Stayed here twice on a return trip between LA and SF. The room was spacious, clean, contemporary and very fresh. Probably the nicest of the four hotels we stayed at during our trip. The reception staff were extremely helpful and the buffet style breakfast very tasty. Will definitely book here again.

We stayed for 2 nights and it would have been great if someone would have cleaned our room. The bartender was great and very nice guy while we stayed the for 2 hours before they closed. I always stay at Marriott Hotels and always live it!

I had family from out of town stay here so we visited with them at the bar. Great drinks. Great atmosphere. Nice decor. Went up to their room, very nice. I would def recommend to our of town guests.

It is a newer, beautiful hotel with a nice bar & restaurant. The breakfast is great. The double queen room was very big with a mini fridge, microwave, couch, desk. Very clean except there were a few ants in the bathroom. Overall a great place to stay.

King suite room was wonderful. Spacious with chaise, work desk. Very powerful toilet flush. Comfortable lighting, not too bright for my eyes. I slept comfortably without interruption.

Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast selection was good, but the breakfast area got really busy during peak time. The outside of the building may be disturbing to see the number of sparrow droppings on the windows, but at least the inside of the hotel is clean.

Nice place. Clean. Little trail around the property and train tracks. The pool and outside area are nice. The breakfast was a little limited. But the staff was very friendly. Thanks especially to George at the front desk and Richard in the restaurant. Our family had a pleasant time thank you. (If you stay here with kids be sure to check out the Ravine water park. Close and worth it. )

Beautiful, clean rooms… great breakfast choices in the morning (they had almost everything I could think of). The front desk staff were very friendly. We only stayed one night but if we stayed longer we would have checked out the other areas in the hotel. We will definitely be back!

Convenient location adjacent to 101 with plenty of parking. Large rooms with thoughtfully placed mirrors. Best bathroom sink lighting for shaving & putting on makeup in any hotel I've been in, including 5 star ones. Very clean, good linens & towels & extremely friendly & helpful staff. Mediocre breakfast with weak coffee that closes at 9:30am, earlier than most.

The room was very clean, great layout with the bed & separate desk/couch area. Good mini fridge and microwave. The only problem were the pigeons right outside the window. They used that front window patio section as their nest/poop area. Able to hear pigeons all day/night. Not many places for food within walking distance.

This is a nice and clean hotel and a decent example of what you can expect from a Marriott property. The breakfast is good food and plenty of it and the room was very clean. I was thanked by every staff member that I passed by for staying with them which was slightly awkward, what do I respond with? You're welcome? Thank you? No biggie, it was a pleasure staying here. Easy access to and from the freeway and close to the attractions of the central coast.

Great new place to stay in a quaint small town. Excellent food, great selection of local wines from Paso Robles Region. Staff was welcoming. The server, Ahnika was awesome. She was very helpful and knew how to make a mean Margarita! She was very knowledgeable of menu and prompt.

Friendly staff, comfortable rooms, but thin walls. We stayed here over a holiday weekend and had a room on the first floor. I had to complain to management three times about noise from the room above us (kids running and jumping). You can hear through the walls on either side, too. They claimed to be sold out so couldn't move us, but the noise would abate for a short time after we complained, so I assume some action was taken. It would start again shortly thereafter so I can't recommend this place for a quiet weekend. The location is good, rates are reasonable, but quality is lacking.

This hotel is great. I love that it has a restaurant and bar but also has free breakfast. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The only con is that the hotel is not close to restaurants.

Staff was incredibly friendly! The room was very nice and clean. Breakfast was good. It was a very relaxing experience from start to finish.

Stayed at this hotel twice for work. And both times were very relaxing and clean and the breakfast was good. They have alot of amenities. And the rooms look really nice with a nice bathroom and giant bed.

Great hotel! I'd give it 5 stars if it wasn't for 1 weird design flaw. We stayed in a two queen bed suite, and the bathroom was divided into two separate rooms. One with a shower and the other with just the toilet. Neither door had a lock on them so they just felt like part of the main living area. The walls were thin so it felt like you had no privacy from the other people staying in the room with you. It made it so that any time someone needed to use the restroom a very uncomfortable situation. A few of my family members resorted to going down to the lobby to use the bathroom instead. The pool was Outdoors but it was very warm and enjoyable to swim in at night. The breakfast was good as well. Fantastic staff.

The food is really good, and I love the atmosphere! They have a great happy hour too. Appetizers were 3 dollars off, so I got the nachos. It was 11 bucks and could've been split easily by three people! Been here several times now.

Front office staff was extremely polite. The hotel was very clean and well take care of. Highly recommended.

Nice hotel room, the hotel room is nice to stay. We use Amazon Echo Devices to stream music and the sound is great. I own an Amazon Echo Device for music and videos.

