Excellent service. Good food and transportation.

This review is for the airport parking. Price is low but you pay for what you get. The parking gate never works so you have to take extra time to flag someone down to let you in the garage, and the shuttle is untimely and always “full”. If you value your time, go park somewhere else.

They claimed their system was down and My daughter sat in the lobby for 5 hours while they lied about not being able to give her her key yet others were getting theirs. No offer of food or drink — no offer of compensation — nothing. Finally got them to cancel the reservation and She went elsewhere. Would never ever stay here and would not recommend it to anyone.

Great and friendly staff. The lounge and restaurant was a nice place to chill for the evening. Every thing you'd expect from a four star hotel.

Excellent in a single word.

Checked in on spec for a day rate room after landing at LAX and our onward flight being delayed. Easy and quick pickup by Hotel shuttle, helpful driver handled the heavy luggage and a quick ride to the hotel — very slick check-in, comfortable, clean and spacious room. Complimentary breakfast for Bonvoy Elite members was welcome, with a great view of airport from the 18th floor.

Just check and encounter Joe downstairs at the front desk. He was awesome very accommodating, excellent customer service skills. Keep up the good job Joe!

I’m here now and EVERY SINGLE STAFF member from room service to maintenance to housekeeping, guest services and absolutely every other soul is EXTREMELY POLITE, very welcoming, very accommodating. I have absolutely nothing bad to say, anyone that even passed you in the hall greets you. I have never been so impressed with everything in my life! Great place to stay! Beds are great, pool is great, food is amazing!

Even during the pandemic we were accommodated to the utmost! There was 98 people in our group and it was one of the greatest rooms I’ve ever slept in. The bed was light as a feather I had a gorgeous view overlooking the pool and due to the pandemic there was no eating or drinking in the lobby so I enjoyed my coffee outside a few ladies I met walked the parking lot with me daily fitness center closed of course fruit trees lime and orange in the back we saw on our walk around the hotel. The pool was welcomed and I even got a lil tan too. I can’t forget the hot tub and the tropical paradise type atmosphere ❤️ The food was a bit spendy and nevertheless delicious, salmon was perfect and they even cooked my veggies “to my specifications” shout out to the bartender She was straight laced no chaser necessary 😜… overall I loved my stay and hope to be able to stay with you all again. They provided us with an excellent continental bagged breakfast daily although I didn’t drink the orange juice it was always cold. I’m a Caribou and I’ve been on Starbucks since day one… thank you so very kindly for your excellent service and hospitality.

Unprofessional manager, people in the outside dinning and pool was extremely loud and I couldn't sleep but the moment we played music it was a problem 😑 no microwave, small closet space, snacks were horrible and let's not talk about the prices.

The hotel can have better meal/snack options maybe a 24 hour snack bar.

This location is the bomb. Com. Front Desk Agent Linda really made my day after a horrible check in experience at another Marriott location. Her and another young lady made me forget all about the horrible experience I had. They really took care of me. I travel a lot doing business in LA when a lot of colleagues. This is hands down the location we will stay at each and every time. The whole staff was awesome. I’ve been in management a long time with Marriott and buy property for them and I just want to let the GM know he has a great team. However, let me throw this in for free because they normally do get praise the night auditors was on point with guest experience again thank you Linda and staff I will see you again next month.

The renovation was a refreshing change and the Customer Service is 5 stars. The staff went above and beyond to support an event we had at the hotel even after many plans changed due to the pandemic. Excellent Service…

I found this hotel, disabled unfriendly. I walk with a cane, and was told I was "loitering" because I stopped outside the Ballroom to rest my injured back. There were approximately 20 people in that hall, and I was singled out. Another "official" told me I was moving too slow, and a third told me that "canes trip people. " Another person with a hand truck full of Vodka, told a woman sharing an elevator that she was "taking up too much space. " Yes, there is a convention here; but people don't need to be so rude to the guests… especially, the disabled. I only hope some of these rude people are part of the convention and not direct employees. But, the one who told me I was "loitering, " was on staff! I hope our next two days here will be better!

