Wi-Fi and a hot breakfast with a waffle maker… yum!

This motel has the most amazing staff and so kind and very considerate to everyone. My boyfriend had a week of treatment and the staff made sure we were ok off and on every day. Our room was the biggest right next to the office and the breakfast is awesome here. I would recommend this place to any one who needs a very clean and quite place to stay. They also give discounts on rooms on certain treatments and other stays. Walking distance to Loma Linda University Hospital.

Continental breakfast provided between 630 to 8am. Staff was receptive to improvement.

It has really nice service, they helped with everything we needed and the continental breakfast was better than most hotels. Overall it was a really nice stay, and its location is really close to the hospital which helped very much.

Very friendly small hotel. Our daughter had treatment at the hospital and they gave us a discount during our stay. They even came to check on us to make sure she was OK and gave us an option of transportation to the hospital and back if needed for free. We had to leave early for her appointment and provided us with a small breakfast before breakfast hours. They made sure we had everything we needed this whole time. It's small and cozy. I definitely recommend this hotel for anyone staying around Loma Linda :)

We booked 2 adjoining rooms for 2 nights. The website description and close proximity to Loma Linda University Medical Center made it appear ideal since my younger sister was having surgery. Also they offered shuttle service back and forth to the hospital so we thought it would be a perfect place to stay so we could get rest between being at the hospital with my sister. Plus they said they had vegan breakfast options to accommodate my mother's strict vegan diet for her diabetes. We checked in the evening of July 29. The rooms were filthy. The carpets were terribly stained. Both bathrooms had black mold plus black mold in both toilets. The shower curtains had mold. The bathroom floors had hair from previous guests. It was late and because of my sister's surgical schedule we stayed the night. The next morning my mom and I went down for breakfast only to find no vegan breakfast options. When we asked the staff at the front desk where we could find the vegan breakfast options they pointed to where two containers of vanilla almond milk were sitting. There was something that appeared to be either rice, potatoes or maybe a cooked cereal, however it had been cooked in regular milk. We walked across the street to Cafe Society to see if they offered vegan breakfast options. Nothing on the menu was vegan. We asked at the counter what vegan options they had, they asked us what vegan meant.

They do a wonderful service thru the Ronald McDonald house… families can get a reduced rate n stay within walking distance from their sick child. Without I would b sleeping in my car as I could not afford the rates of places near here… they are family like atmosphere place. Provide breakfast for the registered guest. And again give back to the less fortunate thru their connection with the Ronald McDonald house…! Thank u for being here. It was a very nice place to stay this is my second visit.

Stayed there many times. Very clean and very quiet. Staff is very nice. Great place to stay. And super convenient to the university and medical center. You can walk there.

The room was newly remodeled, everything worked, the bed was first class. I would highly recommend staying there again. Very clean and quiet.

We asked for queen with hide a bed ended up with a double and a torn up hideabed, room very small, we told the desk we needed queen or king as my husband is 6ft3in and we would not fit in double. It was around midnight and didn't care to fight it we decided wd would leave inthe am, they did drop the rate for us and asked us to stay in a queen room we said no thank you, went la quinta where the beds are very comfy and room is spacious. Not worth the mney for the run down inn.

Nothing glaringly wrong, but it's nothing nice or special either. Rooms are decently clean and a bit on the small side. Large countertop for the sink. Table is like. A folding card table and chair was a dirty folding chair. Half of the TV channels were in Spanish and I could hear the couple next door when they came back in that evening. I'd say that the bathroom could use a facelift too. My breakfast never arrived either. Those were all small issues; for the price and location it was just right for me. I was able to walk to the hospital the next morning, which was perfect. Staff was pleasant and very nice. The parking lot is well lit, and I felt safe leaving my car there. The wireless connection is great and fast.
