Loud tenants, rude night staff member Mike, marijuana smells as if it's growing in the hotel, towels need to be replaced and that's not the worst part of the stay. I have stayed at this location several times while visiting LA. NEVER AGAIN WORST 5 DAYS EVER! I would have checked out if another hotel was available. Never received a guest survey.

We had a night here after our flight. We weren’t aware we had to call for the shuttle bus so we waited a while. Once it arrived we got to the hotel pretty quickly. The room was really nice and clean and the amenities were great. Breakfast is included and was amazing and plentiful.

Friendly staff very clean rooms it just felt so right and I stay in a lot fancy hotel. This one is just right.

Me and my family had an great experience there at the Inn, the breakfast was excellent, and most of all Ken and Sandy at the front counter are the best, good job!

Shuttle at airport took so long we had to pay cab to get to hotel. Keys did not work first time. One elevator did not work properly. Rooms were nice.

First Kenn working the front desk is great. Calm as can be and solves problems like no big deal. Second the rooms — first the bathroom. Spacious and clean and water pressure! As a woman with thick long hair having the shampoo actually rinse out is huge. That usually doesn’t happen in hotels. The fog free mirror is amazing. And to top it off the entryway has a mirror (which is normal) but one step further — it is well lit, it has outlets and a shelf. So yes ladies we can finally get ready in front of the mirror without curing our hair over by the bed and walking over to the mirror five hundred times to check it. The beds are so comfortable and the rooms are cleaner than clean. I travel a lot and am impressed with this Holiday Inn. Well done.

The location was perfect for me: close to the airport, and not too far from Universal Studios and the Hollywood sign. The staff at the hotel is very helpful, and the night security was a pleasure to interact with — extremely courteous. The room and bed was quite comfortable. I had a good stay.

Its a brand new built hotel. You could still smell the fresh paint. The room was super clean and the bed was super comfy. Staff were very nice. Free breakfast. I would definitely stay here again.

Everything works as it should. Decent price. But way better than the other holiday inn on Century Blvd… Don't stay there! But. Just happen that the two days I'm staying here had no hot water… Boiler was out while they are under construction. I saw their whole second floor was under construction while I was staying but did not hear much noise. Breakfast was free but had limited options. And perhaps there were too many guests, they couldn't refill fast enough. Otherwise, their customer service is solid. And parking, though limited… here is free (unlike many other hotel property near LAX airport)! Solid 3/5

The room was great! Staff was friendly and the area was clean. They had minor construction and only one elevator was in use. The breakfast was free and good. The area was good and limited parking.

Nice hotel. It is being renovated. Our renovated room is very well appointed. Good breakfast selections. The most varied I have seen in a express. Pleasant area for a walk or run.

First of all there is construction going on and there are no seats in the lobby. People have to sit outside. And the toilet in the lobby is a porter potty. After spending 16 hours to get get there I was exhausted. But when the room was finally ready I had to sleep next to a room with loud drilling and construction happening right next door. The drilling was even making the walls shake. It gave me a headache. This was truly the worst hotel and experience in a hotel I ever had. It’s was not worth 145 dollars. Do not waste your money here. You will have a terrible experience. When I called to tell them about the drilling the man said to me. “I can wear ear plugs”. Also no one helped me with my luggage. 3 large bags. What’s a joke.

Hotel was nice and clean. Staff polite. Breakfast buffet was yummy. Very close to the airport.

Stupid hotel. They made a mistake at the first place and overcharged me for $20 at my first night, which made me to confirm the whole number again and again because there were differences between what they were charging me and text messages that I received from the bank. What was worse, the woman from the front desk was giving me an attitude. If they didn't make the mistake, I wouldn't have to go though all these at all. The woman refused to understand me questions and answer them nice and clear as she was supposed to. Yes I am from a different country and I am not a native speaker so what. Did I deserve all this? One of their customers was on the same elevator with me and he told me the exact same thing. They had 8 people living in different rooms and the hotel screwed up everything. Worst experience.