This place exceeds the caliber one would expect from a such a namesake place and location… EXCEPTIONAL…

Great customer service specially the Banquet department headed by Ms. Dennia Grant, Ms. Karla Villegas, Mr. Romeo Silayan& Mr Alex, the assigned captain of our event. They were very accommodating and very flexible; easy to deal with. They made our event stress free. The service and relationship built was beyond our expectations. Keep up the great work. Kudos to your team too for catering to our needs. We appreciate your hard work and dedication.

This is how they treat their guests messed up or reservation locked us out of our room was paying $129 a night now they say we have to pay $179 a night I will never stay at another Marriott my 4&6 year old had to sit in the hall way at our door at 10:30 pm while we waited 30 minutes for Security to come open our door never again look in comments for picture.

Close to airport. Newly renovated. Great if you have lounge access. Lively lounge with nice variety and full bar. Rooms are modern and stylish. Lots of places to plug in both standard outlets and USB. Airplane noise is minimal but you can hear it. Nice staff, friendly service.

Modern hotel located near the airport, with shuttle service. We found it clean. Upon my arrival until departure the next day, we noticed that the entrance was always guarded on sight by 2 police officers. Beware of the price of car parking! If you, like me, have booked the hotel through a travel agency, make sure that parking is included in the amount paid. I had to pay nice 42 bucks for a single night's parking in the parking lot with the car!

Very nice. I was a little astounded that Wi-Fi was $12.95 a night. It was free in the lounge and bar but not the rooms. Parking was $48 a night. A great asset was that the rooms were sound proof. You could see the airplanes right out the window but couldn't hear them at all. I was at a seminar with 1100 people but there were only two small restaurants, one being the bar. There was a gift shop that sold sandwiches and soft drinks in the back. Checking in and out were every efficient. It was a nice place to stay but next time I might try the Embassy Suites, right across the side street.

Large hotel near airport. Nice sized pool. Stayed in executive suite with access to M Club which I highly recommend. Good breakfast and snacks/drinks all day with bar and evening eats. You can watch planes land and take off from the club. Lobby has a big bar area and a few different options for eating. Gregory at incoming near Valet was one of the most genuinely nice and friendly people we have met at any hotel. All the staff we have encountered have been very helpful. Convenient to beaches and most of LA. Would stay here again.

Nice place — newly remodeled on the inside. There are a couple of nice restaurants inside and a Starbucks in the lobby. The staff is friendly, rooms are clean, and it's only about five minutes away from the airport. I attended a meeting while in the hotel & there was plenty of space & a comfortable atmosphere. My room had a great view over the city. Would stay again when visiting LA for business.

Stayed here my last night in LA. Convenient shuttle to airport. Service was excellent. Treated us like royalty. Rooms beautiful and comfortable. The pool area was awesome. Elevators were plentiful and fast. Excellent work out room, again staffed with great people and lots of equipment. Restaurants and bars very nice. Not cheap, but you get what you pay for. 10/10 Would highly recommend.

My room had been upgraded with a floor to ceiling heavy glass door shower, nice sink top, cool shaped desk, multiple charging stations, and a mini fridge. The bed was comfortable and there was a large flatscreen TV. The closet space is on the small side but it was sufficient for me. Check in Was efficient and when I asked if there are restaurants had any vegan options, the young man at registration went to get me a menu. All three restaurants had delicious vegan options! There is also a Starbucks on the premises. I had a room with a balcony overlooking the pool. It was pretty, but a little noisy with people in the pool.

The gentleman behind the registration counter was very pleasant, accommodating and helpful. We were not sure what to do with our car so after he checked us in, he took us to the valet person so we could compare between self and valet parking. We ended up saving quite a bit. Thank you Marriott.

Where do I begin? This place is awesome. Yes I am a little partial to Marriott but between the room, the lobby and the Hangar. I love this place. Athena the restaurant/bar manager is top notch. Just let her know that the two southerners sent you and she will get a kick out of it. I will stay here again when I am in the area. (Sidebar: this place had better service than some JWs I’ve stayed at. )

Great as always. The M lounge is great with a nice base that includes craft beers. The evening appetizers were great and there are enough choices at breakfast for everyone. Rooms are standard, with my only complaint bring the chairs. Nowhere to sit and be comfortable.

