We have been to Arrowhead Treetop a couple of times and have had a wonderful experience. We were snowed in and our car was completely covered and their helpful staff helped dig us out of our cabin as well as our car. We can’t wait to go back in a month for our anniversary.

Awsome service, clean, comfortable beds and really nice setup. Definitely loved it.

Guest service are very accommodating and easy to deal with.

Perfect for a little weekend getaway! I visited with a girlfriend and our little ones and the rooms were so cute, very clean, and the staff were pleasant and helpful! We'll be back to visit in the winter for sure!

Close to the town and lake ++

It is a beautiful resort. Very quiet with quaint rooms and a stream running through. Great ownership and awesome space for outdoor events.

Very clean and spacious for large families. We all have a great time!

Took the family on a spur of the moment trip to lake arrowhead from Fontana we called a few other places to spend the night in lake arrowhead the tree top inn was the best choice for us highly recommended comfortable cozy charming and the owner is very friendly charming and humble sadly lost her husband a year ago the swimming pool is very clean and cool for a swim and when I come back to lake arrowhead I'll be booking a stay again it's a recommendation place to stay.

This was the second time we stayed here and it is just such a cozy place. The owner speaks English and Spanish is such a lovely person. Sadly, her husband died about a year ago and she now runs it alone (with some help). The place is very clean and quiet and overall a great place to stay overnight!

I didn't actually stay here at the Treetop Lodge because the prices were extremely high. But the customer service that we did receive was exceptional.

My husband and I LOVE this place. Super cute and cozy. Wood burning fire in the room. Highly recommend. It's is older but it's very clean.

Been to this place about two times before and loved it. We decided to look over the spider webs and cluttered spaces outside. We met the owners and loved the way they care about their lodge and family. Now two years later, we decided to stay again and it seems to have a few more issues. The bed needs a replacement, the comforter had fresh stains all over, the heater was pretty loud during the night, the bathroom sink wouldn't drain, the shower is built for a five feet tall person, and upon arriving you will see a yardsale sign with cluttered mess everywhere. Unfortunately, it takes from the charm of what used to be a cozy lodge. And overall, our stay for the night was $200. Too expensive considering the poor quality.

Good location, old outdated rooms, dusty inside and we should have brought our own linens. Very pricey considering the condition and decor of the room. Okay if it's your last option. Staff was nice and helpful.

If you are looking for a quick cheap place to stay, here's the ticket. It has a roof over your head and running water. I recommend bringing your own linens as the pillows were smelly and the questionable schmegma on the comforter didn't bring much confidence. I wasn't expecting the Omni but the yard sale out front was telling of the experience about to be had.

Air conditioning units are too small, jetted tub is size of small child. However very cute and extremely nice staff and comfortable rooms.

My wife and I really enjoyed the time we stayed on the lodge. Was so beautiful, peaceful, perfect for vacation; the owners nice people, close to the lake, we totally recommended, we'll be back.

We love this place! We come as often as we can. It's a great, cozy get-a-way! The owners are wonderful and have become great friends. Will come back again and again!

Nice couple that owns the place. Let me rent a room the day of. The price was a little high, but it was the holidays. Offered free sleds for the kids to use for the duration of our stay. A quaint little place.

My wife and I loved this cozy place. Very convenient location very close to the village and lake. The room was very clean, the beds and pillows were very comfortable. We met the owners, they are fine and friendly people. We can't wait to go back again this year.

Beyond amazing! They have made us feel so at home so friendly and helpful oh and the fresh towels that smell soooo good… We don't want to leave love it here!

We are very sad that the dog-friendly policies are apparently no more, as we loved this destination as our yearly wedding anniversary destination, with our canine family. The suites with fenced areas were great for hanging out.
If you are travelling without canine companionship, the location relative to Arrowhead activities, quality of rooms, and atmosphere of the Treetop Lodge are great.
