Beautiful. We had to leave early due to an unrelated event but check in was easy, friendly and efficient. The room was clean, inviting, very spacious. The bathroom was fantastic as I needed a shower due to limited mobility. We had a shower and tub. Great for family needing both! I'll be back to this property!

Great customer service. Nice and clean rooms. Great food selection for a quick bite. Good spot for business travels if you need a quiet place to stay. It is conveniently located near many locations for business and pleasure. The staff is very friendly and helpful and go out of the way to make you feel very welcome.

I have stayed here a few times while working in Oxnard. Nice service and room. I like the location also. It is close to the highway and restaurants.

This is a nice place to stay at a reasonable price. Everything is well maintained/new. If you plan to watch TV during your stay, make sure it works well before you get settled in. I have had TV problems in the past. Definitely recommended.

Friendly staff, and great, funky furniture design in the rooms — — not dated, just distinct. Good access to outlets and usb plugins. I loved that the bathroom included a small magnifying mirror.

Fairly nice hotel although we were put in a secondary wing of the hotel which didn't seem as nice as the main area and had no elevator. Otherwise, perfectly acceptable accomodations.

My boyfriend's family came to visit all the way from New Jersey and love staying at this particular hotel. It's close to a lot of good shopping centers, the beach is a stone's throw away, and the area is very military friendly! Definitely recommend to anybody looking to visit Ventura!

I don't know where to start… Many of us are here from out of state for my sweet cousins wedding. This has been a poor experience thus far, the staff has been RUDE to the bride, groom, mother of the bride and the bridedmaids… To say the least, I'm disappointed… This is the biggest day of my cousins life and Marriott has failed us all. I've spent nearly $400 to stay here for 2 nights and there are at least 60 of us who are staying here and this experience has been poor.

Staff is friendly, little bistro is expensive and has been out of certain food (flatbread items) for four days. Room was clean, fresh. Bed comfy.

Employees are beyond nice. Walls are paper thin so you hear everything and bed is very hard. Bistro is good for drinks and food.

I love the person I was with and the service was great always clean and the rooms are excellent and the bistro is satisfactory and I wish I was there right now.

Worst service ever. Paid in full two weeks in advance and arrive to be told they don't have a room they are "sold out". Ummm, you sure as hell took the money out of my account so how can you be sold out? Then the idiot behind the counter didn't even care. I'll call corporate and complain.

I recently moved to ventura and I stayed here during my transition and my new place since I was in transition I stayed here for about a week or a little more. The staff was super nice and caring. Hotel is in a convenient location and my room Was implacable due to their great housekeeping I highly recommend this hotel anyone that needs a bed to put your head down from a long road trip or a getaway. Thanks Marriott and staff.

The restaurant was a bit pricey, but the room was nice and everything was well kept and up to date.

The bed was comfy and the room was fairly spacious, but I found the room to be quite old (though furniture was new) and not very well kept as there were lots of orange-red coloured smears in corners (like around door frames, between the bathroom counter and walls, etc. ). However I believe that is a matter of long term cleaning (mold? ) as oppose to cleaning between guests. Also, there was no breakfast included and I had a ground floor room in a courtyard. Overall, I didn't think it was that great of a value.

This place is okay. Staff is very nice and attentive. No room service though. They have a cafe you can order food from but you have to pick it up yourself.

I had a family visit there and it was awesome. The staff was very helpful the facility was clean and the service was wonderful. My family enjoyed the pool and spa and stated that they would visit it again.

I recently was here for a work seminar. Everything was very professional and pretty. I have also stayed here as a guest and have never had any complaints. Would come here again!

Very bad experience. They didn't accept my credit card for being Mexican. At 9:00 at night the only way to get in is by the main one. The dirty bathroom. The worst Marriott rep in the area. A thousand times better than Westlake or Camarilllo.

Typical Courtyard if you're in the Oxnard area nice place to stay. No sit-down restaurant per se but they do have a bistro that sells food and beverages. Free parking. The front desk sells snacks, small items you may have forgot to pack and bottled water/drinks.

Good bed, maid service on the weak side. Left over on carpet when I checked in and still there a week later after 2 cleanings. Didn't seem to vacuum at all. No breakfast sort of sad and weak. AC quiet on fan mode but sounds like it's raining on cool mode. Didn't restock paper coffee cups on first cleaning. Made sure there were none on second and they restocked. Would stay again if I can't find something better.