We are very much enjoying our stay. The room is comfortable and clean. The staff is very helpful and pleasant. My Family enjoyed all the amenities the Marriott has offered. The breakfast is delicious and their coffee selection is very good. We did use the pool and Jacuzzi. Very relaxing! There were many places to lounge and enjoy some downtime. Pool side towels were readily available and the area was clean. My only issue is they only have one washer in the laundry room. Not nearly enough for a hotel this size. I would stay here again, as well as recommend.

Convenient hotel located near airport. Airport shuttle runs fairly frequently — mine even had a few guests staying at the Hilton next door sneak on because they had been waiting so long. Rooms were nice and modern. Clean bathrooms and comfortable work area. Large 24x7 lounge with breakfast for those who qualify.

This is a great hotel if you need to be close to the airport. They have a free shuttle. The swimming pool is really nice. The lobby and restaurants were just re done and have good food with good service. The concierge lounge was also just added and is very nice as well.

Cool, clean and contemporary. A great place to stay while waiting for a flight. The lobby was bustling and energetic, definitely not your average hotel. But be careful, location seems to be in a rough part of town. Definitely don't go for a walk at night around there. Other than that it's a oasis in a desert of despair.

If anyone is looking for great deals on hotels go to HotelRaven. Com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around… The hotel was huge and very nice looking. There were automated lights in the room, and several places to get food in the lobby, including some very nice restaurants. The food was very good, albeit a bit pricey, but that is to be expected in LA. The shuttle has a continuous route to the airport ever 20 minutes or so it comes by to pick up outbound passengers, which was very convenient for flying out. Very nice.

New hotel, renovated and very nice, the only downside was at the reception the staff took 27 minutes excatos at me for something that I needed urgently.

Very good improvements that have been made.

Loved my stay, fantastic hotel. HOWEVER it was so great that when I chose to respond to their email request to rate my stay, they sold my information! In less than an hour I received 2 telemarketing calls trying to sell me a cruise as a "valued Marriott customer"! I am disgusted. What a way to betray happy loyal customers. (And no there was no "opt in" in the survey. It was simply click on number 1-10)

This is a great hotel. 24 hour concierge and attentive staff. My company held an even here and the event staff were amazing! All of them were truly excellent. My only reason for not giving them a 5, was the inconsistent food quality with their "fresh bites" menu. Not horrible, just inconsistent. If I order the same item twice on two separate days, the experience and taste should be the same.

Spent the day here with a friend. Was very relaxing and fun! Clean establishment. Lots of amenities. Great spa service overall. I'll be back! Loved my massage. The sauna is clean and hot!

You don't look so good on the outside, but it's nice inside.

Nice rooms super clean and had a cool view of the pool. The bed was soft and I had my choice of pillows. My favorite part was the logging into netflix option on the TV so I could catch up on my shows. I had forgotten toothpaste however the front desk gave me a free pack to use, they were super nice about it. Great location to the airport and the shuttle is fast and on time.

If you have not stayed at the LAX Marriott recently, you're in for a pleasant surprise! The Hotel has done a stunning renovation that will blow your socks off! Beautiful open concept lobby, with newly facelifted restaurants. Savvy Staff, updated rooms that are simple, modern, clean and cozy. Best pool area-looks like a tropical paradise!

Very close to the airport with free shuttle. Highly recommended for a short stay at the airport. The rooms are clean and modern. Unfortunately the air conditioning was very noisy, therefore a star deduction.

They don’t deserve one star. Loud construction in the early mornings. Notice was never given to me that I will have men on my balcony painting the concrete floor. Hot tub isn’t working. Very little drawers for clothes. Bathroom ceiling had mold. No easy access to entry of hotel. Definitely booking else where when I come back to LA.

The place is beautiful but the parking is insanely pricey. When we got there there was very limited parking and then there was a sign that said the lot was full (this was not actually the case). We drove around and asked someone how much it would be for valet parking (we expected something ridiculous like $20) and he told us it would be $45 + tax. When we went around to look for self parking, we find out parking would be an additional $35 on top of our bill which is just too expensive. They allowed us to check in super late (3pm) and we had to leave by 12pm. In the morning the maid barge into our room after knocking once to try to clean. It was about 9am and we were woken up by this. The place looks amazing but there were just too many things that will get on your nerves in your stay.