Great location to the airport. Free shuttle to the airport too. We never heard an airplane from inside the hotel. The best beds and pillows!

Just far enough from the airport to be quiet. Newly refurbished nice rooms and a great breakfast. Also a McDonald's across the street for those late tired arrivals.

Excellent stay… clean, well-attended, nice staff and breakfast, but what's with the Kleenex? Couldnt get a full box… just stuffed some tissues into the top of the empty box and called it good… very strange. But otherwise, and excellent visit.

The breakfast here is awesome! Hot cinnamon rolls, two kinds of sausage (turkey and pork), two kinds of omelettes (egg white and regular), and tons of other goodies to choose from. They had biscuits and gravy when I stayed. The rooms are very nice and the beds are super comfy. I rested really well. The proximity to the airport was convenient. I avoided traffic and has plenty of time to enjoy their elaborate breakfast. The pancake machine was really cool too! I highly recommend this hotel!

Nice and clean hotel near LAX Airport. They have remodeled rooms with new mattress and TV. The room is big enough and has a huge window. Their continental breakfast was good. They have very limited parking spaces though.

It's in remodeling it seems to be better than it was when I visited it. Breakfast is bad.

Stayed in a newly renovated room, nice and clean! One elevator was down during the renovation which really slowed things down! The area is not so nice, just down the block from hertz rental lot. Free parking for guests! Short ride to lax every 30 minutes on free shuttle.

Clean rooms, nice staff. Surprisingly quiet given that LAX is right here. I barely hear the planes landing and taking off. You can watch the planes land!

Rooms are nice and well appointed. Recent updates make the rooms and lobby much more inviting. Front desk personnel were friendly and helpful. Easy access to LAX and the surrounding areas. I would stay here again.

Great value and sleep was comfortable. Room was a little dated but Renos are going on. Breakfast was good. It took a long time for the shuttle to pick us up.

When I was there, the building was under renovation. I stayed in one of the newly renovated rooms. It was nice. A gorgeous view of the city. I could watch planes landing. They were so close, I was concerned I'd hear them at night, but I was never disturbed by them. I could barely hear the closest ones. Breakfast was a little bland, but that's hotel food. The building was actually very clean despite being under construction. Parking was also very convenient. Overall, a very good experience.

Friendly welcome by the receptionist, room was a little noisy, breakfast buffet is a bummer — no healthy choice available, everything's sugary & fat. I guess that their way of saying "welcome to America" ;)

The beds were very comfortable and they have a variety of channels on the tv. But during my stay, the fire alarms went off at 4 am, and there was no fire. It took them forever to turn them off and I hardly got any sleep.

The worst hotel I stayed in, the pictures you show on different pages is none of the hotel! It's a sack when you come in apparently everything looks like it's going to be fine until you go up and times the reality the hallways have a damp smell the old carpets the doors horrible, and the room too dirty and old. We decided to lose our three night money, which by the way is nothing economic to stay there zero recommended!

I had a room for a night here. Got it last minute without a reservation, ended up paying $210 for one night in a king size bed. A bit pricey, but a good bed, great a/c, and a delicious free continental breakfast.

This hotel is conveniently located very close to Los Angeles International Airport. It is a little overpriced for the area however the room was furnished basic but more than adequate and it had a lovely continental breakfast. The hotel is currently undergoing renovations which will dramatically improve its appeal and make it worth the money for sure. In the meantime the rooms do smell a little bit musty but I won't judge them too harshly on that as they are as I said currently doing renovations.

Room was fine. Unfortunately very remotely located airport. There is no connection. Either by car in traffic jams or with Uber in traffic jams.

Appropriate level for how much we paid. Breakfast selection was good. Rooms clean and what we needed. A fridge would have been nice. Pool was small but clean and felt private considering it's location just off the parking lot.

I was only here for about a total of 8 hours just to sleep so didn't get to utilize all the services available. But was greeted well and as a gold member. Loved the fact it was near the airport and car rental service. Would recommend to those traveling by air and need to catch and early flight.

