A wonderful place. Fantastic location.
Updated 8/19/2018: Stayed here again recently and was extremely disappointed. Agate Cove Inn went from two experienced and wonderful inn keepers when we were here 3yrs ago to a rude single inn keeper who is unable to keep up with breakfast demand for the up to 20 people who stay here. Either the food was burnt or not cooked enough and it took forever. Besides that the rooms need some TLC. We stayed in the Diamond room and the DVD player did not work. The tub had a barely working spray attachment since the main faucet valve did not close all the way when switching to the sprayer. The bed sagged too much and was uncomfortable. For the prices being charged, the quality is no where near where it should be (or where it use to be). Do yourself a favor and find another place to stay at. Old Review: Stayed here in the summer of 2015 and had a wonderful and relaxing time. One of the better bed and breakfast locations in the Mendocino area. Breakfast is 5 star quality, probably one of my favorite parts of my stay. The view in the dining area is fantastic. We booked another stay and will be back here in a few weeks, can't wait.