Rooms are antiquated but lobbies are in process of remodel. The pool also looks amazing. The highlight of the hotel is the M lounge on the top floor. Gives amazing view and provided snacks for elite guests. Parking is at times hard to find. Location is good for the traveller that doesn't leave the hotel much. Else, nothing worthy is walkable near LAX.

It's a pretty solid Marriott, but the new M Club here pales in comparison to the implementation at other Marriott properties. At the Warner Center and Houston Airport Marriott locations, for instance, the m club is next to the restaurant and therefore gives elite members access to the real restaurant for breakfast. Here, it is on the 18th floor, and breakfast is just like a regular continental breakfast with limited options. Also, the room renovations left lesser storage space and cut the closet size in half. Again, a good location overall, but they missed the mark a little compared to other similar Marriott hotels.

The room and bathroom very clean. Small but tasteful. Ideal to stay comfortably for your previous trip by the proximity to the airport.

The hotel is very nice, although they continue to remodel, they offer very good attention… from reception to maids and generals.
There is gift shop, Starbooks and restaurant on the ground floor, there is also gym and pool of good size and facilities. The rooms and bathrooms have smart light, have smart TV… You can see Netflix, you Tube, region TV and other platforms. The interiors are very nice. It has transportation from the airport to the hotel and Visceversa, is central and safe.
I put 4 stars because I crash this situation… to be able to have room service you have to register on your arrival a credit card. And the laundry has to be picked up at reception (yes… when ordering, you can send it with the buttons… well) ; But if we want to service the room, so it should be… without card condition, or have to go down to register, or register at the beginning and if you do not use the service finally stay with your data because "do not accept cash. " Otherwise they would be 5 stars with excellence.

The hotel is under renovation. The rooms already renovated are great. The rooms not yet done are definitely dated. We were here for a convention. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. It is close to the airport but you do not hear any airport traffic. We ate at the restaurant once and we enjoyed it. There is a Starbucks within the hotel near the lobby as well. There is a sandwich place as well as a pizza/beer place within walking distance. We have young children and did use the pool. It's a good size with many lounge chairs. It was not heated so my kids did not last too long. There are also washers/dryers available for use (for a small fee) which was nice. Laundry detergent was provided down there. The underground garage is not wheelchair accessible with an elevator. You must climb stairs. If you have someone in a wheelchair, you need to walk the ramp up (where you drove down to go into the garage). If I were in the area and needed to stay by the airport, I'd stay here again.

The hotel has just been paddling sideways, so everything is very modern and nice. The beds are very comfortable. It has transportation from the airport to the hotel and vice versa, if you don't want to eat at the hotel there are many options to eat outside. It is 10 minutes from shopping centers, by bus. The rooms have a safe, iron, hairdryer and coffee-maker as well as my bar.

They steal personal belongings. Cleaning on "minus" 4 races. Incomprehensible payment system: both deposit and daily change in the cost of the room. Paid internet: $13 to $17. Paid and expensive parking: $35 to $45 per night… Managers are weak: confused payment dates and check-out, solving a simple question takes a long time …
P. S. : not worth "it" so much money!

It is a remodeled hotel with pool, gym, restaurant bar and cafeteria. 5 minutes from the airport with transportation. Its staff is very friendly.

The place was very nice and the people who attended us were very friendly. It was hard for me to find out where the event was that I wanted to go, so it felt great that there were many people who asked me if I needed help.

I visited the Marriott for a Hot Wheels Convention. I live in Orange County, so no need to book a room. Parking was a little tricky, but if you enter off Airport Blvd, you can drive to the front and then turn towards the hotel to park underground. It has a very nice entrance. There are escalators and elevators to help take you to the higher floors. I've never had to ask for service, so I can't comment on that. They do have giant event rooms, very spacious and clean.

Great event and wonderful pool. However rating is so low because of the worst renovation planning ever. Trying to sleep at 830 am and there is jackhammering and pounding and cutting around us. Went to bed at 5 am. What? Um this could be an afternoon job. I say paint in the morning and noise in the afternoon. Staff were very unhelpful with this until 20 mins of debate. Gave us free breakfast in the end. Fine thank you. I only desire better project management.