Quiet hotel. Clean. Friendly service. Excellent free breakfast. Quick ride to LAX. Free shuttle runs every 30 minutes. Was able to check out a bit later (2pm) instead of noon for no extra charge. Will be returning here again.

The rooms spacious and clean. Have transportation to LAX free but only have 1 van so you'll have to wait. The hotel is near LAX, but the area is not good…

Very close to LAX and check-in was fast and painless. Rooms were also adequate for a quick weekend stay. Breakfast was actually exceptional. Only issue was insufficient parking and so ended up parking in the street even though parking was supposedly included at the property.

Good place to rest when you are passing in Los Angeles, not for a long stay. With close proximity to shops and the airport, so not to points of interest. The variety in the breakfast is fair for the type of hotel and the service it provides. The attention of the staff leaves much to be desired. The elevators look like they are about to go out of service, do not give much confidence.

Typical HIE. The rooms are starting to become dated and need a refresh. Both the hallways and rooms get very little ventilation and have a musty smell. Lobby area and breakfast are typical HIE standard. Location is subpar for walking, but they have very efficient shuttle service to the airport.

Clean and reasonable staff. The area is bad. Close to LAX and highway.

You're pretty much paying motel price for holiday inn. Outdated, poor concierge service smelly rooms and weak AC. There's a motel 6 and super 8 around the corner and you would probably have the same experience for less money. Not what we expected for holiday inn as we've stayed at several all over the country and 3 different ones during this trip to California alone.

Clean room, but they claim to have "free Wi-Fi" there network doesnt have the bandwidth to support the hotel so if you planed on using the internet go elsewhere, oh and the front desk told me to call a 1800# to fix the Wi-Fi, isnt that their job?

Everything was ok. Clean room. Nice people. The bathroom was a little bit old but it was clean.

Do not stay here. My boss and I were staying here for business. We sat in the lobby and chatted for a bit, then walked to the desk to get a parking pass for my car. As soon as we returned (4 minutes later) to our chairs we noticed our labtop bags were missing. Went and talked to the front desk lady and she said the security cameras did not work due to a lightning storm. Totally fake story, the officer that filed our police report said it happens often here, and there were other reviews from people who had experienced theft here. I think the staff is behind it, they did little to nothing to help us and just threw up there hands and said "nothing we can do" corporate needs to know and do something about this. This is not safe for anyone.

The front desk young lady will cut off and hang up when they are sold out. Never seen that rude. Happened when I called on June 27th 15, around 8.47pm.

Poor service, keys for rooms were disabled 3 times in 1 day. Have to wait 10min. For Elevators. No parking available. Bath tube did not drain properly. TV only gets 1 good channel. Above all rude staff.

Horrible attitude, even though they gave me a evil smile. White fat women at the lobby got terrible attitude for customers. and way they treat the complain involves really bad attitude to Asian. Black manager, he didn't even know what concierge spirit. He is really bossy. (he's looks good though) Those two who was working at that night, gave me a shock. Because I didn't even though that it's possible the people who working for hotel (or INN) can threat the customer who got in trouble. I rather go Marriott near there. No matter how poor you are, just don't go there. You will shocked. This Hotel can be a first impression for those who came from other country. I really afraid of that. I don't want those two persons fired, cuz their life is also valuable.

Comfortable enough, but nothing special. Breakfast is reasonable, but I do wish hotels would use proper plates and cutlery — I hate disposables! Useful and free business centre with access to the internet and a working printer was a real bonus. It's an acceptable airport hotel.

Awesome customer service, beautiful interior, and an incredible breakfast! Worth paying a little extra while booking and saving more by not paying for a large breakfast meal somewhere else. One negative aspect is that they only have one entrance, makes it harder to walk between the parking and your room.

Shitty parking. Avoid unless u want ur car hit. Good hotel chain but shitty hotel. Guy lied said was full then watched him book 4 people when complained of no parking.

Ok but not safe due to thiefs who enter your room whilst you're absent. Use the safes! Most likely hotel staff.
