There was hair stuck to the bathroom door, cable kept going out until they had to change my room. The other room they put me in the floor was so dirty it turned my feet black. The TV had two massive green lines through the middle. I had other guests standing outside my door smoking all the time. In the parking lot people were literally camping out and smoking pot in their cars. There were several people swimming in the pool fully clothed and with their dogs. And at 4 am I was awoken by someone working on their car in the parking lot.

Everything is good with the rooms housekeeping services. The friendly employees. The only thing is the price for a room. I believe Your Business would prosper a bit more if the price rate was to drop. I specifically believe a negotiable rate should be applied for a customer willing to stay for a few days a week etc.

Rooms are nice and staff is super friendly. There was no problem finding parking and they also allow dogs. Restaurants right across the street and just an overall good stay.

Very nice looking motel. I was in on a trip for work and I was looking for a nice and welcoming motel where I could get some rest and they had it all. Thank you motel 6 for your service and also the front desk staff as they were very enthusiastic and fun. 10/10 very satisfied.

I arrived late and was told there was no hot water, that I could go somewhere else or live with it with no offer of discount or anything. It had been a very long day of travel, so when I only wanted to pay for the one night (in case it wasn't fixed by morning), they told me the rate I had wouldn't be honored if I didn't pay it all at once, but finally, I got them to agree to honor it. I always stay at Motel 6 when I travel, but I may be rethinking that.

I loved everything there it was great clean pool was clean also office is nice I would want to stay there agian. Great staff clean rooms. Martha and Sandy are amazing staff's.

Customer service was awesome. I was awesome. Had to throw that in there. Had 2 other guests who also had a great time. The overall experience was great. Conveniently located near fast food and family dining.

One of the better stays I have gone to. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. If I needed anything they accommodated me right away. The rooms and overall location is clean and well kept. I would recommend a stay here to anyone.

I had a horrible experience here. I came to California with my family for the weekend in hopes of a fun vacation. Instead, I was informed that the smoking room I had already paid for 4 days in advance was unavailable and that Id have to wait till the morning for a new room. When I get to my room, the shower was filthy and bedsheets had hair on them. The next morning I wake up to the news that the building has no water which prevented us from being able to shower, use the bathroom, etc. It was a major inconvenience to our trip costing us a day and and extra $170. I spake to the receptionist at 10am that lied and said they'd have us in a new room by 12. We didn't get a new room until 5pm. Once we go to move our stuff from the old room to the new, we enter to the old room to find all of our belongings missing. Maintenance had wrongfully entered our room without consent and moved all of our stuff to a room downstairs. When we got to the new room, 7 hours later, it had a foul odor, no refrigerator (which I had already paid for one), dirty bedsheets and pillow cases with holes in the covers, and still no running water. At that point I cancelled my stay for the night. Im still yet to receive my refund. My family, friends, and I will never do business again with this establishment.

First, the location was chosen as it was convenient due to being close to the area we needed to be at. Even though the star rating was very low, we still booked. Now I see why it was so low. The front office lady was very welcoming, which is always great. The area at the Riverside West location is not somewhere I would choose to stay in as there was a lot of inappropriate activity that is clearly going on there. The room appeared to be clean, but bed covers and sheets were filthy! There was clothing from the previous guest still in the room. Upon seeing how dirty the covers and sheets were and seeing the area, we decided we would not be staying there. We went back to the front desk and reported the uncleanliness of the room and asked for a refund as we did not feel comfortable staying there with our kids. The lady in the front was very apologetic and gave me a refund for the amount paid, which would be returned 5-7 business days after. I've stayed at different locations in Motel 6 rooms, but this was by far the worst of them all.

Friendly staff… Rooms are small pictures make the hotel look nicer than what it is. Walls are very thin and you can hear your neighbors conversation. This is a very busy hotel so there's always noise around. Pool didn't look clean or inviting. Other than the staff there isn't anything nice about this hotel.

Might not be the best looking place or the cleanest place in town but the customer service is worth noting. One of the ladies there is really helpful not to mention beautiful. I caught myself studdering my words. If.