Have stayed at Marriott LAX before and it didnt disappoint. The old bar is being renovated but the other bar was good. The bar service was slow but he was very busy. The room was renovated and fantastic although there was a problem with the bath drainage. Loved the gym and pool area. Staff were efficient and corteous. Noise from renovations but what can they do? Will go back.

Still renovating the lobby. The rooms are much improved with Usb charging ports European showers upgraded fixtures. The closet is now way to small, the lights stay on as long as you move every 20 minutes or so. The bed was very comfortable. The entry is inviting. The M club is new and nice but I liked the intimacy of the old concierge lounge. Once the lobby is done this place will be rocking.

This is a review just for parking. Have been parking here for 11 years and finally getting around to a review. Make a reservation on line to get the best pricing. Pull into the valet for the hotel, they will off load bags and move them to the shuttle. They have multiple shuttles always running in a loop. Get back from your trip and text them when you get in the shuttle and your car will be brought up for you. Justin who is a young man who seems to be in charge is ON THE BALL!

Beautiful hotel. Almost walking distance from LAX; with frequent shuttle service to the airport but be aware the shuttle is very busy at times. Currently going under renovations the lobby looks very clean and modern. Gift shop and pantry. Nice pool and outdoor area that the rooms balconies overlook. Some rooms have yet to be redone and while thse ones are very dated in looks they are comfortable with good beds and cold a/c.

Really bad, no free Wi-Fi, no USB plug.

Been staying at this Marriott for the past few years. The hotel is currently under renovation and I got to stay in one of the new rooms. Loved it. Great update. The new M Club lounge is amazing. It's a mix between the star ship Enterprise and James Bond. It has a latte machine and still and sparkling water on tap. Staff is incredibly friendly and helpful.

We stayed for a couple nights and it was a great experience. All the workers were so nice and they had great aditude towards guests and do great jobs with house keeping. I went to the spa and it was fantastic really got my stubborn nerves taken away. But my favorite part was the pool it's a big pool my kids loved it and they even swam in it practically all day the would be me to let them stay long. I told them that we will definitely be staying again and they are gonna get a lot of my family too.

I've stayed at this hotel before, and even with the inconvenience of the ongoing construction, it is very much needed! I didn't get to stay in a newly renovated room, but the amenities were nice. Staff were amiable and very quick to help. The concierge level had a great view with a variety of food and drinks to unwind with. The shuttle to Manhattan Beach was close and made for a great night out. I will likely stay here again in the future, hopefully after construction is complete.

The hotel is very nice, welcoming staff. The downside and the expense of 31 bucks for a night of parking. Very chaotic place and difficult to turn with the car with ease for those who come from Europe.

Everything was wonderful from check in to check out. We ate dinner in the JW. Lisa was iur server and she was courteous, friendly, helpful and multilingual! She never seemed to intrude, yet we never wanted for anything. Ask for her where ever you eat there.

Everyone has been super nice and helpful. Very nice hotel. Well kept. Very clean. A pit to do inside. Nice business center. Nice store. A little dark in some of the halls.

Thin walls. Good 24 hr gym, and has a big pool/jacuzzi. Has a few good eating options. Shuttle frequency is unreliable if you're late for your flight. Powerful shower head. Comfortable beds.

We were greeted by the elite guest and given a full explanation of our stay and the lounge available to us. The staff were nice and the rooms very clean and comfortable. It was a nice stay, nothing over the top amazing but not a single thing to complain about.

Had a meeting here over the weekend. While very convenient for a quick in and out, the hotel room was fairly dated. The main floor lobby and restaurant area have been updated and were a nice place to hang out, but the guest rooms not so much. Concierge lounge selection was great in the evening and decent for breakfast.

This was definitely not a good experience. I will start with the good, since there was only one. The restaurant on-site was very good, so +1 star for that. As for the actual room… The toilet ran constantly all night long. The water in the shower was either way too hot or way too cold… and went back and forth from boiling to freezing about every fifteen seconds. For $250 a night, I wouldn't expect to see the window in my room going without repair after someone put a bullet hole in it. Overall, they missed the bar here and I'll be staying at the Hilton across the parking lot next time.

