It's what you would expect for the price, not the best but not the worst. Shower worked fine, and bathroom was all clean. Clean bed, didn't notice any bugs and no problems with staff. No problem with parking.

These guys will change whatever they feel like charging from one day to another. No making a deal. The prices are okay but not great. The sign says $69.99 on weekdays. But, on weekends the daily prices is $80.00 plus… The staff is nice. Give you bottles of water on hot days.

Pros: Comfy beds and clean laundry. Pleasant colors and feels very cozy. Cons: The bathroom toilet and shower had a bunch of hair from the people before us I guess. Looks like it hasn't been cleaned in a while. Random assorted bugs found in the bathroom too. Wi-Fi didn't work at all, the entire time we stayed. TV was also broken.

Wi-Fi in and out, low service. Bathroom very small and 3 out of 3 rooms bathroom was not clean. We never had maid service to change towels, though we asked. Microwave rusty, refrigerator needs to be replaced, old and freezes everything. 2 stars for big room, nice pretty carpet, location nice and close to food, grocery, shopping and theatres, price is right. Bed is big and comfortable. Give exact total — workers do not like to give change immediately.

Amazing deal! Nice sized room with comfortable beds. Very quiet motel would definitely recommend to anyone staying in Long Beach.

Very nice hotel for discount rate. Had a nice refrigerator and microwave big kitchen although they seem to have removed the stove top. Two full size beds very spacious for only $85 including tax. The guy tries to add an extra five or $10 to each room so don't let him try to upsell you on the nicer rooms they're all the same from what I could tell. Enjoy!

It was a pretty good motel for the price. It was clean and the staff was nice and helpful. I Couldn’t give 5 stars because the parking was extremely difficult and the lot was full.

This place is dumpy it is gross. I feel like the entire place is infested with bed bugs. Staff is nice I know that times are rough but damn.

I have stated here twice now this place is really nice. And the rooms are nice and clean and big. And for the price I would stay here over any motel 6.

The stay so far is okay. It's not the best, but you can't expect a five star hotel. There are little roaches that come out every now and then. The room I'm staying in has two beds (a queen and a twin size), a bathroom, and a small refrigerator. The only thing that really bothers me is they don't clean your room while you are staying there. You have to request it. Also, family that live around the area say that the police and ambulance visit frequently due to some residents overdosing on drugs. So far, we haven't seen or heard anything suspicious.

I've read all the negative reviews and honestly, I didn't want to stay here. Unfortunately, it was what I could afford and very central to all the places I needed to be. I was very pleasantly surprised! The rooms are spacious and come with microwave, mini-fridges and cable television. The rooms, linens and towels were very clean and it's very quiet here, which I appreciate. My only complaints are cosmetic. I stayed in one room with worn curtains and a stain on the carpet and my second room had a hole in the wall (looks like someone flung the door open resulting in the wall being damaged by the doorknob) and a hole in the bathroom door. Overall, it's a good value. Nice, clean and quiet. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. There are plenty of stores and food within short walking distance with a mini-mart right across the street.

Came to this motel that my girlfriend found just getting to know each other and she found this gem. Absolutely one of the best motels I have ever stayed at. Kenny was really an awesome guy and we ended up staying a couple more days. If your in the area and need a motel please look no further than this motel! Great price great stay!

Honestly I can't complain, I booked last minute for an event at the convention center and this place is CRAZY close. The room itself was certainly not pretty, but it had a decent bed, a working shower, and no bugs (I CHECKED) that's all I needed. Every other hotel/motel was booked 100%. I was worried at first because when I called prior to my arrival, the attendant sounded like he gave away my room, but alas when I showed up, he handed me a key. I paid with a credit card, and haven't seen any weird charges so as far as I know they can be trusted with your information as well. I definitely wouldn't choose this place if I had a choice, but honestly, for the price comparatively to the places in the area, this place is a steal if you just want a room.

We were put in a room that had mold and looked like a storage room for broken furniture (old broken dressers, extra tables etc) all piled up in a corner, room smelled like urine, gun shots all night, the manager will take your money and will not give it back no matter how much he over charges you, and threatens you to leave if you tell him you've been over charged. Ordered pizza, dozed off, and woke up to over 70 roaches invading my pizza box. Missing items after unannounced and unwanted house keeping, save your money and sleep in your car or a motel 6

For the price we payed was not worth the $$ at all… dirty, mold in bathroom, had to go down and get clean towels, a hole in bathroom door (like someone puched thrgh it) … I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL and curtains are riped, cigarette butts on the floor even tghg it's suppese to be a nonsmoking room.

Rude very rude! He wanted me to leave my room at 10am and come back at 3pm bc I ordered another day online instead of giving him cash. Nosy too, I had a friend come over and he interrogated them" why are u here, who is he" it was ridiculous, do not stay there.

It is a better motel that the one across the street, but like any of these motels, buyer beware. I been there on two different visits. First time everything was fine except shower water pressure and poor Wi-Fi signal. The second visit was last weekend and something bit my arm. Was definitely their bed. So beware. Just check the bed and mattress before laying or sitting on it.

There is water dripping from the light fixture in the restroom onto the restroom floor. The first room the hotel attempted to give me had mold in the bathroom celing with holes all through the walls. Second room not as bad besides the water dripping, exposed floor paneling,. Gratified furniture. Honestly the worst motel I've ever been to. Recommend you pay at least 40 dollars more for a better experience. This place is robbing people out of their money.

