Great place great breakfast wonderful workers in the whole hotel.

Rooms are great! I didn’t realize they were furnished, good surprise.

I liked the added kitchen. Slightly smaller than I expected but it was comfortable. Breakfast was continental style but enough to start the day.

The hotel is good enough with all accommodations that we are looking for. It’s all about almost the same as Resorts accommodation. I had enjoyed staying even for one night due to Showtime that we watch at Thunder Valley. I will recommend this hotel to my friends.

I stayed here for three nights last week as part of a business trip. Everything about the room and amenities was excellent. The room was spacious, well organized, and very clean. The kitchenette was very useful when it was too late at night to hit the nearby restaurants. The breakfast service in the morning was also excellent, with a wide array of both hot and cold food. And the little mini-market in the lobby was great for grabbing some quick cold brew coffee and granola bars on the way out the door. Everyone behind the desk was very friendly and helpful. There are lots of restaurants nearby, and a Chili's literally just across the parking lot. Can't beat that.

Good service. They immediately look into any concerns you may have about your room. I like that you can borrow games or a blender if u plan to get creative with your cooking skills while you are there. The kitchen staff are also pretty sweet and helpful.

Clean spacious room with kitchenette. Breakfast was a great spread and the waffle batter was really good with a great choice of add-ins. Staff very friendly and helpful. Def will stay here again.

When my kids are excited about making their own egg Mcmuffins in the morning, it is a great hotel! The room was set up as a mini apartment. The sofa bed extended did take up most of the walking room. We had a king with a sofa bed. I had to half close it when packing up to leave. I was either cold or hot at night between the AC turning on or off which was the only downside. The room had a fully equipped kitchen.

Great hotel, friendly staff, as well as an indoor pool and hot tub. Its surprisingly quiet next to the freeway, and has updated comfy rooms with a small kitchen (at least the one we booked had one. ) Minutes away from public chargers and the Tesla Supercharger, and a lot of fun things in Sacramento. Highly reccomend staying here, one of the best hotels I've stayed in for this price.

No smoking first off, sorry but I had no idea that every hotel in California is suppose to be non smoking. Clean place, very nice staff. Would have went else, not the same price as the site said. Charged my card then had to refund just to pay cash.

Great place to stay, clean and family friendly with a indoor pool, breakfast with something for everyone. Staff was so helpful at the front desk and the person stocking breakfast was so nice. We have stayed here the last three times and customer service is always A+.

Newer Hotel and well maintained. The check in is fast which is always beneficial after a long day of work. The location is in area of Roseville that the surrounding brick and mortar businesses have only been opened a short time. The Chili’s Restaurant is walking distance, so if you want to have a drink it’s very convenient. Across the freeway is a movie theater and other various shopping stores. The rooms are not spacious but that’s mostly because of all the furnishings, a full kitchen, a wall to wall desk, a king size bed and night stands, etc. A unique feature was the two doors to the bathroom, a single entrance and double doors access to a coat closet. The amenities included are up to Marriot standards. Enjoy.

Check in and check out was quick and easy. Room was clean with more amenities than we needed for an overnight stay. Definitely a good option for longer status or business trips.

Nope. I worked for Marriott for years, & have been a loyal customer… but after my experience here today I will no longer do business with them — seriously they're running a scam. Go elsewhere! Oh, and thanks for responding to my review here — with a stock/irrelevant/arbitrary response. Such deliberate lack of sincerity & authenticity should be a red flag for anyone considering staying here. Meanwhile I'm reporting this establishment to the BBB & ADA for the law violations I experienced here first hand.

This was a great place to stay for me and my family. The room we booked was two bedrooms plus a living room, so it was perfect for everyone to have their own space. It was located in a nice area in Roseville and even shares a parking lot with a 24-hour mini market in case you need something. The staff was very friendly and the room was clean. Very happy with our stay!

This is a pretty nice hotel. The staff was very friendly! I would recommend this to anyone I know. The breakfast service was pretty good as well. It gets a little crowded in the morning. The indoor pool is decent as well. It is a bit cold for the outdoor pools. The price was fair. Over all a good stay.

