Loved this place! it had Great Character. Each cabin has a different theme and they all have jacuzzis inside the room. Even came with costumes.

My husband and I stayed in the Castle Garden and it was perfect! Words can NOT describe how beautiful the entire property is. It was clean, comfortable and like living in a fairy tale. There is just so much detail all over. The staff was kind and accommodating. We will be back and I strongly reccomend staying here!

We stayed in the castle garden suite which was AMAZING truly an experience clean room great service and it was a perfect romantic fairytale getaway. My wife and I were in town for the Spartan Race in Big Bear and we are going to definitely come back and were recommending to everyone. This has got to be one of the best kept secrets.

Absolutely amazing. Stayed in the crystal cave room. The rooms are clean and unique. Definitely a must stay! Staff is friendly and welcomeing!

Quaint, romantic place with snow (during winter) a table for two and large jacuzzi tubs. Bath robes, and themed units. Also a two story treehouse. A must stay for a romantic getaway. I reccomend Evergreens 2 blocks away to eat or The Pines on the lakefront.

Stayed in the tree house for our 1yr wedding anniversary… amazing experience! Photos and words can't even describe what a memorable time we had!

Great romantic getaway right in downtown close to the lake. Clean rooms and super friendly staff.

My boyfriend and I rented a room for 2 nights. It was ideal! Cozy and clean, everything you might need was there. Close to the main street, yet very quiet and private, and very close to the square and the lake. Could've made it home for a week!

I stayed in the Castle Garden room for 3 days and 2 nights. It was stunning and worth every penny. There are so many details to look at. Everything medieval was amazing. The only faults were the modern parts of the room. The remote to the TV did not work but we worked our way around it. The TV also could only play DVDs. Really not the end of the world as they have a great selection of DVDs in the front. The waterfall was beautiful but it leaked water all into the kitchen so quickly that we couldn't keep it on for more than 15 mins. The pillows were very uncomfortable. For the second night we actually went out and bought pillows and slept much better. We also ran out of toilet paper late at night because we were only given one roll so we had to go buy some toilet paper as well. The rest of the night was magical. We had no issues with the rest of the hotel. It was very clean, the two person bath is really sized for two people, the jets worked perfect. Every bit of the room was detailed and nothing appeared cheap. I would love to stay again.

Loved our stay. Can't wait to visit again. We stayed in the Enchanted Forest it was fun. I think next will be the Castle Garden :)

Awesome experience! Friendly staff, room was more than I expected! If you want something different and romantic this is the place. Stayed at the cave room. Only drawback rooms are a little pricey. Will definitely be back and recommend this place.

Very cool concept. We stayed in the castle. It was nice. The front staff wasn't exactly accommodating and wasn't extremely friendly but wasn't over the top rude. The rooms do need some fresh paint and dusting and the flowers need to be replaced and fluffed up. Overall it was fairly clean… not completely clean but it didn't make my skin crawl.

We stayed in the castle. We were super impressed with the amount of work and detail that went into it. There isn't a single detail missing. It is not cheesy by any means. The craftsmanship and materials used doesn't get any better. You are essentially in a three story castle. I guarantee you will agree with our assessment. If not, please use the following procedure: using index and middle fingers together, press against wrist. If feel pulse, you are alive and aren't thinking clearly. Please reevaluate. If nothing is felt, you might want to get that checked…

Very cute. We stayed in the castle room. It was fun and had a lot of detail. It was a little pricy, but overall the experience was very nice!

We have a reservation here in July and stopped by to check it out before hand. The man working the front desk was out walking his dog or something around the grounds so there was a bit of a wait before we were able to speak to anyone at the front desk. When he came back we asked to look around. The room we had reserved had guests currently so we couldn't see that, but we walked around the grounds and the entire area was very cute and whimsically decorated. Looked like the front arch way was undergoing some landscaping, but over all it was very nice. We're looking forward to staying here!

Best themed cabins I have encountered in my life. Rain forest and castle both are good.

How to chance to stay there with my girlfriend all the Cottages are themed which is awesome they're very clean and they smell amazing when you get inside they have a hot tub which is awesome bring your own bath salts they do give you some as a sample but the water is very hard up there heads up there's parking by each cabin and plenty of restaurants and bars nearby to hop around. The front desk is extremely cool. Very very quiet private but at the same time it's like to do what you want atmosphere as long as you don't make too much noise on the outside definitely will be back.