If it weren't for the roaches and unfinished paint & carpetting this place would be solid. The bed was comfy. Shower was clean. Staff was decent.

It's pretty basic, but quiet.

Nice staff but the room / motel was completely disgusting junk all over the parking lot on arrival looks like people LIVE HERE WITH CHILDREN but it was light night so I got a room anyway as The room was $80 flat when I walked into the room a roach walked out I closely observed the room & it looked like a horror movie completely ROACH INFESTED & FILTHY this place needs to get shutdown ASAP who ever lets they're kids any where near here is SICK.

Clean room. Tv gets good channels. Good service. Places to eat at a walking distance.

This was truly a Mexican prison! It was scary. Not enough parking! No Wi-Fi! Half the TV channel had sound. I plugged my phone in at night to charge by morning it was half charged because power was iffy. No warm shower. Cold in fact. I'm filing a complaint because before I checked out I found a lighter and crack pipe behind door. This is not fit for kids even. Pictures does not do justice to the filth.

Well let's see. Where do I begin? First of all, please I'm begging u. DO NOT! DO NOT get a room here. 1 it's was near impossible to find. 2 it was disgusting! The mattresses were dirty, there were bugs on the beds, I the bathroom. I couldn't sit on the bed without something crawling on me. The furniture was in terrible condition. One nightstand had a hole in the bottom of it. There were ok handles on the dresser. We opened the bottom drawer and found wat looked like "herbs" and meds really? curtains were disgusting. Bathroom want even clean the fridge was broken there was no table in the "kitchen" area if that's what u call it. We were o ly there for an hour and a half and couldn't handle it we left. O and they only had one channel. Just don't go there. Trust me.

Dirty pillows and towels, stinking and disgusting.

Front desk guy was very kind. Our air conditioning in our room wasn't working so he immediately apologized and changed our room. Great location for the price. Just a 10 min drive to beach or 25 min walk :)

The worst most nastiest disgusting roach infested motel ever. Anyone reviewing this property as otherwise is just a dirty person. This place should be shut down someone should call the health department.

We came here last November and they were in the process of redecorating some of the rooms. We stayed again June 28th 2016 and loved the room! Good redecorating and great considering the price. Only downside was that my boyfriend said his shower around 5 pm was spotty in temperature.

I've stayed here a couple times. I have no complaints, except 10am checkout. The property is pretty cool with the bright colors, statues, and decorations. Everyone I've talk to that works there has been nice. The downtown location makes it convenient to walk to near by attractions. If you need to access public transportation there is a bus stop a few feet away from the hotel. They have weekly rates as well.

The hotel did exactly what I needed it to. A single bed for one night, a shower, a fridge, and a microwave. There was a cigarette burn in one of the sheets but I wasn't too fussed. It's also close to bunch a fast-food restaurants if needed, however the area is a little dodgy at night time. I briskly walked there and then ran back to the hotel (with my pizza, of course! ).

If you're looking for a horrible motel, this is it. This was the worst motel stay in my entire life. OMG! I booked through Expedia thinking I would get a decent room for a low price, but never again. They (Expedia) state that they choose had known this would have been a possibility, I wouldn't have used the site. This place is ultra wack!

No I havent stayed there, my sister is there, "THE VILLAGE " put her there! Im trying to get her out of there, she called me. Im in the process of shutting this place down. I'd rather be on the street then to stay there.

I found a dead mouse. I found a used condom under my pillow. Smells like shit. Bad as meaning REAL BAD service. No fridge. Internet dont even work. TV doesnt even turn on. $60-$89 per night dpnt fall for that they charged $137.29. Didnt even clean. There is cigarette burn. The room isnt fully built. What I recommand is JUST SLEEP ON THE STREET. The door is also broken. The bathroom door is broken. Holes everywhere. Ants. This place is crap. At least have a fridge god dammit.

This was not a hotel. It was rubbish. So dirty with no facilities. No air conditioning. No hangers in the bathroom. Torn dirty towels. Torn dirty mattresses. Dirty mirror s windows walls and doors.

Just horrible, the room was dirty, the sheets smelled bad. The bathroom still had someones underwear in there not worth the 70$. This place looks nicer outsode than inside.

This place sucks. Bugs everywhere, they don't clean your room, so no new towels, no toilet paper! WTF? Not even a TP holder! Shower curtain ridden with black mold. They turn off your A/C during the day, so when you get back, its hot as hell. Unfortunately you try to stay out ALLLL day to avoid going back, so then its late and takes forever to cool down. Sheets are too short for the bed, so your feet touch the nasty mattress. The box spring was in a plastic bag. When we walked up, we thought it might have been shut down, so that explains the appearance. We walked past many other motels below 7th that looked much nicer, safer and cleaner.

I wish I could give this place a lower rating. The guy running the place is impossible to hear because his English is terrible, when you can understand him he is very rude, and he loved to argue. After bicycling across the country and dealing with many motels this is the worst that I have come across.

The lady that runs it is fair but firm. I'm hanging out here until my place is ready and saving so it ain't the Ritz but with the grand prix coming up I'm glad I culd find something local.

Not much to look at from the out side but the new rooms are New, great rooms, really nice beds, slept great. Cable tv, big tv. i got a nice room with AC and it was like a mini suite, not that cheap but a good price, much better than paying $100. For the downtown hotels. They have cheaper rooms but ok if you just want to crash, and leave in the morning.