My lodging accommodations are typically limited by the availability of State government established rates and limits. Fortunately, for me, this hotel offers the State rate (be prepared to show your State of California employment-issued ID at check-in). I loved and took advantage of the amenities available here, including the concierge lounge and Starbucks located in the lobby. Both places had great staff and fantastic service. I had a room on the 18th floor with 2 queen beds which was very comfortable. The bathroom is very small, but functional and adequate. No complaints but the parking mechanism and procedures seem to confuse a lot of people when it's time to exit the lot-maybe that needs some attention.

I was here for a business interview. I did not stay in the rooms but the hotel appearance inside was elegant — not modern per se but very Marriott. I will say there is a Starbucks inside the hotel and I was treated exceptionally well when placing my order and paying. I also dined at one of the restaurants inside and while the food left something to be desired — the wait staff and my server were ve r y polite and gracious.

We've been going to the LA Marriott for the last five years for a convention. The staff is always friendly and attentive. The rooms are clean and spacious. The pool is always wonderful. During the convention, the staff keep the bathrooms well stocked and clean. Everyone has a smile on their face. Each year they are consistent and amazing! I recommend the LAX Marriott to everyone staying in the LA region.

The hotel is great, but our room has not been great. We were promised a double room, we had to share a king bed. We requested a pool view and we have a view of the building but if we lean really far out on the patio we can kind of see the pool. Our room is also is across from the ice machine and we have had water dripping into our shower all night so we've had little to no sleep.

Staff always friendly and helpful. Wi-Fi has improved since previous visit. Fitness center upgrade is top notch. The wasn't as good for my sinuses, but that is somewhat expected in a place that has so many people.

I attended an event professional, and everything went very well. The food of the event was fabulous, the hotel has different businesses and starbucks in the lobby where you can buy different things. Overall the event was fabulous.

Concierge was great, and able to handle all my questions. Rooms are clean, nothing fancy but very nice. I was attending a conference and the and everything ran very smoothly. I think this is a great place to stay. It is close to the airport, not far from Manhatten beach or Santa momica. Definitely worth checking out if you're making a quick visit to the LA area.

The only downside is that the door to the balcony wasn't sealed very well so cold air came through and I could hear all the noise from the courtyard. Plus they had music playing in the courtyard all goes off the night from really poor quality speakers. It kept me up all night.

What a wonderful find. From the outside Los Angeles Airport Marriott maintains all the charm of Los Angeles. Beautiful rose bushes, herb garden, and the cutest little pomegranate bush outside our door. On the inside all the modern comforts you could expect. Flat screen TV with premium cable, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, iron, hair dryer and more. The room was very clean and well maintained. Our room was recently renovated and was superb. The free breakfast was well stocked and delicious with great coffee. Robert at the front desk gave us great tips on local sights and the best ways to get there.

Ok, but not stupendous. It's pretty solid in most ways, but gripes with poor Wi-Fi coverage, poor parking, small rooms and long walks to rooms leave a bunch to be desired.

LAX is a hot mess, but this Marriot is kne of the nicer ones I've stayed at. Very friendly and helpful staff, very nice and clean rooms. Would stay here again.

Pretty normal rooms. The lobby is excellent. Lots of space to meet and talk. The sports bar is one of the main reasons I stay here. The food is what you expect, but it is great to not have to leave the building to watch a game and have a beer.

Surprising nice hotel for something near the airport. Sports bar inside has great selection of food and beer. They also validate for three hours of parking. The hotel hosts all sorts of conventions. Come by to see some weird stuff like dolls and swing dancers.

So overpriced, the check in is really late we arrived at 4:00 and the room wasn't read we had to wait for 45 min to get our room, that it was so small to be honest, everything is overpriced and overrated. They charge you for 35 dollars for use the Parking lot when you are a guest! You can park in the downtown for 15 dollars all day but one night here would cost your 35. The beds are horrible and they don't even have a coffee machine, even some of the 3 stars hotels gave it to you for free, and the worst thing is that there is no free Wi-Fi for the guests you have to paid 15 dollars if you want Internet, please never stay here never.