Very very very friendly at every visit. One of the cleanest motel 6 I have ever been. The room attendants are always great will give extra towels without a problem. Good central heat and Air. The only down fall is no refrig. Or microwave in room but the rooms are reasonably priced. Washer dryer and pool on premesis. Restaurants across the street.

Staff personnel were polite very helpful with switching us into a room that was suitable for our taste the room was tidy bed and pillows felt great had a good experience with this hotel in Rubidoux Ca. Thank you Sandy and the rest of the staff.

They are very economically priced and they have over the top water pressure but there is a horse that lives next door to the hotel so it's a little work to make sure that you don't get flies in the room.

I didn't deal with the staff much so I can't comment whether or not they were nice and professional. Which leads me to say that the check in and check out is speedy. That's probably the best thing about this place, honestly. The room I was assigned to has an unbelievably outdated a/c unit. The bed was clean and nicely made but was extremely uncomfortable. I hardly slept at all and I'm not sure if it was due to the uncomfortable bed or the noises that were coming from the parking lot all night long. Despite the knowledge that someone could only enter if they had a room key… and even then they'd have to get past the dead bolt, I did not feel safe at all. There were sketchy people all over the place, I was almost certain that a man was following me to my room and then changed his mind. Thank god…

It would be much better if you included free Wi-Fi. Liked that my bed was made everyday. Housecleaning is very good too. Should include more breakfast options.

Checked in close to midnight. 2 twin beds in room-I only needed 1-which looked ok — but 2nd bed had no blankets and was not made up. In addition there was a ball of hair on this bed. Have pics to show details. After waiting 15 min to check in, wanted to sleep asap and not hassle with getting a different room because I had to leave at 6am.

It's a spooky place. Reminds me of the Dates Hotel. I love Motel 6 establishments, this one seems a lot different.

Very helpful staff, but the mattress was worn out, the sheets were threadbare and the bedspread was stained. Lots of noise all night in the parking lot, but I suppose this is to be expected as the neighborhood is marginal.

Rooms are great for short stays lots of tweakers walking around at night. But rooms are clean and safe.

The bed sheets were old and had cigarette holes. The place was noisy all night long. The only good thing is that the check in and out was very fast and the floor was clean.

By far… hands down… the worst motel I've ever stayed at. Reserved a non smoking room with two beds over a month before hand… they ended up giving me a smoking room with one bed. ($400 for two nights btw) … Asked for more towels… and they told me to hunt down a housekeeper. No fridge. AC was horrible. The toilet was broken… had to keep fixing it after every use… Sheets were dirty. Lady at the front desk was rude… I honestly had to just walk away. Never coming back.

Room size and location were good, however towels were too small, there was no shampoo in the room and it hasn’t been cleaned properly, there were hairs in the shower and the room.

Cable TV was even more enjoyable than the last time I stayed at Motel 6 at Jurupa, particularly PBS. I love that pool, especially after 6 weeks in London. Air temperature here that 4 days was 102.

The location was very nice as it was easy to access and had many options for breakfast, lunch and dinner. There were some things in the room that were falling apart and that were worn out. The room was clean but smelled like Clorox when I first arrived so I had to air out the room. Staff were extremely friendly and very helpful. Overall my stay was okay but not great. Wi-Fi is not free and they do not serve breakfast for the price just a FYI.

I only gave this place a 1 star because zero stars were not an option! I’m from Arizona and was in town for my grandson’s wedding. I found this place by searching for hotels that is close to the venue for the wedding. I looked at the pictures posted on the website. From the pictures, the rooms looked decent so, I made a reservation. Once arriving there I was disappointed from check in to my sudden check out 10 minutes later. This place is a DUMP! Not sure when the posted pictures were taken, but they are not a representation of the present state of the rooms! As I opened the room door, the room reeked of the aroma of bleach. The smell was so heavy that I became nauseous! The supposedly “clean” room was very dirty and looked like it hadn’t been properly cleaned for years! The room was just the beginning… there were unsavory looking people and dogs everywhere. We didn’t feel secure there. With that being said, I promptly returned to the front office, returned the key cards, told them we were checking out, requested a refund, gathered our belongings and LEFT! If you like filth and are ok with the possibility of being robbed or assulted then this is the place for you! If not, then Don’t even consider this hotel! $59.99 a night is asking way too much but then again, you get what you pay for…