I attended an event here recently. The facilities are really nice and there is a Starbucks in the lobby which is really convenient for breakfast, snacks, and coffee. I look forward to coming back for another event if the opportunity arises.

Great service and the location was perfect for my needs (close to restaurants, expressway, etc). The room was perfect size. I didn't feel like I was stuffed in the broom closet.

We had a PCOC meeting there, in one of their banquet rooms, we also had a buffet dinner that was excellent, service was great as always. If you're looking for a place to have a meeting this is excellent place to have a meeting or stay at the hotel 5 stars all the way.

Really nice hotel but watch out for additional charges, I was charged for Wi-Fi when it should have been free and I couldn't get it to work on my phone just on my tablet. I would definitely stay here again.

This place has a quiet courtyard. The evenings are nice and calm. I prefer this hotel when I am traveling. It's close to lots of places like Ventura as well. Try it out. The only negative that I have is that the pillows aren't very good.

Hidden gem in Oxnard! Very nice and modern hotel with extremely friendly staff. The hotel is always clean and their banquet halls are perfect for your event. Their is a bistro and Starbucks in the lobby, so you can enjoy a bite to eat or your morning coffee before you start your day.

This is a great hotel! According to my husband is was nice and clean. The only issue I have is when something is mailed to a guest, they never get it. This is the second time I mailed something to my husband. First time I had to call my husband and tell him to go ask for it at the front desk. This last time, my husband was unaware of his surprise gift, and the hotel never even left him a message that he had something waiting for him. My husband left three days after the Hotel received his package and I had to call them and ask them to mail it back to me. Very dissappointed that his gift was not relayed to my husband.

I visited the Courtyard by Marriott to attend a formal dinner for my Navy Reserve unit. The lobby was clean and modern, the staff greeted me and my wife as we entered, and the room where we had the event was clearly marked and easy to find. Our dinner was outstanding — my wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our dishes, and the wait staff was fantastic. Everything about the experience is exactly what I would expect from a Marriott, which is to say that it was wonderful in every way. Thanks again!

Over priced and under serviced. While it was ultimately my mistake for not verifying services, a $300 per night charge that doesn't include at least a Continental breakfast is ridicules. Not even complimentary coffee? When my wife inquired about complimentary coffee, she was told, "You have a coffee pot in your room. " REALLY!?! We KNOW, we have a little two cup pot in our room. Big deal! Heck, Motel 6 has that! RUDE! The room was pretty and cleaned on a consistent basis, and!?!? Best Western has that AND breakfast! So to our room, it's a room! We slept! … our last day we noticed that our door was not pulled closed so my wife and I inspected our room for theft. This may have been occurring the entire 4 day stay but didn't notice until I pushed on the door without using my key in the reader and the door opened right up! No I didn't report the situation to the front desk. Why would we!?!? You know, we have a coffee pot in our room and all! That makes everything better! Don't look for our names to be on your guest lists anytime in the future. And just to be clear, we have stayed at the Marriott Residence Inn at the River Ridge and were extremely pleased. This Courtyard needs to go down the street and learn how to service guests!

Great location for what we needed and the rooms we very nice and clean. The beds was extremely comfortable.

The location is wonderful, close to the freeway. Staff and service very pleasant. Rooms modern and comfortable.

Very friendly staff. Clean inside and out. Comfortable bed, though the pillows were softer than my liking. Bathroom is a bit small. Water pressure and temp for the shower is fantastic for a hotel. Will stay again on my next trip to Oxnard, CA.

This hotel was newly built and matches to Marriott brand by all standards. Loved the experience of staying there overnight.

The room was nice. There was free Wi-Fi, a gym, and of course, a laundry facility. They provided a snack when I arrived and a snack upon checking out. I enjoyed my stay the Courtyard.

Parking is good and free. Staff is nice. The room was very nice. Recently remodeled. There are 8 outlets available AND accessible. There are even two USB ports for charging, although they are slow charging. The balcony isn't big enough to put a seat out on. The bathroom is good but very tight. The door comes within an inch of hitting the toilet. They even installed a toilet with a VERY small bowl (too small, really). The toilet paper holder is poorly designed since the roll almost falls off every time we use it. BUT, the beds are great. Soft, yet firm. VERY clean, everything is white white white. Even the headboard is just foam and a pillow case so it's washable. Overall, very nice stay.