I use this hotel on a regular basis for lax parking. The shuttle service for this hotel is horrible. It is one of the largest hotels at lax yet only has 1 shuttle bus operating. Be prepared to wait at least 45 minutes to get to the hotel.

I called to set reservation. Their website said 179.00 / night. They told me 219.00/night. Would not honor their own website rates.

This is no 4 star hotel… at least for the room they gave me through Priceline. The lobby is dingy and the room was tiny with barely room to open/close the bathroom door while inside. No in room dining menu, nothing in the minibar and all the cups in the room were plastic wrapped paper cups. I paid $179/night for this? Save your money and book somewhere else.

For years, I have parked my car in LAX Marriott, I have tried to give them one last try, and the failed again. Longer waits, smelly and old shuttle buses, not enough shuttle buses, management must be on a permanent vacation or just dumb. 3 westin shuttles to one Marriott — total wait time 49 minutes, caused me to miss my meeting.

Excellent service and clean room with sufficient pillows and towels.

This hotel staff takes "accommodating" to a whole other level. My dear friend had to fly from Afghanistan to LA in order to update some documents. He's been fighting in Afghanistan for about 6 months on this his 6th career deployment. I just found out where he would be staying when he was at LAX and called the hotel to see if they could rush something to his room for a "Welcome home" surprise when he checked in. They jumped right on it, with such short notice and provided an amazing, beautiful spread that blew him away. He was so touched. Sparking wine, cheese, crackers, dessert and berries laid out in the shape of an American Flag and a meaningful note as I requested. They told me they'd call me after they delivered it to get my credit card info. They called awhile later and let me know that they were taking care of the cost as a thank you for his military service. I was astonished that a hotel would do that. What an amazing statement. Thank you so much to the sweet, caring staff of the LA Airport Marriot, for going above and beyond to make a soldier feel special and appreciated to be home.

Very helpful staff. Very nice. Wi-Fi is free in the Lobby. Clean and tidy rooms. Inexpensive if you go over to TUI from Germany Bay. Selfparking for about $30 / day The Pool is heated and large. Shop in the Hotel.

Poor service could not get the key to work with the door. Staff unreasonable and disrespecrful. Level of treatment was second class for such an expensive room.

The hotel overall was clean and modern however this is one of my absolute worst stay at the Marriott. Let me start with Saying that I'm a gold member and 2 nights away from Platinum. I stayed here for 2 nights on my last nights of vacation in California. BOTH nights took me over an hour to get to the entrance of the hotel with the car, and both nights the parking lot (the non-valet $29/night parking) was full. The second night the valet was full too. So options — night 1 pay the $10 for the valet, or park elsewhere plenty of options around, second night — only park outside. Wrong. All lots around were full my gf and I had to walk almost a mile at night around LAX. NO in and out privileges. A nightmare. Not cool Marriott. I have had some other disappointments but this is one to write about.

Quite comfortable stay nearby LAX. Breakfast is nice but service. Shall be better for a $30 breakfast buffet.

This hotel is excellent if not perfect for conventions, which explains why I always go to my favorite sci-fi con there every February. Although the con has grown exponentially, I never felt truly crowded or swamped; this place can handle large amounts of traffic well. There are several restaurants inside the hotel, which are all quite good. My only quibble is the prices of the food — but then again, I don't mind as long as I'm enjoying it! LA is a ridiculously large city, but this hotel is close enough to mass transit hubs to get you to nearby stores, food, etc. Without getting into the excessively congested parts of town. It may not be the best place to stay for a long period of time, or for those who are short on funds, but a few days will certainly be enough to enjoy oneself without feeling too rushed or too bored. I'll totally be spending three days here again this February.

I have stayed here multiple times. It is a great location for business meetings and flights in and out of LAX. The shuttle is very quick. There are several restaurants to choose from as well.

Stayed there because of early morning flight. Shuttle service HORRIBLE — — waited for 2 buses and still needed to take a cab; very disappointed.

Rooms are well furnished and clean. However, no Wi-Fi is included, the air conditioning is relatively noisy and parking fees are insane ($26 doing per night, not in the room rate).