We were there at a group dinner dance. Food was brought to the tables way to late. We had to ask for the dirty dishes to be removed from our table. The food was not enjoyable. The steak was tough and the chicken wasn't much better. Very disappointing evening.

Great room & hotel. Liked that we could go downstairs to use a table to play cards & talk in the evening. Thought they had a hot tub though which would have been nice! Their morning breakfast was wondeful you enjoy. Friendly helpful staff.

Very friendly staff, and super clean and comfortable environment. Secluded area, yet near to freeway for easy access to any of the beaches or shopping in area.

Location is just off the 101 fwy, very accessible and has plenty of free parking. Also not to far from Starbucks which can be a plus for most people. Hotel is about 2 years old, the rooms and hotel is in excellent condition. Nicely decorated and very clean, hotel staff is very accommodating. They have great size rooms and also rooms that are handicap friendly. Michelle was the one who helped me with my reservation, and Also checked me in. She truly went out of her way to help me get a double bed that was handicap friendly. Another great person was Sherry, she was so helpful and a great staff member. Everything is a plus in this hotel, can't wait to be back.

Great place. Not much in the way of services within walking distance, other than the requisite Starbucks. The rooms are very nice. We stay in a "suite" which has a living room type area partitioned from the 2 queen beds. There's a fold out sofa bed too. There's 1.5 bathrooms as well.

What a surprisingly excellent hotel! Fabulous rooms, great bar area, nice pool, pretty property half way to San Francisco. Hope I can find a reason to go back soon.

Room is clean with nice modern decor. Bed is comfortable and the bed sheet is pretty soft! Hotel staffs are friendly and helpful. I'm really satisfied with my stay.

Hotel is about two years old. I love the lobby and the location. The only downside about this hotel is no hot tub. Otherwise the rooms are modern and fresh!

Careful when you are making your reservation. They could debit your card of more than 500$ and refuse to refund you. Not a great staff, not a great hotel.

The hotel is quite new and room is very clean. The beds are very comfortable and much larger than other hotel room. The lobby is large with large break fast area. The swimming pool is clean. The receptionists are friendly and helpful. Recommend this to everyone.

Beautifully designed hotel rooms. Extremely kind staff—very helpful and sweet. Everyone is a pleasure to speak with, particularly Michele. 5 stars all around.

Just off the 101 freeway, easy to locate, plentiful parking. Room was in great condition, comfy beds and couches. Pool is not that big. Front desk people super friendly and professional, some of the best I've ever met. Breakfast buffet was the typical stuff: Canadian bacon; eggs that were halfway between beaters and scrambled with toppings of cheese, fresh spinach, and salsa; waffles, fruit, pastries, yogurt, juices, coffee, tea. Lots of people so food disappeared fast, but kitchen was very fast to put out more food. Plenty of seating inside and outside to eat. The only bad thing was our room phone wasn't working. Engineer came the next day and determined that the jack was loose. Meanwhile, had to walk to front desk to request stuff. Inconvenient, but again the front desk people were very nice and tried to accommodate. Would stay again despite the hiccup. Only 30min drive to Avila and a bit farther to Pismo. It's early August at the time of this review, and in the afternoon Atascadero is about 15F warmer (85F) than the beach (70F).

Definitely a solid operation. Same, comfortable layout as other SpringHills which I like. Delicious breakfast. Bed was very comfy.

Hit and miss. Unfortunately it is still one of the better places in Atascadero. The food is pretty consistent — — but they would do better with more daily specials catering to locals. One server is 5 star, one server is 4 star, one server is — 1 star. I will let you roll the dice to see which one you get.

The front desk attendant, Michelle, gave me the best customer service experience I've ever had at a hotel anywhere. She had a truly genuine, cheerful and welcoming attitude. I really appreciated how she went above and beyond my expectations to accommodate me comfortably in the lobby while I waited for my significant other to arrive.

We were blown away by the quality of the food! The bar was awesome as well! Great little hideaway spot near Templeton with incredible service and a great bar with killer views. Cannot recommend this place enough!

Lovely hotel. The beds were comfortable and the room was spacious. Although both the bathroom and shower room had sliding doors with no locks in either of them.

Michelle was a standout in customer service! The second I walked in she made me feel at home like a VIP & had me checked in with all the info I needed in a minute flat. So much that I had to jump on here to leave her a great review, just wow. Thanks Michelle, I hope it doesn't go unnoticed how appreciated you are. I had a very long, stressful day & you turned it around just with your personality & hospitality. Then I get up to my room & it's even a little nicer than most Springhill Suites that I'm used to staying at! I will be looking forward to staying here again.

Our go to hotel for visiting Paso Robles! Everything is new and clean. Highly recommended!
