It's not the newest most up to date place, but it's clean, affordable, and convenient. I have stayed here a few times, and would stay here again.

Absolutely the best customer service have ever had in any establishment. And I travel the country this is definitely our number one Oasis in the desert.

Was a good price and helped us get through the night. Pet friendly too.

The pictures on Google are nothing compared to how it really looks, I have stayed at some pretty bad motels before, but this is right up with the worst. The clerk was very nice, but the property is very outdated and is in desperate need of a gardner and maintenance. The handicapped accessible room was outdated, the carpet was worn and torn in several places, it appeared clean, we were told it was a king bed but when we got there it's only a queen. The air in the room was on as it was 109 outside. We got a refund and went to a better motel.

Food left in fridge, blood stains on pillow cases, ashes in nightstand, carpet was sticky and sections missing near bathroom. Sticky notes left on door by someone with a lipstick kiss on it saying they'll be right back. Laminated "hotel policies" sheet mentioned that if you were in the room more than 30 minutes, no refund. What kind of business goes on in that place?! We just slept in the car we were so disgusted and no other rooms were available. (Not sold out, they just had that many rooms out of order)

Pets allowed three stars as its is the best place in town that allows pets.

This place was so nice and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Me and my husband and two kids stayed here for a week and it only cost us $280 they asked us everyday if we needed anything gave us clean towles every day and took are trash out. I would come back here again and tell everyone to come here to stay. To the staff here thank you.

I stayed here for 3 weeks while I was working in the Area. Very friendly and helpful staff, clean room, and great price.

Awesome people! The overnight lady was highly welcoming and cooperative! She took care of everything we could have asked for in a price very affordable! The day manager was awesome and highly cooperative too! The location is excellent too; in less than half a mile you are back on highway! Highly Recommended.

People were friendly, but unfortunately the room on the ground floor was unacceptable. The toilet was not cleaned, I couldn't have a bath or a shower as the bathtub was terrible, it looked filthy and old. The taps on the sink didn't work properly and although they say no dogs in this room, I woke up with flea bites all over my arms. The floor carpet seemed new so hopefully they will update the rooms. We will pass by this motel next time we are in Needles.

Contrary to what the website says there is no in door pool other then that they seem to be very nice.

The first room they put us in was horrible. The carpet was coming up near the bathroom, the room was full of flies, and the room was hot because they do not keep the little AC Unit running. I told them the problems and they put us in another room which had no flies and the carpet was fine, however the room took about 4 hours to cool off and the dresser drawers were sticky almost greasy feeling. We immediately told the front desk girl to cancel our reservation because we were not staying another night and she said she would ask her manager. Later that night I asked her about not charging us for the next day for we would not be there and her response was that she forgot to ask and she would call our room. She never called our room and in the morning there was no one to be found. They charged me for two nights. The breakfast they advertise was a box of cheerios, half a gallon of milk and a half gallon of OJ. The room they had the so called breakfast in was dirty and they did not turn on the AC so it was about 115 degrees. WOW what a false advertisement. DO Not stay here it is better to pay more money somewhere else trust me.

Asked for a ground floor unit when I reserved the room because stairs are difficult for me but when I got there they had none. A very helpful lady who was staying there also, helped me with my suitcase and I made it without killing myself. I had reservations for 2 nights and I guess when you stay 2 nights they don't make up the beds or take out the trash which really didn't matter but I was surprised The staff was friendly and the room was clean but it had one of those soap dispensers in the shower and it was empty of both shampoo and soap. If I had known. Also it was a bit shabby and the light switch didn't work. Breakfast was disappointing to say the least. The value was good and most folks don't care about the stairs but I chose another motel on the return trip.

Front desk clerk — Cash, was friendly and checked us in efficiently. The room was clean and smelled good but it is an old motel that has been painted and refreshed. The Wi-Fi connection worked well with password. There was Coffee, juice, milk, 2 cereals for breakfast in a room with tables and chairs. Slept well — very quiet. Very reasonable price through their internet site — ABV. Would stay again driving through Needles, CA.

I would really come back here again. The Manager and staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was very clean, no smoke. NO SMELLY SMELLS! Thanks for letting us stay here.

We were In may for a night at the Best Value Inn in Needles. Were passing through and had the Hotel booked in advance. We have for a night about 44 euros. As we against 17 clock arrived there, we were very nice from the staff receive. We got the card for our room in the upper floor. The room was large, the bed comfy, shower, bath, everything super. We had a fridge in the room. In the vicinity there is a supermarket. We were able to walk to go. We have something for dinner, bought and in the evening we sat by the Pool and have eaten. It was really great there. The next Morning, you could have Breakfast at the Hotel ($2 extra). We found total in order and also have it used. There were Cornflakes, milk, cake, Toast, jam, Butter, Erdnusscreme, juices and coffee. We would the Hotel recommend them at any time and also your own post again.