We've always loved staying at Townplace Suites, no matter where we travel to. This one was very VERY nice and we plan on staying there on all of our trips to the Sacramento area.

A great place we caked home away from home for 4 days. The staff was very accommodating, upgraded us to a bigger room at no extra cost.

Place was gorgeous inside and out. Location was perfect right off freeway with a chili's in parking lot and others as well. The rooms where clean and very spacious.

We got to this hotel and got the key to our room, to find out someone else was already staying in that room. And they were in the shower?! What we walked in on someone in the shower? Looks like this isn't the first time this hotel gave keys to a room that already had an occupant. But if that was me and someone walked in on me I would freak out. The hotel staff needs to be trained on what rooms are available or not! We dead bolted the door in our new room I case someone walked in on us.

I stayed here while attending a concert at Thunder Valley. The room had a nice layout with plenty of storage. The staff were friendly and accommodating, providing toiletries that I forgot to pack. The location of the hotel was convenient and continental breakfast is available for guests. I enjoyed my stay and would certainly stay here in the future.

Such nice place for a getaway and great staff check in was easy and farrah welcomed us with a smile on her face and was willing to help. Just loved the place.

So I stayed at TownePlace for business. This was my 1st time staying at this hotel and I travel a lot. 1st at check-in I was advised that my card would only be charged for incidentals, because my employer was covering the cost. 2nd my room was nice, but smelled of a smoke lounge. I called down and they were able to change my room. 3rd. At 3:45 am I have 5 men walk into my room as I was sleeping telling me, I was in their room! I tried calling the front desk, but none of the phones in the room worked. I was already nervous the fact that 5 men walk into a room drunk causing a scene would make anyone a little nervous. 4th this hotel not only charged my card once they ran my card 7 times. After calling my employer and the hotel to get things straightened out the manager called apologies and stated he was new and his team has some things to train on! He stated the charges were accidentally charged and they would refund my money. After the hotel charged my card over the course of two days my bank put a fraud and block on my account. This hotel is one that I would never go to again! Horrible scary experience!

Hot tub is open till 11pm, indoor and clean. Beds are comfortable in the rooms and having the kitchen is awesome.

Centrally located and close to everything needed for our stay. Room was comfortable and clean.

They have a kitchen inside the room they provide pots and pans cups plates soap the necessities u need. The room real nice comfy bed bath room have a long mirror which I think is a plus inside pool/spa gym small store dinning area they will provide toothpaste toothbrush razors etc if u left behind no charge receptions was nice think her name was Sarah. I would recommend and stay again.

The room was not gross and dirty like a previous stay at a hotel in LA. Good room service.

Round are small — I felt like it could have been a room in New York. Breakfast was lacking quite a bit. Overall, clean but otherwise disappointing.

Stayed here 2 weeks when we first arrived to Roseville. Staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. Rooms are nicely appointed. Some of the furniture is becoming worn. The couch says and the fabric is in need of revitalization. Overall this is a great place to rest for a bit.

First impressions are lasting impressions. I hope that no one in the world has the unfortunate experience of being checked in by Alona. Her disposition was the most rude and unwelcoming that I have ever encountered. She first asked what was my business at the hotel, to which I just looked at her in shock. Being that it was 8:00 in the evening after a tornado. As I checked in I asked for extra towels, she acted as if she did not hear me. After checking me in and overcharging me for incidentals. She gave me my room key and stated I'm sure you know about the breakfast. I checked in my room, the shower was not clean, the curtain was dirty, and there was food left over in the refrigerator from a previous guest. I called the front desk, where she stated "can you come and get your towels" Rude again! I booked my next night at another hotel. Do not stay here as long as Alona is at the front desk. Your stay will be horrible. She will make sure of it.

LOVED IT! Very clean, modern, and comes with full kitchen (including microwave, oven, dishwasher, and fridge). Huge bed with HDTV. Seriously, with exception of some really expensive hotels I've stayed in (in Las Vegas, etc. ), this has been my favorite place to stay.

Had a great experience. Good service very clean. Complementary breakfast consists of cold cereal waffles, and oatmeal bagels, and activia yogurt, muffins, hard boiled eggs and little more. Waffles are only hot food.