I didn't get much sleep at all. My neighbors in room 101 sat outside and talked, laughed and smoked my entire stay. I'm waiting for the full refund that I was promised by your office staff. It's too bad that others don't respect the privacy of other guest. I had a fifteen hundred mile drive ahead of me and I am very tired due to the interrupted sleep at your motel. The rooms have a nice set up, modern look, semi clean. sheets were stained, ac is outdated, the shower did not work, water pressure at sink was too low. The walkways and parking lot need a good pressure wash.

When I stay again I will request a room away from the front desk area. It was too noisy. Over all it was a fine stay. I had my Grandkids stay with me and it was not an issue. The towels for the pool are the same as the room towels and we had to wait for laundry to Finish to get towels.

Advise to workers at all motel 6. Relax with the attitude not everyone is the same. U guys might offend someone. By your judgement of character.

Didn't actually stay at the motel, but the views from the outside just doesn't make a person feel to comfortable. Although if I I had absolutely no other option I would sleep there.

I have been staying at this facility for the past 3 years and will continue. The customer service is amazing, Adela the manager made sure that we had a room and was very on point. I would recommend this facility to everyone I know. Thank you Adela.

I came to expect some level of cleanliness and service from previous Motel 6 experiences that were good overall. I usually check in to Motel 6 when I need to sleep when on the road and to clean up, not for vacation of course. This Motel 6 was one of the worse ones that I've ever been to. The facility is out of date. I do see the attempts to modernize it, but it's not much of an effort. When I checked in to my room I noticed that both beds had cigarette burn marks on bedding, sheets appeared dirty. The overhead AC unit was from the 70's and leaked water on floor which I accidentally stepped on with my socks. Being on the first level sucked sound travels with ease through ceiling, I was hearing foot steps all night long and I didn't get a good night sleep. I should have just slept in my car.

When I first arrived I saw workers like everywhere! Cleaning up rooms and outdoors even sweeping the sidewalks and pool area it made me very confident my room would be clean and it was! Only thing that was missing was a microwave and fridge I was traveling cross country that would have helped greatly I had no where to store my food.

I have stayed here many of times. And hands down the rooms are great and up to date. Small spaces which feel like huge spaces because of the layouts and design. The staff is top top top notch. Seriously. If you have any issues or need something, if they could do it they will do it. I have been going through some stuff lately and they have helped with awesome accommodations. This motel6 was very clean and gave me a free upgrade. It was nice. Great job.

I had great service from the lady who helped us at the front desk. The front door to my room was broken so it wouldn't lock or shut. Also it was dirty and there were cockroach in the towels. I wish all motel six were good. I have some that are way clean. But some are really bad because of the people who take care of it don't do their job.

The staff here is just incredible, very friendly and welcoming, especially the manager Guadalupe. This is definitely the place to be if on a budget. Thank you to all the staff members here we love it.

Loved this place, it's a great location, people are friendly and the rooftop bar is to die for. We visited this place back in December, when the temperature was in the negatives, yet, we still had a blast thanks to the staff. They gave us amazing Motel 6 on what to do and even called a cab for us. The only thing they are missing is a fridge, only because it's always nice to bring some beers back to the hotel after a long tour in Rubidoux, CA. Other than that, loved it!

Great we like it, its not bad at all. Try staying in mid-city riverside you have to hide all nite.

This motel is really good. I wouldn't spend my money here if I wasn't happy here. The girls at the desk are always friendly. Especially Lupe (always asks how I'm doing) Liz, Priscilla, and Adella. They like to have fun at work and that's the way it should be because it rubs a good vibe off onto the customers. I stay here a lot when I'm having roommate issues and I can stay anywhere, but they make me feel at home here. The rooms are always clean and smell fresh.

It is very cheap, but very clean and quiet. Brand new shower too. However it was missing the fridge, microwave, and the TV was a tube TV and very small.

Tv broken, I found 3 wasp nest on way to room.

Nice place to stay. Pool is great. Close to freeway.
