Loud and noisy. Problems with check-in and waiting for hours. Would not recommend.

Quiet easy to get there and check in is easy as long as you fill in the papers online straight away when you book. Don't believe in great quality when you book this but think about the price. It's a nice chill place. Free parking if there is a spot, close to downtown, good place to predrink in the kitchen. In short good value.

Good place for a night's stay, certainly better than other motels in the area and it did make me feel a little safer staying here since the doors were locked with a code for entry that are changed periodically. It has a little kitchen area with a fridge and microwave so it was good for keeping bottled waters or sandwiches and reheating food. I will say that parking in this place was a bit cramped so getting in and pulling out were a bit tedious but other than that, I'd say it was worth the money.

No front desk. Do everything via meil or phone call. Huge house, clean, kitchen with some stuff. Not nice suburb.

Great place to stay. Awesome owner. Was pleasant to talk to. Met travelers from a over the world the week we stayed.

The neighborhood is BAD! I mean, we were walking on the street and saw 2 people arrested on the street kind of bad. I mean, curfew after dark kind of bad. I prebooked the apartment and the owner sent us an email ca 3 hours before arriving that if we don't send him pictures of our ID's he will not send us the codes to access the apartment. I mean, he had 4 weeks to ask for ID as we booked well in advance but he chose to do it on the day of arrival. Thank god we happened to be in Wi-Fi area and we saw the email. It was very hard to get through to anyone and for the moment we thought we were scammed. Waited at the door for 30 minutes to access apartment we had paid for. Apartment itself was average, bring your own toilet paper as NOTHING is included.

Nice room. No t. V. Scary neighborhood. Dont leave food out because ants will find you! Shared bathrooms but we had our own. Shared kitchen. If you clean up after yourself it will make everyones life easier.

Horrible! There was no toilet paper, no towels, no soap, no chair to their desk, it was dirty, ants and there was a man walking around in just his boxers infront of my kids! WTH! I called that night to ask for toilet paper and to get my money back and they said they would have toilet paper to me never respond about getting my money back… their website said comes with toiletries and as far as I know that's at least toilet paper. So, the next day (Sat) almost 24 hours later I finally got toilet paper (I already had to buy my own toilet paper by this time), then the fire alarm went off for 45 minutes on Saturday evening. Not the sound of a dead battery either, but a full-blown a fire alarm! I called and dealt with Expedia, and the apartment for 30 of those min while the alarm was going off. Absolutely ridiculous! I was able to leave Saturday night being told I would get a full refund ($512). Can you believe $512 for a crappy place in the worst part of town! It's the third day and I haven't gotten my money back yet… I understand it takes 3 to 5 business days but If it's not here by Friday. I will be taking this a step further. I'm completely stressed about this whole situation since this horrible experience put me out almost $900 by the time I was done! I should just my lawyer friend now lol. What would you all do?

It was a nice quite visit.

Hotel dated but clean and comfortable, staff friendly and helpful and with good inclusive buffet breakfast provided. Only downside when we we're there was air conditioning was not working and room very warm and stuffy. Also area the hotel is in not the best at night and never felt particularily safe when walking at night.

Rooms were nice but I expected a lottle more for the price of the room. We had a balcomy overlooking the pool which was decent but parking was a challenge. Convenient location if you are visiting Universal Studios.

Bad location, no complementary water, not do friendly staff, no bellboys, but the room was clean and tidy.
